예술작품의 원작으로 구성된 전시와 원작을 재매개한 디지털 전시의 미적 경험에 대한 상이성 연구: <모네,빛을 그리다전(展)>와 <풍경으로 보는 인상주의전(展)>의 비교연구 (A Study on Differences of Aesthetic Experience in the Exhibition of Artworks and the Remediated Exhibition of Artworks: A Comparative Study between and )

  • 본 연구는 전시매체적 상이성에 따른 미적 경험을 비교하기 위해, 문헌연구와 <풍경으로 보는 인상주의전(展)(이하 인상주의전)>과 <모네, 빛을 그리다전(展)(이하 모네전)>의 사용자 경험에 대한 정량적 연구를 병행했다. 감상태도의 관점에서, 두 전시에서 공통적으로 두 가지의 지각방식이 공존했다. 인상주의전에서는 집중적 지각이 우세했고, 모네전에서는 분산적 지각이 높았지만, 모네전에서만 집중적 지각의 전시만족도 및 전시몰입도에 대한 영향력이 입증되었다. 관람객 역할 측면에서는 두 전시에서 공통적으로 수동적 역할에 대한 비중이 높았으며, 관람객 역할은 지각방식 뿐만 아니라 전시만족도 및 전시몰입도에 영향을 미치지 못했다. 인상주의전의 경우, 미적경험요소에 대한 평가가 높게 제시되었으며, 사전지식의 활용은 관람객의 역할에 긍정적인 영향력으로 작용했다. 본 연구를 통해 전통적인 예술작품에 익숙한 관람객들은 디지털 전시에 대해서도 수동적 역할을 취하면서 두 가지의 지각방식에 의존한다는 사실이 확인되었다. 결론적으로 디지털 기술을 통한 재매개는 전시의 매체적 상이성에 따른 감상태도 및 관람객 역할에 대한 이분법적 논리의 경계를 모호하게 만들었으며, 이로 인해 명화 기반의 디지털 전시는 전통적인 예술작품 및 디지털 미디어의 특성을 동시에 갖는다는 것이 주요 시사점이라 할 수 있다.

직장내 성희롱 인식에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Perception of Sexual Role and Sexual Harassment in Workplace)

  • The objectives of this study are first, to investigate the significant differences in the perception and attitude for sexual role of workers, second, to identify the degree of the perception of women manpower in workplace, third, to identify the perception for sexual harassment in workplace and fourth to analyze the relative important factors that effect on conception for sexual harassment. The survey data were collected by questionnaires on May 2000, and the number of subjects was 300 workers. The SAS-PC program was used for the statistical analysis such as t-test, ANOVA and regression analysis. Major results were follow as: 1. The performance rates of health education for sexual harassment was 66%, and 58.9% of the lecturer of sexual harassment education was occupational health nurse. The 45.2% of workers acquired the information for sexual harassment through massive education in workplace. 2. The perception and attitude of sexual role was relatively positive as 2.3(SD=0.69) of mean values. and the difference by sex, age, marital status. and working period was significant. 3. The perception of the women manpower in workplace was generally positive as 7.9(SD= 3.25) of mean values, and the working experience group of less 10 years and more 10 years old age group showed the significant difference in comparative to other group. 4. The perception of sexual harassment of workplace composed of legal basis, range of victim, place of sexual harassment, type of sexual harassment. misconception of sexual harassment, and coping methods of sexual harassment. Among of these perception. type and coping methods of sexual harassment were shown high perception level. The difference by sex between group for perception of sexual harassment was highly significant. 5. Factors that effect on the perception of sexual harassment was not high for the explanation power of regression, but the age, the type of task, the. perception for women manpower were important variables. Based on this results of study, we recommend that the education of sexual harassment in workplace should be strengthened and specified according to age, working period, type of working task. It also should provide various education and information to workplace. Finally and there should be continuous education opportunity systematically to occupational health nurses who are major lecturers for sexual harassment, therefore they can educate workers more effectively.

일부 지역사회 주민의 치과위생사에 대한 인식 및 업무 인지도 조사 (Cognition and perception of community members about dental hygienist's job)

  • The purpose of this study is that level of community members about dental hygienist's job of cognition and perception. The subjects of this survey were 500 of community members located in Gumi, Seoul, Incheon, Wonju.(response rate 92%) The results of study could be summarized as follows: 1. Women, 30 age group, officer and house keeper who had were experienced scaling higher level cognition of dental hygienist than another groups. 2. The group that had experienced oral examination, oral health consult, and the young group who had not experienced prosthodontic treatment had higher perception that dental hygienist main role is oral health care education. 3. The student who had experienced scaling had higher perception that dental hygienist's main role is oral disease prevention. 4. Over 30 age, women group who had experienced dental treatment between 6 month and 2 years had higher perception that dental hygienist main role is dental assistance At the conclusion of this investigation, We investigated that person's perception and cognition is promoted through scaling. Therefore we have to increase opportunity of oral health prevention and education role. In addition, we should notify dental hygienist with uniform, name tag and information about dental hygienist.

아동 감염성 질환관리에 대한 보육교사의 역할인식, 지식, 실천 자신감 및 교육요구도 (Child Daycare Teachers' Role Perception, Knowledge, Self-confidence and Educational Needs Regarding Infectious Disease Management in Children)

  • 본 연구는 보육시설 아동의 감염성 질환관리에 대한 보육교사의 역할인식, 지식, 실천 자신감 및 교육요구도를 알아보고, 이들 변수간의 관련성을 파악하기 위한 상관관계연구이다. 연구 대상자는 보육교사 180명이었다. 연구대상자의 78.9%는 감염성 질환관리에 대한 교육 경험이 없었으며, 감염성 질환관리에 대한 지식 정답률은 52.3%, 실천 자신감은 낮았다. 그러나 감염성 질환관리에 대한 역할인식은 전반적으로 높았으며, 감염성 질환관리에 대한 교육요구도는 높았다. 감염예방을 위한 손씻기 및 위생관리법, 감염성 질환차단방법, 감염성 질환별 관리 및 간호법, 감염성 질환별 증상에 대한 교육요구도가 높았다. 대상자들의 역할인식은 그들의 지식과 교육요구도와 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 보육교사 대상 감염성 질환 예방 및 관리를 위한 교육 프로그램의 개발, 적용 및 평가가 요구된다. 특히 보육교사들의 감염성 질환관리에 대한 역할인식을 향상시키기 위한 노력이 요구된다.

청소년이 인식한 부모의 부모역할책임의식과 회복탄력성의 관계에서 자아존중감의 조절효과 (The Moderating Effects of Self-Esteem on the Relationship between Perception of Parental Role Responsibilities and Resilience)

  • 본 연구는 청소년이 인식한 부모의 부모역할책임의식이 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향에서 자아존중감의 조절효과를 밝히고자 하였다. 첫째, 청소년이 인식한 부모의 부모역할책임의식(정서 및 사회성, 교육)과 자아존중감 및 회복탄력성은 중간값(3.00) 보다 높게 나타났는데 특히 부모역할책임의식 중 정서 및 사회성에 대한 인식 점수가 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 부모의 부모역할책임의식(정서 및 사회성, 교육), 자아존중감, 회복탄력성의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 부모역할책임의식과 자아존중감은 회복탄력성과 유의한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 부모의 부모역할책임의식(정서 및 사회성, 교육)과 회복탄력성의 관계에서 자아존중감의 조절효과를 분석한 결과, 자아존중감은 부모의 부모역할책임의식(정서 및 사회성, 교육)이 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향에 각각 정(+)적 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Mediating Effects of Role Perception of Life-sustaining Treatment in the Relationship between Knowledge of Life-sustaining Treatment Plans and Attitudes toward Withdrawal of Life-sustaining Treatment among Nursing College Students

  • Purpose: This study examined the relationship between Knowledge of Life-sustaining Treatment Plans and Attitudes toward Withdrawal of Life-sustaining Treatment among nursing college students, and attempted to identify the mediating effect of Role Perception on Life-sustaining Treatment in that relationship. It is hoped that the findings will ultimately contribute to the development of active nursing strategies. Methods: The participants were 142 nursing college students in the third and fourth years of study who had experienced clinical practice at two universities in cities Y and C. Data were collected from November 1 to 30, 2019. For data analysis, SPSS for Windows version 22.0 was used to calculate descriptive statistics, the t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. To analyze the mediating effect, the Baron and Kenny bootstrapping method was used. Results: Attitudes toward Withdrawal of Life-sustaining Treatment of nursing college students had a significant positive correlation with Knowledge of Life-sustaining Treatment Plans (r=0.34, P<0.001) and Role Perception on Life-sustaining Treatment (r=0.44, P<0.001). Role Perception on Life-sustaining Treatment partially mediated the relationship between Knowledge of Life-sustaining Treatment Plans and Attitudes toward Withdrawal of Life-sustaining Treatment (95% CI, 0.446~1.055). Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, improving nursing college students' Role Perception on Life-sustaining Treatment could be used as a coping strategy to establish positive Attitudes toward Withdrawal of Life-sustaining Treatment.

대학생의 부모역할에 관한 인식유형 (A Study on the Perception of the Parental Role among College Students)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to classify the subjective perception of college students on the role of parents and to identify the characteristics of each classified type. Methods: The Q methodology was used for this study interviewing 150 college student, 70 statements were derived as a result from interviews conducted among college students. Thirty seven final Q-statements were derived by categorizing the statements based on significant similarities. The Q-statements were sorted by 37 college students. The collected data was analyzed through PC QUANL. Results: The analyzed types resulted in 4 categories:"friend-like parents type," "stability-oriented parents type," "discipline and guidance parents type", and "personality nurturing parents type." Conclusion: The result of this study can be utilized for establishing a proper role and values of parenting. It can also contribute to designing an important educational material for parental education.

교직주부에 있어서 가족생활주기와 가사노동가치인식이 시간제약지각과 역할갈등에 미치는 영향 (The Influences of Family Life Cycle Stage and Perception of Housework's Value on Perceived Time Pressure and Role Conflict in Housewife-teachers)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigated the imfluences of family life cycle stages and perception of housework's value on perceived time pressure and role conflict in housewife-teachers. The subjects of this study were 329 married women teachers that teach in junior or senior high schools in Taegu. A questionaire was used as the survey method and for the method of data analysis, factor analysis, MANOVA, and Scheff test as a post-hoc analysis. The major findings were as follows: 1) There were significant interaction effects of family life cycle stages and perception of housework's value on perceived time pressure and role conflict. 2) The main effect for family life cycle stages was significant. 3) Followup univariate F-tests revealed significant mean differences for marital, parental and homemaker's role conflict.

  • 학제간 팀 접근을 통해 사회복지서비스를 제공하는 의료현장에서는 의료팀의 사회복지사 역할에 대한 명확한 인식과 기대를 파악하는 것이 사회복지사의 효과적인 역할수행에 매우 중요하다. 이에 본 연구는 의사, 간호사, 영양사 등의 의료팀성원을 대상으로 의료사회복지사의 역할에 대한 인식유형과 각 유형의 특성을 Q방법론을 활용하여 조사하였다. 연구결과 의료사회복지사에 대한 인식은 심리사회적 상담자 유형, 자원개발 및 연결자 유형, 복합기능수행자 유형의 3가지 유형으로 도출되었다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 의료사회복지실천의 함의를 찾아보았다.

A comparison of the perceived importance and performance of midwives' roles between midwives and nurses in Korea: a cross-sectional study

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the perceptions, importance, and performance of midwives' roles among midwives and nurses in Korea. Methods: A descriptive correlational design was employed. Data were collected from 164 nurses and 79 midwives from April 1 to June 25, 2021. Midwives enrolled in the Korean Midwifery Association and nurses and midwives from two hospitals each Daegu and Gyeonggi Province in Korea were invited to participate. The independent t-test, chi-square test, the Welch-Aspin test, and Pearson correlation coefficient were used for analysis. Results: The midwives' role perception score (3.47±1.46) was lower than that of nurses (3.95±0.85), and the midwives' role performance score (2.98±0.83) was also lower than that of nurses (3.34±0.89). Significant differences were observed between midwives and nurses in their perception and performance of roles related to prenatal management, childbirth management, management of psychological changes, postpartum management, and newborn care. Higher role perception and performance among midwives were linked to the management of psychological changes and women's health, indicating potential areas for future development. Conclusion: The study results suggest directions for developing new roles for midwives. It is necessary to find a way to expand the field of midwives in public health by benchmarking the roles of midwives in various countries.
