  • 선형독립인 소수의 벡터들을 직교화 시키는 방법인 Cram-Schmidt 알고리즘, 몇 개의 극단적인 고유치를 구하는 방법인 란초스 알고리즘방법 등이, 한번의 반복동안 한번의 동기점만 가지도록 재구성된다. 즉 메시지 패싱 분산시스템에서 모든 프로세서들 사이에 한번의 통신만 요구되도록 알고리즘을 변화시킨다. 이러한 알고리즘들은 재구성되었다고 하며, 전통적인 방법에 비하여 더 나은 병렬성질을 가지게 된다.

재구조화된 콜로이드 실리카 응집체에 대한 광 산란 (Light scattering from restructured colloidal silica aggregates)

  • 소금물에 유도된 콜로이드 실리카 응집체의 재구조에 대한 정적 및 유동 광산란 결과를 나타냈다. 또한 투과전자현미경을 이용한 사진결과로부터 입자들 각각의 크기 및 그물 모양으로 갈라진 응집체에 관한 미세구조를 확인하였다. 재구조화된 실리카 응집체에 대한 프랙탈 차원들은 현상태 광산란 측정결과들과 상당히 달랐다. 소금물에 유도된 0.5wt.% 농도의 Ludox-AM에 대한 프랙탈 차원 $D_{F}$는 2.21로 측정되었다. 0.1wt.% 농도의 Ludox-AM에 대한 Rayleigh 선폭을 논의한다.

슬라이스 치즈 첨가에 의한 재구성 돈육포의 품질 특성 (Quality Characteristics of Restructured Pork Jerky according to Addition of Sliced Cheese)

  • This study was carried out to evaluate the phsicochemical, rheological and sensory characteristics of the restructured pork jerky with the addition of sliced cheese(4, 8 and 12%). The TC-1, TC-2 and TC-3 samples had lower moisture contents than the control, Crude protein and fat contents were significantly difference among all treatment (p<0.05). The crude ash and salinity values of TC-1, TC-2 and TC-3 were higher than the control. With the addition of sliced cheese(l2%), the manufacturing yield and water absorption ability were high among all the different treatments, but the control showed significantly higher values than TC-1, TC-2 and TC-3. The pH ranged from 5.62-6.01 in all treatments and the TC-3 sample had the highest pH, The water activity range was 0.70 - 0.74, and the various treatments had slightly higher than the control. The hardness of the TC-3( J 2%) treatment was the lowest among all the treatment. The strength values increased according to increases in sliced cheese, but there were no significant differences(p>0.05). The sensory evaluation for color and flavor received the highest scores in working males 6.96(TC-2) and student males 7.50(TC-2), respectively. The texture scores ranged from 7.07-7.63 and were the highest of all sensory evaluation factors, For overall acceptance the highest scores were received from student males(TC-3), student females(TC-2), working males(TC-2) and working females(TC-l), respectively.

핵심감정척도 단축형과 MMPI-2의 상관성 연구 (A Study on the Correlation between CSEI-S (Core Seven-Emotions Inventory-Short Form) and MMPI-2 (Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory-2) Subscales)

  • Objectives: To analyze correlation between CSEI-S and MMPI-2 subscales to provide evidence for clinical application of the CSEI-S. Methods: Survey data of CSEI-S and MMPI-2 from 109 university students were analyzed. Demographic characteristics were subjected to descriptive analysis. Mann-Whitney U test and Pearson's correlation analysis were performed for CSEI-S and MMPI-2 scores. Results: The CSEI-S scale Joy (喜) showed a negative correlation with MMPI-2 clinical scales Hs, D, Hy, Pd, Pa, Pt, Sc, and Si. Six negative emotion scales of the CSEI-S showed positive correlations with MMPI-2 clinical scales except Mf and Ma. The CSEI-S scale Joy (喜) showed negative correlations with MMPI-2 restructured clinical scales RCd, RC1, RC2, and RC7. Six negative emotion scales of the CSEI-S showed positive correlations with restructured MMPI-2 clinical scales. The 60T-and-over group of MMPI-2 clinical scales D, Pd, Pa, Pt, Sc, Si, and Si showed significantly higher negative emotions than other groups. The 60T-and-over group of MMPI-2 scales D, Pt, Sc, and Si showed significantly lower Joy (喜) score than other groups. The 60T-and-over group of MMPI-2 restructured clinical scales RCd, RC2, RC3, RC6, RC7, RC8, and RC9 showed significantly higher negative emotions than other groups. The 60T-and-over group of MMPI-2 scales RCd, RC6, and RC7 showed significantly lower Joy (喜) scores than others. Conclusions: The CSEI-S showed consistent results with the original CSEI and MMPI-2 subscales. Thus, is a useful diagnostic tool in clinical practice.

도심 캠퍼스 공유공간의 공간 구조 변화에 대한 연구 - 그리드락의 반대 개념으로서의 공유 캠퍼스로의 변화에 대하여 - (A Study on the Change of Spatial Structures of Shared Space at Urban Campuses - The opposite concept of Gridlock upon the change to shared campuses -)

  • Urban campus, one of the main urban facilities, is the representative place that is struggling with 'gridlock'. Due to privatization of space among different departments and space shortages, gridlock has been occurring as a result. The urban campus trying to solve this problem by changing the quality of space, especially the structure of the shared space, which is expected to be the solution to the grid lock problem. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the structural change in the university's shared space based on paradigm transition. The theoretical consideration is to analyze the spatial characteristics of university shared space that appear at different stages through a new perspective that compares the gridlock phenomenon and the shared paradigm. The framework of the analysis of the shared space, which has recently been restructured, is classified into the spatial characteristics of collaborative space, the creative space, and the common/complex space. In addition, these spatial characteristics are again analyzed through the division of legislative facility classification, management governance subject, area, building location and layout, exposure to the outside as well as the analysis of student and staff entry and exit, sharing structure of site and space, and the classification of program characteristics. The results are as follows: The restructured space is systemized so that the management governance of each space would be connected to each other to share information and space. Furthermore, the spatial boundary between colleges or between campus spaces are not only physically, but categorically clear. The restructured space has semi (or in-between)-spatial characteristics such as the intersection in inside and outside of the pedestrian's circulation and the mixture of programs. This study could serve as principal references in presenting the systematic analysis of directions of the shared spatial structure for the urban campus where new educational space is required due to the changes in the university system.

Clinical Utility of the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory-Adolescent Restructured Form in the Assessment of Internalizing and Externalizing Disorders in Adolescents: A Preliminary Approach

  • Objectives: This study investigated whether the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory-Adolescent Restructured Form (MMPI-ARF) can differentiate between two groups of adolescents, one diagnosed with internalizing disorders and another with externalizing disorders, and examined the clinical utility of the MMPI-A-RF by examining which subscales can significantly discriminate between these two groups. Methods: A total of 105 adolescents aged 13-18 years completed the MMPI-A-RF (53 internalizing disorder and 52 externalizing disorder groups). Independent t-test, chi-square test (χ2), and discriminant analysis were used to examine whether MMPI-A-RF can distinguish between the two groups. Results: Sixteen MMPI-A-RF scales best predicted differences between the groups with internalizing and externalizing disorders. Fourteen scales (Higher-Order Scale [Emotional/Internalizing Dysfunction], Restructured Clinical [RC] Scale [RC demoralization, Somatic Complaints (RC1), and Low Positive Emotions (RC2)], Personality Psychopathology Five Scale [Introversion/Low Positive Emotionality-Revised, Negative Emotionality/Neuroticism-Revised], Somatic/Cognitive Scale [Malaise, Head Pain Complaints, and Gastrointestinal Complaints], Internalizing Scale [Stress/Worry, Self-Doubt], Externalizing Scale [Negative School Attitudes], Interpersonal Scale [Social Avoidance, Shyness]) were associated with the internalizing disorder group, whereas two scales (Externalizing Scale [Conduct Problems, Negative Peer Influence]) were associated with the externalizing disorder group. Conclusion: The MMPI-A-RF can be an efficient assessment tool for a quick diagnosis as it can classify individuals with internalizing and externalizing disorders in clinical settings that lack a variety of assessment tools for children and adolescents.

  • Restructured meat (RM) products are gaining importance as an essential component of the meat industry due to consumers' interest in health benefits. RM products imply the binding or holding of meat, meat by-products, and vegetable proteins together to form a meat product with meat's sensory and textural properties. RM products provide consumers with diversified preferences like the intake of low salt, low fat, antioxidants, and high dietary fiber in meat products. From the point of environmental sustainability, RM may aid in combining underutilized products and low-valued meat by adequately utilizing them instead of dumping them as waste material. RM processing technique might also help develop diversified and new hybrid meat products. It is crucial to have more knowledge on the quality issues, selection of binding agents, their optimum proportion, and finally, the ideal processing techniques. It is observed in this study that the most crucial feature of RM could be its healthy products with reduced fat content, which aligns with the preferences of health-conscious consumers who seek low-fat, low-salt, high-fiber options with minimal synthetic additives. This review briefly overviews RM and the factors affecting the quality and shelf life. Moreover, it discusses the recent studies on binding agents in processing RM products. Nonetheless, the recent advancements in processing and market scenarios have been summarized to better understand future research needs. The purpose of this review was to bring light to the ways of sustainable and economical food production.

감마선 조사가 재구성 돈육포의 이화학적 및 관능적 품질에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Gamma Irradiation on Physicochemical and Sensory Properties of Restructured Pork Jerky)

  • 본 연구는 감마선 조사가 재구성 돈육포의 이화학적 및 관능적 품질에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 0, 3, 5, 7, 10 kGy 선량으로 조사된 재구성 돈육포의 일반성분, 지방산패도, 색도, 전단력 및 관능검사를 실시하였다. 일반성분 분석 결과에서 감마선 조사에 따른 수분, 조단백, 조지방의 함량 및 TBA값의 변화는 없었다. 그러나 색도 측정 결과 적색도인 a값이 유의적으로 증가함을 확인할 수 있었다(p<0.05). 전단력 측정 결과 조사선량이 증가할수록 전단력은 낮아졌으며, 관능검사 결과 모든 조사구에서 유의적인 차이를 보였다(p<0.05). 관능평가에서 기호도는 감마선 조사에 의해 낮아졌다. 따라서 재구성 돈육포에 있어 감마선의 조사는 육색 및 조직감을 개선시킬 수 있는 좋은 수단이나 관능적 개선을 위한 추가적인 연구가 필요하였다.

돈육 재구성 육포의 흑미가루 첨가량에 따른 품질특성 (Effects of black rice powder concentration on quality properties of pork restructured jerky)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 돈육 재구성 육포에 흑미가루가 첨가되었을 때 일어나는 품질 변화 및 품질 특성을 조사하였으며, 처리구별로 돈육 재구성 육포 제조 시 흑미가루 첨가함량을 0, 1, 3, 5%로 구분하여 제조하였다. 수분함량은 흑미가루 첨가량이 증가함에 따라 증가하는 경향을 보인 반면, 단백질함량과 지방함량은 흑미가루 첨가량이 증가할수록 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 육포의 가열 전 후 pH는 흑미가루 첨가량이 증가함에 따라 높아지는 추세를 보였다. 가열 전 후 색도는 흑미가루 첨가수준이 증가함에 따라 명도, 적색도, 황색도 모두 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 돈육 육포의 보수력과 가열수율은 흑미가루 첨가수준이 높아짐에 따라 증가하는 경향을 보였으며, 흑미가루 3%와 5% 처리구가 대조구보다 유의적으로 높은 가열수율을 나타내었다(p<0.05). 흑미가루 첨가수준에 따른 전단력 변화는 첨가수준이 증가함에 따라 낮아지는 추세를 보였으며, 관능평가 결과 색도, 향미, 연도, 다즙성 및 전체적인 기호도 평가에서 흑미가루 3, 5% 처리구에서 높은 점수를 받았다. 이러한 결과들을 종합하면, 돈육 재구성 육포에 흑미가루를 일정수준 이상(3, 5%) 첨가하였을 때 대조구에 비해 이화학적 특성들이 우수하게 나타났으므로 품질이 우수한 제품을 제조할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.
