  • The company was focusing on production which was partial mission rather than acquiring the information of customer in intensive process industry. The company accepted loss which is from over-production, losing of opportunity. After changing to Web environment, supply chain is more complicated and need of customer is more various. As a result the company hard works on controlling production rates, production quantities in production area and gathering exact information which is about available resource and available quantities. Cooperated demand planning have to get decreasing of inventory, improving of customer service in supply chain management. Specially demand planning that considers allocation of capacity is executed in Iron-Industry. Demand planning must be classified by customer, region and supply position level.

  • The process of railway traffic planning is composed of several steps such as long-term, mid-term. short-term, and real-time plan. The planning of vehicle and manpower resources is a main research topic in tactical short-term planning step. Railway vehicle is usually consisted of a power car, passenger/freight cars and human resource is composed of engine driver, cabin crew, ground personnel. So far, power car was main research target in railway vehicle scheduling problem. Recently according as the light electric railway or high-speed railway is introduced, the operational planning of trainset vehicles become important, In this paper, we introduce the conceptional model for trainset restoring problem and developed heuristic algorithm.

  • This study demonstrates a basic concept and designing direction for the realisation of disaster prevention planning in u-City(u-BangjaeCity) that is from establishing a planning system in terms of the areas of professional disaster and safety management for the national disaster management. and designing disaster or safety management system via using ubiquitous technology for the scientific disaster management. In order to realise u-City it is necessary to maps out interrelation amongst various services such as traffic, environment and disaster prevention. Domestic and international case studies regarding the tendency of disaster prevention planing in u-City and its analysis could be the fundamental resource in order to develop the standard model of u-BangjaeCity.

  • A yard in a container terminal is a temporary storage space before containers are loaded onto the target vessel or delivered to consignees. For improving the utilization of the space in the yard and the efficiency of loading and discharging operations, it is important that operation plans must be carefully constructed in advance. A heuristic method is suggested to solve operation space planning problems considering workloads on handling equipment as well as space availabilities. The operation plans in this paper includes quay crane (QC) schedules and space plans for multiple vessels considering the workload in the container yard of container terminals. This paper evaluates the effectiveness of a space planning method and the performance of a new QC scheduling method using a simulation model.

  • 정보매체와 정보환경의 변화에 따라 전통적인 도서관은 디지털도서관으로 진화발전하고 있다. 따라서 디지털 환경에서 급증하는 다양한 전자정보자원을 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 종합적인 시스템이 필요하다. 본 연구에서의 전자정보자원으로는 전자저널, 웹 데이터베이스. 전자책, 오픈엑세스 자원 등을 대상으로 하였다. DLF의 ERMI를 분석하여 국내 디지털도서관 정보관리자를 위한 ERMS를 구축하는 것이 연구목적이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 전자정보자원의 다양한 생성주기, 구독모델, 수록범위, 정보제공자를 조사하여 ERMS를 설계하고 구현하였다.

  • The west and south coastal regions of Korea are known to be of strong tidal current speed. With the increasing demand for renewable energies, the resource assessment has been a crucial issue which should be conducted before any detail planning and development of the potential sites for tidal current farm. Although there are several results of resource assessment of tidal current energy in Korea, the resource assessment method is not officially announced. This undefined methodology makes the results unreliable and useless. Recently new renewable energy potential definition has been announced by KIER (Korea Institute of Energy Research). This categorizes energy potential as four steps; theoretical, geographical, technical and market potentials. This paper describes the resource assessment of tidal current power in Korea based on API (Averaged Power Intercepted). The results show that the Incheon-Gyeonggi and Jeollanam-do are very promising areas for tidal current power in Korea.

어메니티자원 분석을 통한 비안도 어촌 마을 특화계획 (An Establishment Specialization the Planning of Fishing Villages in Biando via Analysing Amenity Resources)

  • The aim of this study is to establish the planning of Biando fishing village where can be well-known fishing villages in Korea. In order to have highlighted a tourist attractions, the identities of Biando fishing village were investigated natural resources, amenity resources, ecological resources and so on. Based on these resources, the planning of Biando fishing village considers to between community facilities and community spaces. To create the attractive fishing village, the study was underwent 5 process. The 5 process is followed as; 1) Choose the planning site 2) Literature review 3) Fields survey 4) Site Analysis 5) Spatial Planning. Through those results, Biando fishing village were classified 4 spaces. Each 4 spaces have got their own theme. The main focus of 4 spaces was associated with communicating between space and space, connecting between space and space. The first space theme was "Meeting the geese" and the main focus of planning was entry space creating. The second space theme was "Walking in the heaven" and the main focus of planning was ecological resource exploring space and relaxing space. The third space theme was "Secret of shingle beach" and the main focus of planning was leisure and experience space. Last space theme was "Falling into the sea" and the main focus of planning was trekking and leisure space.

농촌 어메니티 경관의 평가 체계 개발과 적용 - "2007 농촌 어메니티 100선"을 중심으로 - (Developing the Assessment System of Rural Amenity Landscape)

  • Amenity landscapes in rural areas are becoming increasingly important as a resource to enhance the (public) interest in rural landscapes and to vitalize the rural areas. Befitting the times, the objective of this project is to discover the amenity landscapes distributed throughout the rural areas and to produce material in the form of a publication for the promotion of the aforementioned landscapes. For such purposes, local autonomous bodies, rural amenity resource investigation team, and experts on landscape found rural amenity landscapes and entered them for a selection process, out of which the top 100 rural amenity landscapes were ultimately selected based both on the assessment system developed by the researchers and on the assessment process executed by the assessment committee. The following two categories of assessment criteria for the amenity landscapes were presented: village-related assessment criteria including value as resource and use value; landscape-resources-related assessment criteria, including aesthetic value, identity, adherence to traditionality, and sustainability. Assessment for each criteria item was made by applying a 5-point Likert scale throughout. The sum of the points for each landscape was then converted at a 100 point scale for ultimate use in selection of the top 100 landscapes. This paper is the outcome of such series of processes and systems.

  • 효율적 경영활동과 경쟁우위 확보 및 고객관계 경영을 죄하고자 하는 기업들은 정보시스템 투자 비율을 확대하고 있다. 그러나 현실적으로 볼 때 투자를 위한 의사결정 단계에서 검토되었던 정보시스템의 기대가치와 실현가치 간에는 예상치 못했던 격차가 발생하는 경우가 빈번하다. 또한 최근 e비즈니스 전략을 적극적으로 추진중인 기업들은 SCM(Supply Chain Management), ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM(Customer Relation-ship Management) 시스템을 상호 연동하고자 하는 요구가 증대되고 있다. 그러나 기존 연구들의 경우 개별 정보시스템 단위의 성공 요인들에 대한 연구가 대부분이고, 이들 시스템 간의 연동이나 시스템 구축이후 발생하는 조직 내외적인 장애요인 관련 연구는 미미한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 이들 시스템을 구축하여 운영중인 기업들을 선정하여 시스템별 그리고 시스템 간의 투자 전후가치격차 유발 요인을 규명하고자 하였다. 연구결과는 기업의 정보시스템 투자 의사결정시 반드시 사전에 고려하여야 할 가치격차 유발 요인들에 대한 통찰력을 제시할 수 있을 것이며, 관련 분야 연구의 실증적 접근을 위한 토대를 제시할 것이다.
