논 토양 및 현미중 Imidacloprid의 잔류성 (Residue of Imidacloprid in Hulled Rice and Paddy Soil)

  • 논 토양과 현미 중 살충제 imidacloprid의 잔류성을 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 실내 조건의 토양 중 imidacloprid의 분해속도는 1차 반응식에 따랐으며 토양온도 및 토양 종류에 크게 영향을 받았다. $18-23^{\circ}C$의 토양중 imidacloprid의 반감기는 증식토에서 66.7-96.3일, 식양토에서 56.8-117.5일이었다. Arrhenius activation energy는 증식토에서 25.5KJ/mol, 식양토에서 50.3KJ/mol이었다. 포장조건하의 토양 중 imidacloprid의 분해는 처리 초기에는 매우 빨랐으나 점점 분해속도가 느려 1차반감기는 약 10일 정도이었으나 2차, 3차 반감기는 점점 길어져 처리량의 90%까지 분해되는데는 약 120일이 소요되었다. 현미 중 imidacloprid의 잔류량은 검출한계 0.01ppm이하이었다.

식품 소재로서 장미꽃잎 색소의 안정성 (Stability for Rose Petals Pigment as a Food Material)

  • This study was conducted to develop pigment of flowers as a food material and the red rose(Rosa hybrida L.) was used for this study. To check the possibility of using the rose pigment as a food additive we have extracted the pigment from rose and examined all the factors (pH, temperature, free sugars, organic acids, metal ions) for stability. The results obtained are as follows: In examining the stability of the pigment, the residue of the pigment noticeably decreased with the increase of the pH and the temperature, and among free sugars (fructose, glucose, sucrose) the addition of fructose made the residue the lowest. With the addition of organic acids the samples exhibited the hyperchromic effect throughout the period of the storage. The pigment residue decreased when the amount of the metal ions increased and especially the Cu$^{2+}$ ion was most destructive.

붉나무열매의 성분연구 제1보 -유기산에 대하여

  • The fruits of Rhus javanica L. distributed widely in Korea were extracted with cold water, the filtered clear liquid was evaporated and from the residue large colorless columns, M.P.about 180.deg., were obtained by recrystallisation from hot water. On being incinerated it left a considerable amount of solid residue consisting of calcium. Its aqueous solution which had a strong acid reaction was acidified with sulfuric acid, the precipitate, CaSO$_{4}$, was filtered off, the filtrate was evaporated and from the residue colorless needles, M.P.98-100.deg., were obtained by treating with alcohol. It was identified to be malic acid by determining the mixed melting points of itself and its p-bromphenacylester with authentic specimens. Thus the original substance was proved to be a kind of Ca-salt of malic acid.

  • The liquid phase LPG injection (LPLi) system (the 3rd generation technology) has been considered as one of the more promising fuel supply systems for LPG vehicles. To investigate the characteristics of LPG residue in LPLi system, various rubbers were reacted with LPG fuels. The results showed that the residue of a cover rubber in a fuel pump after test increased 10 times higher than that before test. Furthermore, the amount of sulfur, nitrogen species which are considered as main sources in deposit formation in the LPLi fuel injector were also found to be higher than that in original LPG fuel. And these residues made the core parts of LPLi injector such as a neddle and a nozzle, partially worn, which eventually causes a leakage in LPLi injectors.

수출용 단감에 대한 Difenoconazole과 Thiamethoxam의 잔류특성 연구 (Residue Studies of Difenoconazole and Thiamethoxam during Cultivation of Sweet Persimmon for Export)

  • 국내 유망 수출 식품 중 잔류농약으로 인하여 수출 장애가 있는 식품을 대상으로 문제가 되는 농약에 대해 CAC 및 수출국의 농약잔류 허용기준 제안을 위한 작물잔류 시험을 수행하였다. 대상 작물은 수출용 단감이었고, difenoconazole과 thiamethoxam을 대상으로 시험을 수행하였다. Difenoconazole의 잔류량 범위는 0.2~0.56 mg/kg였고, thiamethoxam의 잔류량 범위는 0.08~0.28 mg/kg으로 두 약제 모두 수확 1일차 시료부터 MRL 농도 이하로 잔류량이 감소하였다. 따라서 안전사용기준에 따라 약제를 살포하고 수확한다면 국내에 설정된 MRL 기준을 충분히 만족시키는 것으로 확인되었다. Difenoconazole의 각 포장별 반감기는 각각 13.6, 19.4, 16.3일 이었고, thiamethoxam의 각 포장별 반감기는 각각 10.0, 15.3, 14.0일 이었다. Clothianidin의 잔류농도는 1개 지역에서 14, 28일 시료에서 검출되었으나, 농도는 0.03 mg/kg 이하였다.

커피박과 목섬유를 이용한 중밀도섬유판의 제조 및 성능 평가 (Manufacture and Performance Evaluation of Medium-density Fiberboard Made with Coffee Bean Residue-Wood Fiber)

  • 본 연구에서는 수분 흡착효과가 있다고 알려진 커피박을 첨가하여 중밀도섬유판을 제조한 다음 물성과 강도특성을 조사하여 커피박의 중밀도섬유판 원료로써의 가능성을 확인하고자 하였다. 커피박은 주로 인스턴트커피 제조 시 많이 발생하는 찌꺼기인데 가수분해된 것을 전건무게 기준 3, 6, 9% 수준에서 목섬유와 혼합해 중밀도섬유판을 제조하였으며, 이 때 사용한 접착제는 요소수지접착제였다. 커피박과 목섬유를 섞은 중밀도섬유판에 대해 물성과 강도 특성 및 포름알데히드 방산량을 측정하였다. 커피박과 목섬유를 무작위로 섞어 제조한 중밀도섬유판의 휨강도와 박리강도는 모두 KS 기준보다 높게 나타났으며 커피박을 층으로 구성한 적층 성형구조 경우에는 모두 기준에 미달하였다. 제조된 중밀도섬유판의 흡수 두께팽창률은 시판용 중밀도섬유판보다 낮아 물리적 특성 면에서 현저히 개선됨을 보여주었다. 포름알데히드 방산량은 시판용 중밀도섬유판과 유사한 것으로 나타났으며 모두 KS 기준상의 $E_1$급에 부합하였다. 이런 결과는 커피박이 친환경 중밀도섬유판 제조 시 원재료로 활용될 수 있음을 보여주고 있으며 중밀도섬유판의 성능 향상을 위해서는 접착제와 커피박 간의 상호 접착성 및 커피박의 흡착성능 향상을 위한 전환방법에 대한 추가 연구가 요구된다.

Bioconcentration of Pirimiphos-methyl in Killifish (Oryzias latipes)

  • Killifish (Oryzias latipes) were exposed to an organophosphate pesticide, pirimiphos-methyl, in a flow-through system to determine the bioconcentration factor (BCF) following GLP (Good Laboratory Practice). This study was conducted at two different concentrations (1 and $10\;{\mu}$g/L) of $^{14}C$-labeled pirimiphos-methyl for 28 days uptake and 14 days depuration according to the OECD 305 test guideline. The $BCF_{ss}$ for total radioactive residues in whole fish were 1,251 and 1,277 for low and high concentrations, respectively. The $BCF_k$ based on the uptake and depuration rate constants were 1,200 for both low and high concentrations. During the depuration phase, the accumulated test substance was rapidly depurated from fish. Greater than 95% of the residue at steady-state was depurated after 2 days. Although the measured BCF values were high, pirimiphos-methyl could be evaluated as a low risk from bioaccumulation by aquatic organisms due to the short depuration period and low amount of bound residue (1.5%). We suggest that in evaluating bioaccumulation, not only the BCF should be considered, but also depuration time and bound residue in aquatic organisms give an indication of the potential environmental risks.

A great stand redl~ction of subseq ~ ~ c n t oversown pastures was also observed In sodium chlorate treatment. However, normal vegetative stand and grass production was obtained, when thc pasture grasses seeded 45-60 days later herbicide treatments. Glyphosate did not affect subsequent oversown pasture species in both grasses and legumes. fistuccr arundinc~cea and Pou pratensis were the most tolerant pasture species to herbicide residue while 7'rzfi,lium pyatense and Medicugo suti~u showed a wsceptible response regardless of herbicide.

대전 지역 유통 식용 한약재의 잔류농약 실태 연구 (A Study on the Pesticide Residues Monitoring of Medicinal Herbs which has marketed in the Daejeon)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the residue amount of pesticide on the 41 medicinal herbs in Daejeon area. This study was carried out to monitor the current status of pesticide residues in commercial medicinal herbs for sale of food use in 2012. It was performed using GC/ECD, GC/NPD, HPLC to analyze pesticides residues. Residues of 283 pesticides were analyzed by a simultaneous multiresidue method in 41 medicinal herbs being on sale in Daejeon. The medicinal herbs detected pesticides in 10 of 41 cases, showed a detection rate of 24.39%. The medicinal herbs which exceed the maximum residue limit were five cases as Cnidii Rhizoma, Osterici Radix, Artemisiae Capillaris Herba, Zizyphi Fructus and Alismatis Rhizoma. And pesticide residue of Cnidii Rhizoma and Alismatis Rhizoma exceeds the limit standard presented in only medicine use of KFDA. The residual pesticides which had the high detection rate were Chlopyrifos, Tebuconazole and Endosulfan in the detection of medicinal herbs. For further research, standards of Pesticide Residues in medicinal herbs should be added and more research of pesticide residues in medicinal herbs required. And standards of pesticide residues in medicinal herbs should be applied equally as medicines and food.

규석 분말도에 따른 ALC의 물리적 특성 변화 (Physical Properties of ALC with Various Fineness of Quartzite)

  • ALC was fabricated using cement, lime and quartzite by hydrothermal reaction. ALC has low strength and brittleness on account of inner pores. The studies for resolving these problems were driven by many researchers. Among these researches, the controls of quartzite fineness have been studied for unsuitable properties of ALC. This study experimented with variation of 90 ${\mu}m$ residue for obtain good physical properties. It was found that 90 ${\mu}m$ residue influenced on physical properties of ALC. The lower amount of 90 ${\mu}m$ residue, the higher compressive and bending strength. But the continuing decrease of 90 ${\mu}m$ residue did not cause the increase of strength. In order to application of these results in process, the states of process and hydrothermal products will be considered.
