This paper deals with the social system from the point of system thinking consisting the fundamental construct of system dynamics. The Bertalanffy's general system theory, having been criticized because of its ambiguity, and the complex science theory, emerging system theory, are integrated by using the system thinking which is characterized with three concepts, 'feedback thinking', 'dynamic thinking', 'operational thinking'. In the integration, system thinking suggests the dynamic pattern of the social system have not only an equilibrium status but also complex status. The science of complexity gives an implication to system dynamics the important of the uncertainty and complexity if we interpret the social system as an open system. To show more concrete description, I simulate the cooperation model based on the iterated prisoner dilemma. The simulation results show the diverse patterns of cooperation and betrayal. Especially the sensitivity of initial payoff will cause the chaotic strategic landscapes as the game gose on. These results mean that we should not give the hasty prescription to control social system artificially. Because social system retains the self-organizing force in itself.

Surface materials of furnitures are continuously studied and marketed with new patterns and new technology so as to create designs and fashions but even professionals are also difficult in distinguishing natural materials from artificial materials. Like this, furniture industry is required for rapid coping with the preference of customers which requires high grade of consumption pattern and is rapidly changed; it is intended to review the current situation of our furniture industry. The purpose of this thesis is to activate furniture industry and elevate the importance of surface materials in assumption of continuous R&D based on systemic data analysis of the kinds and colors of surface materials used in the companies within rank five of sales volume in domestic furniture companies.

Hyalinizing trabecular tumor (HTT) of the thyroid gland is a rare neoplasm and only less than 100 cases have been reported so far. It is characterized by hyalinizing stroma with trabecular growth pattern and has an indolent clinical course. Because of its histologic features, it is frequently misdiagnosed as papillary or medullary carcinoma in fine needle aspiration cytologic findings. The tumor is benign or low malignant potential and thyroid lobectomy is recommended for adequate treatment. We recently experienced a case of thyroidal HTT in a 57-year-old man, who presented with a right thyroid nodule that was suspicious of papillary carcinoma in aspiration cytology. We report the unique and rare disease entity with brief literature review.

The purpose of study on the PAS release therapy used by myofascial release was to Introduce for clinical therapists whose want to relict pain on myofascia or soft tissue lesion patients by pas. According to review the earlier studies for a myofascial pain syndrome, myofascial release is not only to decrease muscle tone but also the effect of pas therapy has to facilitate a circulation of the human energy called Ki, so PAS release which was combined therapy pattern would be Possible relief Pain in the musculoskeletal lesion's Patients. Therefore I would be suggested to physical therapists in domestic the PAS release therapy used by myofascial release.

We review the current understanding of modularity in biological motor control and its forms, and then relate this modularity to proposed modular control structures for biomimetic robots. We note the features that are different between the robotic and the biological 'designs' with features which have evolved by natural selection, and note those aspects of biology which may be counter-intuitive or unique to the biological controls as we currently understand them. Biological modularity can be divided into kinematic modularity comprised of strokes and cycles: primitives approximating a range of optimization criteria, and execution modularity comprised of kinetic motor primitives: muscle synergies recruited by premotor drives which are most often pulsatile, and which have the biomechanical effect of instantiating a visco-elastic force-field in the limb. The relations of these identified biological elements to kinematic and force-level motor primitives employed in robot control formulations are discussed.

The Schumpeterian process of "creative destruction", associated with the emergence and diffusion of new radical, so-called "general purpose" technologies, has throughout history impacted wealth and income, jobs creation, jobs displacement, and the emergence and submergence of new hotspots of innovation. Emerging countries have benefited most from such a renewing of those societies' dynamics, leading them to higher levels of economic development and welfare. Doing so they have shown a remarkable capacity in moving upstream in the value chain, from outsourcing of manufacturing activities to autonomous process technology development, product development, design, and applied research. At the same time however, such Schumpeterian processes have now and then turned into exactly opposite processes of "destructive creation." Such processes seem to have become common among what could be called "submerging" economies: innovation only benefitting a few at the expense of many with as a result an opposite pattern of a long term reduction in overall welfare, productivity, and employment growth.

Spatial light modulators (SLMs) are centrally important devices in volumetric recording, data Processing, Pattern recognition and other optical systems. Various types of reusable SLMs with two-dimensional pixel arrays have been intensively developed. Of these, magneto-optic spatial light modulators (MOSLMs) have advantages of high switching speed, robustness, nonvolatility, and radioactive resistance. In this article, we review recent development work on MOSLMs, mainly in relation to our own studies.

The paper presents the technology trajectory of competitive wireless technologies in wireless industry. We attempt to trace the trajectory of wireless technologies with historical data, and then analyze its pattern. As a preliminary result, we find that there exists network effect and substitution effect in the trajectory. Our result can provide insight to wireless service providers where best to focus its efforts for maximizing overall gain in their networks as well as when to establish the transition strategy towards the next generation wireless network technologies.

Detection of specific compounds influencing food flavor quality is not easy. Electronic nose, comprised of electronic chemical sensors with partial specificity and appropriate pattern recognition system, is capable of recognizing simple and complex volatiles. It provides fast analysis with simple and straightforward results and is best suited for quality control and process monitoring of flavor in food industry. This review examines application of electronic nose in food analysis with brief explanation of its principle. Characteristics of different sensors and sensor drift. and solutions to related problems are reviewed. Applications of electronic nose in food industry include monitoring of fermentation process and lipid oxidation, prediction of shelf life, identification of irradiated volatile compounds, discrimination of food material origin, and quality control of food and processing by principal component analysis and neural network analysis. Electronic nose could be useful for quality control in food industry when correlating analytical instrumental data with sensory evaluation results.

Korean temperate sea bass was examined for the taxonomically review. Based on the color pattern on the body sides and some morphometric characters, it was classified as two species, Lateolabrax japonicus and Lateolabrax sp.. Lateolabrax japonicus was redescribed and Lateolabrax sp. was provisionally described. Lateolabrax sp. is similar to L. japonicus, but differs from it by having some black spots on the body sides, fewer number of gill rakers, larger eye, higher position of the pored lateral line scales, and wider secondary body depth.
