터널시설물 점검진단 데이터의 텍스트마이닝 분석을 통한 유형별·지역별 중점 유지관리요소의 이해 (Understanding Facility Management on Tunnel through Text Mining of Precision Safety Diagnosis Data)

  • The purpose of this paper is to understand the key factors for efficient maintenance of rapidly aging facilities. Therefore, the safety inspection/diagnosis reports accumulated in the unstructured data were collected and preprocessed. Then, the analysis was performed using a text mining analysis method. The derived vulnerabilities of tunnel facilities can be used as elements of inspections that take into account the characteristics of individual facilities during regular inspections and daily inspections in the short term. In addition, if detailed specification information and other inspection results(safety, durability, and ease of use) are used for analysis, it provides a stepping stone for supporting preemptive maintenance decision-making in the long term.

농어촌지역 초등학교 유휴교실의 전용특성 분석 - 전남지역 농어촌 현대화 시범학교를 중심으로 - (Analysis of the Characteristics about Diversion of Surplus Classroom in Elementary Schools in Rural Area - Concentrated on the Modernized Elementary Model School in Chonnam Area -)

  • The aim of this study is to investigate present situation about occurrence of surplus classrooms by the merger and abolition of rural elementary schools, and to deduce basic architectural data for efficient utilization. It was examined based on the analysis of using pattern and interview of teachers of modernized elementary model schools. The occurrence ratio of surplus classrooms was about 30 to 60 percentages among seven investigated schools, the ratio was gradually increasing. Most of them were nearly leaving without certain practical use because of inaccessibility and low degree of diversion. The characteristic about diversion of surplus classroom was shown to change from special or learning room to living-related room and management-related room in order, finally, it was used a room for child care with a lapse of time. Long-tenn and continuous data accumulation for diversion and utilization of surplus classroom should be required.

가족생활주기에 따른 외식업소의 품질 요소별 중요성 차이 (Korean Family’s Perception of the Importance of the Quality of Restaurants according to Family Life Cycle)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the customer’s perception of the importance of restaurant quality by using a developed SERVQUAL model. In particular, it was intended to provide the basic information for nutrition education for family’s eating out. the data were collected through the survey over 440 families who have lived around the apartments in Kyongju and Seoul. The structure questionnaire included 35 items evaluating the quality of restaurants, adapting SERVQUAL model and adding other factors related to restaurant and the general characteristics of the families. The data were analyzed using SPSS 10.0 WIN program for descriptive analysis, a chi-square test and Pearson’s correlation test. The major results were as follows: From the factor analysis, the 35 items related to the quality of restaurant have been categorized into 10 factors, ie., ‘Health’, ‘Reliability’, ‘Employee’, ‘Food’, ‘Facilities’, ‘Product’, ‘Empathy’, ‘Access’, ‘Comfort’, and ‘Safety’. From the analysis of the correlation between family life cycle of four steps and 10 factors, four factors such as ‘Health’, ‘Facilities’ (p<0.001), ‘Comfort’ (p<0.01) and ‘Product’ (p<0.05) showed statistical significance. ‘Health’ and ‘Product’ factors marked the highest score in the family with senior couple live without children or single, but the lowest score in the family with young couple without children or single. ‘Facilities’ and ‘Comfort’ factors showed the highest scores in the family with under elementary school children, and the lowest scores in the family with over elementary school children.

양치시설 설계 및 운영에 대한 관련 실무자의 견해: 초점집단면접 연구 (Focus Group Interview on Opinion about the Design and Management of Toothbrushing Facilities)

  • 이번 연구에서는 양치시설의 전국적 확산과 이를 통한 아동의 구강보건행태 개선 및 구강건강향상을 위하여 양치시설 설치 및 운영 효과를 극대화할 수 있는 표준설계방안 및 운영방안의 근거를 마련하고자, 초등학교와 보건소 내 양치시설의 설치 및 운영 담당자를 대상으로 초점집단연구를 수행한 결과, 기존 양치시설 설치 및 운영관리에 대해 다음과 같은 문제점과 의견을 파악할 수 있었다. 양치시설의 설치 및 운영에 따라, 학생들이 구강건강관리의 필요성을 크게 느끼고, 칫솔질 시행률이 크게 높아졌으나, 양치시설 담당교사의 관심 및 의지에 따라 양치시설의 관리상태가 크게 좌우되었다. 양치시설 등의 구강건강관리 사업은 보건교사와 보건소 담당자 모두에게 중요하게 느껴지지만, 한정된 인력과 다른 업무의 비중을 고려했을 때 우선순위에서 밀려나는 것으로 나타났다. 양치시설의 위치가 급식소와 가까이 있는 경우에 학생들의 접근성이 좋았고, 교실형보다는 복도형이나 교실 내 양치시설에 더 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 양치시설 설계 및 설치 시 배수관의 크기, 개수대의 높이 및 깊이, 온수, 수도꼭지 등을 종합적으로 고려해야 하는데, 특히 여러 학생이 동시에 사용 시 물의 역류를 방지하기 위해 배수관의 크기를 크게 하고, 개수대의 깊이를 깊게 하여 물이 밖으로 튀는 것을 방지해야 하며, 개수대의 높이는 학생의 학년별 체격에 따라 달리 해야 한다고 응답하였다. 양치시설의 효율적인 홍보 및 관리 방안이 마련되어야 하고, 학생들의 칫솔질 실천율 증가와 효율적인 양치시설의 관리를 위해 학부모(가정)와 담임교사(학교)를 대상으로 한 교육이 필요한 것으로 나타났고, 양치시설 운영관리 주체는 학교가 되고 설계 및 설치 주체는 보건소가 되어야 한다는 의견이 많았다. 그러므로, 학생들의 실질적인 구강건강증진을 위해서는 양치시설의 담당자의 의견을 바탕으로 기존 문제점을 보완함으로써 양치시설의 접근성, 기능성, 안전성 및 이용자 만족도를 제고할 수 있는 양치시설 설계와 관련된 공통된 도면이나 운영관리, 홍보 매뉴얼을 마련해야 할 것이며, 이로써 아동의 구강건강증진과 구강건강행태 개선에 실질적인 기여를 할 수 있을 것이다.

  • There is a growing demand for public kindergartens due to the problem of private kindergartens. However, when the kindergarten is built in the residential land development area, the cost of purchasing the land increases, and the overall project cost is increasing. This situation puts a lot of burden on educational finances. Therefore, to reduce the cost of establishing a kindergarten, it is required to revise related laws including act on the special cases concerning the procurement, etc. of school sites. The purpose of this study is to propose the revised laws to expand public kindergartens. In this study, the present situation of infants and kindergartens was analyzed through policy data and statistics. And the analysis of the investment evaluation data also analyzed the problems in establishing kindergarten. In addition, we conducted surveys and FGI analyzes on school sites and kindergarten related laws and regulations. Finally, this study aims to find a way to amend related acts of urban and architectural Planning for Invigoration of Public kindergarten establishment by analysis data.

  • A decrease in population in a rural region have raised a problem that small-scale schools got to be a branch school or abolished. Consequently, a function as a leading role in a community also have declined. Also residential districts of the outer of cities' development have increased for the change of residential environment consciousness. According to peoples who live in CBD move to residential districts of the outer of cities have been become devoid of substance. For this reason, the number of students in urban primary schools has declined more and more, and a number of unused classrooms came out, automatically. This study is to survey the utilization of unused classrooms in urban and rural primary schools in order to proffer basic data to new improvement methods of school facilities planning and to contribute a effect that induce parents of students and residents to use the facilities actively.

전북지역 초중고등학교 학교급식소의 내부시설 및 위생관리 실태 조사 (Survey on Internal Facilities and Sanitary Management of Elementary, Middle, and High School Foodservice in Chonbuk Area of Korea)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the situation of internal facilities and sanitary management of elementary, middle, and high school foodservice in Chonbuk area. Self administered questionnaires were collected from 252 nutrition teachers and school dietitians. Statistical data analysis was completed using a SPSS 11.5 program. The results are summarized as follows: Approximately 99.2% of the subjects were women and those who were married accounted for 76.6%. Those in their 30s to 40s accounted for over 87%, those with more than 11 years experience accounted for 56.8%, and those 69.0% were regular nutrition teachers. Among the 280 school foodservice systems, 51.6% of the schools were located in urban areas and 48.0% in rural areas. About 68% of the schools prepared meals the conventional way and 32.3% prepared them the commissary way. The number of employees accounted for in the schools was 37.7% with 1 to 3 employees, 27.8% with 4 to 6 employees, and 25.4% with 7 to 9 employees. About 54% of schools have an expectance of school meal service for more than 11 years. However 67.5% of their facilities had not been remodeled since the implementation of the foodservice. As a result of the conditions of the school foodservice facilities, there were significant differences between elementary and middle & high schools; preparation room (p<0.01), toilet (p<0.01), and boiler room (p<0.01). About 62% of the nutrition teachers responded that they were dissatisfied with the situation of the facilities (e.g. size and materials of the kitchen, heating and cooling systems). The washing and disinfection methods in elementary, middle and high schools were very different, because they had no sanitizers and disinfectant guidelines. Therefore the governmental regulating agencies must review and approve of the plans prior to new construction or extensive remodeling of the school foodservice facilities. In addition, we suggest that it is necessary to provide practical sanitizers and disinfectant guidelines and other useful education.

직무 스트레스와 직장 상사의 지지가 요양보호사의 우울감 경험에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Job Stress and Supervisory Support on Depression of Care Givers in Elderly Care Facilities)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of job stress and support from supervisors on depression of care givers in elderly care facilities. Methods: Subjects were 191 care givers working in elderly care facilities in K-Province in Korea. Data were collected from self-administered questionnaires. Descriptive statistics, ${\chi}^2$ test, t-test, F-test, Pearson's and Spearman's correlation coefficients, and hierarchical multiple logistic regression with dummy variables were used for statistical analysis of data. Results: Job stress measured with Korean Occupational Stress Scale was $56.16{\pm}5.88$. Emotional and instrumental support from supervisors were $37.05{\pm}7.30$ and $32.39{\pm}7.34$, respectively. After controlling for general characteristics, job stress was significantly related to depression (OR: 1.07, 95% CI: 1.01~1.14). However, job stress became non-significant in the model that included instrumental support from supervisors. Not emotional but instrumental support from supervisors was significantly related to depression of care givers (OR: 0.93, 95% CI: 0.88~0.99). Conclusion: Results of this study suggest that job stress has negative effects and instrumental support from supervisors has protective effects on depression of care givers in elderly care facilities. Therefore, measures to increase instrumental support by supervisors should be developed to improve psychological health of care givers in elderly care facilities.

학부모와 어린이급식소 교직원의 전통간식에 대한 인식연구 -대전·충남·세종지역을 중심으로- (A Study on the Recognition of Korean Traditional Snacks of Parents and Teachers at Children's Foodservice Facilities in Daejeon, Chungnam and Sejong)

  • The purpose of this study was to increase the utilization of traditional snacks in the Daejeon, Chungnam and Sejong regions by investigating the awareness of traditional snacks by parents and teachers of Children's foodservice facilities. The survey method was a self-monitored survey, and 576 people (298 parents, 278 teachers) were used for statistical analyses. 66.4% of parents believed that the snacks provided at facilities are nutritious, and that traditional snacks are rich in nutrition but difficult to cook (66.1%). Further, 77% of parents preferred traditional snacks, and 92% thought that traditional snacks should be passed on to future generations and continuously developed. Increasing the number of stores selling traditional snacks (41%) and a generalized awareness of traditional snacks (34%) are needed to expand the use consumption of traditional snacks. For teachers of Children's foodservice facilities, 92.8% said that the number of snacks provided per day was twice, and snacks were made and served more than twice a week (77.7%). The reasons for not making these traditional snacksit more often were the long cooking time (47.1%) and lack of labor (20.5%). There were no differences in the perceptions of traditional snacks among the types of children's foodservice facilities, but the private and public facilities showed a higher usage demand than the family type foodservice facilities for of traditional snack-focused food education programs. In order to increase the utilization of traditional snacks, it is necessary to create programs according to the facility types and to develop traditional snacks to meet the needs of consumers. The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data for the development of instructions and programs for increasing the consumption of traditional snacks at children's foodservice facilities.

  • This paper describes the modeling of the failure rate estimation technique for applying the asset management technique to electric power facilities. There are many modeling techniques to estimate the failure rate. In this paper, the characteristics of the normal distribution, exponential distribution, weibull distribution, and piecewise linear functions are discussed. When evaluating reliability, the evaluation may be less meaningful if the sample data is insufficient. Therefore, Weibull distribution and piecewise linear function are adopted as the most suitable functions for estimating the failure rate of power facilities and the resulting failure rate function is derived.
