This paper considered 1) the relation between the number of student and the floor area of the school building facility, 2) the situation and the distribution of the school building facilities area, 3) the position between the district office of education by the school building facilities composition. Data were collected from 529 elementary school in seoul. 1) The number of student is have not an influence on the floor area of the school building facility in the middle school. 2) The floor area of the school building facilities per 1 student of the jungbu district office of education is larger than other the district office of education and distribution of area is wide. 3) As the position between the district office of education by the school building facilities composition is considered by principal component analysis, the maintenance of the need space is late in the gangdong gangseo district office of education, maintenance of support space is late in the gangdong dongbu district office of education, the maintenance of management space is late in the seobu bukbu district office of education.

This study aims at proposing the efficient settlement of middle school district and the appropriate allotment of middle school student. It focuses on the middle school district in Sejong city where has recently been developed. Firstly this study analyzes the long-term plans of school establishment, the current state of the student accommodation and the number of increasing students according to the continuing developments. To set up the efficient school district, it investigates the number of students per school district, school location and the commuting condition to each school. Throughout a question investigation to school parents, it analyzes the school choice factors - distant to school, school environment, school facilities, teacher's passion, the school curriculum, and so on. Furthermore it carries out focus group interview(FGI) targeting parents and teachers. It proposes a short-distance allotment method as an appropriate disposition of middle school student in Sejong city, which conducts a process of the first-application and the later-draw with a community as a unit.

본 연구에서는 종로구 국민학교의 입지와 대안적 학구안을 제시하고자 하였다. 연 구 방법은 GIS Network의 입지-배분 모델을 이용하였다. 본 연구는 학교 입지에 각 변인의 가중치를 고려하지 못하고 분석 단위를 동단위로 했다는 점과 학구 조정에 있어서 학생들의 분포를 도로상에 균등하게 분포시킴으로써 현실과의 차이점이 다소 생길 수 있는 문제점을 가지고 있음을 밝혀 둔다. 기존의 학군에서 평균 통학거리 8,568m, 최대 통학거리 16,804m 인데 반하여 수정된 최소 통학거리 학군에서는 평균 통학거리가 8,328m, 최대 통학거리가 16,182m로 나타났다. 그리고 통학안정성 중심의 조정 학군에서는 평균 통학거리가 8,517m, 최대 통학거리가 16,768m이었다.

In this study, demand side management for efficiency enhancement of district heating has been investigated. Objectives of demand side management of district heating are classified and analyzed. Foreign and domestic examples are studied. Evaluation methods of demand side management of district heating are studied. Applications and expected effect of the results are presented. Finally directions for demand side management of district heating efficiency enhancement are suggested.

This study has intended to build ecological networks in consideration of life-zones inside Cheongju city through biotope grade, GIS network analysis etc. This study consisted of following three steps. First, we selected core districts and core spot districts using land use patten and biotope grade. The core district included the first grade of biotope and forest land. The core district consisted of two sectors : east axis core, Uam mountain; west axis core, Bumo mountain. The core spot district included the first grade of biotope. The core spot districts consisted of two sectors : north axis base core, Myongshim park; south axis base core, Guryong park. Second, the base district included the second grade of biotope and park and school. We used buffering analysis within 500m of the base district and selected the new base district. Third, we connected core districts and base core districts using least cost analysis of GIS. Thus we built comprehensive ecological networks in consideration of life-zones through GIS.

The goal of this study is to deduce the image of city people on rural district, and to clarify the city people's demands on rural tour and their consciousness on green tourism. This study also aims to propose the effective ways of improving the environment of rural district to revitalize green tourism and to promote the exchange between urban and rural districts. The study results indicate that most city people have a warm-hearted lyric image on rural district. In addition, it is indicated that the city people like the rural district with beautiful scenery, which is easy to contact with nature. On the other hand, as the goal of green tourism, in addition to the contact with nature, the exchange between urban and rural districts and the understanding on the rural life through personal experience are also considered very important. Finally, the city people are classified into four types, and it is necessary to develop the green tour program with emphasis on the city people of overall-type.

본 연구는 미국 지역 교육구 학교도서관 담당관의 지위 및 역할을 소개하고 이를 우리나라 실정에 맞는 인력으로 활용하고자 함에 그 목적을 두었다. 연구 진행을 위해 문헌조사법, 관찰법, 설문조사법과 인터뷰법을 시행하였으며, 그 결과 사서교사의 업무를 강화시키고 지역 내 학교도서관을 효율적으로 관리, 지원함에 있어서 학교도서관 담당관의 역할이 절실히 요구됨을 확인하였다. 따라서 우리나라에서도 지역별 학교도서관 담당관 직위의 비치를 통해 학교도서관 활성화를 꾀할 수 있음을 확신한다. 설문조사의 결과, 학교도서관 담당관의 전공은 문헌정보학이 중심이 되어야 하며, 문헌정보학에 대한 해박한 지식 뿐 아니라 테크놀러지 지식, 교육자로서의 자질, 관리자로서의 리더쉽, 커뮤니케이션 기술, 사서교사를 대변하는 대변인으로서의 자질이 요구되었다.

Recently, an increasing interest in district heating system has emerged rapidly, In this paper, the physical measurements and data to be monitoring through the internet were carried out with regard to hot water heating energy consumption at the three apartment housings with district heating system in Sang-am district of Seoul, Korea, Measurements were made of the thermal factors such as the pressure of heating pipe, flow rates, hot water temperature and etc, The objective of this study is to compare the design capacity of reheat exchanger with that of preheat exchanger in order to evaluate for the number of plates of two exchangers to be distributed properly.

The purpose of this study is to survey the development trends of school libraries in the western world namely U. S. A., Canada by analyzing such items as education and environment, staff, policy, standard and professional organization, and to find out how and why they were able to maintain efficient library services. The major findings are summarized as follows : (1) There are school district supervisor whose functions are to direct and supervise the school libraries in the district. (2) The school district supervisor, school administrator, Teacher and Teacher librarian all recognize the importance of its educational role and cooperate together for the development. (3) They gether statistical data on school library for continuous revision of statement, guideline and standard. (4) Not only the educational organization and the library organization but also the private foundation conduct systematic research and extend financial aid for the development of school library. (5) The Compulsory Codes and pertinent laws have been enacted to promote school library development.
