반도체 산업의 공학 정보 관리를 위한 컨텐츠 신디케이션 시스템의 개발 (Development of Contents Syndication Systems for Engineering Information Management in Semi-conductor Industries)

  • Enterprise Content Integration (ECI)is an IT strategy that improves enterprise' competitive advantages by integrating enterprise wide information and content into a unified view, which in turn supports efficient and effective decision making. Content Syndication Systems (CSS) is a solution that implements the ECI strategy. In semi-conductor industries, it is usual that enterprise content is scattered over tens of legacy systems. Therefore, engineers in semi-conductor companies spend a few hours to locate required engineering information on a daily basis as part of their jobs. In this paper, we develop an enterprise CSS system that integrates enterprise wide contents into a unified view that is suitable for semi-conductor industries. For this research, we first define enterprise CSS, then identify their systems requirements. Then we propose an architecture supporting the identified requirements, and present the implemented prototype. One of the most important requirements is the individualized subscription rule setting for engineering information. For this purpose, we developed methods to represent the information properties and subscription rules.

  • 시스템 반도체 개발을 위해서는 고가의 설계 및 검증 툴, IP구축 등이 필요하나, 영세한 중소기업이 부담하는 데에는 한계가 있다. 최근 반도체 공정의 미세화 및 고도화에 따라 반도체 개발 비용이 증가하는 추세에 있으며, 기 구축된 설계 툴도 시장 환경과 기술진보에 따라 지속적 업그레이드를 요하고 있다. 반면에 경쟁국들은 이러한 시스템 반도체 산업분야에 대하여 활발한 지원정책을 펼치고 있다. 대만, 일본, 중국, 미국, EU 등 시스템반도체 선진국은 예외 없이 적극적인 지원 정책을 추진하고 있다. 이에 우리나라도 설계인프라 투자 비용절감과 시스템반도체 개발 기업에 대한 지원 및 팹리스 창업육성을 목표로 연차별 예산을 투입하여 시스템 반도체 산업기반 조성사업을 추진하려 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이 사업에 대하여 AHP 분석을 이용하여 사업타당성을 분석하였으며, 그 결과 AHP 종합평점이 0.840으로 평가되어 사업이 타당성이 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

  • In this paper, the thermal analysis and dielectric/insulation properties were investigated with considering the temperature depenence Using the sheet of semi-conductor/XLPE came from 22 kV power cables, the dielectric/insulation properties and temperature dependence were measured under 1kHz. According to the results we can verify that only semi-conductor sheet changed linearly, and with the unstable results. the dielectric/insulation properties of the semi-conductor/XLPE sheet show the highest value in the range of 40 $^{\circ}C$ and 50 $^{\circ}C$ and are rely on XLPE rather than semi-conductor in terms of the temperature.

반도체 봉지재용 EMC의 점도거동 특성 - 한 종류의 구형 실리카 포함 (The Characteriastics of Viscosity Behavior of EMC for Semi-conductor Encapsulant - Containing One Kind of Spherical Silica)

  • 반도체 봉지재용 epoxy molding compound(EMC)에는 고함량의 충전제가 함유되어 있어 충전제의 함량이 유변학적 거동에 큰 영향을 미친다. 본 연구에서는 반도체 봉지재용 EMC의 점도거동을 충전제 함량과 주파수(frequency)의 변화에 따라 조사하였다. 또한 주파수변화에 따른 점도거동을 전단율(shear rate)의 함수로 변환하기 위해 Cox-Merz 식과 modified Cox-Merz 식을 적용해 보았다. 이 결과 고함량에서 전단박화현상(shear thinning)과 항복강도(yield stress)가 관찰되었으며 전단율의 함수로의 변환은 Cox-Merz식을 적용하였을 때는 고종도에서 변형율 변화에 따른 점도값 차이 때문에 적용될 수 없었다. Modified Cox-Merz식을 적용하였을 때는 고농도/고변형율에서는 측정장치의 한계 때문에 오차를 보이기는 하지만 각 변형율에 따른 점도값들이 한 개의 마스터곡선으로 일치되는 경향을 보였다.

RSOA기반 반송파 억제된 광변조를 이용한 양방향 WDM-PON 구현 (Demonstration of RSOA based Bidirectional WDM-POM by using Suppressed Optical Carrier Modulation)

  • 본 논문에서는 중앙국(Central of office)에서 반송파가 억제된 광원을 생성하여 파장에 무관한 RSOA기반 양방향 WDM-PON구조를 제안 하였다. 중앙국에 위치한 마흐젠터 모듈레이터 (LiNbO3 Mach Zehnder Modulator)를 이용해서 5 GHz 변조된 반송파가 억제된 광원(Suppressed Optical Carrier)을 만들어 상향 신호 광원으로 전송을 하고 이와 더불어 하향 신호용 광원은 반사형 광증폭기(Reflective Semi-conductor Optical Amplifier)를 이용해서 데이터 변조 후 전송을 하게 된다. 상향 신호는 반송파가 억제된 광원을 광망 전달 장치(Optical Network Unit)보내 다시 데이터 재변조를 하고 증앙국(Central Office)으로 재전송함으로써 파장에 무관한 새로운 양방향 WDM-PON 구조를 실험을 통해 검증하였다.

희토류 관련 국제표준 동향 및 시사점 (Trends and Implications of International Standardization for Rare Earths)

  • Rare earth elements (REEs) are considered to be vital to modern industry due to their important roles in applications such as permanent magnets, automobile production, displays, and many more. The imbalance between demand and supply of REEs can be solved by recycling processes. Regarding the needs of industry and society, the International Organization for Standardization, Technical Committee 298 (ISO/TC298) Rare Earths has been recently launched for developing international standards on rare earth elements. In accordance with the suggestion of its constituents, it is tentatively working to develop the appropriate standards under five working groups (WG) on terms and definitions (WG1), element recycling (WG2), environmental stewardship (WG3), packaging, labelling, marking, transport, and storage (WG4), and testing analysis (WG5). The scope and structure of ISO/TC298 on the topic of rare earths is discussed in this document.

카본 도포에 따른 Cu-Epoxy 접촉면에서 발생하는 크랙방지에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Prevention of Crack Generated in Interface Cu and Epoxy with Painting of Carbon)

  • The bushing for high voltage and large and power should endure weight of itself and force of pushing from contact with circuit breaker. Like this, epoxy mold bushing has to be strong without fault. However, the external circumstances and internal factors was caused by partial discharge, flashover and dielectric breakdown. Therefore, to remove external factor of defect and to prevent the internal cracks and cavity generated from the contraction on interface of Cu-Epoxy, we should form semi-conductive layer on Cu bar by carbon. Then, the PD properties and the insulation qualities of epoxy mold type bushing was able to improved by roles of cushions for the direction of diameter and by effects fo natural sliding like as separated from conductor for the direction of length. So, in this work, we could prove the method of semi-conductive layer in making the long conductor.

Effective technique to analyze transmission line conductors under high intensity winds

  • An effective numerical technique to calculate the reactions of a multi-spanned transmission line conductor system, under arbitrary loads varying along the spans, is developed. Such variable loads are generated by High Intensity Wind (HIW) events in the form of tornadoes and downburst. First, a semi-closed form solution is derived to obtain the displacements and the reactions at the ends of each conductor span. The solution accounts for the nonlinearity of the system and the flexibility of the insulators. Second, a numerical scheme to solve the derived closed-form solution is proposed. Two conductor systems are analyzed under loads resulting from HIW events for validation of the proposed technique. Non-linear Finite Element Analyses (FEA) are also conducted for the same two systems. The responses resulting from the technique are shown to be in a very good agreement with those resulting from the FEA, which confirms the technique accuracy. Meanwhile, the semi-closed form technique shows superior efficiency in terms of the required computational time. The saving in computational time has a great advantage in predicting the response of the conductors under HIW events, since this requires a large number of analyses to cover different potential locations and sizes of those localized events.
