Concurrent construction offers considerable improvement for shorten the project duration of its production process. Therefore, standardized concurrent construction is widely applied in building construction projects. However, resources planning for standardized concurrent construction project is manually developed by construction manager. This practice is not effective since it is time-consuming and error-prone for managers to identify all project-specific information, distinguish different activity-resource types, interpret these types and analyze how they affect resource allocated on an ad hoc basis. Therefore, this research investigates the opportunity for leveraging activity modeling to enable automated resource planning for standardized concurrent construction during project development, with identifying the characteristics of construction activities under standardized concurrent planning and determining the activity-resources types that affects resource planning. Both will function as a basis for modeling these construction activities in a computer-interpretable manner and for automation in resource planning.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the planning styles and the differences of the level of planning styles according to individuals, family related variables and perceived adequacy of resources. The subjects of the study were 560 wives living in seoul and Daejeon. Survey methods were questionnaire. Data analysis strategies were percentile, frequency, Pearson's correlation, factor analysis, oneway analysis and multiple classification analysis. The major findings were as follows : 1) Planning styles were categorized into three factors. They were labeled resource-centered, goal-centered, constrained planning style. 2) wives tended to more frequently use a goal-centered planning style. 3) The perceived adequacy of health resource, the perceived adequacy of inter-personnal resource and occupation of husband were significant predictors of the level of resource-centered planning style. 4) The perceived adequacy of money resource was significant predictors of the level of constrained planning style. 5) The perceived adequacy of money resource and the age of youngest child were significant predictors of the level of goal-centered planning style.

For the problems in executing rural development, recent recognitions are that discovery, preservation, and utilization of area-unique resource are unsatisfactory, that participation of local residents was neglected, and that approach to gradual refurbishment of houses and common space of town in consideration of existing spatial pattern of the town was not adequate. Especially, neglect for exact investigation, analysis and evaluation on rural local resources is bringing about social problems such as mass production of uniform rural area and loss of local identity. In this study, rural resources were listed and resource evaluation items was designed in order to establish development direction of rural village. According to these results, for the efficient and reasonable drive of the resource evaluation system, following items are required; A premise of local development by participation of local people, Development of diversely appliable resource evaluation clauses, Establishment of development type in connection with resource evaluation clauses, Systematic management of local resource through spreading DB resource. This research was loused on unearthing direction development of rural village and theme. However, what should be reconsidered through continuous study is that resource evaluation clauses are somewhat general and not concretely illustrated. Therefore establishment of characterized development is expected through clarifying local identity and presenting direction of local development, with the importance of resource and systematic analysis in planning on rural village in the future.

This study aims to examine the effect of strategic planning, human resource management, and asset management on increasing the productivity of the rural economy. This research is a quantitative approach. The research sample was carried out by simple random sampling and data collection using a questionnaire so that 129 respondents were determined. The research test was conducted using multiple linear regression with the OLS (Ordinary Least Square model. The results obtained were that strategic planning, human resource management, and asset management had a significant positive effect on increasing the productivity of the rural economy. This shows that strategic planning is the most important thing in industry, companies, or organizations as a guideline to achieve optimal performance. In addition, human resource management and asset management are positive supports for increasing the economic productivity of rural communities to achieve welfare goals. This research proves that strategic planning must be carried out by considering the existing potential, both sources. natural resources, human resources, and economic resources Meanwhile, human resource management and asset management are mandatory to support the sustainability of an organization or company so that the benefits of the study as study material in strategic decision making, both in business and public policy.

기계학습의 데이터 크기 및 컴퓨팅 부하 증가로 사물인터넷 시스템에서 에너지 효율적인 자원 플래닝이 중요해지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사물인터넷 시스템의 실시간 워크로드 변화를 지원하는 자원 플래닝 정책을 제안한다. 이를 위해 본 논문은 실시간 태스크를 고정 태스크와 가변 태스크로 나누고 다양한 워크로드 상황에 대한 자원 플래닝 최적화를 수행한다. 이를 바탕으로 사물인터넷 시스템의 자원 설정을 고정 태스크 기반으로 시작한 후, 가변 태스크가 활성화될 경우 상황에 맞는 자원 플래닝을 즉시 적용할 수 있도록 한다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안한 정책이 사물인터넷 시스템의 프로세서 및 메모리 소모 에너지를 크게 줄일 수 있음을 보인다.

The long-term electricity resource planning of electric utility has undergone significant change during the past decade. The current resource planning can be considered as multi-objective decision making procedure under the various uncertainties such as demand growth, construction cost, fuel price, environmental regulation, plant site, financial adequacy, new technology advent and so on. This paper presents a standardized electricity resource planning scheme using the strategic planning concept. EGEAS computer model was fully applied to indentify feasible alternative plans and simulate various attribute values corresponding each alternative plan and future. As a case study, a hypothetical long-ten capacity expansion planning problem is analyzed.

Available-to-promise (ATP) exhibiting availability of manufacturing resources can be used to support customer order promising. Recently, one advanced function called Capable-to-promise (CTP) is provided by several modern APS (advanced planning system) that checks available capacity for placing new production orders or increasing already scheduled production orders. At the customer enquiry stage while considering the order delivery date and quantity to quote, both ATP and CTP are allocated to support order promising. In particular, current trends of mass customization and multi-side production chain derive several new constraints that should be considered when ATP/CTP allocation planning for order promising - such as customer's preference plants or material vendors, material compatibility, etc. Moreover, ATP/CTP allocation planning would be executed over a rolling time horizon. To utilize capacity and material manufacturing resource flexibly and fulfill more customer orders, ATP/CTP rolling planning should possess resource reallocation mechanism under the constraints of order quantities and delivery dates for all previous order promising. Therefore, to enhance order promising with reliability and flexibility to reallocate manufacturing resource, the ATP/CTP reallocation planning mechanism is needed in order to reallocate material and capacity resource for fulfilling all previous promised and new customer orders beneficially with considering new derived material and capacity constraints.

Resource procurement is an important management area because cost of resource covers 40％ of total construction project cost and resource delivery has direct relationship with project performance. Integration of cost provides various potentials for effective and efficient project control. This study investigates the usefulness of time in resource procurement management focused on materials. These days, construction projects have characterized manufacture because of industrialization and component. Therefore, application of systematic resource planning has been requested in the construction. There are many companies conducting procurement of resource on the web by applying MRP, ERP etc. in the construction. However, in applying them in the construction yet, there is obstruction. MRP has the character doing its function under accurate cost prediction of resource. But prediction of resource is difficult in industry mechanism of the construction. If accurate cost prediction of resource is possible in the construction, it will be expected to reduce cost of procurement of resource substantially by applying successful resource planning model in the manufacture. On the basis of recent current, the purpose of study is to present procurement of resource system that period observance of construction and minimization of stock is possible by reflecting accurate lead-time to apply proactive thought to be able to cope with alteration of construction schedule efficiently in analyzing resource planning of the construction site.

The purpose of this study is to review the research trends of family life planning in the Journal of Korean Rome Economics Association, the Journal of Korean Rome Management Association and the Journal of Korean Family Resource Management Association. For this purpose, 132 studies were analyzed according to the theory of family life planning, the state of family life planning, the diagnosis of present, the establishment of future and the practice of family life planning. At this time, we feel that it is meaningful to review the research of family life planning and to take a look at its possible future prospects. This study also provides the information necessary to implement and integrate its positive results into Family Life Education.

This paper presents a design and implementation of an intelligent-integrated production-logistics systems. The situation considered here is that there are multiple manufacturing plants and multiple distribution centers. Effective distribution resource and production planning are required to reduce inventory cost and to avoid inventory shortage. We propose an intelligent forecasting scheme of each distribution centers, adaptive inventory replenishment planning, distribution resource planning, and integrated production planning system. In forecasting a huge number of on-line model identification is performed using neural network approximation capability. An efficient adaptive replenishment planning and distribution resource planning are also presented in connection with forecasting scheme. An appropriate production is also requested based on production lead-time and the results of distribution planning. Experimental simulations are presented to verify the proposed approach using real data.
