Buildings that are more than 10 years old generally have considerable repair and replacement costs due to the rapid deterioration of their systems. For public buildings in particular, which have national and social significance, considerable effort is required not only to ensure a long life cycle and safety but also to minimize the overall public expense. Along with increasing repair and replacement requirements, however, there have been problems related to the establishment of an accurate facility management budget. To address these concerns, a repair and replacement cost management system was constructed. This system manages both invested maintenance and forecast costs to establish a reasonable repair and replacement planning process and budget. The effectiveness of the system was verified through a pilot test targeting one of public Corporation (K).

Objective: To gather the opinions of hands-on workers for successful introduction of the Development Safety Update Report (DSUR) according to a five-year comprehensive plan for clinical trial development [Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, 2019]. Methods: We conducted a survey on considerations that industry stakeholders may have related to the enforcement of the DSUR. A questionnaire was distributed among pharmacovigilance specialists from 13 pharmaceutical companies in South Korea on June 4, 2020. The questionnaire comprised two sections: 1) current status of the Drug Safety Data Management System and 2) considerations on the implementation and management of the DSUR. Results: All respondents have agreed the introduction of DSUR is inevitable for regulatory harmonization and safety of trial subject. However, most respondents (85%) felt concern about additional workload with DSUR implementation. They answered that format and operation system of DSUR should be harmonized with those of international standards and authorities need to minimize double burden due to related report. Conclusion: All respondents asserted that domestic DSUR should be harmonized with International Council for Harmonisation of Technical Requirements for Pharmaceuticals for Human Use (ICH) E2F guidelines. Respondents from global companies also suggested regulatory authorities allow DSUR written in English to replace Korean version considering their deadline for submission. Moreover, every respondent agreed regulatory authorities need delicate effort when implementing mandatory submission of DSUR to ensure that even small pharmaceutical companies with no experience in DSUR can comply with the system.

Many port states such as New Zealand. the USA. Australia and Canada have strict regulations to prevent ships which arrive in their port from discharging polluted ballast water which contain harmful aquatic organism and pathogens. They are notified that transfer of polluted ballast water can cause serious injury to public health and damage to property and environment. For this reason. they perceived that the ballast exchange in deep sea is the most effective method. together with submitting the ballast management plan which contains the effective exchange method. ballast system and safety consideration. In this study, we make an effort to develop optimum ballast water exchange management and in result of that. it provide more convenient and stable process to prepare ballast water management plan for Bulk Carrier.

Progress measurement is one of key tasks for cost and schedule management in construction management. However, there has been shortage of effort to implement for automated progress measurement. This paper proposes to use a face recognition (FR) technology for automated progress measurement and management in construction sites. The FR technology can acquire detailed progress data that includes the in and out information of labors by location. The expected effectiveness of the proposed system is to provide accurate labor information for progress measurement by utilizing automated data acquisition technology (DAT) with high-speed reading face. In addition, it could be applied to real-time safety and quality management by using the camera images.

Bsusiness-to- Business transactions requires interactions between diverse application s and business. This gives rise to the need to for a common standard and protocol for exchanging busienss messages. and RosettaNet is the leading industry organization focused on developing B2B process standard for a global supply chain. This paper is intended as an investigation of Build-up Method of SCM Connection applying EC Standard(Rossetta-net) to reduce the integration effort, and improve extensibility and interoperability of an eBusiness infrastructure.-Intiative way for E-commerce applications to quickly incorporate new standards. Supply Chain Management (SCM) helps companies plan and execute supply to meet customer demand. The researches of modem scientists have thrown new light on the subject. but, The study of SCM for EC Standard has been strangely neglected by critics. Consequently, existing SCM system, which require to introduce the functions of EC, needs to be changed. Let me summarize the main points that have been made in this paper. The sharing information for connection and the Rosetta-net standard of the existing SCM system, and PIP 3A4, order management module, of the Rosetta-net specifications for connection by the Rosetta-net. Lastly, That shows the process of the gateway for connecting among the existing SCM systems. This provides felxibility in incorporating any new emerging open standard.

Courier and logistics services such as customer contact employees (customer-contact employee) of the attitudes and behavior of the customer satisfaction level of service quality evaluation and a very big impact. In this study, using a typical customer contact employees, and to target the delivery service industry employees the organization's service orientation and customer orientation by examining the impact on the quality of companies within the organization for growth and development needs and the importance of service orientation will be trying out for. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, the chief executive of the organization to configure a service orientation and a detailed understanding of the factors that determine this by managing the organization to effectively come up with a way to make and ultimately the organization's service orientation, organizational culture can be positioned as effort should be taken. Second, service companies through regular training and education to maintain a certain level of service quality should be. Third, the service organization's service orientation is not a fad or a means of sustain and develop the company's survival strategy is to get out. To do this, good communication between the field and management can be achieved by a variety of channels to be established, and management's willingness to provoke sympathy for the employees should be provided.

The effort for GSI based IT system consolidation has been continued due to the increase of the system and complication increase of system connection, mainly by the global company. Since successful example of GSI realization by part of developed company affect to Korea, global level IT system consolidation has been examined mainly by the domestic company that have great deal of overseas business. Although they have examined consolidation possibility mainly on R&D, finance, operation management part which is the base part of company management, there are limitation for consolidation realization because of the difference between regional business problem of huge cost needed for consolidation. To overcome these realization limitations, it is necessary to lead risk and cost reduction through stepwise part unity and decide Priority Evaluation Framework for Consolidation target and systematic consolidation strategy. For GSI realization, appropriate distributions of unification time according to target system are needed. In this study, based on easiness and usefulness of consolidation and connection between the targets, evaluation methodology for Priority Evaluation Framework of system consolidation has been developed. Priority Evaluation Framework has been decided by applying developed methodology to global production company of high tech industrial part. Through this methodology, companies can realize successful and stable GSI by investing global resources intensively by Priority Evaluation Framework of consolidation target system.

Hence, it was required to develop advanced methods which meet this need. RBI(Risk Based Inspection) methodology is one of the most promising technology satisfying the requirements in the field of integrity management. In this study, a qualitative assessment algorithm for RBI based on the API 581 code was reconstructed for developing an RBI software. The user-friendly realRBI software is developed with a module for evaluating qualitative risk category using the potential consequence factor and the likelihood factor.

Reinforcing steel works should be carefully controlled by the construction manager considering the severe fluctuation of the price of reinforcing steel bars and for the safety of structure in building constructions. In particular, preparing rebar placing drawings needs more effort and time than before because of the emergence of higher and more complicated buildings. Moreover, the experience of field engineers or foremen (fabricators or detailers) in preparing placing drawings gives rise to the differences in fabricated bar type and quantity of bars used. To address these problems, this study proposed the support system in preparing placing drawings for reinforcing steel works efficiency. In the near future, if this system can be made available on the web, multiple end-users will be able to share the result; the efficiency of rebar supply chain management will also be improved.
