The purpose of this study is to develop and applicate textbook relevant to school indoor air quality. To achieve the purpose, concrete study process are as follows. First, the survey research to teachers, supervisors, and students is conducted to grasp cognition of subjects in elementary school and management situation about school indoor air quality. Second, contents relevant to indoor air quality on textbooks in the 7th elementary curriculum and subsidiary textbooks is analysed through reference study. Third, environmental textbook relevant to school indoor air quality for 5th and 6th grade in elementary school is developed, applicated, and inspected its effect on the basis of implications from results of survey and reference study. The results of this study are as follows. First, the result of survey concerning school indoor air quality showed that three groups had negative attitude for its management even though they thought that it affected human's health and study by and large. Student group thought that each of students itself was a little influence to school indoor air pollution though all of three groups answered that' activities of students' was its main source. Efforts of students to improve school indoor air quality was not much, and its main reason was that they didn't know about school indoor air pollution well. Second, result of analysis into textbooks on the 7th elementary curriculum and subsidiary textbooks, contents concerning indoor air on the 7th elementary curriculum textbooks was little or nothing. And it trended to be included to subsidiary textbooks. However, education textbooks about indoor air for elementary students was insufficient still. Third, environmental textbook relevant to school indoor air quality for 5th and 6th grade in elementary school was developed. It was constructed for themes - importance, sources, effects, and management of school indoor air quality. After its application to the 6th grade students in elementary school, it was meaningful in the level of p<.05 that the result of knowledge and awareness in the pre-post test within experiment group. However, all of the results in comparison group didn't represent statistically meaningful difference. In conclusion, environmental textbook developed by necessity of education about school indoor air quality will play a role as useful tool for the 5th, 6th grade students in elementary school to understand relation of quality of health and life and school indoor air quality, to have attitude to make an effort to manage it by develop right awareness about it.

교과서에서 삽화는 문자와 함께 교과서를 구성하는 중요한 요소 가운데 하나이다. 특히 초등학교 저학년의 경우 삽화는 교과의 내용을 시각적인 형태로 제공하기 때문에 더욱 중요하게 다루어져야 한다. 본 연구는 초등수학 교과서의 삽화를 분석하기 위한 것으로, 고학년 수학 교과서를 대상으로 하고, 그 기준을 외형적인 측면과 내용적인 측면으로 구분하여 교과서에 제시된 삽화를 분석하였다. 외형적 측면의 하위 요소는 삽화의 수와 종류, 크기, 비율, 선명도 등이었으며, 내용적 측면에서는 삽화의 역할 및 내용과의 일치도를 하위 요소로 두었다. 외형적 측면의 분석 결과, 삽화의 수는 고학년이 되면서 점차 감소하고 있으며, 크기는 교과서 지면 대비 1/6 이상이 가장 높게 나타났다. 내용적 측면에서는 활동 안내의 역할을 하는 삽화의 비중이 가장 높았으며, 학습 내용을 묘사해주는 필수적인 내용이 많았으며, 내용과의 일치도에서는 긍정적인 의견이 다소 높게 나타났다. 이와 함께 본 연구에서는 삽화 제시에서 비롯될 수 있는 오류의 유형을 4가지로 구분하여, 이 구분에 따라 오류에 해당되는 교과서 삽화의 예를 찾아 제시하였다.

Environmental education in Korea has been emphasized since the Fourth National Curriculum. The Environment curriculum became independent as 'Environment' for middle school and 'Environmental Science' for high school were set as independent subjects upon the Sixth National Curriculum of Korea. And the Enviroment Textbook for middle school was published by the Ministry of Education of Korea. The purpose of this study is to analyze environment textbook for middle school focusing on the organization, the format, questions and illustrations. It was expected that the results of this study could be used by Environment textbook developers. According to the analysis of 'Environment',on the organization, the textbook was consisted of 219 pages and 22 units. A unit was consisted of many subunits and activities. On the content of the textbook, the objectives of subunits stressed more on explanation form than on exemplification form. On the questions, most of them were in <activities> and the objectives of questions stressed on the presentation of the contents. The specific aspect referring results, cause, and judgement, etc. were vary rarely checked. The questions seemed as good, because questions were mostly pertinent to the what to ask, and had a good connection to the main text. By the analysis of illustration, illustrations were mostly functioned as supportive and rarely as decorative, Most of them were photographs and printed all in black-and-white pictures.

This study aims to explore the direction of high school statistics education in Korea through a comparative analysis between the revised 2022 Korea mathematics curriculum and the IBDP Mathematics: Application & Interpretation Standard Level (IBDP AI SL) Curriculum and textbooks. The study seeks to investigate the Statistics unit of the two curricula, compare chapter structures and content elements of textbooks, and explore exercises on modeling and utilization of technology tools. The results are as follows: First, the IBDP AI SL statistics covered a broader range of topics. Second, exercises in Korean high school textbooks typically inquire about one or two questions in each topic, whereas the IBDP AI SL textbook's exercises present a real-life scenario on all relevant topics through sub-questions. Third, the Korean textbook guides the utilization of technology tools only in exercises presented after completing the entire chapter or where the calculation is complex. Also, there were only a handful of modeling exercises in the Korean textbook in contrast to most of the lessons and exercises were modeling exercises in the IBDP AI SL textbook. If these findings can be integrated into teaching practices in Korea, it will provide a direction for statistics education in Korean high schools.

High school common science is introduced by the sixth national curriculum. It consists of physics, chemistry, biology and earth science like the secondary school science. In this paper, textbooks are analyzed by the science teachers and the status of the present teaching and learning methods is reported. The detailed results are as follows; 1. Almost high school teachers choose textbook that included little the STS material. More than two teachers are teaching the high school common science and when they are chosen, they are independent with their major. 2. According to the national curriculum, they evaluated the textbooks as it is below the middle level. This evaluations are not dependent on teachers' comparement and textbook's class except the several matters based on STS (science-technology-society). 3. The teacher teaching the high school common science thought that teaching the textbook in school is worse than analysizing it. they must have emphasised on learning of inquire method than system of knowledge, introduction to material connected with real life and STS in the high school common science.

The purpose of the study were to analyze of the curriculum and textbooks for technology & home economics in the 7th national curriculum, and to suggest the revision direction of them. This study was carried out through literature research of national curriculum and textbooks of Korea and Japan, respectively. The findings of the study were as follows: First, we have three textbooks which are technology & home economics 1, technology & home economics 2, technology & home economics 3 for each grade of middle school student, but one technology textbook and one home economics textbook may be better for middle school student to reduce the learning content following revised curriculum. Second, as an aspect of learning content between technology textbook and computer textbook, the computer and information volume is too much overlapped, which is also the same result at the survey research report of KICE. Therefore, the computer content of technology & home economics textbooks must be considered to reduce according to follow research.

본 연구는 학습자의 개인차를 고려한 수학교과서에 관한 문헌연구로서, 러시아의 기하교육자인 Gusev의 실험용 기하교과서에 제시된 교과서의 체제, 학습 내용 및 연습문제의 틀과 내용을 분석하여 수준별 수학교육을 위한 수학적 지식의 교수학적 변환의 사례를 고찰하였다. 이를 위해, 1995년에서 1999년에 걸쳐 저술된 5∼11학년의 기하학 실험교과서를 본문 내용, 연습문제를 중심으로 분석하였다.

In this paper, I analyzed the russian cultural content of the russian textbook according to curriculum changes. The aim of this study is to analyze the content of the russian textbooks on russian culture. Our education of russian language begins in high school as a second language. And russian education in high school entirely depend on the textbook. In these circumstances, Russian textbooks play a very important role in the Russian language learning. For a practical and efficient language learning, acquisition of cultural knowledge is very important. Because cultural content can be learning motivational factors. But the contents of a textbook is not satisfactory enough to teach russian culture. More efficient textbook must be developed to advance student's linguistic ability.

이 연구는 검정 도서로 전환된 초등학교 3~4학년 수학 교과용 도서를 선정하는 교사들의 의사결정을 조사하였다. 개별 학교에서 수학 교과용 도서 선정에 참여한 296명의 초등교사를 대상으로 설문을 실시하고, Shavelson과 Stern (1981)의 의사결정 모델에 따라 수학 교과용 도서와 관련한 이들의 신념, 도서를 평가하는 판단 기준으로서 도서 내·외적 요인, 최종적인 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 결과를 토대로 (1) 평소 신념과 실제 교과서 선정 의사결정 요소가 상충하는 현상, (2) 다교과 수업 업무에서 기인하는 의사결정 요소, (3) 교과서의 다양성을 추구하는 이상적인 정책과 차별성 없는 교과서에 안주하는 학교 현장 간의 괴리 현상 등 새로운 교과서 발행제도에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다.

컴퓨터를 배우고 이해하며 효과적으로 사용하기 위해서는 컴퓨터 용어를 바르게 알고 있어야 한다. 처음으로 컴퓨터를 배우는 초등학교 학생에게 있어서 컴퓨터 용어의 바른 이해는 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 현재 초등학교에서 사용되고 있는 컴퓨터 교과서에 사용된 컴퓨터 용어를 조사하여 초등학생에게 적합한 컴퓨터 용어를 선정하였고, 이를 분석하여 초등학교 컴퓨터 교육과정에 맞게 1 2학년 용어, 3 4학년 용어, 5 6학년 용어로 분류하였고, 분야별로는 정보윤리 용어, 컴퓨터 기초 용어, 응용소프트웨어 용어, 컴퓨터 통신 용어로 분류하였다. 본 연구의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사들에게 초등학교 컴퓨터 수업 지도에 필수적인 컴퓨터 용어 사용 지침을 제공한다. 둘째, 초등학교 컴퓨터 교과서나 연수 교재 그리고 학습 자료제작 시에 참고 자료가 된다. 셋째, 초등학교에서 컴퓨터 인정 교과서를 선정할 때 중요한 기준을 제공한다.
