움직임 객체의 의미적 모델링을 통한 차량 흐름 자동 분석 (Auto-Analysis of Traffic Flow through Semantic Modeling of Moving Objects)

  • 최근 도로상의 비디오 영상에서 다양한 저차원 정보를 바탕으로 자동 차량 흐름 파악과 사고 탐지에 관해 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 CCTV 동영상 교통관리시스템을 이용하여 자동으로 차량의 흐름을 파악하고 이를 이용하여 교통체증과 더 나아가 사고탐지를 위한 알고리즘과 그 응용에 대해 연구하였다. 이를 위하여 우선 움직임 객체를 시공간 관계 모델링을 통해 차량의 실제 궤적과 매핑하고 이를 통해 차량의 흐름 파악에 사용하였다. 또한 시공간 관계 모델링과 차량의 실제 궤적간 매핑을 위해 TSR (Tangent Space Representation) 알고리즘을 사용하였다. 또한, 객체의 움직임 추출을 위해 먼저 차(Differece)영상을 이용하여 움직임 객체 추출을 하였고, 이를 통하여 객체의 움직임 트래킹(Tracking)을 하고 각 객체에 번호를 부여하여 동시에 여러 객체를 인식시키고 이를 저장하였다. 이를 통하여 의미적 움직임 객체를 인식하고, 차량 흐름을 파악하는 어플리케이션을 구현하였다. 본 연구를 통해 기본적인 움직임 객체에 대한 의미적인 결과를 얻을 수 있었고, 나아가 CCTV를 이용한 자동 사고 탐지에 관한 연구로 확장시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

중증외상환자의 주 손상 부위별 특성과 간호활동 (Characteristics and Nursing Activities of Severe Trauma Patients Regarding the Main Damaged Body Parts)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics and nursing activities of severe trauma patients regarding damaged body parts in Busan Regional Emergency Medical Center. Methods: A survey using a 'trauma patient information questionnaire and a list of nurse activities' was conducted with 133 patients over 15 points ISS on EMR from June 1, 2011 to May 31, 2012. The collected data were analyzed by the SPSS/WIN 12.0 program. Results: Almost all of the subjects were men, and the mean age was 48.8. The amount of road traffic accidents was 60.4%, and the mean RTS and ISS were 6.08, and 23.14 points. Nursing activities in common were airway management, assessment of LOC & GCS, and EKG monitoring. Most of head and neck trauma patients were cared for manasing using intracranial pressure: each patience had the following assessed: pupil size and light reflex, they were checked the leak of CSF, kept $30^{\circ}$ head elevation, and administered medications. Some of chest trauma patients were treated for chest tube and central venous catheter insertion. Partial abdominal trauma patients were administered analgesic and cared for using arterial pressure measurement. Part of the limbs and pelvis trauma patients were given a blood transfusion. Conclusion: Based on the results, the characteristics and nursing activities were specific according to the specific damaged body parts.

일반국도의 가열 재활용 아스팔트 포장 공용수명 분석 연구 (A Study on Analysis of Performance Life for Hot Recycled Asphalt Pavements in the National Highway)

  • PURPOSES : The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance life of hot central plant recycling (HCPR) and hot in-place recycling (HIR) pavements applied to the National Highway for the past 20 years and compare it with conventional hot-mix asphalt (HMA) pavement. METHODS : In order to analyze the performance life of recycling asphalt pavements, a comprehensive literature review was conducted to investigate the government law and official system for the use of recycling asphalt pavement in Korea and foreign countries. Next, the application information of using a hot central plant recycling and hot in-place recycling pavements in the national highway is collected from the database of pavement management system (PMS) and then their field condition is visually surveyed. Finally, the performance life of recycling asphalt pavements in the national highway is analyzed and compared with conventional hot-mix asphalt pavement. RESULTS :Institutions are encouraging the promotion of using recycled asphalt pavement through various legal systems in Korea as well as abroad. Based on analysis results for the average performance life of hot central plant recycling pavement applied to the national highway, the average performance life is estimated to be 10.2 years. However, the average performance life of in-place recycling pavement is estimated to be 6.5 years. However, it is expected to increase performance life after the HIR construction system is modified. CONCLUSIONS : Based on the limited data analysis of the performance life of recycled asphalt pavements, HCPR shows similar performance life to conventional asphalt pavement but HIR shows shorter performance life than conventional asphalt pavement. However, it is noted that all performance life data is very limited and it should be monitored and analyzed further.

Binding Pattern Elucidation of NNK and NNAL Cigarette Smoke Carcinogens with NER Pathway Enzymes: an Onco-Informatics Study

  • Cigarette smoke derivatives like NNK (4-(Methylnitrosamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-1-butanone) and NNAL (4-(methylnitrosamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-1-butan-1-ol) are well-known carcinogens. We analyzed the interaction of enzymes involved in the NER (nucleotide excision repair) pathway with ligands (NNK and NNAL). Binding was characterized for the enzymes sharing equivalent or better interaction as compared to +Ve control. The highest obtained docking energy between NNK and enzymes RAD23A, CCNH, CDK7, and CETN2 were -7.13 kcal/mol, -7.27 kcal/mol, -8.05 kcal/mol and -7.58 kcal/mol respectively. Similarly the highest obtained docking energy between NNAL and enzymes RAD23A, CCNH, CDK7, and CETN2 were -7.46 kcal/mol, -7.94 kcal/mol, -7.83 kcal/mol and -7.67 kcal/mol respectively. In order to find out the effect of NNK and NNAL on enzymes involved in the NER pathway applying protein-protein interaction and protein-complex (i.e. enzymes docked with NNK/NNAL) interaction analysis. It was found that carcinogens are well capable to reduce the normal functioning of genes like RAD23A (HR23A), CCNH, CDK7 and CETN2. In silico analysis indicated loss of functions of these genes and their corresponding enzymes, which possibly might be a cause for alteration of DNA repair pathways leading to damage buildup and finally contributing to cancer formation.

  • 최근 자동차 업계는 무선 인터넷 기술의 발달과 응용의 확산으로 자율 주행의 연구가 활발히 진행 중에 있으나 교통사고는 아직도 해결되지 않는 부분이다. 사고의 요인으로는 졸음운전, 운전자의 실수, 환경적인 요소, 잘못된 도로 구조 등이 있으며 사고 원인의 하나인 운전자의 운전 행태와 특성은 교통사고에 큰 영향을 미친다. 본 논문에서는 자율 주행 및 자가 운전을 하는 경우에 발생 할 수 있는 교통사고에서 사고발생 전에 나타날 수 있는 사행운전의 특성을 판단하기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 기존 연구에서는 영상기법이나 1,2차로의 운전행태로 횡방향 각속도 변화의 특성으로 사행 운전을 판단하였으나 본 논문은 센서의 값을 이용하여 횡방향의 이동거리와 임계 범위를 설정하여 사행 운전을 검출하는 연구를 진행하였다.

바람길 조성을 위한 도시미기후 측정 분석 (A Study on the Micro-climate of the City to Construct Wind Ways)

  • The purpose of this study is to address the progress of the heat island phenomenon and the scheme to decrease in heat island phenomenon through analysis of micro-climates according to land use and make a plan to construct wind ways. The result is: 1) Analysis of temperature and humidity at 6 spots for 24 hours showed that heat island phenomenon was considerably intense around center road of Gwangju and can be mild through making lakes and green zones. 2) Analysis of the direction and velocity of the wind at 2 spots for 24 hours showed that the direction of the wind at the center of Gwangju was SSW(South-South-West) and average velocity of the it was $1.2{\sim}1.5\;m/s$. To make the inflow of the low-temperature air current from Mt. Mudeung into the city through Gwangju river, efficient management of Gwangju riverside parks should be considered for Gwangju river itself to be wind way. 3) Analysis of mobile temperature measurement on 3 courses for 24 hours showed that the low-temperature air current of Mt. Mudeung and a micro-climate of Gwangju river can lighten thermal storage phenomena of the city in that the temperature was lowest at Gwangju riverside. These outcome is from a day term measurement. So, to figure out accurate condition of heat island phenomenon in Gwangju City, it is needed to have long term measurements and accumulation of those information.

전주공단지역의 주요VOCs 배출농도 측정 및 배출원별 특성 분석 (Measurement of VOCs Concentrations at Jeonju Industrial Area and Emission Characteristics)

  • It will be necessary to make proper management plans to preserve the air quality in good level for the public. In order to make these plans, source information and detail emission inventories of the city and near industrial areas should be given. However, lack of the source measurements data makes us more difficult to complete the source inventory. VOC source Inventory could be utilized for the feasibility study to estimate the contribution of VOC sources presenting to the receptor such as residential area. It may give policy maker an idea how to control the air quality, and improve their social environment in the area. This study shows data that measured VOCs concentrations from the local industrial areas in Jeonju during from May 2005 to January 2006. The samples were collected from the near sources in 7 major factories in the industrial park as well as 5 general sources in near city Jeonju area to elucidate the abundances of speciated VOCs and their spacial and temporal distributions depending on source bases. Industrial sources are as follows; chemical, food, paper, wood, metal, non-metal (glass), and painting (coating) industries. The 5 general sources are sampled from tunnel, gasoline gas station, dry cleaning shop, printing (copy) shop, and road pavement working place in urban area. To understand the near source effect at receptor, samples from the 2 receptor sites (one is at center of the industrial complex and the other site is at distance residential area downwind from the center) were collected and analyzed for the comparison to source concentration. The mass contributions of the speciated VOC to total mass of VOCs measured from the different sources and ambient (2 receptors) were presented and discussed.

자연공원의 환경분석 및 용도지역설정을 위한 전산환경정보체계의 수립과 적용 (Establishment and Application of Computer-Assisted Environmental Information System for Land Use Zoning and Environmental Analysis of Natural Park)

  • The importance of urban and regional natural park increases because of the needs for preserving the natural resources and providing with natural recreation space in nature. This planning of natural park management should be established based on the research of the various natural resources in the park. But for the lack of effective data synthesizing methods and concepts, only some restricted factors for zoning plan are considered even though GIS computer system for large complex simulation is used. Therefore, in this study three ecological zoning models such as Basic Factor Model (BFM), Visual Landscape Model (VLM) and Comprehensive Ecological Model (CEM) are proposed and applied to Byounsan Peninsula Nature Park(BPNP) for comparison with the current natural park zoning. The BFM has three components -elevation, slope and vegetation. The VLM has applied with six components -elevation, slope, vegetation, road type, and the visual distance. Finally the CEM's modelling factors have included all of BFM, VLM components are added with the land use type, nature and historic resource factors. The zoning concept of BPNP was based on "Minimization" focused on the specific factors. But introduced modelling concept is "Optimization" based on the total ecological environment. So the result of the modelling has larger area for preservation and development zoning compared with the current zoning whose characteristics are ambiguous which allows the environmental destruction. The future study issues will be the determination of the weighting factor, component reconsideration based on the ground truth data and the agriculture residential area zoning.

드론영상과 인공지능 기반 교통량 추정을 위한 데이터 구축 가이드라인 도출 연구 (Guidelines for Data Construction when Estimating Traffic Volume based on Artificial Intelligence using Drone Images)

  • 최근 CCTV (Closed Circuit TeleVision)나 드론영상을 활용하여 인공지능 기반 예측 모델을 통해 차량을 분류하는 객체인식이나 교통량 분석을 하는 많은 연구들이 수행되고 있다. 정확한 교통량 추정을 위한 객체인식 딥러닝 모델을 개발하기 위해서는 체계적인 데이터 구축이 요구되는데 이와 관련된 표준화된 가이드라인은 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 드론영상을 활용한 인공지능 기반 교통량 추정 학습데이터 구축 가이드라인 도출을 위하여 선행연구를 분석하고 사업보고서나 기존 인공지능 학습용 데이터 구축 및 품질관리 가이드라인을 참고하였다. 데이터 구축 가이드라인은 크게 데이터 획득, 가공, 검증으로 분류되며, 항목 별 유의사항 및 평가지표 가이드라인을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과물인 데이터 구축 가이드라인은 드론 영상 인공지능 기반 도로교통량 추정 분석을 하는데 강건하고 일반화된 인공지능 모델 개발에 도움을 제공하고자 한다.

어린이 보호구역 주·정차 방지시스템 구축에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Establishment of a Parking and Stopping Prevention System in Child Protection Zone)

  • 초등학교 주변에는 교통약자인 어린이 교통사고를 예방하기 위하여 어린이 보호구역내 스쿨존(school zone)을 지정하여 이 구역내에서는 차량 운행속도를 30km/h 미만으로 운행함에 따라 주·정차가 금지되어 있다. 하지만 우리나라는 OECD 국가 중 어린이 교통사고 사망률이 1위라는 불명예를 안고 있다. 이와 같은 배경하에 본 연구는 어린이 보호구역에서의 다양한 도로여건에 따라 불법 주·정차 차량으로 인한 운전자 시야확보 및 주행차량에 대한 인지의 어려움 등이 상존하고 있어, 이에 어린이 보호구역 내에 불법 주·정차방지 시스템을 구축함으로써 교통약자인 어린이들에 대해 교통사고방지와 운전자 안전운전에 대한 경각심 증진에 기여하기 위함에 연구의 목적을 두었다. 연구 방법으로는 주요선행연구와 문헌조사 및 분석을 바탕으로 주·정차방지시스템에 대한 구축방안을 제시하였다. 구축방안을 통해 교통사고 방지, 스마트한 운전자의 안전운행 유도, 보행자 안전의식 강화, 운전자의 안전의식 경각심 유도 등 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
