안전관련 구조물 근접시공시 발파진동 허용기준의 적용성에 관하여 (Applicability of Safe Blast Vibration Limits to the Blasting Work near Safety Related Structures)

  • Safety-related structures of power plants have to be protected against the effects of possible hazards and natural phenomena. Earthquakes are considered a major dynamic design loading as a requirement of plant design, but the effects of blast-induced vibratons are not. Due to the difficulties of obtaining construction site for new plants, following ones are inevitably being built in the site adjacent to existing power plants. Therefore considerable thought has been recently given to the dynamic loading generated by blasting works near the plants. In this paper, discussed is applicability of existing vibration standards and industrial codes to the blasting works near safety related structures. Also evaluated are the parameters for the safe vibration limits such as measure of vibration level, frequency consideration, structure response, propagation equation, etc.

방음벽 안전을 위한 기준 조사 및 분석 (Investigation and Analysis of Regulations for the Safety of the Noise Barrier)

  • For the noise reduction measures in a construction field or near the traffic line receiver is often the most economic measure in order to exclude the propagated sound. The dimension of the barrier is decided by the noise and construction design, and the constructive quality of a soundproof panel shall be secured in accordance with KS F4770 to guarantee the safety of sound barriers. In this paper the problems included in the KS F4770-1 that is the regulation for the metallic sound barrier of the absorption type are identified and it is suggested what to be corrected or improved. Through a series of the analyses, conclusions were reached that it is required to improve test methods in KS F4770-1 as well as to break down test loads for building more cost-effective sound barrier.

교량의 안전진단을 위한 3차원 변위해석 (The 3D Displacement Analysis for the Safety Diagnosis of Bridge)

  • 본 연구에서는 수치근접사진측량기법을 이용, 교량의 안전진단을 위한 변위를 측정하고자 하였다. 이에 재하 경우별로 디지털 카메라와 CCD카메라에 의한 동기영상을 획득, 분석하고 이를 동일조건에서 계측센서 및 정밀레벨에 의한 수직변위와 필름기반 영상해석 결과값과도 비교.분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과, 최대 0.83mm 편차내의 근접한 변위성과를 도출하므로써 교량의 거동측정 및 안전진단에 그 적용 가능성을 확인 할 수 있었다.

  • The inspection of track irregularity, which is the most important index for the evaluation of the dynamic safety of the rolling stock, is performed by setting up the testing train set. The self-diagnosis for the various rolling stocks and railways can be obtained if it is possible to take the simultaneous inspection of track irregularity for the commercial vehicle while it is running and to build up a dynamic safety evaluation system. It is expected to have some good effects, such as preventing accident with the low dynamic safety, cutting cost for the testing train set and evaluating the exact influence on the rolling stock and railway. In this study, innertial measuring method, which allows us to directly measure the track irregularity from the commercial vehicle, will be considered and some overseas cases will be explored as well.

  • The advanced country established the test standard (e.g., BS, EN) to measure the toxic gases quantitatively and, have applied to enhance the fire safety of railway car. We must also follow the procedures to use interior material for railway car as stated the Safety regulation for the urban railway car. Currently, various interior materials are used to obtain the fire safety of railway car. The amount of toxic gases moved into the FT-IR gas cell via sampling line from the ISO 5659 chamber using cone heater was measured and compared the results for each materials.

  • The prevention of accidents or diseases is one of the most profitable activities in any business. The useful tools to diagnose existing safety problems and to systematically guide the improvement of those deficiencies have been developed in the world. In the recent, however, the importance of the interface between workers and workplaces has been increasingly recognized. In order to audit the correlations of job environments and workers we developed the rating system called "Ergonomic Workplace Assessment Index" for ergonomic condition in this study. The auditors will measure the degree of compliance of the criteria using judgement techniques, checks and interviews with EWAI(Ergonomic Workplace Assessment Index) which involves 5 categories and total 50 elements. elements.

Effect of Trunk and Upper Arm Angle on Lifting Capacity

  • Lifting capacity and difficulty of task are influenced by body posture. In RULA and REBA, the body was divided into segments which formed two groups, A and B. Group A includes the upper and lower arm and wrist while group B includes the neck, trunk and legs. This ensures that whole body posture is recorded so that any awkward or constrained posture of the legs, trunk or neck which might influence the posture of the upper limb. This study aimed to measure MVC (maximum voluntary contraction) and subjective judgment in psychophysical method (Borg's scale) according to trunk and upper arm angle and to analyze results statistically. The results of this study were that lifting capacity was more influenced by interaction of body posture rather than angles of each part, and MVC variation according to trunk and upper arms angles should different patterns. This means that we consider the interaction of trunk angles and upper arm angles when we access risk factors of the postures. This survey would be also the basic data to evaluate difficulty of lifting tasks according to body postures ergonomically.

  • The bus using compressed natural gas(CNG) trend to be extended in use internationally as optimal counter-plan for reducing discharge gas of light oil due to high concern about environment. But, Composit pressure vessels(CPV) to be equipped with CNG bus is always involved in the point that safety accidents happen due to having compressed natural gas. In this report, we analysis the cause of CPV bursting accident by reviewing design and manufacture factor and suggest preventive measure through this case.

가로등설비 누전시 건조상태와 침수상태에 대한 전위분포 분석 (The Analysis on the Electric Potential Distribution of Dry and Submerged Condition by Electric Leakage in Street Lamp)

  • This paper presents study on the electric potential distribution when have a short in street lamp. In order to measure electric potential testing ground is built in. A experiment is conducted to simulate dry and submerged situation of street lamp. The street lamp is leaked by artificial means. And electric potential is measured in grounded street lamp and street lamp alone. The results show that touch voltage of grounded street lamp is possible more high than street lamp alone. And the electric shock hazard is high because high electric potential is distributed near submerged street lamp. Also if street lamp is submerged ground is not useful to decrease electric shock hazard.
