본 논문에서는 데스크탑 및 웹 사이트에 분산된 개인 컨텐츠 관리 방법을 제안한다. 웹 2.0 과 웹 어플리케이션에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 다양하고 분산된 개인의 모든 컨텐츠를 통합 관리해 주는 시스템에 대한 요구가 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 다양하고 분산된 개인의 컨텐츠를 데스크탑에서 관리해주고, 이를 개인용 서버를 통하여 웹에서도 이용할 수 있게 해주는 개인 컨텐츠 관리 시스템을 제안한다. YouFree 의 개인 컨텐츠 관리 시스템은 데스크탑과 웹 사이트에 분산된 개인의 컨텐츠를 종류에 관계없이 통합된 모델을 이용해서 관리해주고 사용할 수 있게 해주는 서비스이다.

하드웨어 중심의 기존 로봇에 웹서비스 및 기술을 적용하여 로봇의 응용 서비스 영역을 확장함으로써 로봇의 정보 서비스 고도화를 이루기 위해 웹 기반 IT 로봇 서비스enabling 기술을 개발하고 있다. 시맨틱 검색 기술은 사용자가 원하는 서비스 또는 콘텐츠를 비교적 정확히 찾기 위해 시맨틱 웹을 사용하고 있으며 서비스 프로세스 실행 기술은 인터넷 상의 웹서비스와 로봇의 구동 서비스를 하나의 프로세스로 동적으로 구성하여 수행할 수 있도록 해준다. 로봇은 방대한 양의 시맨틱 정보를 내장하고 않고 원격지 서버상에서의 시맨틱 검색을 통해 충분히 시맨틱한 결과를 획득할 수 있으며 또한 고정되지 않은 그리고 웹이 컨텍스트와 콘텐츠를 활용할 수 있는 서비스 프로세스 형태의 로봇이 제공할 수 있는 서비스의 질을 개선하고 그 종류 또한 다양하게 변화시킬 수 있다

PC-to-PC 또는 PC-to-Phone에서 구현되었던 초기 VoIP 서비스의 낮은 음성 품질은 기존 유선 전화서비스와 경쟁이 되지 않는 것으로 인식되었고 규제의 대상에서 제외되었다. 그러나 기술의 발전에 따라 향상된 품질의 음성서비스 및 다양한 응용서비스 등을 저렴한 가격에 제공할 수 있게 되었으며, 식별번호의 부여를 통해 VoIP 서비스는 기존 음성전화서비스와 동등한 수준의 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있는 것으로 평가되어, 기간통신서비스로서 기존 음성전화서비스와 유사한 수준의 규제를 받게 되었다. 최근에는 이러한 VoIP 서비스가 유선 환경에서뿐만 아니라 무선 LAN 환경에서도 구현되었고, 나아가 VoWLAN과 이동전화를 묶음으로 제공하는 기술이 가능하게 되었으며, 궁극적으로 VoIP가 이동전화서비스와 같이 완전한 이동 환경에서의 구현이 멀지않은 것으로 전망되고 있다. 이에 따라 무선 또는 이동 환경에서의 VoIP 서비스에 대한 이슈가 수면 위로 부상할 전망이며, 특히 이동 환경은 기존 이동전화사업자의 주파수 할당대가 납부 등의 측면에서 유선 환경과는 다소 차이가 있으므로 이동 환경에서의 VoIP를 어떤 식으로 규정해야 될지에 대해 많은 논란이 일 것으로 예상된다.

서비스의 다양화와 방송과 통신의 통합화로 인해 단방향 CATV에서 양방향 CATV의 뉴미디어 시대로 접어들고 있다. 본 고에서는 광 CATV 시스템인 SWAN(Sociocultural Wellbeing Advanced Network)에 VOD 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 미국 VDT(Video Dial Tone)의 수요예측을 통한 가입자망의 구성 종류, 이들 시스템의 초기 설치 비용을 참고로 하여 모델 도입에 경제성을 제고하였다. VOD 서비스를 도입함으로써 중심국과 분배센터간 전송 채널의 용량이 증가하여 전송 효율이 떨어져 서비스 블로킹 현상을 초래하게 된다. 이러한 전송효율의 저하를 방지하기 위한 방안을 제시한 VOD서비스용 광 CATV 시스템의 모델을 정립하였다.

최근 개인 휴대폰의 대중화에 따라 기존의 유선 인터넷 환경과 휴대폰 서비스가 결합된 무선 인터넷서비스가 각광을 받고 있다. 현재 웹을 기반으로 WAP 인터페이스를 제공하는 회사들은 디스크 기반DBMS를 사용한다. 데이터의 전송 속도가 유선 상에 비해 떨어지고 회선이 불안정한 무선 인터넷의 특성상, 응답 시간이 느릴 결우 사용자는 서비스 이용에 큰 불편을 느낄 수밖에 없고, 이용상에 오류가 생길 가능성이 높아진다. 이에 비추어 볼 때 응답 시간은 기존의 유선 인터텟 서비스에 비해 더욱 중요한 요소로 작용한다. 디스크 기반 DBMS는 이와 같은 요구 조건을 만족하지 못한다. 그에 반해 구조가 간단하면서 높은 성능을 낼 수 있는 메인 메모리 DBMS는 무선 인터넷 서비스에 적합한 환경을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 2세대 고성능 메인 메모리 DBMS인 P＊TIME을 이용하여 무선 인터넷 서버를 구현하고, 그 성능을 상용 DRDBMS인 Oracle을 이용했을 때의 성능과 비교 분석해 본다. WML, WML Script, JSP를 이용하여 PIMS 서비스를 구현해 본 결과, 동시 접속자 수가 늘어남에 따라 Oracle과 P＊TIME의 성능 차이는 더욱 크게 벌어져 동시 접속자 수가 50명일 경우 P＊TIME이 100배 이상의 성능을 보였다.

In this paper, we proposed an augmented reality(AR) service for the Great Gilt-bronze Incense Burner of Beakje - one of Korea's national treasures - using smart glasses. The proposed AR service was developed using Microsoft's HoloLens 2, MRTK, and Unity programs. The proposed service starts when the user wears HoloLens 2 and looks at a QR code next to the displayed the Great Gilt-bronze Incense Burner. Then, the proposed service visually provides users with the historical explanation of the Great Gilt-bronze Incense Burner and the objects in it. In particular, the proposed service augments virtual 5 musicians of the Great Gilt-bronze Incense Burner so that users can experience the performance culture of the Baekje era. Therefore, we can provide users with the value and meaning of the cultural heritage of the Baekje era as an expanded experience by using the virtual 5 musicians to overcome the current temporal and spatial constraints. We can confirm whether the proposed AR service is provided to users through HoloLens 2, in harmony with the Great Gilt-bronze Incense Burner of Baekje, a cultural heritage.

The primary purpose of this study is to present the fact that high-speed internet service should be designated as universal service because it becomes an indispensible and crucial service in the modern information society but free market system fails to implement universal service of high-speed internet service. To do so, it theoretically analyses previous works related to the issue of high-speed internet service and universal service in a critical point of view and investigates the current situation that high-speed internet service is not designated as universal service. In conclusion, this paper suggests that high-speed internet service should be included in the scope of universal service, in terms of infrastructure and minimum transmission speed, for the development of democracy and the information society.

The objection of this present study are (1) measurement of patient's expectation toward quality care of dental services. (2) Analysis of differential expectation of dental service by the patient characteristics and (3) presentation of measurement implication for better dental service at the dental clinic. The data used in the study were collected from April 25 to June 9, 2001 and for 77 patients of university dental hospital and 102 patients of dental clinic. The study found, in general, that patient's expectation on the clinic environmental factor was most highly scored followed by dental human factors. The convenience of transportation from the patient's residence to the clinic was highly concerned as be an important factor in dental service utilization.

Many public libraries in Korea have a library service charter setting out the standard of service users can expect. It will help drive and sustain a process of continuous improvement in library service quality and help poster good relations with users, most of whom will appreciate library efforts to take account of their views. In this background. the purposes of the study are (1) to study a theoretical review of the library service charter, (2) to explore an analytical evaluation of charter's contents. through a library service charter of 'B' public library in located Gyeonggido. Analytical results generally. 'B' Public library's charter fulfills the charter's principles and criteria, but service practice standards are insufficient for appropriateness and realization.
