본 연구는 정신장애인 동료지원활동의 보다 발전적인 고용 활성화 방안을 모색하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 그리하여 정신장애인 동료지원활동 리더양성 일자리 지원사업을 담당하고 있는 직업재활실무자들을 대상으로 초점집단인터뷰(FGI)를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 연구참여자들은 본 사업을 통해 역량강화에 대한 기대를 갖고 있었고, 동료지원활동가의 역할에 대해 동료들에 대한 정서적 지원, 프로그램 계획 및 진행, 자조모임 운영, 사업 및 시설홍보, 직원 보조지원의 역할 등으로 인식하고 있었다. 또한 금전적인 보상과 의미있는 역할 수행이 된다면 보다 동기부여 될 수 있다고 보았으며, 사업참여를 통해 힘들지만 보람을 느끼며, 전문성 향상을 위해 스스로 노력하는 모습을 보였다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 정신장애인 동료지원 활동 고용 활성화를 위한 논의 및 실제적인 제언을 하였다.

The Korea Information Infrastructure aims at the construction of an advanced national information infrastructure, consisting of communication networks, computers, databases and multimedia terminals. In the emerging information society, a well-established national information network plays a crucial role in enhancing economic efficiency and creating national wealth. Till 2015, government plans to construct an Information Superhighway Network and to provide a telecommunication service for speedy transmission of multi-media typed information and development of various applied programs, which help government's commitment to establish nationwide infrastructure to perform a leading role as a high level information society in the 21st century. In the field of health education, the research monograph contains three main parts: health education and information, acceptability of health education; development of health education management information system. In the most remote areas, it can bring high-quality health care where none is now available. In global health care, it can enhance and standardize the quality of medical care throughout the world. Before enlarging the establishment of the health education network system, the issues from this study should be considered to improve the health status through the introduction of information technology and applications in health care.

Relationship between parent and children is basic relation and initial relationship. It is essential research to explore relationship between parent's role satisfaction and children's health promotion in rapidly changing social situation influence parenting attitude. The purpose of this research to explore first mother's parenting belief, communication, filial piety by indepth interview and literature review. Method of research is literature review (books and articles) and Web site researching (home page) and contacted two mothers to do individual interview. Data was collected and analysed according to the objectives. The result of this study as follows. 1) It was problem that is child rearing and child education due to working parents. 2) It was discussed parent's belief regarding child rearing. The belief was influence by culture, social economic status, family friend and internet, advise of professionals. The subjects of this study was influenced by family, friend and internet Web site. 3) Parent-child communication was reviewed and discussed about influence of masmedia and early education system. Children's level of language development was rapidly improved by role play and read the book with mother. 4) It was discussed concept of filial piety. Parent was not expected filial piety from their children. Parent thought that they already received filial piety from their children, because children gave them pleasure and happiness during growing process. Parents want their children become mature person and adapt to informative changing society. Finally, it is needed further interdisciplinary study for parent-child health promotion and growth and development in rapidly changing society.

With the advent of local autonomy in the 1990s, the polemic issue of decentralizing the central government power will undoubtedly come to the fore. The purpose of this study is to reconsider the government functions both at the central and local levels, paritcularly in the fields of urban planning administration. Those policy guidelines administration. Those policy guidelines employed such delegations include : 1) leaving detailed land use regulations to the discretion of local governments; 2) increasing role of local administrations and people regarding development projects; 3) promotion of urban developers as well as public and private partnership; 4) simplifying the procedure related to development applications. In this context, the role of the central government should be redefined; macro-scale policymaking to cope with on-going globalization trends; area-wide coordination among various local bodies ; providing planning standards and information; straining manpower and operation of urban development funds and subsidies.

현대에 이르러 인터넷의 확산으로 인한 피해들이 매우 다양해지고 있다. 특히, 2008년 이후 K팝의 열풍으로 국내외 음악 시장의 다양해진 저작권 침해로 인한 피해는 인터넷 시장의 가장 큰 문제로 대두되고 있다. 그러나 계속 지능화되어 가는 이러한 범죄들을 해결하기 위한 경찰과 저작권 보호기관들의 인력은 부족한 상황이다. 따라서 공권력의 보완인력으로서 또, 음악저작권 침해 예방과 분쟁에서 피해자를 위한 합법적인 도움을 줄 수 있는 저작권 보호 기관의 대체인력으로서 공익적 탐정의 역할을 찾아보려 한다. 이 연구를 위해 먼저 음악저작권의 개념과 유형, 공익탐정의 개념, 음악저작권의 현황과 제도를 파악하고 보호기관의 제도운영 및 현황 분석과 문헌 고찰을 통하여 음악저작권 보호를 위한 탐정의 역할들을 찾아 보았다. 본 연구결과를 통해 음악저작권 보호라는 공익적 차원에서의 전문탐정의 역할이 앞으로 탐정 산업발전을 성장시키는데 좋은 토양이 될 수 있기를 바란다.

This paper aims to elaborate the role and availability of the community enterprise as a form of methodology in local regeneration, dealing with urban social problems generated in the process of urban development. In a situation of the increasing skepticism in the capitalism, the instability in public welfare system and disintegration of community, social economy has come to the fore as an alternative. The community enterprise, especially, has shown the potential to form a virtuous cycle in local regeneration system; residents recognize local problems by themselves; discover and utilize the local resources and assets in the process of solving the problems as an entrepreneurial form; and consequently create social and economic capital which can be reinvested in the local community. Given these aspects, Korean government has implemented supporting policies for the promotion of community enterprises, and new government's "Urban Regeneration New Deal Project" are putting more importance on the role of social and community enterprises as a propulsion unit. In this regard, this paper first explores the concept and features of community enterprise in economic and social aspects, whereby it analyzes the capacity of community enterprises as principal agencies or implements in local development. Then, the development status and institutional supports for community enterprises in the UK is revealed, and investigates case studies which are playing a revolutionary role in urban regeneration or local economic revitalization. Based on this analysis, it draws the main factors for the sustainable and autogenous community enterprise as follows: flexibility in legal forms, community owned assets, diverse fund streams and invigorating social investment market, active partnership between public and private sectors, ardent enterprisers and intermediate support organizations.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to explore the perceptions of health promotion programmes using traditional Korean medicine among public health centre staff in charge of running such programmes. To do so, we examined and analysed the current situation of implementing the programmes in the public health centre. Methods : A survey was designed to collect information on perception of the health promotion programmes using traditional Korean medicine by public health centre staff in charge of running such programmes. The survey, using a structured questionnaire designed for this study, was conducted on 161 public health centre staff attending an annual meeting to presenting the results of activity evaluation related to public health programmes using traditional Korean medicine in public health centres. The participants were asked about the most successful programme, the benefits of the programmes, the positive aspects of the programmes, the most desirable outcomes of the programmes and so on. The data were analysed using SPSS system 12.0 for Windows. Results : Of the 161 questionnaires, 121 were analysed. The main findings of this research were as follows. Of the health promotion programmes using traditional Korean medicine implemented in public health centres, qigong and stroke preventive health promotion programmes were perceived as the most successful. The major benefits of the programmes were having merit for health promotion and expecting a positive performance outcome. The major positive aspects of the programmes for health promotion were cultivating community citizen's support and showing consistency between the philosophy of the programmes and the direction of existing health promotion programmes. The most desirable outcomes of the programmes were spreading community understanding of the programme and establishing an effective and unique health promotion model for implementing the programme. Two major causes of implementation difficulties were lack of material resources such as manpower, facility, and equipment, and methods of performance evaluation. One of the most urgent needs for activating the implementation of programmes was continuing financial and technical support from the central government. Conclusions : To promote the role of traditional Korean medicine in the public health sector in order to integrate traditional medicine into the public health system, government should develop some measures for solving the identified causes of implementation difficulties and coping with the most urgent needs for activating the implementation of programmes.

사회적으로, 조직들은 보유한 정보 자원의 엄격한 관리를 요구받고 있으며, 정보보안을 위한 기술과 정책에 투자를 높이고 있다. 반면, 조직원에 의한 정보 노출 위협은 지속해서 발생하고 있다. 연구의 목적은 보안정책에 의해 발생할 수 있는 업무 스트레스의 부정적 영향을 감소하는 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 세부적으로, 연구는 조직 환경(보안정책 목표 설정), 개인의 업무 지향성(조절초점) 요소를 반영하여, 업무 스트레스 완화 메커니즘을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구는 정보보안을 엄격하게 활용하고 있는 금융업 근로자에게 설문하였으며, 확보된 309건의 표본을 적용하여 가설을 검정하였다. 분석 결과, 연구는 보안정책 목표 관련 난이도와 구체성이 업무 스트레스(갈등, 모호성)를 감소시키고, 준수 의도에 영향을 주는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 개인의 업무 향상 초점이 업무 스트레스와 상호작용 효과를 가져, 준수 의도에 미치는 부정적 영향을 축소할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 연구의 결과는 조직원의 보안 준수 강화를 위한 조직의 보안 전략 수립에 의미를 제공한다.

There has been 10 years since the Health Promotion Act was legislated. The government began to establish a health promotion fund on the basis of Health Promotion Act in 1995, and to manage and operate the fund from 1998. It is evaluated that health promotion program have had various outcomes in many aspects. First, there has been growing awareness of the impotance of health promotion through the establishment of Health Plan 2010 and the effort to actualize the Plan. Second, the importance of securing health equity and identifying health determinants have been recognized during the planning process of Health Plan 2010. Third, the health promotion program have mainly focused on improving healthy life style of the population. As a result, desirable health behavior change of the population could be expected from the result of 2005 National Health and Nutrition Survey. Fourth, public health centers began to play a crucial role in implementing health promotion programs, and began to build infrastructure for health promotion programs. Fifth, management efficiency of private health related organizations have been improved. Finally, training for health promotion personnel and their participation in the program could be the foundation for the higher level of outcome achievement from the health promotion programs. Important challenges for future health promotion would be identification of the determinants and risk factors of health, formulating plan of regional health promotion programs, building infrastructure for health promotion, creation of specific action model by public health center, development of health promotion program for the elderly, conducting research for evidence concerning major factors reducing the need for health care through prevention disease activities, and establishment of evaluation and feed back system for health promotion programs.
