This study examines the psychological factors of consumers to On-Demand O2O service which is different from the previous study on O2O service. To investigate the relative influence of consumer's psychological attachment of On-Demand O2O service, enjoyment, and trust on consumer's satisfaction and attitude, I conducted qualitative and quantitative surveys to investigate consumers' perception. Through the quantitative survey on 152 participants, the study shows that the consumer's psychological attachment to the service has the greatest influence on the attitude toward On-Demand O2O service and the trust has the highest effect on satisfaction with service. This study is meaningful in that the consumer's psychological factors to the O2O service is examined from the consumer's point of view. This study suggests that the consumer's attachment and trust should be considered primarily to expand the On-Demand O2O service.

최근 초고속 통신망의 발전과 더불어 망을 통한 멀티미디어 서비스의 개발이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 특히 멀티미디어 서비스의 핵심 요소인 영상서비스에 관련된 많은 개발이 이루어졌다. 이러한 망에서의 영상서비스를 효과적으로 제공하기 위하여, 사용자로부터 요구되는 서비스 품질(QoS : Quality of Service)을 보장하고 관리하는 것이 서비스 제공의 핵심 사항이라 볼 수 있다. 최근 주문형 비디오(VoD : Video on Demand) 서비스와 같은 망을 통한 영상 전송이 실용화되고 있으며, 차세대 영상 압축 방식인 MPEG2 방식을 이용한 전송이 개발되고 있다. 이러한 망을 통한 MPEG2 서비스 시, 종단간의 QoS를 보장해 주기 위한 망 계층과 응용 계층간의 QoS 파라미터 측정과 이를 토대로 한 서비스 제공 및 관리가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 MPEG2를 이용한 영상 전송 시 종단간의 QoS 측정을 위한 VoD 시스템 및 측정기 개발에 관해 논한다.

This Study Focuses on the Customer Experience Story of Bandi&Luni's Centum City branch which Offers the Different Service Concept on the Competitive Book Selling Market. Bandi&Luni's Stands as one of the Largest Bookstore Chains that has 14 Offline Bookstores and an Online Bookstore Shop. The Purpose of this Study takes Lessons from the Unique Practices and Efforts of Bandi&Lunis's Online-to-Offline(O2O) Service and Service Design. In Order to Achieve this Propose, we Investigated the History, Service Concept, Value, and Performance of Bandi&Luni's from a Variety of sources and Reviewed the Previous Literatures of O2O Service and Service Design. In order to Offer Better Customer Experience the Service should be Designed from Customer's View and be Delivered through the Lifecycle of Customers. In a era of Big Data, IOT(internet of things), AI(artificial intelligence), The Service Design Innovation using Information and Communication Technology will be needed in order to Break down the Boundaries Between Online and Offline.

Recently, mobile communication systems have supported various services including internet from voice centric service as they evolve toward 3G. To accommodate the increasing number of users, an AAL2 multiplexing scheme is introduced in the UTRAN tub interface for link efficiency. However, limited radio resources and different requirements of various services make it difficult to guarantee the QoS requirements at radio access networks. The conventional AAL2/ATM multiplexing systems focused on the multiplexing efficiency of voice anddata services and QoS issues of real time and non real time services. In this paper, we classfy various services according to QoS requirements and propose AAL2/ATM multiplexing schemes using statistical multiplexing and scheduling with a rather simple structure to guarantee the given requirements. Simulation results show that the proposed schemes perform better than the conventional schemes to guarantee QoS requirements of various services.

For the efficient business, the telecommunication providers should have an attention for the minimization of the basic setup cost to implement the network infrastructure. Furthermore, the provision of the quality of service (QoS) to the service users is crucial for the service providers and vendors. In this paper, we propose the new algorithm to provide the user's QoS under the various traffic in the broadband convergence network. Using the NS-2 network simulator, we evaluate the QoS for the proposed algorithm, and compare those with the results of the previous differentiated service network.

This paper investigated the performance of QoS management using variations of RED parameters in Differentiated Service. Differentiated Service separates packets from a specific traffic by using QoS parameters such as CIR or PIR. A code point is used to mark each packet which is enqueued into each virtual queue. Different RED parameters are configured for virtual queues according to each code point. As the code point value increases, the RED parameters become harsher. To show QoS Management using variations of RED parameters, this paper used the policy model of time sliding window with 2 color marking (TSW2CM). Simulation results using NS-2 showed that the QoS management of a differentiated service can be obtained from using variations of RED parameters.

현재의 MDS 시스템은 제한적인 캐슁에 따른 불필요한 그리드 정보서비스 서버 접근, 다양한 응용 사용자를 위한 최적의 자원 정보 발견의 어려움 및 DIT 내의 노드 결합 또는 네트워크 단절에 따른 서비스 중단의 문제점 등을 갖는다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 그리드 컴퓨팅을 위한 미들웨어인 Globus의 정보 서비스 시스템인 MDS의 확장을 기술한다. 제안된 확장 시스템은 자원 접근 및 발견을 위해 P2P 기반의 결함 포용을 갖는 강건하고 적응형 정보 서비스를 제공하기 위한 모텔 설계를 수행한다. 특히, 그리드 정보서비스는 단일 기점 결함(Single-point failure) 및 중복으로 등록된 자원에 대한 추가적인 트래픽을 발생시킨다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 MDS에 강건성을 갖고 네트워크 트랙픽 감소를 위해 P2P를 기반으로 확장된 그리드 정보서비스 아키텍츄어 설계를 제안하며 이를 위한 결함 검출 시스템을 Apples를 기반으로 구성하였다.

The purpose of this study is to present the direction of improving the Korean Government 2.0 services by evaluating the quality of the service and analyzing its effects on user satisfaction. Recently, on the extension of e-government, Government 2.0, which is the government service combined with Web 2.0, has emerged as a new paradigm. However, there are very few studies on the impact of Government 2.0 on general society and industries. Especially, there is little or no practical analysis and evaluation for the quality of Government 2.0 service. Because the service quality is typically used as the leading indicator of user satisfaction, this study applies it to the Government 2.0 for the validation of the existingtheory in a particular subject. The service quality was measured by the tangibles, reliability, responsiveness of revised SERVQUAL, the efficiency and security of the E-S-QUAL. Inconclusion, this study has empirically significant implications for providing a theoretical foundation for measuring the quality of the Government 2.0 service.

인터넷 사용의 급속한 증가와 다양한 서비스에 대한 요구사항을 수용하기 위해서 가입자망과 백본망 사이에 위치한 메트로망의 진화에 관심이 집중되고있다. 메트로망의 병목 현상을 해결하기 위한 방법중의 하나로 MPLS 를 이용하는 해결책이 제안되고 있으며 이에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 메트로망에서 MPLS를 활용하는 경우, 2 계층 VPN 서비스를 제공하기 위해서 Martini가 제안한 방식이 사용될 수 있으며, 3 계층 VPN 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 RFC 2547 방식이 이용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 메트로망에서 VPN 서비스를 제공하기 위한 MPLS 기반 2 계층 및 3 계층 VPN 서비스를 위한 기능 모델과 QoS 모델을 정의하고, 정의된 QoS 모델을 지원하기 위한 포워딩 정보를 생성하는 절차에 대해서 기술한다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest core values and principles of children's services in public libraries. The writer, for the purpose, investigate a number of children's service guidelines from national and international level. The writer suggests eight core values and nine mission for the children's services in public library with administrative principles of whole aspects of children's services.
