An Effective Frequency Sharing Method using Cognitive Radio in GSO Satellite Network (인지무선 라디오 기술을 이용한 효율적인 GSO 위성망 주파수 공유방법)

  • Many efficient frequency sharing methods are issued in present because of increasing users with various wireless communication terminals. In the satellite communications, the service coverage is generally very wide so frequency sharing with terrestrial system is essentially needed, and the research is progressing dynamically related on this frequency sharing method. But if we adopt the terrestrial system which is commonly used, it can't avoid the interference from terrestrial service to satellite service. Therefore, this paper will introduce methods for reducing the interference from terrestrial station to earth station using cognitive radio system Satellite system is guaranteed with decreasing interference from terrestrial stations using Genetic Algorithm based power control method. Furthermore, terrestrial systems can have increased QoS because the frequency reuse factor in proposed method is higher than existing methods.

A Study on the Influence of IT Education Service Quality on Educational Satisfaction, Work Application Intention, and Recommendation Intention: Focusing on the Moderating Effects of Learner Position and Participation Motivation (IT교육 서비스품질이 교육만족도, 현업적용의도 및 추천의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 학습자 직위 및 참여동기의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • The fourth industrial revolution represents a revolutionary change in the business environment and its ecosystem, which is a fusion of Information Technology (IT) and other industries. In line with these recent changes, the Ministry of Employment and Labor of South Korea announced 'the Fourth Industrial Revolution Leader Training Program,' which includes five key support areas such as (1) smart manufacturing, (2) Internet of Things (IoT), (3) big data including Artificial Intelligence (AI), (4) information security, and (5) bio innovation. Based on this program, we can get a glimpse of the South Korean government's efforts and willingness to emit leading human resource with advanced IT knowledge in various fusion technology-related and newly emerging industries. On the other hand, in order to nurture excellent IT manpower in preparation for the fourth industrial revolution, the role of educational institutions capable of providing high quality IT education services is most of importance. However, these days, most IT educational institutions have had difficulties in providing customized IT education services that meet the needs of consumers (i.e., learners), without breaking away from the traditional framework of providing supplier-oriented education services. From previous studies, it has been found that the provision of customized education services centered on learners leads to high satisfaction of learners, and that higher satisfaction increases not only task performance and the possibility of business application but also learners' recommendation intention. However, since research has not yet been conducted in a comprehensive way that consider both antecedent and consequent factors of the learner's satisfaction, more empirical research on this is highly desirable. With the advent of the fourth industrial revolution, a rising interest in various convergence technologies utilizing information technology (IT) has brought with the growing realization of the important role played by IT-related education services. However, research on the role of IT education service quality in the context of IT education is relatively scarce in spite of the fact that research on general education service quality and satisfaction has been actively conducted in various contexts. In this study, therefore, the five dimensions of IT education service quality (i.e., tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) are derived from the context of IT education, based on the SERVPERF model and related previous studies. In addition, the effects of these detailed IT education service quality factors on learners' educational satisfaction and their work application/recommendation intentions are examined. Furthermore, the moderating roles of learner position (i.e., practitioner group vs. manager group) and participation motivation (i.e., voluntary participation vs. involuntary participation) in relationships between IT education service quality factors and learners' educational satisfaction, work application intention, and recommendation intention are also investigated. In an analysis using the structural equation model (SEM) technique based on a questionnaire given to 203 participants of IT education programs in an 'M' IT educational institution in Seoul, South Korea, tangibles, reliability, and assurance were found to have a significant effect on educational satisfaction. This educational satisfaction was found to have a significant effect on both work application intention and recommendation intention. Moreover, it was discovered that learner position and participation motivation have a partial moderating impact on the relationship between IT education service quality factors and educational satisfaction. This study holds academic implications in that it is one of the first studies to apply the SERVPERF model (rather than the SERVQUAL model, which has been widely adopted by prior studies) is to demonstrate the influence of IT education service quality on learners' educational satisfaction, work application intention, and recommendation intention in an IT education environment. The results of this study are expected to provide practical guidance for IT education service providers who wish to enhance learners' educational satisfaction and service management efficiency.

  • Recently, Network companies have introduced security solutions to protect the network from intrusions, attacks and viruses but the network has still weakness and vulnerability. It is time to bring more stable and reliable authentication system that would meet the Internet user's need. In this study, Current broadband networks don't have hierarchic and stable authentication solutions. And so, an integrated and hierarchic system is needed to provide a various kinds of application services.

  • According as Ubiquitous comes, interest for indoor location tracking system was more increased socially. However, existing indoor location tracking system doesn't correspond actively in frequent change of indoor environment, and there is a problem that correct location measurement of transfer object is difficult by NLOS property of indoor environment. Purpose of this paper proposes environment accommodation location tracking system that is improved location precision of transfer object and grasps location of indoor transfer object effectively that is essential element effectively to provide service to satisfy various user's request according as Ubiquitous comes.

Maternal Knowledge of Childcare and Its Effects on Mother-Teacher Communication (어머니의 보육지식과 어머니-교사 의사소통과의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between maternal knowledge of childcare and mother-teacher communication. The participants consisted of 240 mothers whose children were enrolled at seven childcare centers in Seoul. Respondents were asked to complete a series of questionnaires reporting the important aspects of their childcare, the frequency of mother-teacher communication, and individual characteristics. Information about childcare's structural and procedural characteristics were obtained through interviews with the directors of those centers. The results indicated that mothers only answered 45.5% of questions correctly, and reported a lack of knowledge about childcare services in their respective centers. In particular, mothers didn't have information about caregivers (e.g, education, year of job experience, license, etc). Actual maternal knowledge was significantly correlated with the length of time which mothers were associated with their childcare and the frequency of mother-teacher communication. In addition, there were significant differences in the maternal knowledge regarding childcare services according to mothers' educational level. The results of this study imply that effective parent education programs are needed for mothers who want to enroll their children in childcare centers.

  • Recently, makers who do not have huge production equipments and who actually make products that they thought by utilizing digital production tools are emerging as new trends. As these makers shared how to make products, the 'maker movement', an open source manufacturing movement, spread. In the case of the domestic market, the maker movement is being activated through the government's policy support. However, compared to developed countries, there is not enough awareness and environment of maker culture, and only open platform hardware and software are used without specialized education / development equipment or kit for maker. Therefore, in this paper, we implement a MQTT protocol based Internet object maker kit for real service interworking rather than simple data connection through hardware connection.

It will unit various authentication systems that have been deployed in various network environment and reinforce network security to provice a various kinds of application services in a stable and safe environment. that is a simple and more secure method for fighting a rise in card-not-present fraud.

  • 본 논문에서는 자원제한적인 IoT 환경에서 스케줄링 정확도 향상을 위해 Softmax를 이용한 Q-learning 기반의 패킷 스케줄링 기법을 제안한다. 기존 Q-learning의 Exploitation과 Exploration의 균형을 유지하기 위해 e-greedy 기법이 자주 사용되지만, e-greedy는 Exploration 과정에서 최악의 행동이 선택될 수도 있는 문제가 발생한다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 Softmax를 기반으로 다중 센서 노드 환경에서 데이터 패킷에 대한 Quality of Service (QoS) requirement 정확도를 높이기 위한 연구를 진행한다. 이 때 Temperature 매개변수를 사용하는데, 이는 새로운 정책을 Explore 하기 위한 매개변수이다. 본 논문에서는 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안된 Softmax를 이용한 Q-learning 기반의 패킷 스케줄링 기법이 기존의 e-greedy를 이용한 Q-learning 기법에 비해 스케줄링 정확도 측면에서 우수함을 보인다.

  • The cost competitive products buyers through the e-commerce are growing steadily every year due to the development of the Internet. Furniture and home appliances buyers through the e-commerce, on the other hand, aren't growing cause it's impossible to check the size and harmony with interior. Therefore, in this paper, we introduce arrangement system for furniture and home appliances based on augmented reality and motion recognition to provide service which checks the size and harmony with interior by arranging them virtually before purchasing.

  • A teacher's talk does not make a simple delivery of information. It reflects the role of the teacher, since the language used by a teacher intervenes in a crucial way in the complex mechanisms that underlie teaching and learning of foreign languages. In this sense, the ways in which teachers give feedback have an impact on the process, not only of learning, but also of teaching. The important role of emotional factors in learning has resonated strongly in the intuition of many second and foreign language teachers. As a result, over the past three decades, research on foreign language acquisition has confirmed the hypothesis that language learning is enhanced by rapport between teacher and student. This study analyses the positive feedback given by native Spanish teachers in the context of university classes in Korea. The positive words from a language teacher are related to forming emotional factors such as motivation, attitude, interest, self-confidence, self-esteem, anxiety, and empathy, which directly influence in the acquisition of Spanish. 35 hours of oral practical classes taught by three native teachers of Colombian, Spanish and Mexican nationality were examined. According to the result, almost all the correct answers from students were corresponded with some type of positive feedback. The most frequent strategies are making a compliment, an approval, a repetition, and laughter or non-verbal cues. It is interesting to observe that teachers don't use only a single strategy to provide positive feedback, but instead combine multiple ways to enrich the positiveness of the feedback.
