학령기 아동의 학업스트레스와 자아존중감이 안전생활 실천행동에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Academic Stress and Self-Esteem on Practice of Life Safety Behaviors in School-Age Children)

  • 다양한 요인들이 발달과정에 있는 아동이 안전생활 실천행동을 적극적으로 실천하는데 영향을 주므로, 본 연구는 학령기 아동을 대상으로 학업스트레스, 자아존중감, 안전생활 실천행동 간의 관계를 파악하기 위해 실시되었다. 서울, 경상도, 경기도, 충청도, 전라도 소재의 초등학교 5, 6학년 510명을 대상으로 2013년 4월 1일부터 4월 30일까지 설문조사를 시행하였다. 연구결과, 안전생활 실천행동 영향요인은 안전교육 도움정도(${\beta}=.254$, p<.001), 학업스트레스(${\beta}=-.222$, p<.001), 학년(${\beta}=.201$, p<.001), 성별(${\beta}=-.180$, p<.001)로 나타났고, 이 변수들의 설명력은 23.9%였다. 그러므로, 학령기 아동의 안전생활 실천행동을 고취시키기 위해 학업스트레스 수준을 낮추기 위한 효율적인 관리와 중재가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

아동의 안전에 관한 인식과 교육 실태 조사 연구 (Research on the Cognition and Education of Safety for Children)

  • It is necessary to examine from primary school children's viewpoint to perception of safety as to how they cope with a condition threatening safety at the realistic world with risky environment and whether knowledge obtained through education is transmitted to action in a correct way. For this, this study explored and analyzed children's perspective to safety felt in life, their achievement of education to safety as trainees, and their perception extent to safety. As a result of it, following conclusion could be obtained. First, as for safety on their way to school and home, the lower grade they were, the more they felt safe, but the higher they were, the more they felt uneasy, which was examined that they generally had uncomfortable mind. Second, as for whether safety education was performed or not, it was indicated that safety education was generally executed, but lower graders responded that safety education was executed, but high graders responded that it was not executed. Third, as for observance of traffic rules, it was examined lower graders kept them well, but higher graders did not do so. Fourth, as for safety of play, it was indicated lower graders wore protective equipment by parents' concern, but higher graders did not wear them since they were full of confidence counting on their capability. Fifth, as for life safety, it was indicated the area most preferentially educated from parents' viewpoint was traffic safety, and the next ones were gas and fire safety. Sixth, as for fire safety, it was indicated they did not play with fire, but higher graders compared to lower ones, played with fire as the means of curiosity and play. Thus, curricula for children's safety education executed from adults' viewpoint should be established, and assessment of children's safety education should get out of the limitation of execution of safety education to habituated action by the transmission of children's knowledge. Also it is urgent to develop programs with which to perform children;'s education at the level of children, establish and operate safety education facilities for practice education that teachers and children can receive safety education through experience by building up children's safety education related entities. And it is thought that safety should not left to only children, but their safety would be kept by developing and training safety education programs to all organizations and individuals related to safety.

  • 고온의 소듐을 냉각재로 사용하는 풀형 액체금속로인KALIMER[1]는 기존의 경수로에 비해 고온에서 운전되므로, 잔열제거계통은 공기 자연순환에 의해 격납용기(CV) 외벽을 직접 냉각하는 방식의 PSDRS(Passive Safety-grade Decay Heat Removal System)[1]를 사용하며, 특히 고온의 구조물 표면온도에 의해 대류전열 외에도 복사전열과정이 활발히 일어난다.(중략)

  • Comprehensive assessment of ecological riparian zone is to analyze and evaluate the status of riparian zone ecosystem. The existing problem of the ecosystem can be found through the assessment. The AHP-FUZZY method used in the assessment is based on the hierarchy model of index, grade model of object, and attribution degree of index. Accordingly, the four models have been discussed and presented from the aspect of the stability, landscape, eco-health and eco-safety of riparian zone.

교통안전교육 전 . 후의 지식, 태도 및 실천에 관한 비교 연구 -초등학교 4학년 학생을 대상으로- (A Comparative Study of knowledge, attitude, and practice by Before-after trafffic safety education : focusing on the 4th grade student in elementary school)

  • Increase of automobiles become today's environmental problem decreasing space for our children's playground. The traffic situation around us shows automobiles over filled the public roads and started to intrude even on the side walks. Children's traffic safety education for the awareness of the danger from traffic mishaps, and for the behavior to cope with preventives measure by continual learning programs in systematized method is very important need in current health education. For this research, the subject was represented by 243 students from 4th grade in D Elementary School located at Daechi-dong, Seoul. During total of 5 weeks (September 4, 1997 to September 30, 1997), lessons were taught to the subject. Lessons consist of traffic safety education and customized education program that were designed and developed specificially for the subject level. In this research, Case group of 3 classes and control group of 3classes were predetermined before subject's degree of knowledge, attitude, and practice was analized. The difference before and after the training of this education was observed to verify the effectively and to find the influential factors of this education program. On September 2-3, survey study was performed after the training. the results of this study were as follows: 1. The knowledge analysis from the comparison between before and after of the training shows case group and control group scored(8.36, 8.86) before the traning, but scored(10.36, 8.52) after the traning. the difference from the result of the case group is statistically significant(p〈0.001). 2. The attitude analysis from the comparison between before and after of the training shows case group and control group scored(48.23, 49.87) before the training, but scored (51.05, 48.45) after the traning. the difference from the result of the case group is statistically significant(p〈0.001) 3. The practice analysis from the comparison between before and after of the training shows case group and control group scored (27.42, 28.08) before the training, but scored(30.49, 28.25) after the training. The differece from the result of the case group is statistically significant (p〈0.001). 4. The correlation analysis of traffic safety education's influence on traffic safety knowledge, attitude, and practice before training shows the relationship between attitude and practice was satistically significant(p〈0.05). The result after the training shows the relationship between knowledge and attitude, attitude and practice, and knowledge and practice was all statistically significant(p〈0.001).

PAPS에 기반한 여자고등학교 기숙사생의 피난 안전성 평가 (Safety Evaluation of Evacuation in a Dormitory Girls' High School based on PAPS)

  • 이 연구는 여고 기숙사에서 피난 시 층별 및 실별 인원 배치에 따른 RSET(피난소요시간)을 분석하여 피난 안전성을 높이는 데 있다. 이를 위해 학생 개개인의 체력이 피난에 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 전제 하에 그동안 연구되지 않았던 PAPS 결과를 분석하여 피난 시뮬레이션에 반영하였다. PAPS 결과를 바탕으로 4개의 시나리오를 적용하되 피난로 미지정 시와 지정 시로 구분하여 Pathfinder를 활용한 피난 시뮬레이션을 실시하였다. 시나리오 중에서 피난로 지정 시 시나리오 4가 RSET 168.5초로 가장 빠르게 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과, 학생체력을 배제한 체 학력신장과 생활지도에 중점을 두고 기숙사생을 배치하는 것은 피난 안전성에 문제가 있으며, 이에 대한 개선책으로 PAPS를기반으로 평가등급이 낮은 학생들을 저층, 평가등급이 높은 학생들을 고층에 배치하고 실별 피난로를 지정하는 것이 피난 안전성에 효과적임을 확인할 수 있었다. 향후 연구과제로는 실질적인 피난대피훈련을 통하여 피난 안전성을 높이는 방안과 여학생들의 생활습관 및 체력을 반영한 피난 안전성 평가 방안의 연구가 필요하다.

5-11세 소아에서 코로나19 백신의 효능 및 안전성에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰 (Efficacy and Safety of COVID-19 Vaccines in Children Aged 5 to 11 Years: A Systematic Review)

  • 목적: 5-11세 소아에서 코로나19 백신의 효능과 안전성을 평가하기 위해서 체계적 문헌고찰을 시행하였다. 방법: 2022년 1월 4일까지 Ovid-MEDLINE 및 medRxiv를 검색하여 문헌을 선정하고 자료를 추출하였다. 근거 수준을 평가하기 위해 GRADE 도구를 사용하였다. 결과: 총 1,675 건의 연구가 일차적으로 검색되었고 최종적으로 5편의 연구가 포함되었다. 서로 다른 4개의 코로나19 백신(BNT162b2, mRNA-1273, CoronaVac, BBIBP-CorV)에 대한 무작위 대조군 연구 결과들은 5-11세 연령에서 각 백신의 양호한 면역원성과 안전성을 보여주었다. 미국에서 5-11세 소아 연령에서 BNT162b2 백신 접종 후 이상사례 모니터링 연구에서는 승인 전 임상시험을 통해 예상되었던 국소반응 및 전신반응이 보고되었으나 중대한 이상사례는 거의 보고되지 않았다. 결론: 5-11세 연령에서 코로나19 백신 접종에 대한 데이터는 제한적이다. 이 연령에서 코로나19 백신의 안전성과 효과에 대한 체계적인 평가를 위해 지속적이고 포괄적인 모니터링이 필요할 것으로 보인다.
