택지개발사업지구의 공원녹지계획 지표연구 (A Study on the Planning Standards of Parks and Open Space Planning)

  • Urban parks and open spaces provide the community residents with the most easily accessible source for outdoor recreation, contributing also to the improvement of quality of natural environment in urban area. The demands of urban residents' for more and better green area are ever-increasing. However, the level of most urban open spaces which are easily accessible for residents are not satisfactory to meet the residents' demand in availability and in quality as well. Most existing urban open spaces are simply built of green areas only or have been developed in almost identical design with little consideration for individual uniqueness of the site. When developing neighbourhood parks in urban housing complexes, for example, little consideration is being given to topographical conditions, interrelation with the adjacent green area, or viability of the urban ecosystem. In many cases, urban park development projects are being done with serious negligence of natural properties of the site, by even destroying existing healthy woodlands. for instance. The objectives of this study are; -To survey on the domestic and the overseas cases of regulatory systems, development status and planning methods for urban open space. -To identify underlying issues of residental park developments in urban housing projects and establish appropriate improvement measures thereof, by studing and analyzing current-use data of developed urban parks and management status thereof. -To establish improved standards for urban open space planning, by integrating above surveys and studies, and recommendation for revision of related legislation is also presented to implement these standards.

대구지역 환경대기 및 VOC 발생원의 BTEX 농도비 특성 (Characteristic of BTEX Concentration Ratio of VOC Emission Sources and Ambient Air in Daegu)

  • This study assessed the characteristic of BTEX (Benzene, Toluene, Ethylbenzene, Xylene) concentration ratios of industrial emission sources and the neighborhoods of industrial area, fuel such as gasoline, light oil, LPG, and similar gasoline, and ambient air in Daegu. The BTEX in aromatic compounds was the most abundant VOC in Daegu. The BTEX ratios were (0.2:2.6:1.0:1.8) for the neighborhoods of industrial area, (2.6:11.3:1.0:1.2) for residential area, (2.2:11.0:1.0:1.6) for commercial area, (1.0:14.9:1.0:1.3) for industrial area, and (0.2:2.6:1.0:1.8) for the neighborhoods of industrial area. Average BTEX ratios in Daegu were B/T ratio (0.1), B/EB ratio (1.5), B/X ratio (1.1), T/EB ratio (12.6), T/X ratio (10), EB/X ratio (0.7), Expecially, B/T ratio in Daegu was similar as the other cities, Bangkok, Manila, and Hongkong. Comparing other cities with B/T ratio, the main sources of VOC were vehicular exhaust and emission of industrial facilities. Furthermore, BTEX correlation were evaluated at the emission sources and regional areas. Results showed that correlation coefficient values of emission sources, fuels and neighborhood of industry were significant magnitude above 0.65(p<0.01). Also, there showed highly significant correlations among BTEX. Calculated correlation coefficients of ambient air sampling sites were $0.61{\sim}0.954$ for commercial /residential area and $0.613{\sim}0.998$ for industrial area. However, they showed different correlation between commercial/residental area and industrial area. It implied that the emission sources were different from each area.

지가와 주거환경요소의 상관성에 관한 연구 - 부산광역시 해운대구, 수영구를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Correlativity Between Land Price and Residental Environment Elements - Focusing on the Haeundae-Gu and Suyoung-Gu in Busan City -)

  • 본 연구에서는 부산시의 대표적인 주거지역이면서 워터프런트지역을 포함하고 발전해 온 수영구와 해운대구를 중심으로 지가와 주거환경요소의 상관성 및 주거환경요소가 지가에 미치는 영향을 고찰해 보고자 했다. 이를 위해 지가를 종속변수로 하고 주거환경요소를 설명변수로 하여 상관분석 및 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 먼저 지가와 각 변수간의 상관성을 보면 모든 대상지역에서 토지이용과 간선도로와의 거리, 지하철역까지의 거리가 공통적으로 지가와 상관성이 높은 변수로 밝혀졌고, 회귀분석을 통해 각 변수별 설명력을 알아본 후 지가에 대한 변수의 설명력이 높은 순으로 누적 설명력을 살펴본 결과 7개의 변수로 수영구는 67%, 해운대구는 50.5%의 설명력이 있는 것으로 드러났다. 또한 본 연구에서 특히 관심을 가지고 설정해 본 해안까지의 거리변수는 지가와 상관분석 결과 모든 대상지역에서 그다지 상관성이 높지 않았으며, 회귀분석 결과에서도 각 지역별로 6.4%~7.6%의 설명력을 갖는 것으로 밝혀져 지가를 설명하는 변수로서 중요도도 높지 않은 것으로 나타났다.

서울시내 주거지역 미세먼지의 유전독성 영향 (Genotoxic Effect of Air-borne Particulate Matter in Residential Area of Seoul City)

  • Ambient air particulate matters are classified into two distinct modes in sire distribution, namely the coarse and fine particles. Correlation between high particulate concentration and adverse effect on human populations has long been recognized. However, the toxicology of these adverse efforts has not been clarified. We investigated the genotoxic effect of PM 2.5 collected from urban area in Seoul by comet assay (A549 cells), CBMN assay (CHO-K1 cells) and EROD-microbioassay (H4IIE cells). Results from in vitro micronucleus assay and comet assay showed that PM 2.5 samples collected from traffic area, residential area and indoor air induced chromosomal damage and DNA breakage in a non-cytotoxic dose. The complex mixture effect of these PM 2.5 extracts was quantified by EROD-microbioassay in terms of its bio-TEQ (biologiral -TCDD equivalent concentration) which was 70.87$\pm$28.07, 93.55$\pm$21.80 and 14.31 $\pm$ 1.10 ng/g-PM 2.5 in traffic area, residental area and indoor air samples, respectively. Conclusively, we suggested that PM 2.5 collected from traffic area and residential area contains CYPIA inducer and genotoxic materials.

  • Separation distance between industrial source and residential areas to avoid odor annoyance was investigated using AUSPLUME model. A Gaussian plume model (AUSPLUME) for the dispersion was used to calculate odor emission from ground level area source. Using the dispersion model to calculate ambient odor concentrations, the separation distance between industrial source and residental areas was defined by %HA (percentage of highly annoyed person) and odor percentile concentration (C98). The result was compared with the separation distance of various nation guidelines for livestock buildings. The calculated separation distance for industrial source showed similar pattern comparing with various guidelines for livestock buildings.

  • The block housing type is coming to fore as a 'low-rise high-density housing type', which can resolve the all sorts of problem caused in Korea apartment housing complex and single-detached residental area in terms of livability, urbanity, and community. To analyze the characteristics of the block housing, the block housing in Eunpyeong New Town, in Korea was analyzed as a sample for post occupancy evaluation. The analysis show that the block housing is useful low-rise and high-density housing type, which ensures the livability as well as the urbanity and community. In details the analysis also shows the user satisfaction from the perspective of living and facility use within the block housing and individual unit.

  • 산소소모법을 이용한 화재발열량 측정장치를 구성하고 대표적인 주택가연물(침대, 책상, 냉장고, 장롱)에 대하여 화재 발열량을 측정하였다. 발열량 측정 결과 최대 발열량은 각각 냉장고 1MW, 책상 0.8MW, 장롱 4.2MW, 침대 0.4MW로 나타났으며, 특히 냉장고와 장롱의 경우 화재성장속도가 상대적으로 빨라 위험요인이 큰 것으로 나타났다.

  • The residential street is an area in which the residential function clearly predominates over any provisions for traffic. Therefore schoud it serve as a living space for the inhabitants. As a result is being falling-off in the quality of residential environment particularly serious.   • This paper describes the evaluation of noise influence for residental and boundary areas in 75MW thermal power plant. It includes the measurements of noise level around the boundary area of the plant, identification of noise propagating path, and discussion on the measures. Noise assessments are carried out based on the ISO 3744, ISO 9613-1 and ISO 9613-2 to predict the noise distribution of specific locations from the noise sources such as power transformers, flash vent-pipe, I.D.fan, and stack. It is identified the vent-pipe of flash tank in thermal power plant as the root cause of the environmental noise during the plant commissioning process.

대구시 자원봉사활동의 수요.공급간 공간불균형 (The Spatial Disparity between Supply and Demand of Volunteering Activities in Daegu, South Korea)

  • 본 논문은 대구시 지원봉사활동에 있어서 자원봉사자와 자원봉사활동 수혜자간의 지역적 불균형을 분석하고 이러한 불균형을 최소화하기 위한 방안을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 자원봉사활동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석한 결과, 자원봉사자의 경우 소득과 학력에 따라 계층화되어 주거수준에 따라 자원봉사자율의 편차가 심하고 구(區)별로 다르게 나타난다. 자원봉사활동 수혜자의 경우 특정 소단위지역에 집중분포하면서 구(區)별 차이보다는 동별 격차가 상당히 심하게 나타났다. 이러한 자원봉사자와 자원봉사활동의 공간불균형을 조정하기 위해서는 자원봉사자의 지역간 교류를 극대화하는 전략이 마련되어야 할 것이다.
