The purpose of this study was conducted in two stages for university students at K and Y universities in Gyeongsangbuk-do to examine the factors affecting their use intention to use YouTube learning contents due to any of the factors of YouTube learning contents characteristics. Based on the results of the first survey, the measurement items were organized and based on this, second survey was conducted on the use intention of YouTube learning content learners. As a result, it was found that content diversity, content simplicity, content quality, interactivity, and ease of use influenced use intention. Among them, content diversity was found to have the most influence on use intention than others. This study is expected to be used as a basic research data necessary to activate e-learning in the current university and to enhance the learning effect by researching YouTube which is a new learning trend of university students.

The ubiquitous city construction act worked as an institutional basis for the U-City projects which were actively driven in the new urban areas until 2010. However, the country's urban policies which were recently changed focusing on revitalization of the existing towns and urban regeneration led to the increased demand for revision of the u-City law with a strong character of procedural law mainly for the new urban areas. Therefore, this study, taking into account the changes of the country's urban policies and the conditions related to u-City, established the direction of revision on the u-City law as the diversification of the u-City projects, reinforcement of u-City management operation and the supports for the u-City projects, and presented the consequent action plans. This study aims to review the problems with the current u-City law and the improvement plan from the practical point of view for reflecting the country's urban policy flow and demand. It is expected that the result of this study will be able to be utilized as a basic material for supporting the continuous development and expansion of u-City by law and system.

This study suggests a plan to expand the rural experience program linked to natural disaster through the case analysis of the village of Garisan-ri, Inje-gun, Gangwon-do, Republic of Korea. This will help to establish the necessary improving and policies for Re-leap of rural villages in disaster areas and activation of rural experience villages. The local residents have created flood recovery stories, disaster response content, and disaster prevention camp sites, all of which have been hit by serious disaster damage. It has also contributed to the revitalization of the village by providing various experience programs such as disaster response training, crossing rapids, and evacuation experience. This is a way to get rid of the negative perception of disaster and utilize it. The conversion of idea through disaster experience content contributed to the activation of the area. By linking the disaster experience contents to the rural experience program in the future, it can be helpful to avoid the duplication of contents and limit the similar operation method, which is an existing problem of rural experience villages.

This article aims to understand the meanings of urban regeneration utilizing culture and art focusing on a case of the waterfront development in Yokohama, and consider the role of culture and art playing in the cultural city strategy within the revitalization of regional cultures as a main intention by means of interrogation into the cultural policy and its practice in the waterfront development of a sea-port city. Yokohama has proceeded successfully the waterfront development through the creation of culture and art space by using the characterful and attractive urban scape and regional sources around the waterfront. In the cultural policy of 'the Creative City, Yokohama' as a part of 'Culture and Art Creatvie City' strategy of Japan, 'National Art Park plan' as a space planning policy realizes the regeneration of the waterfront through the creation of culture and art space. The examination on the basic intention of this venture and its practice helps comprehend a role of culture and art playing in the waterfront development of a sea-port city and shows the direction that the cultural policy would take in the waterfront regeneration.

This study carried out a covariance-structural analysis to verify formed causations between general variables and the influences of Medical Social Work Service of officers and NCOs in Korean Community Military Hospitals. The subjects were 7 hospitals, 337 military hospital executives in rear area, and the results of the survey are as below. First, about empowerment level, culture in the organization turned out to be the primary direct influential factor, and personal, organizational, and functional character were influential factor. There was no indirect influential factor present. Second, in Medical Social Work Service, empowerment level was significant on direct effect. In case of personal character indirect effect was important. It showed that the significant influence factor that affects Medical Social Work Service in total effectiveness is personal character and empowerment level. It's productive to suggest the possibility of application of furnish the outcome as a basic data for Military Medical Social Work Service revitalization plan. On the basis of the result, we propose several suggestions for Military Medical Social Work Service as follow. First, to educate empowerment increase program of officers and NCOs in Military Hospital, specific system which allows entrust education to a certain civil education institution or KAMTSW(Korean Academy of Military Social Welfare) is required. Second, need to provide the medical social work service that matches with Military Hospital and distinct from usual hospital. Last, for specific study we expect various follow-up researches on the basis of this study, which can develop concrete empowerment model by inquiring research, would come out.

Intellectual property rights play a key role in employment creation and income generation plays an important role, especially in the creative economy. Many companies are ultimately increasing efforts to boost the company's financial performance, such as maximizing profits by building a strong brand assets amid committed to brand management in this paradigm. Reasonable evaluation and commercialization of technology transactions, financial assistance, investment decisions, trademark brand value for the reactivation (revitalizing) for the purposes of M & A, litigation, brand strategy will be said to be very important. In spite of the importance, the awareness of the property and the capabilities to assess are hardly sufficient. Thus, this study, targeting companies with valid trademarks for value assessment, conducted case analysis by cost method and income approach; the analysis presented the result from 2.05 million by the cost method to 2.7 million by the income approach applied to a variable discount rate and adjustment contribution. However, now that the implication was drawn from a single company, further studies covering case study and application plan according to scale and type of diverse company groups should be continued.

19세기 이전부터 유럽에서는 해양치유자원을 이용한 치유요법인 탈라소테라피(Thalassotherapy)가 국민들의 건강을 지켜오고 있다. 탈라소테라피(Thalassotherapy)란 바다를 뜻하는 그리스어 'Thalassa'와 치료를 뜻하는 'Therapy'가 합쳐진 말로 해양치유자원을 이용해 신체적 정신적 건강을 증진시키는 활동을 뜻한다. 최근 우리나라에도 건강한 삶을 추구하는 인식의 변화 속에 다양한 해양치유자원을 이용하는 해양치유의 수요가 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 해양치유산업의 활성화를 위한 해양치유자원의 현황 및 활용방안에 대해 연구하였다. 우리나라 해양치유자원의 분포를 확인하기 위해 동해, 서해, 남해, 제주도 등 4개의 권역으로 구분하여 전국을 대상으로 총괄도를 제작하였으며 국내외 해양치유자원을 이용해 작성된 문헌을 통해 해양치유자원의 이용현황에 대해 조사하였다. 또한 해양치유산업 선진국인 독일, 프랑스, 일본을 모델로 우리나라에 맞는 해양치유자원 적합기준을 연구하였다. 그 결과, 각 지역별 해양치유자원은 경기도:(머드, 염생식물, 염지하수, 해조류), 충청남도:(머드, 해조류, 천일염, 해조류), 전라북도:(머드, 염생식물, 해조류 해풍), 전라남도:(해조류, 해수, 천일염, 머드 해풍), 제주도:(용암해수, 염지하수, 태양광, 해수욕장), 강원도:(심층수, 태양광, 해조류, 해송림), 경상남도:(해조류, 해수욕장, 태양광, 해풍), 경상북도:(해조류, 태양광, 심층수, 염지하수, 해송림), 울산:(해조류, 태양광), 부산 :(해조류, 해수욕장, 태양광)이 있었으며 해양치유 자원을 이용해 작성된 국내외 논문은 265편(해수:101편, 머드:27편, 소금:12편, 해양환경:39편, 해양생물:18편, 해조류:68편)이 있었다. 해양치유자원 적합기준은 각 나라별 해양치유자원의 이용기준을 활용하여 자원별로 제시하였다.

This study is aimed at deducting the evaluation standard of the walking tour trail and evaluating the real condition of trail facilities and operation & management. On the basis of the research on the walking tour, this study deducted the evaluation index of the trail facilities and administrative control, and divided it into visit resources, visit facilities and trail operation-management. This study selected the course of high use satisfaction among the Ganghwa Nadeul-gil section, and evaluated the real condition of Ganghwa Nadeul-gil trail by classifying the route as nature-oriented trail and culture-oriented trail. In case of nature-oriented trail, it's necessary to discover living culture resources of the village linked with the trail, and to develop amenities using bus stations and supermarket. In case of culture-oriented trail, it's required that economic regeneration plan should be arranged using the declining facilities.

The K-Beauty beauty industry is emerging as a future-oriented growth industry that creates high added value. Therefore, this study analyzed the trends of the K-Beauty beauty industry, the latest cosmetics industry trends, and previous studies and reports related to global competitiveness with the purpose of suggesting a direction to develop into a promising industry with future value needs and competitiveness of consumers. First, it is necessary to induce the demonstration of social and economic value as an export-beneficial industry by enabling division of roles between industries and governments by sector based on innovation and creativity. Second, it is expected to succeed only when beauty and IT are fused to form and expand an innovation network. Finally, if legal and institutional improvements are preceded to solve the task of creating new jobs and fostering professionals that meet the goals of industrial development, it will be possible to strategize the revitalization of the future-oriented K-Beauty beauty industry.

This research investigates comparisons and characteristics of government's startup polices between startup for micro-enterprise and technology based startup. In particular, revitalization plans of "New Business Start-up Academy (NBSA)" which is supported by a governmental organization, are proposed. Currently, korean government's startup polices are focusing on more technology based startup than startup for micro-enterprise. In order to overcome this issue, this research examines the current issues of the startup policies for micro-enterprise and the detailed plans for revitalizing micro-enterprises' startups. As detailed research studies, the current program and supporting mechanism of NBSA are analyzed. Then, these are compared with several startup policies of Korea government and the detailed action plans are proposed. The proposed results contributes to the criteria and the references for vitalizing micro-enterprises' startups.
