The compression molding of SMC (sheet molding compund) at room temperature was analyzed based on rigid-viscoplastic approach by three dimensional finite element program. The developed program was tested by solving the three dimensional compression of wedge type specimens of aluminum alloys at various processing conditions. The simulation results were compared well to the experimental results available in the literature. based on this comparison the program was proved to be valid and was further applied in solving compression molding of SMC, which is a thermosetting material reinforced with chopped fiber glass. To investigate the effects of friction conditions and mold closing speeds for compression molding of SMC charge at room temperature, compressions of the cylindrical and rectangular shaped SMC were analyzed for various friction conditions and mold closing speeds. The calculated load values were compared to the experimental results for the compression molding of cylindrical specimen.

The robustness of communication service should be guaranteed to validate its security of the whole service not just high performance. One kind of practical test-beds is the chinese communication service based on SIM Card and GSM. In paper, we try to experiment the possibility of SIM cards clone in various mobile communications using 2G in china, and hence discovered the security vulnerabilities such as the incoming outgoing, SMS service and additional services on the mobile phones using clone SIM cards. The experiments show that chinese communication service should be prepared the Fraud Management System against the cloning SIM card. and furthermore, regulations related to the communication service should be tuned the realistic security environments.

Intelligent Network offers network operators significant opportunities to provide new services such as Freephone service and Credit Calling service. To realize the IN capabilities it is required to introduce several new components into the existing telecommunication network. Among them Service Control Point is regarded as a keystone node of Intelligent Network. This paper discusses the architecture design and implementation of NICS(Network Information Control System), which is a combined system of SCP and SMS. Service processing aspects are discussed in detail among the functions of NICS, and service management and test environment of service logic are presented also. The field trial of NICS which has been developed to provide Freephone Service and Credit Calling Service is scheduled at the end of 1993.

SMC(Sheet Molding Compound), a thermoset composite material which consists of unsaturated polyester resin, fiberglass strands, fillers, and various chemical additives for curing agent, has been widely used in fabrication of structural components. The mechanical properties of molded SMS parts are strongly dependent on material flow results during compression molding process, while such flow in molds is affected by material characteristics. For numerical simulation of SMC molding process, estimation of material property of SMC must be accomplished. In this study, flow resistance of SMC was estimated through a simple compression test using a lubricant with grease oil under the constant strain rate condition at various temperatures and the result was compared with other material data available in the literature. The accuracy of the experimentally determined flow resistance was tested by finite element analyses of compression molding of SMC. Simulation results were compared with experimental results under the plane strain condition.

This study was on the pollution emissions of the Ultrasonic fuel feeding system in gasoline injection vehicle. This work measured th SMD of the fuel, and compared the characteristics through chassis dynamometer and highway road test by the conventional vehicle. And this work measured vacuum degree, turbulence intensity and the rate of fuel consumption according to intake air velocity with swirler. The results are as followed; The effects of the vehicle installed the ultrasonic fuel feeding system are better than those of the conventional vehicle.

지난 99년 12월부터 국내 이동통신서비스 사업자들이 무선 인터넷 서비스를 시작한 이후, 올 6월말 현재 무선 인터넷 가입자수가 1천 4백만 명(i-SMS방식을 제외한 WAP과 ME방식)에 육박하고 있다[1]. 또한, 인터넷의 패러다임이 유선에서 무선으로 급속히 확장되면서 이동통신 단말기의 사용이 단순한 통신수단을 넘어 이동성, 휴대성 등의 장점과 함께 언제, 어디서나 누구든지 인터넷에 접속할 수 있는 수단으로 발전하고 있다. 그러나, 무선 인터넷 환경의 여러 가지 제약들(매우 느린 전송속도, 낮은 대역폭, 긴 지연 시간, 통신연결의 불안정 등)로 인한 불편사항들이 지적되고 있다. 특히, 무선 인터넷 사이트 상에서의 사용자 행위/상태정보가 통신연결의 불안정으로 인해 유실될 경우, 사용자는 반복적인 정보 재입력을 수행해야 하는 일이 발생하게 된다. 본 논문은 이런 통신연결의 불안정으로 발생하는 사용자 행위/상태 정보 유실에 대한 대안을 제시하고, 이를 무선 인터넷 사이트에 적용해 보았다.

Recently, the various information according to the company management is originated in the change of the rapid company environment. And the necessity of the administration,that is systematic and efficient toward the various document of a form, is gradually increased. At the same time, the efficient management ability of the various standard document obtained the specialized quality authentication system including the ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, quality 5 star, and etc., it maintains occupies the very important part as to the company management. This research suggests the standard business process of the auto part supplier for the efficient management of the standard document. In addition, by building and managing the standard management system will be able to expect the more efficient document management and the product reliability insurance.

4대강 살리기 프로젝트 중 하나인 금강 살리기에는 현재 금남보, 금강보, 부여보가 신설 예정이다. 본 연구에서는 금강 살리기 사업 중 부여보에 대하여 계획홍수량인 100년빈도 유량의 흐름 예측을 위한 1 2차원 수치해석과 수리적인 형상을 실제 흐름으로 관찰하기 위한 수리모형실험을 실시하여 부여보의 치수안정성을 검토 및 분석하였다. 본 연구를 위하여 1차원 수치해석은 HEC-RAS모형, 2차원 수치해석은 SMS RMA2 모형을 사용하였다. 수리모형 실험은 부여보 기준 상 하류 3km 구간에 대하여 축척 1/60 정상모형으로 제작하였다. 그 결과 부여보 상 하류구간에서 원활한 흐름특성이 나타났으며, 100년빈도 유량에 대하여 수치해석과 수리모형실험 모두 계획홍수위를 넘지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

This paper is concerned with a protection system for the mentally handicapped, which is utilizing a GPS receiver and mobile communications. The protection system consists of a location notification equipment, a location identification and management server, and a cell phone of guardian. The location notification equipment is made up of a GPS receiver, a CDMA communication module and a microprocessor. The equipment transfers the location of the mentally impaired to the location identification and management server when the handicapped gets out of a certain bound of the designated facility. The server marks the handicapped's location on the map in the server and also notifies the guardian's cell phone of the locations. With applying the proposed protection system to social welfare organizations related to the mentally handicapped, it is expected to efficiently contribute to the promotion of the handicapped's welfare.

This study was conducted to evaluate the feeding value of the spent mushroom (Hypsizygus marmoreus) substrates (SMS) in laying hens (Hy-Line Brown). The fresh spent mushroom (Hypsizygus marmoreus) substrates collected from the Namkyung farm were fermented with Bacillus subtilis EJ3 for 2 weeks. A total of twenty-four laying hens were fed corn-soy based experimental diets containing 0% (T0), 5% (T1), 10% (T2) and 15%(T3) fermented SMS for 12 weeks. There were no significant differences among the treatments in egg production, egg weight, egg mass, feed conversion and viability during the experimental period. Feed intake was significantly lowered in T0 (118.3 g) than T1 (121.9 g), T2 (120.3 g) and T3 (122.4 g). There were no significant differences among the treatments eggshell breaking strength, thickness and haugh unit, whereas the yolk color of T1, T2 and T3 were significantly heavy than T0. The palatability of boiled meat was significantly better in the T3 laying hens than in the T0 laying hens. In conclusion, fermented SMS can be used as resource of feed in laying hen feed at 5.0-15% level without effect on performance and egg qualify.
