This study analyzes whether the national scholarship system achieves the policy goal to provide the half-tuition and suggests ways to improve the policy. The study finds that the national scholarship system provides free education for students from under 2nd decile income and the half-tuition for students from under 6th decile. However, since students don't feel fully the effect of the policy, this study proposes policy improvements on new approaches to public communications. Also is suggested the necessity to change the policy tool from debt-like to equity-like investment.

This research pertains to the interpretation of the many characteristics of the growing process of Library and Information Science in Korea with respect to its connection with discussion of the system of discipline. The result of the research are as follows. The Library and Information Science in Korea has gone through three distinct stages. The first stage spans the period from the late 50s to the 1960s during which three was an attempt to establish a relatively independent system of scholarship of Library and Information Science, although it was still heavily reliant on scholarship from Japan and the United States. The main characteristics of this first period is, firstly, that there a n.0, ppeared, for the first time, an awareness of a need to escape the attitude of foreign-orientation and to develop our own scholarship. Secondly, an effort was made to constitute the scholarship as a science (social science). Thirdly, there began a faint effort to import and a n.0, pply Information Science. The second stage covers the period between the 70s and the 80s, and saw the induction of Information Science begin in earnest and become the subject of education and research. The period was also marked by exploration of an alternative term to "Library Science", which was at the time being used. In addition, the period was a time of confusion for the examination of scholarship due to the induction of the new field of Information Science to what had already been a fragile structure of scholarship. This phenomenon served to intensify the doubts which had surfaced about existing term of Library Science, and ultimately played a large role in the a n.0, ppearance of the new term of Library and Information Science. Of course, there were a number of reasons which had made the change of term difficult, but it and be seen that the term change began in earnest after the change was adopted in the names of the university departments associated with the field in the late 80s. The third stage covers the period after the begining of the 90s. This stage saw the prominence of criticism and self-examination of the existing distorted foundational structure of Library and Information Sciences in Korea at the time, and, at the same time, a new methodology or research paradigms were advocated. It was a presenation of a new way of achieving a "Korean Library and Information Science" in order to understand and overcome not only the problems within the Korean libraries, but also within Library and Information Science in Korea. This caused repercussions to be felt not only among academics, but also among those actually working within the library systems. It moved academics toward a more practical scholarship, it inspired the prominence of a new scholarly methodology called a reform in academic writing, and even influenced specific research activities.research activities.

Before the scholarship loan system was implemented at the Korea Scholarship Foundation, the government's role was strengthened by the direct lending of student funds to banks and other financial institutions. However, the low repayment performance of student loans has raised concerns over the future of student loans and the government's financial burden. Moreover, since student loans are repaid even after graduating from college to support low-income families, it is highly unlikely that the repayment rate of student loans will improve unless the employment rate and income level of the borrower improve. In this paper, the final visualization graph is presented of the repayment amount of the student loan through the collection, storage, processing and analysis phase in the Big Data-based system. This could be the basis for visually checking the amount of student loans to come up with various ways to reduce the burden on the current student loan system.
Graduate education in general means nurturing scholars who are capable of research that adds to the 'body of knowledge' and educators in the higher education system. Therefore 'discovering' new knowledge has always been a major role of graduate schools. However, interior design is a special field that 'application' can also produce new knowledge and therefore a wider understanding of scholarship is needed especially in the graduate level education. The purpose of this paper is to understand Interior Design graduate education system in the United States in order to develop issues that need to be discusses and addressed in Korea. Therefore, this paper first examines meanings of graduate degrees in general and current situation of Interior degrees offered in Korea. Then investigates the different types of graduate degrees in the U.S. such as post-professional degrees, first-professional degrees, and differences in general degree(M.A., M.S.) and professional degrees (M.F.A., M.I.D.). The researcher has used websites of each school and information lists of degrees offered by KIID and IDEC that serves as the main educators council in each countries. The characteristics of graduate degrees in America can be described as a structured system based on variety, flexibility, and distinction. For instance, M.F.A means a professional degree that is focused on building theory based project abilities, longer period to study but counted as a terminal in the field. However, in Korea even though the title of the degrees may differ there is not much difference shown in the educational contents. Therefore issues such as developing a more universal and international degree system, flexible and selective educational road-map, mutual understanding and unified system between various organizations for better graduate education system are proposed. Moreover, hope to start a discourse on defining scholarship and professionalism in the field of Interior Design.

Method : We will try to understand on scholarship paradigm of 'Jiang Shan-Lei' focus on his "Nan Jing Hui Zhu Jian Zheng". Result and Conclusion : He introduced the western medicine system to the Chinese medicine education, and he introduced a viewpoint of the human body of the western medicine to the structure of the human body as well. He judged yes or no of the Chinese medicine theory on the base of his human body viewpoint focused on an anatomy and a physiology. His human body viewpoint like this helped prove actually some of the Chinese medicine theory that was explained ideally. However, it had inappropriate aspects in explaining the Chinese medicine, which has a low alteration of a theory by inferring from the principle, due to a changeability of the western medicine theory itself. Moreover, his rash judgement concerning the Chinese medicine theory on its base brought about even side effects hampering efforts which reveal the Chinese medicine essence.
Greeting the 100 year celebration of the death of Master Dong-mu, through investigating his thoght on Scholarship and Philosophy, and his new view of human being based on Sasang, I tried to reevaluate him as a Confucianist of practical mind. The conclusions were as followings ; 1. Dong-mu's recognition system of things is that based on the mind of summarizing things in view of Affair-Mind-Body-Object originated from Confucianism, and It developed 'the Marvel of Easiness & simpleness based on Yin-yang' into 'the Marvel of Easiness & simpleness based on Sasang' 2 Through understanding old Confucianism newly, Dong-mu summarized human being as having a natural character in view of Nature and Order and an autonomical character in view of Knowledge and Deed, and emphasized an autonomical character in view of Knowledge and Deed 3. In view of Knowledge and Deed, Dong-mu presented How to Say and Behave, and took it as a model of behavior in the new Confucianism. Also he presented the view of Knowledge and Deed based on Constitutions, and took it as a new mind of treatment. 4. Dong-mu can be estimated highly, in that he completed a new confucian view-point of Human being in the period of philosophic chaos, and executed the mind of General health maintenance and the mind of control others through a confucian self-control.
As the society changes, the Private Security has developed highly in a short time. However, it has brought about various problems. The best urgent problem of those problems is the wage problem. This study is examining into the difference with the wage satisfaction and devotion to organization, and analyzing influence that wage satisfaction has on devotion to organization. According to this research, the first, women appeared higher numerical value than men in satisfaction with a wage level, wage disparity, wage system and the welfare system and the highest age group is over 26 year-old. While the college graduates appeared high satisfaction with a wage level and wage disparity, the university graduates is high satisfaction with wage system and the welfare. This shows that as the scholarship is high, they think they must be getting wages higher and higher as their work result or produce. The second, in devotion to his(her) organization, the men is higher than the women. The third, the men show the high emotional devotion because the men devote to his work on his own initiative while the women show the high continuos service devotion because they are passively. The fourth, over the 26-year old group appeared high level in devotion to his(her) organization, the university graduate group appeared high level both the emotional devotion and the continuous service devotion. The long-term employed person showed the satisfaction with job position, pay grade, and career and also appeared high in devotion to his(her) organization. The fifth, as the scholarship is low, they were concerned about a wage level and wage disparity but, as the scholarship is high, they were concerned about the wage system and the welfare. The wage satisfaction has influence on the scholarship, job position and career therefore, the long-term employed persons showed high wage satisfaction and devotion to his(her) organization. In conclusion, for the development of Private Security and high devotion to organization, the wage level of private security guards must be systematize and the quality of the welfare must be improved. And the many factors about the wage and welfare must be studied and analyzed to occupy as one of the skill lists through the educational-industrial collaboration.

This study aims to investigate the current status of the operation system of the curriculum support extra-curricular program, focusing on the extra-curricular program operation system of other universities, and suggest the desirable operation system and performance management plan of the extra-curricular program in cultural education. To this end, the analysis of the extra-curricular program operation system of eight four-year universities in the Seoul metropolitan area was conducted on the existence of core competencies, computer systems and extra curricula program guides, credit-linked and mileage scholarship programs, and the analysis focused on the characteristics, merits and demerits of each university's operating system. It was also intended to propose the desirable operation system and performance management plan of the extra curricula program in liberal arts education, focusing on the operation system of the extra curricula program of E University and the corresponding performance management. Conclusion To operate the extra curricula program efficiently, the computer system and the extra curricula program guide, credit link and mileage scholarship system should be introduced. In addition, the analysis of the operation system of the curriculum support program of E University shows that E University operates systematically with the direction of operation of the core competency-based curriculum support extra-curricular program, and the performance management of the extra curricula program of E University is carried out through the EU-TQM System Integrated Management System.
This study is an empirical research to identify difference of education training satisfaction by demographic variables, and to investigate the influence of education training satisfaction on the member's organizational commitment in general hospitals. As a result of ANOVA, t-test based on the data of 325 employees in 7 general hospitals in Korea, education training satisfaction has a significant difference by a construct and demographic variables. Education training satisfaction has a significant difference by a construct such as education training system, education training administration and education training practice. Education training satisfaction has a significant difference by occupation, career, scholarship. Education training satisfaction has a partly significant difference by status, age. But it has not a significant difference by sex distinction. Satisfaction of education training system and education training practice has a significantly positive relationship with organizational commitment. But Satisfaction of education training administration has a partly positive relationship with organizational commitment. By these results, the advanced education training structure needs to equipped in order to elevate management performance in general hospitals.
