  • Cellular and Smart phone through the business and real life is associated with an increasing number of information processing, Breaches associated with mobile terminal Tile has occurred and cause Crime and damage. In this paper, Cellular and Smart phone for mobile forensics SYN scheme and JTAG scheme to target Cellular and Smart phone for the extraction of forensic data will be studied. SYN, JTAG approach to forensic analysis indicate with the process, Every Smart phone's OS specific performance and data extraction were compared. In the laboratory, Cell and smart phone with the SYN scheme and JTAG scheme to extract forensic data Improvement compared to the extraction is presented.

  • 본 논문에서는 최적 효율과 고성능으로 동작하는 SynRM(Synchronous Reluctance Motor)을 위한 위치 및 속도 센서리스 벡터제어를 제시한다. 제시한 제어 방법은 고정자 전압과 전류의 자속 추정에 기초한다. 그리고 동손과 철손을 최소화하는 효율 최적화의 전류각 조건은 SynRM의 등가회로를 기초로 유도한다. 폐루프 위치 및 속도 제어의 연구결과는 최적화 제어의 입증하였다.

  • This paper is proposed an efficiency optimization control algorithm for a synchronous reluctance motor(SynRM) which minimizes the copper and iron losses. Also, this paper presents a speed estimated control scheme of SynRM using artificial neural network(ANN). There exists a variety of combinations of d and q-axis current which provide a specific motor torque. The objective of the efficiency optimization controller is to seek a combination of d and q-axis current components, which provides minimum losses at a certain operating point in steady state. It is shown that the current components which directly govern the torque production have been very well regulated by the efficiency optimization control scheme. The proposed algorithm allows the electromagnetic losses in variable speed and torque drives to be reduced while keeping good torque control dynamics. The control performance of ANN is evaluated by analysis for various operating conditions. Analysis results are presented to show the validity of the proposed algorithm.

  • In this paper, a new approach for the SynRM(Synchronous Reluctance Motor) control which ensures producing MTPA(Maximum Torque per Ampere) over the entire field weakening region is presented. In addition, this paper presents a speed sensorless control scheme of SynRM using flux observer. Also, by adjusting the base speed for the field weakening operation according to the flux level, the current and voltage limit, the smooth and precise transition into the field weakening operation can be achieved. The validity of the proposed scheme is verified through simulation.

  • A novel DDoS (Distributed Denial-of-Service) defense technique, Exaustiveness-Based Detection, is proposed in this work. It dispenses with the network congestion and the unfairness between users of the Defense-by-Offense technique by incorporating a kind of simple Detect-and-Block scheme (user identification), still improving the effectiveness of the defense in comparison to the original Defense-by-Offense technique. It uses SYN cookies to identify users in the granularity of ip address and to prevent ip address spoofing by the attacker. There can be, however, some probability of false negative (denying service to good clients), if the attacker wisely adapt to the new technique by saving some portion of its bandwidth resource and later mimicking good clients. Quantitative analysis the requirement for the good clients to be safe from the false negative is provided and a procedure to design the server capacity is explained.

  • Many researchers have worked for the sensorless control of SynRM in recent years. However they commonly requires large calculations which induced from its complexity. For low cost application as like home appliance, it is difficult to utilize because of the cost problem. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce simplified sensorless control scheme that is composed of least calculation to estimate the rotor position. In this paper the sensorless control is performed using the characteristics of SynRM structure in which the linkage flux varies with rotor position, so the rotor position can be detected by the change of linkage flux. The estimation of linkage flux can be acquired from the integration of the motor terminal voltage which is commonly used method for the reliability of the estimation. However this estimation method has demerits in low speed operation therefore in that region the motor terminal voltage is compensated by the phase current. A digital simulation (MATLAB) and experiment were performed to confirm the adequacy of the proposed control scheme.
