Component-based software development (CBD) is a methodology that has been embraced by the software industry to accelerate development, save costs and timelines, minimize testing requirements, and boost quality and output. Compared to the conventional software development approach, this led to the system's development being completed more quickly. By choosing components, identifying systems, and evaluating those systems, CBSE contributes significantly to the software development process. The objective of CBSE is to codify and standardize all disciplines that support CBD-related operations. Analysis of the comparison between component-based and scripting technologies reveals that, in terms of qualitative performance, component-based technologies scale more effectively. Further study and application of CBSE are directly related to the CBD approach's success. This paper explores the introductory concepts and comparative analysis related to component-based software engineering which have been around for a while, but proper adaption of CBSE are still lacking issues are also focused.

오늘날 해상교역과 국제 혼승선박의 지속적인 증가로 선박의 안전운항을 위한 항로표지와 관련하여 우선 해사영어의 표준화 연구가 필요하다. 항로표지장비 및 용품 표준규격심의회 조직의 검토결과 현행 심의회의 활동만으로는 다양한 종류의 항로표지의 표준화를 충족시킬 수 없었고 실무적 진행을 위해서는 실무위원회가 항로표지의 종류별로 구성될 필요가 있기에, 조직원의 구성에 있어서는 표준규격 심의회의 유연성과 전문성을 조화시킨 민 관 학 연의 통합적 접근이 바람직하다. 항로표지와 관련해사영어의 표준화 방안의 연구결과에서 각과정마다 대상, 등급 및 학습목표가 제시 되었으며, 이 모든 과정에 적용될 수 있는 교육/훈련단계는 통역/커뮤니케이션의 근본원리를 적용한 난이도에 따라 구분되었다. 본 논문의 기여는 항로표지와 관련한 제도정비의 근본이 되는 관련해사영어의 우선적 표준화 방안을 제시하여 현재 해사분야에서 실무전문성이 결여된 시청각 영어교육훈련의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 최초의 방안구축에 있다.

본 논문은 도시철도공사시 하저통과구간의 지반투수저하공법에 대한 연구결과이다. 본 연구에서는 하저지반의 투수저하공법들 중 특히 주입공법에 대하여 연구의 초점을 두었다. 하저지반에서 장 단기적으로 안전하게 지반수리거동을 도모하기 위한 주입공법의 설계기법에 대하여 제시하였다. 그래서 하저통과 터널공사시 안전시공과 완공 후 터널구조물의 장기적인 안전유지관리 측면에서 적용성이 양호하다고 판단되는 N.D.S (Natural Durable Stabilizer)공법과 S.M.I (Space-Multi-Injection Grouting)공법을 제시하였다. 이 두 공법의 실질적인 시공효과를 평가하기 위하여 ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$지역에 건설예정인 하저통과 도시철도터널공사구간에서 시험시공을 실시하였다. 시험 시공기간 중에는 실내 및 현장에서 지반투수 특성시험을 실시하여 시공전후의 지반의 투수성 저하효과를 평가하였으며, 두 공법의 시험시공결과는 이론적인 배경과 함께 비교 분석하였다. 비교 분석결과, S.M.I공법의 경우 N.D.S공법보다 투수성 저하효과가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 주입공법에 있어서 시멘트 무기질계 재료보다는 비 알칼리성 실리카 졸계가 투수저하 효과를 더 크게 할 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다. 끝으로 본 연구결과로부터 특히 철도터널설계시 하저지반의 투수성 저하효과 증대를 위한 주입공법 설계 기술발전에 공헌 할 것이다.

This study was attempted to simplify the complex steeping mechanism and propose the scientific approach of microorganism. As Enzyme activity showed that as steeping hours increase, the а-amylase activity increased. Most commonly microorganisms in steeping liquid were Corynebacter spp., Candida spp. and Lactobacillus spp. According to results, steeping acidifies the character of glutinous rice, affec-ting the starch's n-amylase and bring about component's changes. As Candide spp. and Lactobaillus spp. of the steeping liquid increase, the character of liquid is acidifying.

We report a novel approach for encapsulating of cathode electrodes in DC plasma pixels. Anode and cathode electrodes are laterally placed on a single substrate. The encapsulated electrode minimizes the sputtering of the cathode without significantly altering the turn-on voltage-pressure characteristics. An abnormal glow in current-voltage characteristics is also observed.

It is shown that the problem of minimizing (maximizing) a quadratic cost functional (quadratic gain functional) given the dynamics dx = (fx + gu)dt + hdb(t, a) where b(t, a) is a fractional Brownian motion of order a, 0 < 2a < 1, can be solved completely (and meaningfully!) by using the dynamical equations of the moments of x(t). The key is to use fractional Taylor's series to obtain a relation between differential and differential of fractional order.
