A Study on the Influence of Relation Commitment of SNS Marketing Features in Domestic Enterprise (국내기업의 SNS 마케팅 특성이 관계몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • Recently, in order to promote their marketing promotion, the entrepeneurs attach importance to many SNS(Social Network Service)and execute it. The representative elements of the SNS service are interactivity, information offering. This study analyzes empirical effects on the SNS Marketing Features in Domesic Enterprise The conclusion of this study shows that the Interactivity has a higher positive effects on Affective Commitment than those on information offering and Information offering has stronger positive effects on calculative commitment than interactivity. Also, these effects enlarge the high use frequency more than the low use frequency. This study also shows that the information offering affect the On-line Word-of-Mouth more positively than the Interactivity. And this study shows that SNS affects the positive effects on the relationship commitment rather than the On-line Word-of-Mouth. Based on the results, the practical implications are offered.

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the relationship between sports players' SNS interaction, relationship commitment, relationship satisfaction, and loyalty. To this end, a total of 000 copies of data were obtained by conducting a survey on the online community of sports stars who followed or subscribed to sports stars through the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, and the results were as follows. First, it was found that sports players' SNS interaction had a positive effect on relationship commitment. Second, it was found that sports players' SNS interaction had a positive effect on relationship satisfaction. Third, it was found that relationship commitment had a positive effect on relationship satisfaction. Fourth, it was found that relationship commitment had a positive effect on loyalty. Fifth, relationship satisfaction was found to have a positive effect on loyalty.

Study on the Influence of Enterprise Features of SNS Service on Relationship Commitment and On-line Word-of-Mouth (기업의 SNS서비스 특성이 관계몰입과 온라인 구전의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -이용 빈도를 조절효과로-)

  • Recently, in order to promote their marketing promotion, the entrepeneurs attach importance to many SNS services and execute it. The representative elements of the SNS service are interactivity, information offering. This study analyzes empirical effects on the SNS service depending on the Relationship Commitment and shows the strategies to enlarge the use frequency and the On-line Word-of-Mouth. The conclusion of this study shows that the Interactivity has a higher positive effects on Affective Commitment than those on information offering and Information offering has stronger positive effects on calculative commitment than interactivity. Also, these effects enlarge the high use frequency more than the low use frequency. This study also shows that the information offering affect the On-line Word-of-Mouth more positively than the Interactivity. And this study shows that SNS service affects the positive effects on the relationship commitment rather than the On-line Word-of-Mouth. Based on the results, the practical implications are offered.

  • 본 연구는 SNS프로슈머 마케팅을 활용한 무용공연 관객의 관람욕구, 몰입경험 및 행동지속성과의 인과관계를 규명하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 위해 서울, 경기지역을 비롯한 충청도, 경상도, 전라도지역의 무용전공자를 모집단으로 선정하여 총 807부의 설문지를 분석에 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. SNS프로슈머 마케팅을 활용한 무용공연 관객의 관람욕구, 몰입경험 및 행동지속성은 정적상관관계가 있으며, 인과관계가 나타났다. 또한 SNS프로슈머 마케팅을 활용한 무용공연 관객의 몰입경험은 관람욕구와 행동지속성의 관계에서 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • As smartphone was distributed widely usage of SNS is growing. Because of ots characteristics, SNS can sustain only when user uses SNS, users' intention to persist use of SNS is very important. Therefore in this study, psychological needs and immersion, the quality of SNS were chosen as impact variables to verify whether they affect the persistance of Facebook usage. A survey was conducted to 165 of Facebook user, and the result showed that compentence and relatedness significantly affeted immersino, and compentence and system quality significantly affected Facebook persistence.

  • The purpose of this study is examining the differences of mobile SNS's service quality, which consists data quality and system quality, among the groups that are classified by commitment and customer loyalty. For the experimental analysis, the frequency analysis was performed for general characteristics of sample. The variables were selected by factor analysis that also prove the validity of variables. The value of Cronbach's alpha was calculated to check the reliability of variables. In addition, the group was determined by the both hierarchical and hierarchical cluster analysis, then ANOVA was performed to test the hypotheses that there are differences of mobile SNS's service quality, among the groups that are classified by commitment and customer loyalty. The results of this study support that there are differences among the groups toward mobile SNS's service quality and also shows the more commitment and loyalty group is the higher recognition of mobile SNS's service quality. Thus, the companies have to realize that mobile SNS is very important key factor to success in rapidly changing business environment. In conclusion, the companies implement different customized strategy for the different group and develop the contents and the applications to maximize the commitment and loyalty of for the mobile SNS users.

Effects of SNS user's Personality on Usage patterns and SNS commitment: A case study of Facebook (SNS 이용자의 성격이 SNS 이용유형과 SNS 몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 페이스북을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine how college students use Facebook and the ways in which they feel of commitment while using Facebook. The Big Five Personality Model has been considerably used in the psychology fields, and the researchers have started to explore the role of characteristic factors in influencing an individual's use of social media, such as Facebook which has become one of the most popular social networking site in the world. Therefore, the current study aims to specify the links between The Big Five Personality Model and usage patterns as well as commitment of Facebook. Two hundreds thirty five college students participated in a survey and the results are as follows: First, participants who were high in extraversion and agreeableness were more likely to do information sharing activities such as sharing posts to their friends, writing comments on the other's posts. In addition, participants who were high in openness to experience, conscientiousness, and neuroticism were more likely to do information producing activities including offering events, group, or public pages to meet people both on and offline. Second, in terms of the relationship between personality traits and commitment to the Facebook, the study found that extraversion and neuroticism were related to users' commitment to Facebook. These findings are consistent with the existing literature regarding extraversion and neuroticism were representative personality factors when it comes to commitment of media. Specifically, the study found that those who were high in neuroticism were more likely to produce information such as posting photos repeatedly or tagging their friends on posts, and also more likely to feel commitment on Facebook. These findings confirm that personality is a highly relevant factor in determining individual's behavior and the degree of commitment on Facebook. Based on these findings implications and limitations of the study are discussed.

A Study of Tourism Destination Storytelling on the Tourism Value and Relationship Immersion of Travel Agency: Moderating Effect of SNS Trust (관광지 스토리텔링이 SNS 관광 가치와 여행사 관계 몰입에 미치는 연구: SNS 신뢰의 조절효과)

  • This study is focused on tourism storytelling(educational, interesting, emotional, uniqueness), SNS tourism value (functional, social), SNS trust, and immersion in travel agency relationship, which are important discussions in the tourism industry. The study subjects are verified 390 respondents who had accommodation experience using SNS, and SPSS 25.0 and Smart PLS 3.0 were used to perform the analysis. The study results are as follows. First, it was confirmed that the educational and interesting factors of tourism storytelling had a positive effect on the functional value, and that the affective relationship was not established between emotional and uniqueness factors. In addition, it was confirmed that educational, interesting, and uniqueness factors had a positive effect on social values, but emotional factors did not establish an influence relationship. Secondly, it was confirmed that SNS tourism value had a positive effect on immersion in travel agency relationship. However, there was no relationship between SNS tourism value and social value. Finally, it was confirmed that SNS trust had a moderating effect on the relationship between SNS tourism value and immersion in travel agency relationship. Through these research results and implications, comprehensive recommendations were presented to tourism industry practitioners.

  • A rapid increase was observed among individuals who want to communicate through a Social Networking Service (SNS). The increasing number of SNS users who create and share information resulted in a huge volume of SNS information. This deluge of information decreases the interest of SNS users, thereby prompting them to generate stimulating and exaggerated information to draw attention to themselves. This study aims to examine the effect of SNS users' desire for attention and share their tourism experience. This study utilizes use and gratification theory and investigates the moderating effect of gender. The analysis shows that the desire for attention influences sharing of tourism experience through compliance and identification at the level of SNS commitment. Gender difference was observed between compliance and identification. This study provides theoretical and practical implications based on the results.

A Study of the Characteristics of Tourism SNS Information and the Influence of Social Capital on the word of Mouth Intention Through the Immersion (관광 SNS 정보 특성과 사회적 자본이 몰입을 통해 구전의도에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • The purpose of the project is to identify the relationship between the sub-factors of SNS information characteristics (information quality, information reliability) and the impact of immersion on social capital (connected capital) on word of mouth intention, and to present measures to revitalize the tourism industry using the results obtained. The study conducted empirical analysis on 326 adults aged 19 and older. The results of the study are as follows: First, it has been confirmed that the sub-factors of SNS utilization (information quality, information reliability) have a positive effect on immersion. Second, immersion has been verified to have a significant influence relationship on the degree of word of mouth intention. Third, it was analyzed that social capital has positive interrelationships with immersion and word of mouth intention. Based on these findings, social network services (SNS) in the tourism industry can be used as basic data to attract potential tourism customers in the future by providing efficient information on tourism products by utilizing social network services (SNS) in the development of tourism contents and marketing strategies, and it is meaningful in that it is intended to help the tourism industry in practice.
