경계적분방정식의 수치해법 -축대칭 유동- (A Numerical Solution Method of the Boundary Integral Equation -Axisymmetric Flow-)

  • 본 보에서는 축대칭포텐시얼유동에 대한 경계적분방정식의 해법이 제시된다. 이 문제는 고리용출점과 고리보오텍스에 의해서 표시되는데 이들의 세기는 한 구간내에서 매개변수 $\zeta$의 선형함수로 근사된다. 물체의 형상은 3차 B-spline으로 표시된다. 속도가 계산되는 점이 고리용출점이나 고리보오텍스에 접근할 때의 극한표현식이 $\zeta{ln}\zeta$항까지 유도된다. 수치계산에서 양 옆구간에 의한 주치적분은 정확하게 서로 상쇄되기 때문에 특이점에 의한 유기속도중 $\(\frac{1}{\zeta}\)$에 비례하는 항은 계산에서 제외된다. 그리고 ${ln}\zeta$에 비례하는 항과 $\zeta{ln}\zeta$에 비례하는 항은 해석적으로 적분이 가능하기 때문에 수치계산에서 이에 비례하는 항을 빼고 계산한 후 해석적으로 계산한 값을 더해 준다. 기타 수치적분은 4점 Gaussian Quadrature 공식에 의해서 수행되었다. 수렴률을 정하기 위하여 구간의 개수에 따른 평균자승근오차를 조사하였으며, 이 방법의 수렴률은 2에 접근점이 밝혀졌다.

두 평행한 관의 출구로부터 방출되는 펄스파에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Impulse Wave Discharged from the Exit of Two Parallel Tubes)

  • The twin impulse wave leads to very complicated flow fields, such as Mach stem, spherical waves, and vortex ring. The twin impulse wave discharged from the exits of the two tubes placed in parallel is investigated to understand detailed flow physics associated with the twin impulse wave, compared with those in a single impulse wave. In the current study, the merging phenomena and propagation characteristics of the impulse waves are investigated using a shock tube experiment and by numerical computations. The Harten-Yee's total variation diminishing (TVD) scheme is used to solve the unsteady, two-dimensional, compressible, Euler equations. The Mach number $M_{s}$, of incident shock wave is changed below 1.5 and the distance between two-parallel tubes, L/d, is changed from 1.2 to 4.0. In the shock tube experiment, the twin impulse waves are visualized by a Schlieren optical system for the purpose of validation of computational work. The results obtained show that on the symmetric axis between two parallel tubes, the peak pressure produced by the twin-impulse waves and its location strongly depend upon the distance between two parallel tubes, L/d and the incident shock Mach number, $M_{s}$. The predicted Schlieren images represent the measured twin-impulse wave with a good accuracy.

  • Cement paste is originally the basic material and crucial factor consisting concrete. This study investigates the relationship between flow apparatuses, which are ring flow(R-F), flow cone(F-C) and mini slump(M-S), in order to estimate the fluidity of cement Paste. For quantitatively evaluating the measured data this study also investigated the calibration of the rheology consistent, such as yield value and plastic viscosity, of cement paste using viscometer For this purpose the present work discussed the influence of 3 type of ordinary portland cement with different companies, affecting the fluidity of cement paste. and it also demonstrated the influence of the various kinds of mineral admixtures, such as fly ash(FA), blast furnace slag(BS) and silica fume(SF) and that of incorporating ratio. The author concluded that using R-F apparatus is the most effective flow test method of cement paste and it is exactly proportional to other apparatus' rheological properties.

From the research which it sees the Infiltration water/Influent water and CSOs investigation it passes by the phase of hazard chain and Namwon right time 4 it does not hold reverse under selecting, Measurement it used the hazard automatic flow joint seal Sigma 910 machine and in case 15 minute interval of the I/I, it measured a flow at case 5, 15 minute standing of the CSOs. The water quality investigation for the water leakage investigation of the I/I and the sewage from the point which is identical with flow measurement during on-the-spot inspection duration against 6 items which include the BOD sampling and an analysis, when the rainfall analysis for CSOs fundamental investigation analyzed against 18 items which include the BOD sampling. Capillary Flow in Different Cells of Thuja orientalis, Gmelina arborea, Phellodendron amurense

  • A study was carried out to observe the 1% aqueous safranine solution flow speed in longitudinal and radial directions of softwood Thuja orientalis L., diffuse-porous wood Gmelina arborea Roxb., and ring-porous wood Phellodendron amurense Rupr., Longitudinal flow was considered from bottom to top while the radial flow was considered from bark to pith directions. In radial direction, ray cells and in longitudinal direction tracheids, vessel and wood fiber were considered for the measurement of liquid penetration speed at less than 12% moisture contents(MC). The variation of penetration speed for different species was observed and the reasons behind for this variation were explored. The highest radial penetration depth was found in ray parenchyma of T. orientalis but the lowest one was found in ray parenchyma of P. amurense. The average liquid penetration depth in longitudinal trachied of T. orientalis was found the highest among all the other cells. The penetration depth in fiber of G. arborea was found the lowest among the other longitudinal cells. It was found that cell dimension and also meniscus angle of safranine solution with cell walls were the prime factors for the variation of liquid flow speed in wood. Vessel was found to facilitate prime role in longitudinal penetration for hardwood species. The penetration depth in vessel of G. arborea was found highest among all vessels. Anatomical features like ray parenchyma cell length and diameter, end-wall pits number were found also responsible fluid flow differences. Initially liquid penetration speed was high and the nit gradually decreased in an uneven rate. Liquid flow was captured via video and the penetration depths in those cells were measured. It was found that even in presence of abundant rays in hardwood species, penetration depth of liquid in radial direction of softwood species was found high. Herein the ray length, lumen area, end wall pit diameter determined the radial permeability. On the other hand, vessel and fiber structure affected the longitudinal flow of liquids. Following a go-stop-go cycle, the penetration speed of a liquid decreased over time.

원자력발전소 주증기 차단밸브스템 손상의 피로해석

  • '93.4월에 고리원자력 4호기 운전중(원자로 출력 100%, 발전기 출력 975MWe) 주증기 차단밸브 (MSIV)의 닫힘으로 인해 발전소가 정지되었다. 밸브분해 점검결과 밸브스템이 Back Seat Ring 조립부위 Notch 부위에서 Steam Flow와 평행한 방향으로 절단되어, 밸브스템의 손상원인을 규명하기 위한 본 연구에서는 피로해석절차도에 따라 S-N 곡선에 근거하여 피로해석을 수행하였다. 피로해석결과 밸브스템의 초기균열 생성원인은 Stem Notch 부위의 제작결함과 발전소 정지시 밸브를 급속히 닫을 때 작용하는 충격하중등에 의해 발생된 것으로 추정되며 인장평균응력과 관내 유체의 진동하중의 변동응력이 조합하여 피로균열을 가속시켜 파손을 일으킨 것으로 사교된다.

  • This paper reports on the theoretical study of the vane motions in a positive displacement vane pump. Vane detachment cause the pressure fluctuation, noise, wear in cam ring, and decrease the volumetric efficiency. Dynamic equation of vane motion and flow continuity equation have been modeled and solved simultaneously using 4th order Runge-Kutta method. As results of analysis, vane detachment occurs due to pressure overshoot by excess compression in the pumping chamber. Amount of vane detachment has been reduced by decreasing the pressure overshoot.

  • 본 연구에서는 와선 지배방정식의 계산을 위해 쌍곡선 blending 함수를 이용하여 와선운동의 정확한 계산을 할 수 있었고 이 방법을 통하여 임의로 거동하는 와선이 강체구와 간섭하는 경우의 3차원 유동장에 대한 해석과 이에 의한 쌍극 음향장 해석을 수행하였다. 경계치 적분방법을 통해 강체구에 작용하는 힘을 계산할 수 있었고 이 방법은 물체의 형태에 구애 받지 않으므로 임의 형상에 대해서도 유동장과 음향장 계산이 가능하다고 본다.

  • To investigate the behavior of platic deformation inaxisymmetric hot extrusion through square dies, the physical modelling with the plasticine as a model material is carried out at the room temperature. Some mechanical properties of the model material are determined by compression and ring compression tests. Visioplasticity method using experimetal grid distortion is introduced to anlayze the plastic flow, strain rate and strain distribution.
