The effect of the Lumbar extensor strengthening exercise on the trunk range of motion (요부 근력강화 운동에 의한 체간 가동범위의 변화)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify that the effect of the Lumbar extensor strengthening exercise on the trunk range of motion(Lumbar extensor strengthening exercise group = 15, Control group = 15). To find out the improvement of trunk range of motion, each group was examined with Modified Modified Sch ber(MMS) measurement before and after the treatments. The result are as followed. 1. After the training period, the trunk range of motion were increased in both groups. 2. After the training period, both groups revealed no sinigificant difference on the trunk range of motion.

  • The Schensted algorithm first described by Robinson [5] is a remarkable combinatorial correspondence associated with the theory of symmetric functions. $Sch{\ddot{u}}tzenberger's$ jeu de taquin[10] can be used to give alternative descriptions of both P- and Q-tableaux of the Schensted algorithm as well as the ordinary and dual Knuth relations. In this paper we describe the jeu de taquin on shifted rim hook tableaux using the switching rule, which shows that the sum of the weights of the shifted rim hook tableaux of a given shape and content does not depend on the order of the content if content parts are all odd.

  • The peculiarities of using Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis (SHS) and solid-stave chase synthesis for production of high temperature superconductor materials were discussed. Oxide superconductors with general formula of $ReBa_2Cu_3O_{7-x}$ (Re=Y, Sm) haute been made by using barium oxide initial powder instead of traditional barium carbonate. Phenomena observed during the grinding of the reactants mixture are presented. Mechano-chemical activation - as a pre-treatment of the reactants mixture - strongly influences the kinetic parameters, the reaction mechanism, and the composition and structure of the final product.

  • A robust adaptive position control algorithm is proposed for servomotor drive system with uncertainties and load disturbance. The proposed controller is comprised of a nominal controller and a robust control. The nominal controller is designed in the condition without all the external load disturbance, nonlinear friction and unpredicted uncertainties. The robust controller containing lumped uncertainty approximator using fuzzy-neural network(FNN) is designed to dispel the effect of uncertainties and load disturbance. The interconnection weight of the FNN can be online tuned in the sense of the Lyapunov stability theorem thus asymptotic stability of the proposed control system can be guaranteed. Finally, simulation results verify that the proposed control algorithm can achieve favorable tracking performance for the induction servomotor drive system.

  • This paper describes the safety assessment algorithm applied for the underground electrical utilities submerged due to flooding. In implementing the algorithm, several factors pertaining to utility safety were introduced into the process flow, and safety weight was given to each factor. It is considered that this algorithm can ensure the safety of electrical utilities installed underground when they are submerged.

  • 1985년 9월, 경기지방의 꽃 재배온실에서 네오레게리아(Neoregelia carolinae Smith var, tricolor Hort.)에 탄저병징이 심하게 발생하여, 병반에서 병원균을 분리, 동정한 결과 Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz.에 의한 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이 균은 PDA배양에서 완전세대 Glomerella cingulata (Stonem.) Spauld. & v. Sch.의 자낭과 자낭포자를 형상하였다. 병징은 2-5mm 크기로 원형 내지 타원형의 적갈색 반점이며, 반점 주위는 황색을 띄었다. 병이 심하게 진전되면 잎의 대부분이 황갈색으로 변하여 말라 죽었다. 이 균의 분생포자현탁액을 네오레게리아에 분무접종한 결과 병원성이 확인되었다. C. gloeosporioides에 의한 네오레게리아 탄저병은 아직까지 보고된 바 없으므로 새로운 탄저병으로 보고한다.

  • This paper deals with the design method of Superconduting AC Generator(SCG). The establishment of design principle and design procedure of SCG are included in this study. Electric characteristics of SCG, such as synchronous reactance and subsubtransient reactance, are specified first as constraints and the size of SCG is calculated. A 20 KVA with double-shield single-rotor is chosen for case study.

  • 본 논문에서는 유연한 단일링크 매니퓰레이터의 끝단 위치 추적제어를 위해 웨이블렛 신경망을 이용한 강인 적응제어기를 제안한다. 전체 제어기는 웨이블렛 신경망에 의해 추정된 피드백 선형화 제어기와 그 추정오차를 보상하기 위한 보상제어기로 구성된다. 시스템의 출력값은 최소위상을 보장하기 위하여 재정의하여 사용된다. 구성된 웨이블렛 신경망의 연결 가중치는 Lyapunov 안정도 이론에 기초해서 조절된다. 제안된 제어기의 성능 향상은 PD 제어기와 비교함으로써 입증된다.

  • Purpose: The study investigated the relationship among self-esteem, communication and school satisfaction in middle school students. Method: A self-reporting questionnaire was completed by 145 students from October 8-19, 2007. The research tools included established scales of self-esteem, communication, and school satisfaction. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, one-way ANOVA, and Sch$\acute{e}$ffe's test using the SPSS 12.0 program. Result: Significantly positive correlations were evident between self-esteem and communication, self-esteem and school satisfaction, and communication and school satisfaction. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop a strategy to increase self-esteem, communication and school satisfaction for middle school students.

  • Localization is one of the most important functions for the mobile robot navigating in the unstructured environment. Most of previous localization schemes estimate current position and pose of mobile robot by applying various localization algorithms with the information obtained from sensors which are set on the mobile robot, or by recognizing an artificial landmark attached on the wall, or objects of the environment as natural landmark in the indoor environment.
