학교도서관은 학생들에게 미래의 불확실성에 대응할 수 있는 능력을 기를 수 있는 장소로, 다양한 정보를 활용하여 기본 역량과 변화 대응력을 키울 수 있는 곳이다. 학교도서관의 활용은 교사의 지도가 필수적이므로 교사의 인식은 매우 중요하다. 그러나 대부분의 연구는 교사의 인식을 외부환경으로 간주하여 그 중요성을 계량적인 척도로 측정하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있다. 본 연구에서는 초등학교 교사들의 학교도서관 인식을 구체적으로 알아보고자, 사람 중심적인 접근 방법인 잠재프로파일 분석기법(Latent Profile Analysis, 이하 LPA)을 사용하여 기존 연구에서 검토하기 어려웠던 교사의 학교도서관의 역할과 중요성에 대한 복합적인 인식과 그 인식의 대표적인 유형을 확인하였다. 이를 토대로 교사의 인식유형에 따라 학교도서관의 운영과 활성화 방안을 맞춤형으로 제안하였다.

This has been designed for an attempt to survey a library use competency in order to provide basic information to plan more effective library use instruction for high school students. To get necessary data, a questionnaire was sent to 450 students in the 7 sample high schools in Seoul, and $80\%$ of them responded. The followings are the analysed results. 1. $42\%$ of them responded that they have heard about the decimal classification and $15\%$ of all the students have ever used decimal classification to search for the materials. 2. $3.6\%$ responded that they can understand the decimal classification and $66\%$ of all the students want to know about decimal classification. 3. $94\%$ responded that they have heard about the catalog cards and $41\%$ of all the students used catalog cards to search for the materials. 4. $29\%$ responded that they can understand the catalog cards and $68\%$ of all the students want to know about the catalog cards. 5. $61\%$ responded that they can use reference books. 6. $55.6\%$ responded that they know about the parts of a book. 7. $11\%$ responded that they can footnote. Reviewing the results of this study, library use competency of high school students can be said to be below level. And more effective approach is expected.

The Educational facilities is accomplishing the role as the community facilities through various programs that the culture leisure long-life education facilities etc. But The local residents do not use that facilities which is opened in the community actually well. Because it does not consider the various things that convenient for resident users who is not student. With sameness, School library which is opened to local community can not expect as a Public library with modem library services. The purpose of this study is propose the direction of architectural plan that must be considered for the sufficient role the School library which is opened to local community as the Public library.

본 연구는 대학 신입생들이 대학도서관을 이용할 경우, 대학 입학 이전의 학교도서관과 공공도서관의 선행적 이용경험이 대학도서관 이용에서 발생하는 도서관불안에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해서 A대학교 신입생들을 대상으로 체계적으로 표집하여 설문조사(LAS)를 수행하였다. 445명의 대학도서관을 이용한 신입생 이용자로부터 수집된 데이터를 대상으로 기초통계, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 적용하여 대학 입학이전의 도서관 이용경험이 대학도서관 이용시의 도서관불안에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 성별, 초 중 고등학교의 소재지, 학교도서관운영자, 도서관이용교육, 도서관이용, 도서관활용수업이 도서관불안감에 차이가 있는가를 분석하였다. 성별에 따른 도서관불안과의 관계는 영향이 없었으나 초 중 고등학교의 소재지가 도시지역일수록, 학교도서관운영자가 사서(교사)인 경우, 도서관이용이 많을수록, 도서관활용수업 참여경험이 높을수록 대학도서관에서의 도서관불안이 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과에 기초하여 도서관불안을 해소할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

Many educators and teacher-librarians have emphasized many times on the necessity and the educational value of the school library. But actually the necessity and the educational value of the school library is not recognized as the most important ones in the educational system. Therefore I tried to find out several ways on the development of the school library and the promotion of the teacher-librarian focusing on recognition of the necessity of school library. In order to develop the school library, it is necessary that the function of the school library should be maximized and transformed to effective system. I would like to suggest the following methods : 1) Transform the present school library into the school library media center. 2) Connect the running system S.L.M.C. to the curriculum of the school. 3) Emphasis of the reading education. 4) Guidance on the use of library. At last I studied on the definition, the legal status and the education of the teacher-librarian.

이 연구의 목적은 독서와 도서관 관련 그림책 읽어주기 활동이 초등학생의 도서관 이용에 어떠한 영향을 미칠 수 있는가를 파악하는 데 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 수원시 소재의 1개 초등학교, 3학년 64명의 학생에게 도서관 관련 그림책 14권을 총 7차시에 걸쳐 읽어주었다. 그림책 읽어주기 전과 후의 독서인식과 태도, 학교도서관 기능과 이용방법, 사서 업무와 사서에 대한 인식을 설문 조사하고 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 독서 태도, 학교도서관 기능과 이용방법에 대한 인식과 이해, 사서 업무에 대한 이해는 향상된 것으로 나타났으나 독서에 대한 인식과 사서에 대한 인식에는 변화가 없는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 학령기에 있는 장애 아동·청소년들의 독서 및 도서관 이용과 요구사항을 파악해 보고 국립장애인도서관을 중심으로 추진되고 있는 도서관정책의 개선점을 제시해보고자 하였다. 대체자료 제작 및 대체자료통합목록시스템 구축을 중심으로 한 도서관정책과는 다르게 장애 아동·청소년은 주로 종이책을 이용하고 있었으며, 80%가 도서관을 거의 이용하고 있지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 특수학교 도서관 중심의 추진체계를 확립하고 장애영역과 학령별 장서 큐레이션을 통한 독서문화 향유 기반 구축을 제안하였다. 더불어 멀티미디어 장서의 국제표준화 개발, 국립어린이청소년도서관과의 협력, 특수학교도서관의 전문인력, 장서, 예산 확충을 기반으로 일반학교 특수학급 장애 학생들과의 연계를 제시하였다.

This study aims at diagnozing the existing school library laws and their enforcement regulations together with the library organization, and finding out any problems in them for the lack of legal and administrative suppxt has been considered the main hindrances to the developrnent of school library. The results of the work are as follows: 1. Full use of materials on the part of students is impossible because there is description in the school facilitier enforcement regulations except that of reading room. 2. No administrative consederation on the school library. 3. No incentive to be an able librarians because there is no devision in the lebrary teacher eligibility between the elementary and secondary level.

본 논문의 내용은 크게 두 부분으로 구성되어 있다. 하나는 학교도서관활성화에 있어서 일반교사들의 역할과 중요성에 관하여 선행연구를 중심으로 간단히 살펴보았다. 그리고 다른 하나는 본 논문의 중심내용으로 대구광역시 중등학교도서관을 담당하고 있는 일반교사들을 대상으로 설문지를 이용하여 도서관의 실태와 함께 도서관의 기능, 운영의 문제점, 개선방안 등에 관한 그들의 인식을 조사 분석하였다. 학교도서관을 활성화시키기 위해서는 근본적으로 사서교사가 배치되어야 함은 물론이고, 현 체제하에서는 도서관담당교사의 업무경감, 도서관 연수교육 강화, 교내 도서관 지원부서 설치. 교육청의 강력한 학교도서관 지원정책과 전담부서 설치 등이 시급한 것으로 조사되었다.

본 연구는 독서공간으로서의 학교도서관에 주목하고 독서를 위한 학교도서관 이용 시 공간특성 요소에 대한 중학생 이용자의 인식을 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 선행연구와 예비 연구를 통해 공간특성 요소를 선정하고 각 공간특성 요소에 대해 학생들이 중요하게 생각하는 정도와 충족하는 정도를 살펴보고자 하였다. 그리고 이용자의 인식이 이용현황 및 학교도서관 독서활동 경험에 따라 차이가 있는지 살펴보았으며, 학교도서관 이용자 만족도와 지속이용의도에 영향을 미치는지 파악하였다. 더불어 공간특성 요소의 인식이 지속이용의도에 영향을 미치는데 있어 학교도서관 이용자 만족도가 매개 역할을 하는지 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 중학교 4곳에 재학 중인 342명의 학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 공간특성 요소 중 소통성, 다양성, 안전성, 편의성에 대한 이용자의 인식이 이용현황에 따라 차이를 보였으며, 소통성, 쾌적성, 분위기가 이용자 만족도에, 심미성과 소통성이 지속이용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이 중 소통성, 쾌적성, 분위기는 학교도서관 이용자 만족도를 매개하여 지속이용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 독서를 위한 공간으로서 학교도서관을 조사함으로써 학생들의 독서 지원을 위한 방안을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있다.
