In this study, we tried to investigate the influence of the career maturity of college students majoring in cosmetology on their devotion to the major. Research results As a result of analyzing the correlation between the career maturity level of cosmetology majors and the sub-factors of devotion to majors, all questions showed positive correlations between the career maturity of cosmetology majors and devotion to majors. as a result of analyzing the influence of career maturity on major activity sub-factors of major involvement, the crystallinity of career maturity , readiness statistically. As a result of analyzing the effect of career maturity on the major satisfaction subfactor of major immersion, the crystallinity of career maturity , readiness, and certainty were shown to have statistically significant positive effects. Through research results, we aim to develop a positive career maturity for cosmetology majors, improve their immersion in their majors, and establish a sense of values through correct theory and practical education. Immersion education and ongoing guidance seem necessary. Through this research, we hope that active discussions will be held on the career maturity of college students majoring in cosmetology and their devotion to the major.

The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of emotional intelligence and achievement goal orientation on career maturity for elementary scientific gifted students. For this purpose, emotional intelligence test, achievement goal orientation measure and career maturity test were used. Sample of the study was consisted of 107 science gifted students and 98 general students in Y City, Gyeonggi Province. The results of this study were as follows. First, scientific gifted students showed higher score than general students, whereas general students had highest score in type of avoidance goal orientation of achievement goal orientation. Also, scientific gifted students showed highest score in mastery goal orientation of those. Second, the correlation between emotional intelligence and career maturity of scientific gifted students showed significantly positive score in almost all the subelements. As a result of conducting a regression analysis on the influence of emotional intelligence on career maturity of scientific gifted students, job planning and self-understanding of career maturity were impacted by emotional intelligence, whereas independence was low influence by emotional intelligence. Third, for the correlation between achievement goal orientation and career maturity of scientific gifted students, mastery goal orientation of achievement goal orientation had positive relationship in almost all the subelements, whereas mastery avoidance goal orientation and performance-avoidance goal orientation had negative correlation. Also, as a result of conducting a regression analysis on the influence of achievement goal orientation on career maturity of scientific gifted students, achievement goal orientation had influence on all the subelements of career maturity.

There have been a lot of researches about KM(knowledge management) in domestic and foreign countries since 1990. Especially, there have been a lot of researches about enabler of KM, knowledge asset etc. but these are insufficient researches about performance measure of knowledge management considering maturity of KM. In addition, performance measure and maturity considering enabler to manage successful knowledge as well as knowledge asset which can be the following result are not the sufficient situation. Therefore, this study makes developmental levels of the inside and outside of the corporate by observing previous studies about the maturity of knowledge management and classifies enabler of knowledge management and measure item about knowledge asset by level, considering the features of each developmental level. And it is designed to propose maturity measure methods considering maturity level of actual knowledge management item by drawing indicator to measure classified items.

Many cities in the world have increased initiative to realize smart tourism. There are unexplored challenges for the people which lead and manage smart tourism projects and realize its value in tourism (we call them as 'Smart tourism initiatives'), such as orchestrating of tourism complexity, developing and sharing tourism strategy, sustaining tourism projects and innovation. Concerning these challenges, we aim to design a holistic capability maturity model for sustainable and smart tourism governance enabling sustainable tourism innovations via tackling the challenges above. We adopted Dynamic capability theory as a theoretical lens and introduced Design science research methodology in order to develop a new capability maturity governance model as a design artifact. As a result of the study, we could synthesize findings from iterations of the design research cycle based on the IT Capability Maturity Model. Our result proposes a potential capability maturity model supporting effective communication and strategic alignment for the initiatives with illuminating future paths with evaluation methods on tourism capabilities for the initiatives. Throughout this study, we contribute to the body of knowledge as well as practice by proposing a new tourism capability governance model.

소프트웨어 산업의 발전에 따라 소프트웨어 개발조직에서는 소프트웨어 품질이 중요한 이슈로 부각되었다. 특히 여러 종류의 테스트 성숙도 모델을 통해 조직의 소프트웨어 테스트 성숙도 향상에 대해 다양한 방면으로 시도하고 있다. 하지만 현재 테스트 성숙도를 측정할 수 있는 모델들은 기존의 개발 성숙도 측정 모델을 기반으로 개발하여 테스트 부분에 대한 언급이 부족하고 단지 테스트 성숙도 레벨만을 측정하였다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 소프트웨어 개발프로세스와 한께 테스트 프로세스를 수행할 수 있도록 이중 V모델과 테스트 성숙도의 용이한 평가를 위한 테스트 평가 속성과 레벨을 정의한 테스트 속성과 상호관련 매트릭스를 제안하였다. 테스트 프로세스 개선(Test Process Improvement: TPI)의 개선제안(Improvement Suggestion) 방법을 통해 테스트 성숙도 모델 확장하고, 측정된 성숙도를 향상시킬 수 있는 개선방향을 제시한다. 또한, 본 연구에서 제안하는 테스트 성숙도 상호관련 매트릭스는 테스트 성숙도를 정량적으로 평가하기 위해 사용하였다. 결과적으로는 확장된 테스트 성숙도 모델을 통해 조직의 테스트 성숙도를 높이는데 기여 할 수 있으리라 생각한다.

본 연구는 도서관의 데이터 성숙도를 평가할 수 있는 모형(안)을 개발하고 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 데이터 성숙도와 관련된 선행연구를 분석하여 도서관에 적용할 수 있는 성숙도 평가모형을 구성하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과 5개 영역의 19개 평가 요소로 구성된 데이터 성숙도 모형을 설계하였고, 성숙도 단계는 5단계로 설정하였다. 향후 데이터 성숙도 평가모형을 이용하여 도서관 빅데이터 사업에 참여하고 있는 도서관의 데이터 성숙도를 측정할 수 있을 것이며, 장기적으로 데이터 기반 도서관 운영 및 데이터 활용 발전 방향성을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to examine how the career maturity of high school students was affected directly or indirectly by psychological separation from their mothers and through the mediation of self-concept. The subjects in this study were 496 juniors from regular high school in the city of Daegu, who included 243 boys and 253 girls. The measurements of this study were a career-maturity inventory, psychological separation inventory (PSI), and self-concept scale. The major findings of this study were as follows: First, career maturity had significantly positive correlation to conflictual independence from mothers for them. Second, as for the influence of psychological separation, and self-concept on career maturity, three variables, including competence self-concept, home self-concept, attitudinal independence from mothers, classroom self-concept, had significantly explanation of career maturity. Third, as a result of making a path analysis of the impact of psychological separation from mothers on career maturity through the medium of self-concept, conflictual independence gave a direct impact only, and its indirect effect was insignificant. The attitudinal independence showed both direct and indirect influences, for mothers had a significantly indirect impact only.

소프트웨어 유지보수는 기존의 하자 유지보수 개념에서 운영관리 및 서비스의 향상을 위해 지속적인 개선이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 K사에서 수행중인 4개의 유지보수 프로젝트를 기반으로 소프트웨어 유지보수 성숙도 모델과 평가지표를 제안한다. 이를 위해 SMMM, ITSMM, ITIL을 기반하여 13개의 프로세스 영역과 64개의 평가지표를 도출하고, 도출된 64개의 평가지표를 5점 척도로 설문 평가하여 그 결과를 기반으로 성숙도 모델의 수준을 분류하여 K사의 성숙도 모델을 구축한다. 그리고 K사의 성숙도 모델을 검증 및 개선하기 위하여 K사의 설문평가 점수를 분석하여 평가지표의 개선방안을 제안하고, K사의 성숙도 모델이 소프트웨어 유지보수의 개선 방안을 어떻게 나타내는지를 확인하기 위하여 제안한 소프트웨어 유지보수 성숙도 모델을 K사의 4개의 프로젝트를 대상으로 하여 성숙도 평가를 수행하고, 그 결과를 기반으로 개선방안을 제시하였다.

The strength development of concrete is influenced by temperature and cement type which greatly affect hydration degree of cement. There is not pertinent concrete strength management methods for estimating the in-place strength of concrete. One such method is the maturity concept. The maturity concept is based on the fact that concrete gains strength with time as a result of the cement hydration and, thus the rate of hydration, as in any chemical reaction, depends primarily on the concrete temperature during hydration. Thus, the strength of concrete is function of its time-temperature history. This goals of the present study are to investigate a relationship between strength of high-fluidity concrete and maturity that is expressed as a function of an integral of the curing period and temperature, predict strength of concrete.

This study was conducted to investigate the determinants of obesity during adolescnece. A total of 726 adolescents living in rural areas in Korea had been observed for four years from 1992 to 1996 regarding their diet, sexual maturity, blood profile and physical growth. Stepwise multiple regression analysis was used to identify priorities fo the importance between the factors influencing obesity. The average nutrient intake over the three year period was higher than that of the Korean Recommended Dietary Allowances. The prevalence of obesity for the subjects based on BMI was 9.5%. Results of the stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that blood components and sexual maturity were more significant factors for determining the obesity than the dietary factors. The result may suggest that to understand obesity in children it is necessary to develop on analytical model for the children rather than using the existing analytical model developed mostly for adult patients of obesity. The model should include a wide range of variables such as diet, sexual maturity and changes in blood.
