Recently, as mobile paradigms such as telematics or LBS (Location Based Service) have been being more diverse and mobile devices such as PDA (Personal Digital Assistance) or several telematics terminals have been being used more widely, mobile services, for example, mobile geographic information service have been being put more importance by people. In this paper, we propose to adopt S/W and data streaming mechanism as a method to improve performance of mobile geographic information service which is a representative of mobile services based on client-server architecture. The show the effectiveness of proposed methods, we design and implement S/W streaming prototype system and sample mobile geographic information service to be executed on the S/W streaming system.

최근 QoS 기술의 일환의 하나인 실시간 스트리밍 서비스의 기술들이 이슈화 되고 있다. 하지만 현재의 대다수 스트리밍 서비스들은 특정 S/W나 별도의 프로그램 설치를 통해 실시간 스트리밍 서비스를 지원하는 실정이고, 저장되는 영상에 대해 저장의 종료 전까지는 영상에 대해 편집 및 사용이 불가능 하였다. 이에 본 논문에서는 사용자가 저장하고 있는 영상에 대해 멀티스레드 및 Storm기법을 적용한 분산처리 시스템을 기반으로 별도의 S/W나 프로그램의 설치 없이 HTML5기반의 웹 콘텐츠를 제작하여 각 디바이스들이 지원하는 웹 브라우저를 이용한 실시간 스트리밍 시스템을 제안한다. 이는 스트리밍 서비스를 제공하는 사용자가 실시간으로 저장되는 영상에 대해 편집 및 사용이 가능하며, 서버와 클라이언트 간 실시간 응답 및 콘텐츠 공유를 필요로 하는 교육 및 멀티미디어 스트리밍 분야에 활용될 것이다.

In this paper, the result of experimental investigation into the streaming electrification phenomena of insulating oil under an external dc field effect is described. Energization by positive dc voltage enhanced the streaming electrification. but when the applied voltage was negative, the polarity of streaming current was field strength dependent.

현재 대다수 스트리밍 서비스들은 특정 S/W나 별도의 프로그램 설치를 통해 실시간 스트리밍 서비스를 지원하는 실정이고, 저장되는 영상에 대해 저장의 종료 전까지는 영상에 대해 편집 및 사용이 불가능 하였다. 이에 본 논문에서는 사용자가 저장하고 있는 영상에 대해 멀티스레드 기법을 적용한 시스템을 기반으로 별도의 플러그인이나 프로그램의 설치 없이 HTML5을 활용하여 웹 콘텐츠를 제작, 웹 브라우저를 이용한 실시간 스트리밍 시스템을 기술한다. 이는 스트리밍 실시간으로 저장되는 영상에 대해 편집 및 사용이 가능하며, 실시간 커뮤니케이션 및 미디어 공유를 필요로 하는 웹 서비스 및 스트리밍 분야에 활용될 것이다.

This phenomena of streaming-electrification is generated between solid and liquid boundary called electric double-layer which is generated by potential difference. A charge separation at interfaces between a moving fluid and a solid boundary can give rise to the generation of substantial electric field and at last these can give rise ta insulating failure. Therefore injection of the adverse-charge in streaming-electrified insulating oil to eliminate the accumulation charge and its related phenomena was investigated.

In this paper, the streaming electrification phenomena of insulating oil by metal filters and the charge elimination method were investigated. When BTA and surfactant is molten in insulating oil, BTA appear the prevention of electrification from about 5ppm and surfactant (SP-S10, SP-S30) appear the prevention of electrification from about 20ppm. BTA increase the conductivity of insulating oil but surfactant and antioxidant(DBPC) isn't affect that.

The purpose of this study is to find the way to reduce the electrostatics by interface activation substances added in the insulating oil with concentration[ppm]. As results. The streaming current, surface tension and viscosity of the samples added nonionic and hermaphrodic substances are decreased but the conductivity is increased at higher point than the 1[ppm] (c.m.c.), the other side the same phenomena of the samples added cationic and anionic substances are discovered at the 10[ppm].

클라우드 시스템을 이용하여 스트리밍 게임 서비스를 제공하는 것은 많은 유리한 점이 있지만, 씬 클라이언트에서 표시 지연(Presentation latency)이 발생한다는 문제점도 갖고 있다. 게임은 사용자의 입력에 즉각적으로 반응해야 하는 특성을 갖는 서비스이므로 씬 클라이언트에서의 표시 지연은 다른 이슈에 비해 중요한 문제이다. 본 연구에서는 서버와 씬 클라이언트 사이에서의 표시 지연을 감소시키는 방법을 제안한다. 이를 위해, 서버 단에서는 서버와 씬 클라이언트의 영상포맷 일치화, 미디어 타입에 따른 인코딩 포맷 변경, 동기화를 위해 주기적으로 클럭을 전송하도록 하는 것을 해결 방안으로 제안한다. 그리고 씬 클라이언트 단에서는 패킷화 과정에서 명령어 수 절감, 암호화 과정에서 가벼운 알고리즘 사용, 압축해제 과정에서 하드웨어 디코딩 개선을 해결 방안으로 제안한다. 이를 실제 상용화 수준까지 개발된 게임 서비스 시스템에 적용하여 검증 하였는데, 수백 ms 정도의 상당한 표시 지연 감소를 통해 허용 가능한 수준인 100ms까지 표시 지연 감소가 가능함을 확인하였다.

네트워크 기술의 발전과 멀티미디어 데이터의 전송을 가능하게 되어 VOD 서버등의 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 리눅스 시스템에 다윈 스트리밍 서버와 DSM(Distributed Shared Memory)을 구축하고, 구축된 시스템을 이용하여 DSM 기반에서 다윈 스트리밍 서버가 실행이 될 수 있도록 설계한다.
