Nowadays, SNS users that based on communication and relationships, are getting uses SNS for information sharing. In this paper, we used the SNS posts for users to extract the category and information provider, how to following of recommend method. Particularly, this paper focuses on classifying the words in the text of the posts and measures the frequency using Inception-v3 model, which is one of the machine learning technique -CNN(Convolutional Neural Network) we classified image word. By classifying the category of a word in a text and image, that based on DMOZ to build the information provider DB. Comparing user categories classified in categories and posts from information provider DB. If the category is matched by measuring the degree of similarity to the information providers is classified in the category, we suggest that how to recommend method of the most similar information providers account.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the construal level and temporal distance of a message and consumer's Social Network Service (SNS) self-efficacy on consumers' attitudes toward SNS fashion advertising. This study employed a 2 (message configuration: high construal level/low construal level) ${\times}$ 2 (temporal distance: distant future/near future) ${\times}$ 2 (SNS self-efficacy: high/low) between-subject factorial design. The survey was conducted on Facebook users in their twenties (N=216). The results are as follows: First, attitude toward SNS fashion advertising and purchase intention was higher when the message construal level was lower and when the temporal distance was closer. Second, no interactions between temporal distance and message construal level for attitude toward SNS advertising and purchase intention were found in this study. However, interactions between temporal distance and SNS self-efficacy for attitude toward SNS advertising and purchase intention were found. When the SNS self-efficacy was high, message with the low construal level reacted significantly positive in terms of attitude toward the ad as well as purchase intention. It is expected that this study will provide insight for apparel makers or retailers to use SNS as a new advertising media for fashion marketing. Practical implications and limitations are discussed.

  • Since the Arab spring in 2010, SNS prompted discussions about the roles to organize collective actions. First of all, mobile media and SNS help to mobilize both on and offline social movement, second, to create new forms of collective actions, third, to organize social movement organizations across the world, fourth, to empower movement participants to develop new collective identities. On the other hand, the same technologies also hinder social movements from developing continuity and dedication. In addition, the problems of digital divide might aggravate the divisive process to organize collective actions across the world. This research is built on these ongoing arguments about the potentials and limitations of new media technologies. In particular, this research tries to move beyond the confrontational approaches to the media through the case study of Save The Jeju Island social movements on Facebook. The movement SNS on Facebook aims to provide as well as organize international SMOs and activists that might help deeper understandings on the potentials and limitations of online communication strategies for global social movements.

  • Purpose: Social Network Sites(SNS) have been grown up as a public communication channel consumer frequently participate in. Most of food service brands are utilizing social media for advertising recently. As a result of SNS marketing, food service brands anticipate positive outputs from SNS engagement and consumer brand engagement so that we need to verify structural relationship among SNS characteristics, SNS engagement and consumer brand engagement. Research design, data, and methodology: This study identifies that SNS characteristics have effects on SNS engagement and examines relationship between SNS engagement and behavioral engagement. We conceptualize SNS characteristics as information quality, hedonic level and interaction. Furthermore, SNS engagement is composed of SNS participation, positive word of mouth(WOM). In order to verify the purposes of this research, research model and hypotheses were developed. All constructs were measured with multiple items developed and tested in the previous studies. Sample data were collected from 433 online survey panels and analyzed by using SmartPLS 3.2.9. Result: The findings of this research are as follows. First, information quality is positively related with SNS participation. Hedonic level and interaction have impacts on SNS participation and positive WOM respectively. Second, SNS participation has positive effects on positive WOM. Third, both SNS participation and WOM influence behavioral engagement respectively. Conclusions: The implications demonstrate that SNS characteristics such as information quality and hedonic level and interaction exert effects for consumer to participate in SNS brand page. Meanwhile, hedonic level and interaction influence on positive WOM but information quality doesn't. SNS participation and positive WOM affect consumer to engage in specific brand behaviorally as well. Therefore, food service brand marketer is required to manage SNS information quality and hedonic level and interaction among members to encourage SNS participation and positive WOM. As SNS participation and positive WOM increases behavioral engagement of consumer, marketer needs to incentivize SNS participation and look after situation of positive WOM and respond swiftly.

SNS market has been subdivided. In other words, SNS has entered into a period of vertical SNS that focus on contents and specific target. Therefore, It is necessary to analyze users for SNS planners. For this reason, analyzing why office workers who have the most powerful purchasing power use SNS is meaningful for SNS planners. Therefore, in this study, we analyzed the reasons for using SNS of office workers by studying relationship among office workers' stress, social support, self-expression and the use of SNS. • The purpose of this study is to investigate whether there is a need to adopt new media usage variables as additional demographic variables. For the study, 500 Daejeon citizens were surveyed in July 2011 and the results were analyzed. It was confirmed that demographic variables such as gender, age and income still have effective explanatory power, but the explained variance of dependent variables was not stable. Regression analysis with the addition of new media usage variables(internet, SNS, smart phone) showed a significant increase in explained variables in three out of ten issues(global warming, use of public transportation, support of the current administration's national policies). Although the new media usage variables failed to consistently explain variance on several issues, they may be necessary to understand the public support of national policy or new agenda like global warming.

  • This study aimed to examine how gender and regional differences affect the relationships between SNS use and social capital. By analyzing a large set of data from Korean teenagers, significant roles of gender and regional differences could be found. In regards to gender difference, the most notable finding was the negative effects of SNS use on bonding and bridging social capital among male teenagers. Furthermore, it was found that such negative effects of SNS use were significant particularly among urban teenagers. These findings theoretically contribute to broadening the understanding of the relationships between SNS use and social capital.

  • The present study purported to understand the relationships between SNS appearance-related photo activity, body image and self-esteem among young women. Objectification Theory and Social Comparison Theory explain the process how young women's SNS appearance-related photo activity influence their body satisfaction through a perceived media pressure, objectification of their own bodies and appearance comparison. These process ultimately affect the self-esteem of young female users. A research model was proposed and related hypothesis were examined. We collected an online questionnaire from 400 female participants in their 20's. Data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 18.0. Structural equation modeling analyses suggested that the proposed research model provided a good fit to the data and supported most hypothesis. The results indicated that the level of SNS appearance-related photo activity significantly influences young female user's body satisfaction and self-esteem. The findings of this study were consistent with previous literature on media and body image. Limitations and future research suggestions were also described.

  • This study empirically validate the impacts of WOM information characteristics on the WOM effect in accordance with SNS media due to the increased the WOM role under SNS. The key results showed that the more vivid, negative, and objective WOM information was, the more positive impacts on the intention to adopt information. In addition, the intention to adopt information had a positive impact on the re-WOM intention. Second, there was no significant difference between Facebook and Blog groups regarding the impacts of the WOM information characteristics on the WOM effect. This can be inferred from the fact that consumers recognize all SNS media as a single online medium regardless of their characteristics in the process of accepting and spreading information. Based on these results, this research drew the following implications. It conceptualized the information characteristics factors that influence the online information acceptance process and the relationship with WOM effects by focusing on SNS and high-tech products that are rapidly emerging. This study is also significant because it attempted to expand the characteristics of WOM information and WOM effects to Facebook and blogs, which are SNS media, and proposed a future research direction.
