Analyze the Big Data become a hot issue because of Smart environment, the amount of data in the world has been exploding. Result of application makes a good use of Analysis and applicate of the big data, is play an important part in application area (finance, circulation, manufacturing, disaster etc.) This paper presents an influence element for data analysis and its practical use based in result of maturity in Business process of Big Data in Electrical Commercial system.

The strength development of polymer concrete using an unsaturated polyester polymer varies depending on many factors. However, the strength development is mostly dependent upon the age and curing temperature if the mixture ratios are the same. This study conducted to experimentally describe the relationship between the strength development and maturity which is defined as a function of $\Sigma$(time $\times$ temperature). The research result may be applied to predict the compressive, tensile and splitting strengths of the polymer concrete by computing the maturinty of the concrete.

Purpose: Simple part or equipment is necessary TRA(Technology Readiness Assessment) or MRA(Manufacturing Readiness Assessment). But sole maturity like TRA, MRA has limit complex systems or SoS(System of System). Especially complex weapon system need from the System Maturity Point of view. This research shows necessity of SRA(System Readiness Assessment). Methods: In case of complex systems, it is essential to SRA(System Readiness Assessment). For the purpose of calculating SRL(System Readiness Level), TRL and IRL must be calculated. And then SRL can obtain know from equation of TRL and IRL. To prove SRA effectiveness, it is calculated SRL of JTDLS(Joint Tactical DataLink System) programs. Results: SRA procedure is proposed and case study shows as examples of JTDLS programs. Although result of TRA is TRL6, result of SRA is not 0.6. From this research, we can know necessity of SRA. Especially complex systems or SoS(System of System) is essential to SRA. Conclusion: SRA(System Readiness Assessment) is required to overcome limitation of sole maturity and to achieve a successful acquisition of high quality weapon system. This research intended to suggest SRA procedure and case study in complex defense system.

In this study, we analyze how the difficulties of e-learning firms' management affect to the maturity of the practical use of e-learning research & development (R&D) policies. And we explore the method that can enhance the effectiveness of policy. In the pursuit of this purpose, we use the 2012 South Korea e-learning industry survey data. Using variables of recognition of policy, experience of policy, and intention to use of policy, we find the maturity model of six stages. And we analyze the impact of the difficulties of operation, technology development, marketing to the maturity model. As a result, the more e-learning firms have problems of fund management and technology commercialization, they are located the higher maturity of the use of policy. Based on the results of these studies, we discuss the implication for how can enhance the effectiveness of policies.

This study interested on management of broodstock and the effect of raise the temperature for promotion of maturity in Tresus keenae. For management of broodstock, we performed indoor and outdoor culture. In addition, broodstock was put in exposure and immersion condition. This experimental design is aimed at knowing the optimal management of broodstock. In addition, we investigated the promotion of maturity, growth and survival rate when raise the temperature of the breeding seawater of broodstock in winter season. Result that, the management of broodstock was shown to be more effective obesity and survival rate in outdoor culture than indoor culture. In addition, there is no anthropogenic food supply in management and it is easy to management because it is kept under natural environmental conditions. Therefore, It is considered appropriate to management to outdoor culture. In raise the temperature, survival rate was lower in the experimental group than in the control group. However, obesity was significantly increased compared with the control group. Also, gonad showed that the sex maturity was promoted. If sex maturation is not developed due to seasonal water temperature, the promotion of sexual maturity through heating is considered to be an effective method in terms of artificial seed production.

The purpose of this study is to investigate a student's career maturity during a career exploration program based on the ecological system perspective and to propose directions for the career maturation process to help H. Meister High School students to get jobs. A single-case 12-session career exploration program was applied to a first-year student at H. Meister High School in U. City for 90 minutes per session twice a week. To verify the effects of the program, this study conducted a pre-test and post-test of career maturity to analyze changes. In addition, the study qualitatively analyzed changes in the program activity sheets and process evaluation sheets per session. The results of the study are as follows: Firstly, the career exploration program based on the ecological system perspective conducted with the student at H. Meister High School improved the student's career maturity. Secondly, changes were observed in the scores in the sub-factors of career maturity between the pre-test and the post-test. Significant differences in the results of the analysis of the sub-factors of career maturity indicate that the program had a statistically positive impact on the career maturation process of the participant. In conclusion, as a result of the in-depth implementation of the program for 12 sessions, the participant expressed his desires which were clarified. In addition, a positive career maturation process appears to have taken place, owing to the self-directed program that led the participant to initiate plans and explore his career by himself. This study was conducted as a single case based on the ecological system perspective concerning career exploration and the career maturation process, but it will be necessary to expand the study to investigate the effects of group counseling, information exchange considering peer influences, common discussions on goal-setting, and other methods on the career maturation process.

The purpose of this study is to develop and demonstrate a framework for evaluating the maturity of big data for effective data strategy establishment and efficient investment of companies. By supplementing the shortcomings of the evaluation developed so far, a framework was developed to evaluate the maturity of a company's big data in an integrated process. As a result, four evaluation areas of 'Vision and Strategy', 'Management', 'Analysis' and 'Utilization', assessment items for each area, detailed content, and criteria for each stage were derived. This was verified through a survey of entrepreneurs, and the maturity level of big data of domestic companies was confirmed. As a future research direction, it is proposed to develop detailed assessment factors according to the characteristics of each industry, to develop a data utilization framework according to the assessment results, and to improve validity and reliability through adjustment of verification targets.

SSE-CMM for security engineering, engineering, assurance, risk is divided into three elements of the process maturity assessment model and the level of information security presented. Maturity measurement of privacy, vulnerability diagnosis and risk analysis methodologies is used in practical field for present a comprehensive conclusion. The common cyber services are internet banking, mobile banking, telephone banking and the like. Transaction structure, a kind of cyber-banking system, information security maturity of the existing measurement methodologies for research purposes, vulnerability diagnosis and risk analysis methodologies to be used in practical field present a comprehensive conclusion. To ensure safety and convenience for the user, convenient to deal with cyber environment is the key to the activation of cyber trading. Particularly by measuring the maturity of cyber banking system to ensure the safety of the practice field much effects are expected as a result.

As a result of the study, it was found that social support affects career maturity. It was confirmed that in order to increase the career maturity of junior college students, it is necessary to understand the interpersonal relationship including information and evaluation of the student environment, effective support, and emotional interest, and it is necessary to find a way to perceive high social support. In the effect of social support on career maturity, career decision self-efficacy was found to have a partial mediating effect. Instructors should support students who have anxiety about their uncertain future so that they can increase their self-esteem and self-efficacy so that they can enhance their career maturity.

Introducing the Coarsened Exact Matching(CEM), this study evaluates the effect of career experiential learning on career maturity and academic achievement among Korean adolescents. To guarantee the randomness between the students who has had career experiential learning and the others who has not, we process the raw data through the CEM before the regression analysis. According to the result, the efficacy of the career experiential learning on students' career maturity and their academic achievement still remains statistically significant even after the CEM. This positive significance of career experiential learning is consistent for both high school students and middle school students. Furthermore, direct experiential learning is more efficient than indirect experiential learning to improve career maturity of the students. These results implied that academic ability, as well as, career maturity could be developed by career experiential learning. While emphasizing the importance of career experiential learning for Korean adolescent, we also discuss the social implications of this study to encourage career education and its limitations.
