The research object of this paper is "Yi" and "Yi" in ancient calligraphy theory, as an aesthetic category with oriental characteristics, from Laozhuang philosophy of pre-Qin Dynasty to literature field of literature.The second chapter describes the emergence and development of the concept of "Yi", which has evolved into two concepts in ancient calligraphy and painting theory, namely, the concept of "Yi".In the third chapter, "Yi" is mainly used as an adjective to describe the speed, power and strength of writing, and in the fourth chapter, "Yi" is used to describe the writer's character.Based on the study of ancient sages' calligraphy, this paper attempts to explore the inner spirit of "Yi" and to systematically analyze and summarize the theory of calligraphy and painting.

The main purpose of this study is to examines peculiar competitive advantages of Korean women businessmen(Han-Sang) in Australia. The results of case analysis are summarized as follows. First competitive advantage is CEO's excellent dynamic capabilities like wonderful adaptability, woman's unique delicate management style, mom's unique emotional leadership and showing leadership by example. Second competitive advantage is Korean peculiar sincerity and diligence, can-do spirit, perseverance and fast implementation. Lastly, The social status as Korean immigrants made them weak position in Australian society but it was found that they have made weakness a strength. They built up the solidarity with Korean immigrant society and took advantage of it for their business. Based on the results, implications for researchers and practitioners are discussed.

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of 6 Sigma on menu management, work commitment and quality in the culinary division of hotels and family restaurants. In addition, this study sought to identify the effects of menu management, work commitment and quality performance on customer satisfaction. Furthermore the relationship between menu management and culinary quality was evaluated here. The subjects evaluated in this study were employees of culinary division of hotels and family restaurants that implemented or were about to adopt the 6 Sigma program. A total of 385 questionnaires were analyzed using factor analysis, a reliability test, and covariance structural analysis. The results revealed that the 6 Sigma program influenced menu management, work commitment and culinary quality. Moreover, menu management, work commitment and culinary quality performance were found to impact customer satisfaction and culinary quality performance. Based on these findings, culinary divisions of hotels and family restaurants should incorporate the 6 Sigma program as soon as possible. To implement this program, faultless data for the 6 Sigma program should be collected using sufficient preparation procedures. After the data were collected, a task force team should be developed, experts should be cultivated and employees should be trained as necessary. Finally, the current level of product and services should be measured and reported to all employees in the culinary division and a challenge spirit should be brought with understanding for the reason for implementation of the 6 Sigma program. In implementing the 6 Sigma program, the leadership of the top manager and the head of the culinary division is very important.

Purposes: This research is conducted to identify main features and trends of mission, vision and core values in Korean tertiary general hospitals by using text-mining. Methodology: For the study, 45 mission, 112 vision and 190 core values are collected from 45 tertiary general hospitals' homepages in 2022 and use word frequency analysis and Leyword co-occurrence analysis. Findings: In the tertiary general hospitals' mission, there are high frequency words such as 'health', 'humanity', 'medical treatment', 'education', 'research', 'happiness', 'love', 'best', 'spirit', and mission mainly includes the content of contributing humanity's health and happiness with these words. In case of vision, high frequency words are 'hospital', 'medical treatment', 'research', 'lead', 'trust', 'centered', 'patient', 'best', 'future'. By using these words in vision, it represents the definition and characteristics of vision such as ideal organizations in the future, goals and targets. As a result of the Leyword co-occurrence analysis, vision includes the content of 'high-tech medical treatment', 'special care for patients', 'leading education and research', 'the highest trust with customer', 'creative talents training'. -astly, the high frequency word-pairs in core values are 'social distribution', 'innovation pursuit', 'cooperation and harmony', and it defines standards of behavior for organizations. Practical Implication: To correct the problems of vision, mission and core values from findings, firstly, it needs for Korean tertiary general hospitals to use the words that can explain organization's identity and differentiate others in their mission. Secondly, considering strengthening the role of hospitals in their community and the importance of members in organizations, it is necessary to establish vision with considering community and members to activate vision effectively. Thirdly, because there are no specific guidelines of establishing mission, vision and core values for healthcare organizations, this research concepts and results could be utilized when other organizations establish mission, vision and core values.

Simgok Seowon was established to honor Jo Gwang-jo, who is a scholar and politician in the mid-Joseon period. It is located in a propitious site based on Feng Shui. Its Jusan is Mugokeumseongchae(武曲金星體) with Wonhwahyul(圓窩穴), and its Ansan is Tamrangmokseongchae(貪狼木星體). It is a Jehyang(祭享)-centered Seowon that sets a Jehyang place in Hyeolcheo. Around the Sadang(祠堂), the Four gods including Jwacheongryong(左靑龍) Woobackho(右白虎), Jujak(朱雀), and Hyeonmu(玄武) protect the Hyeolcheo(穴處) well. It is a typical central axis symmetrical spatial arrangement where everything is located centered on Sawoo(祠宇). It is a type of Jeonhakhumyo(前學後廟) that arranges the main hall at the front of buildings and places the Sadang that is a Jehyang place at the back of Sadang. To the left side of the Sadang, Yeonji(蓮池) was created by applying the principles of Cheonwonjibang(天圓地方), which serves as Yusik(遊息) area with functions to adjust microclimate and to extinguish fires. Feng Shui plays an important role when determining orientation, direction, and location of the buildings. Therefore, it could be regarded as realizing the aesthetic spirit of Cheoninhabil(天人合一) to compose the Feng Shui-oriented spatial arrangement by recognizing accurately the relationship between nature and human being depending on topography, wind, water flow, and point of the compass.

All publications of a country is a cultural heritage with the spirit of humanity, each National Library has to collect and preserve all publications produced in each country. Acquisition activity(Collection development) of each National Library is supported by a powerful legal deposit system. Therefore, this study has analyzed the legal deposit systems of the world countries, especially focussed whether or not the compensation for legal deposit, whether or not any sanction against not-depositing, Fine collection procedures against not-depositing, and the specific process for legal deposit. Based on these investigations, this study was to seek ways to contribute the legal deposit rates of National Library. It has proposed the following suggestions; Performing of legal deposit duty by itself, developing the system for supporting the legal deposit, establishing newly of legal deposit department, and improving the compensation for the legal depositor.

In order to survey the contents of ethyl carbamate in alcoholic beverages, GC/MS-SIM method was used after extraction with dichloromethane in solid phase extract cartridge contained alcoholic beverages. In the applied GC/MS-SIM method, the values of recoveries and relative standard deviation were ranged from 85.2 % to 87.9 % and from 0.7 % to 1.9 %, the limit of detection and quantification were $2{\mu}g/kg$ and $10{\mu}g/kg$. Depending on alcoholic beverage kinds, the levels were variable and the average level was $194{\mu}g/kg$ for liquor, $105{\mu}g/kg$ for fruit wine, $62{\mu}g/kg$ distilled spirit, $28{\mu}g/kg$ for sake, $15{\mu}g/kg$ for yakju, $12{\mu}g/kg$ for other alcohol beverages, ND for soju, respectively.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of university students' entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial spirit on their entrepreneurial intentions. The results of the study are as follows. As for the correlation among entrepreneurial environmental factors affecting entrepreneurial intentions of college students, it was confirmed that educational environment, legal system and government support, and social values had static correlation coefficient values. It was predicted that the six detailed hypotheses would be valid and would have an impact, but unexpected results were also derived. First, the hypothesis that the entrepreneurial environment of college students will affect entrepreneurial intention was partially accepted. Employment environment and education environment were dismissed, legal system and government support. It was confirmed that social values had a positive (+) effect on entrepreneurial intention. Second, the hypothesis that entrepreneurship of college students will affect entrepreneurship intention was also partially accepted. Risk sensitivity was rejected, and innovation and initiative were confirmed to have a positive (+) effect.

Thinking mode, as the condensation of the internal spirit of a nation, has been inherited till now through abundant historical precipitation, and is also a thinking tool for people to think and solve problems. Different from traditional styles and materials, the way of thinking not only has a more essential impact on design, but also makes traditional culture more vital in design. Taking the influence of Chinese mode of thinking on design thinking as the main research object, in the first place, this paper sorts out the concepts and development of thinking mode and design thinking, and summarizes three characteristics of Chinese mode of thinking: relational, collective and perceptive. Furthermore, it puts forward the influence of thinking mode on design thinking, mainly focusing on the definition of design problems, sub-problem sequencing and solution construction. Last but not least, through a series of Chinese design cases, this paper concretely analyzes how Chinese thinking mode provides national design language for Chinese design.

Zhang yimou's film "the shadow" adopts a lot of modern literary symbolic content in the story structure. The novel has been greatly modified, abandoning the setting of the original work and making up the historical background of the story, thus completing the discourse practice of aerial literature rather than historical literature. The film expresses the historical story poetically and even writes the personal mind. In this way, the audience's sense of substitution is increased, and a large number of traditional Chinese cultural symbols are adopted visually. In terms of clothing, the most traditional is sought, which advocates loyalty to history, and adds cultural connotation and depth. The audience can feel the bold and unfettered artistic creation spirit of the main creator, as well as the novel and unique visual expression style, which makes his works have both traditional visual perception and modern story content. The combination of traditional vision and modern drama forms a new visual and cultural experience.
