아파트 부대복리공간에 대한 거주자 의식 및 사용실태 조사연구 (A Study on the Residents' Cognition and Behavior about communal space in Apartment Housing)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the residents' cognition and behaviors about residents' community space in apartment housing. Since the last year when well-being trend was highly interesting, consumers have showed their concern about not only just interior of houses but also exterior environment of their houses. This movement has evoked consumers' interests in level and sort of residents' community space. Moreover, as the concern about the quality of human life has gone up, how much the quality of human life could get higher has been brought into relief as an absolutely important issue. According to this trend, this study researched residents' satisfaction, the reason of dissatisfaction, requirement, and preference about residents' community space to analyze residents' cognition and behaviors about residents' community space in apartment. Therefore, this study did following; First, it selected research samples which have the value to be researched and outstanding productivity. Second, sample survey was performed to residents with questionnaire and results of the survey were analyzed. The contents of questionnaire included the actual condition, residents' cognition, and behaviors of residents' community space.

아파트 옥외공간 특성화에 대한 거주자의 인지특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Resident's Environmental Cognition of Distinctive Outdoor Space in Apartment Estates)

  • This study was to evaluate residents' environmental cognition, satisfaction and needs of distinctive outdoor space in apartment housing estates. Distinctive outdoor space of 75 apartment estates throughout the country were investigated. And the residents of 16 apartment estates were asked how they cognize disticntive outdoor space qualities, and what activities they prefer in apartment's outdoor space. Thre important factors were extracted in residents' cognition of distinctive outdoor space qualities. First factor was naturalness of the greenery, second factor was outdoor activities especially related to fitness and exercise, and third factor was design of street furniture. Residents' satisfaction degree of distinctive outdoor space tended to increase as high as the occupied housing area. Places with water, tree shades, pedestrian way, greenery with flowers, playlots, fitness places and entrances of the estates were evaluated high in the order named. And places full with greenery, places related to fitness and exercisem, playlots were prefered by the residents.

역량강화 중심의 마을 만들기 참여에 따른 주민인식변화 분석: 충청남도 공주시를 사례로 (Analysis on Changes of Residents Cognition According to Level of Participation in Community Building around Empowerment)

  • 본 연구는 충청남도 공주시 살기 좋은 희망마을 만들기를 사례로 역량강화 중심의 마을 만들기 참여에 따른 농촌주민의 인식 변화를 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 희망마을 만들기 참여가 주민인식변화에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으며, 참여빈도가 높은 주민일수록 인식변화 정도가 크고 참여빈도에 따라 변화된 인식요소가 다르다는 결과가 나타났다. 희망마을 만들기 단회 참여 주민의 경우 거시적인 농촌 현실에 대한 인식변화가 나타났으며, 3회 이상 참여 주민에게는 현재 자신들의 삶터에 대한 인식 변화가 나타났다. 마지막으로 5회 이상 참여 주민에게는 성공적인 마을 만들기를 위해서 주민의 참여와 협조가 중요하다는 인식이 자리 잡은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과 역량강화 중심의 마을 만들기는 주민 인식 전환과 주민단합의 매개체로 농촌커뮤니티 복원에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 지속적인 역량강화 중심의 마을 만들기는 농촌에 새로운 변화와 농촌 커뮤니티의 회복, 농촌경쟁력 향상에 영향을 미칠 것이다.

건강도시 인식정도와 개인행복지수의 관계 (The Study on the Relationship between Local Residents' Perception of a Health-Cities and Personal Happiness)

  • This study analyzed individual happiness exponent according to local residents' perception degree of Health-Cities. The data, which is accumulated by the survey on relationship between happiness and perception degree of Health-Cities targeting 662 of local residents living in Y-gu in Busan, were analyzed using PASW 18.0. The results are as follows. To begin with, the results of Correlation Analysis on the relation between happiness index and cognition degree of Health-Cites indicate that the higher perception of Health-Cities'facilities, administrations, services, education, health environment and transportation the local residents have, the lower individual happiness index they acquired. The cognition degree of transportation has effects on local society and daily life; the cognition degree of facilities and businesses has impact on financial stability. The cognition degree of administrations has influence on psychological relaxation, services have meaningful effects on psychological stability, work and residence, education have statistically meaningful effects on psychological stability, families and marriage, individual human relationships in respect.

남해 가천마을 계단식 논의 경관보전에 대한 지역주민과 방문객의 인식 차이 비교연구 (A Comparative Study on Local Residents' and Visitors' Cognition for the Landscape Conservation of Rice Terraces in Gacheon Village, Namhae)

  • 본 연구는 남해 가천마을의 계단식 논에 대해 지역주민과 방문객의 경관보전 인식을 비교하여 어떠한 차이가 나타나는지 규명하기 위해 수행하였다. 이를 위해 선행연구에 대한 고찰을 통해 문제점 및 시사점을 도출하였으며, 지역주민과 방문객을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 계단식 논 경관에 대한 인식의 구성요인은 '생산', '정책', '경관', '관리', '활성화' 5가지로 분류되었다. 분석결과에 따르면 보전에 대해 지역주민이 방문객보다 긍정적으로 평가하였고, 대부분의 항목에서 인식 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 '생산', '경관', '활성화'의 항목에서 지역주민이 방문객보다 긍정적 평가를 하는 것으로 나타났고, 구체적으로 '생산'의 휴경지 논, 전통적인 논 형태, 잡초 베기, '경관'의 문화적 가치, 논두렁 및 석축, '활성화'의 행정과 주민의 공용프로그램, 축제나 행사로 인한 마을 활성화에 관한 항목에서 높게 평가하는 것으로 나타났다. '정책', '관리'의 항목에서는 방문객이 지역주민보다 긍정적 평가를 하는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 '정책'의 명승지정, 직접지불제도, '관리'의 지역주민 및 방문객의 협동의 항목에서 높게 평가하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 같은 결과로 볼 때 지역주민과 방문객 사이의 인식 차이를 극복할 수 있도록 지역주민이 가지고 있는 계단식 논에 대한 역사 전통 문화 생산 등의 지식과 방문객의 의견을 활용하여 공통적 인식을 형성할 수 있는 방안 마련이 필요한 것으로 판단된다.

마을 만들기에 있어 주민에 의해 표현되는 풍경 공유성 - 광주광역시 북구 사례를 중심으로 - (Common Characteristics of Landscape Cognition in Participatory Town Design Program - Focusing on the Case of Buk-gu District, Gwangju Metropolitan City -)

  • The purpose of this study was to find common characteristics in everyday landscape cognition that the residents share and to restore the resulting characteristics through citizen-participatory town design. Through the residents participatory workshop supported by the Gwangju Buk-gu District Autonomy and Citizen Academy of Gwangju YMCA, 304 people from eight administrative districts participated in three programs. In each program, photographed landscape images representing everyday conditions of the townscape were presented in several ways: in program 1, the residents' mental map was studied; in program 2, landscape images of real places were matched to locations on a map; and in program 3, the landscapes were scored on a scale from 1 to 5 according to five descriptive categories. The elements that were recognized as common landscape features were public facilities, pedestrian spaces, school areas, and parks and natural green spaces. Additional results including recognition of the participants affection for the village and a common landscape image shared by the people, as inhabitants looked around at the space of their own lives. It seems possible that more creative townscapes can be created by residents through participatory programs.

공동주택단지 거주자의 자연지향과 녹환경 인식구조에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Cognition Structure of Green Environment of Resident in the Multi-family Housing)

  • In this study, we analyzed the state of outdoor-space use and green-environment development for apartment residents, and investigated their ways of thinking on nature orientation and green environment. The results are as follows. 1) The ways of thinking and actual use of outdoor space by apartment residents appear different. 2) Due to the difference of apartment locations and complex environments, the state and reason of green environment construction are different between the residents of high-rise and low-storied apartments. 3) The residents of the low-storied apartments are more satisfied with the green environments of the complex than those of the high-rise apartments. In addition, constructing the green environment in a balcony and outdoor space enhances the satisfaction level of the apartment residents. 4) The residents of the low-storied apartments are passive in nature orientation, while those of the high-rise apartments are active. 5) Depending on the types of nature orientation, the apartment residents are grouped as 'people of nature experience', 'nature appreciators', or 'people of living-thing contact'. These groups show different patterns on the ways of thinking for outdoor space and green environment.

공업화 주택의 쾌적성에 대한 거주자 반응 (Evaluation on comfort in P.C. Apartment)

  • This thesis is dealt with the thermal environment, the indoor air environment, the sound environment and the light environment in P.C apartment house. The purpose of this study is to analyze degrees of 'the cognition'. 'the importance', and ‘the satisfaction' on indoor environmental factors and to evaluate comfort of indoor environment based on residents' responses. The questionnaire survey was given to the residents at P.C apartment complex in Rowon-Gu, Seoul. The following are the results obtained in this thesis. The results of Path analysis on comfort revealed that factors of direct effect to comfort were the satisfaction on indoor air environment and sound environment and the cognition on indoor air environment and sound environment. The satisfaction on indoor air environment was the biggest variable which decided the comfort. By the survey of P.C apartment residents' responses, the level of P.C apartment indoor comfort was found uncomfortable. It is meaningful to su99est the model evaluating comfort by residents' responses .

Shanghai Residents' Cognition, Attitudes and Expressions towards Significant Political Events -A Case Study of the 2013 "Two Sessions" of China

  • China's "two sessions," namely, the National People's Congress (NPC) and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), has significant meaning to the political life of the nation. It collects opinions and advice from different groups of people annually. "Two sessions" 2013 was especially eye-catching, because new state leaders were elected at the meetings. Using CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) system, the Media and Public Opinion Center of Fudan University (FMORC) conducted surveys of China's "two sessions" every year from 2007 to 2013. In 2013, the influence of new media on public opinion has become increasingly significant. Microblog and WeChat have become two types of important media for Shanghai residents to express their opinions and take part in China's "two sessions." Based on the empirical findings, this paper examines Shanghai Residents' cognition, attitudes and expressions towards "two sessions" 2013 and analyzes how new media affect the public opinions on significant political events.

그린투어리즘에 대한 대구 시민의 태도 및 의식조사 연구 (Attitudes & Cognition of Daegu City Residents towards Green Tourism)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate city residents' attitudes and cognition of Daegu City toward Green Tourism. A Questionnaire survey was conducted in september, 2006. The sum of 515 copies was analyzed. City residents recognized the problems of leisure activities as 'burden of expense', 'lack of program diversity' and the advantages of this as 'withdrawal of stress and increase of vitality', 'promotion of health for themselves and their family'. Among theme experiential activities, they preferred 'health/leports experience' 'traditional food experience', 'traditional culture experience', 'nature-ecological experience', respectively. By the result of cross-table analysis, there are many differences between groups by gender & age. Therefore, further development of specific experiencing activity programs and marketing techniques, are required.
