본 연구의 목적은 호텔서비스산업의 서비스품질 차별화를 통한 경쟁력 제고를 위하여 호텔 서비스예약의도에 영향을 미치는 기대서비스품질에 대한 연구를 제안하고, 시간해석이론관점에서 고객가치의 매개효과를 살펴보는 것이다. 연구결과 1) 추상적인 호텔기대서비스품질(구체적인 호텔기대서비스품질)은 고객의 기능적 가치(사회 심리적 가치)보다 사회 심리적 가치(기능적 가치)에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 2) 시간해석관점에서 고객의 기능적 가치(사회 심리적 가치)는 호텔이용시점까지의 시간적 거리가 먼(가까운) 경우보다 가까운(먼) 예약의도에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 호텔서비스를 연구하는 학자들뿐만 아니라 마케팅실무담당자들에게 이론적 실무적 시사점을 제공한다.

By committing to a long-term replenishment contract, suppliers can mitigate the pressure to find new customers and afford to charge a discounted price to buyers seeking to lower their purchasing costs. In this paper, we develop an analytical model from buyer's perspective for the contracting process to investigate the buyer-supplier interactions. Based on the developed model, we propose an algorithm to derive optimal strategy for the contract. We consider a system with a single buyer and a supplier in a situation where the buyer's inventory is controlled by (R, S) policy under VMI setting. According to the contract, the supplier should replenish the buyer's inventory up to a fixed level every R times during a specified period. The buyer purchases any deficient amount from a spot market at a higher price. We show by computational experiment that our proposed algorithm finds the global optimum solution.

주문형 비디오 시스템의 성능에서 중요한 문제는 클라이언트 요구를 만족시키기 위한 입출력 대역폭이다. 이러한 입출력 대역폭을 감소시키기 위해 하나의 비디오 스트림을 사용하여 다중 요청을 처리하는 많은 정책들; 배칭. 피기백 머징, 버퍼링이 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 인기 있는 비디오들에 대한 서비스 요청들이 매 배칭 간격마다 스케줄될 수 있도록 인기 있는 비디오들을 위한 서버 스트림 용량을 동적으로 예약해 두는 예약 기반 동적 배칭 정책을 제안하고, 그것의 성능을 시뮬레이션을 통하여 단순 배칭 정책과 비교하고 평가한다.

인터넷의 발달로 인하여 기존 전화망을 인터넷 망으로 적은 비용으로 사용하고자 VoIP 가 연구되기 시작하였다. VoIP 의 기존전화망과의 품질의 차이에도 불구하고 대폭적인 통화비용의 절감과 다양한 이점으로 많은 연구가 되고 있다. 이에 통화품질의 향상을 위하여 QoS에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 여기서는 QoS를 지원하는 Q-SIP 서버와 Policy Based 의 COPS 를 이용하여 Pre-COPS update message 와 Reservation COPS cache로 정책결정과 QoS를 지원하고자 한다.

수중 음파 센서 네트워크는 수종환경에서 재해방지, 환경 감시 시스템 등의 용도로 이용될 수 있다. 그러나 수중환경에서는 지상과는 다른 긴 전파 지연과 낮은 전송 속도, 제한된 대역폭파 같은 특성을 고려하여야 한다. 본 논문은 수중 음파 센서 네트워크에서 우선순위에 따라 슬롯이 각 노드에 맞게 할당되는 비경쟁방식의 슬롯 예약 구간을 통해 충돌 및 에너지 손실을 최소화하는 Priority Reservation MAC(PR-MAC) 프로토콜을 제안한다. 또한 성능을 평가하기 위해 수학적 분석 모델을 제시하고 그 결과로 충돌 확률, 충돌에 의한 에너지 소모량, 처리율, 채널 효율을 기존 프로토콜과 비교 평가하여 제안된 프로토콜의 우수성을 보인다.

본 논문은 법인의 전기 사내유보가 당기 배당률에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 미환류 소득세제가 어느 정도 효과를 거두고 있는지 실증분석 하고자 하였으며 추가로 부채비율을 조절변수로 사용하여 정부정책의 유효성도 알아보고자 하였다. 또한 DRF와 GBM 모델을 이용하여 그 효과를 한 번 더 살펴보았다. 실증분석 결과 모형1, 모형2, 모형3에서 모두 현금흐름비율, 자기자본순이익률, 외국인보유비중 변수가 99% 수준에서 유의미함을 확인할 수 있었던 반면 광고선전비 비율, 대주주지분율 변수는 모든 모형에서 유의미하지 않은 결과를 보여주었다. 융합 차원에서 실시한 DRF와 GBM 모형의 분석 결과를 보면 DRF가 depth와 leaves에서 GBM 보다 더 높게 나타났으나 모형의 설명력에 있어서는 GBM이 DRF보다 더 높았다. 앞으로의 과제는 미환류 소득세제의 시행기간인 3년간(2015~2017)의 시계열 분석을 통하여 정부정책의 효과를 살펴볼 필요가 있다.

본 논문은 N-티어 모바일 웹앱 프레임워크 환경에서 스마트폰 기반의 모바일 웹앱 티켓 예매 시스템의 설계 및 구현을 하는데 목적이 있다. 모바일 프레임워크에서 표현 티어는 HTML5/CSS3와 센차터치를 이용하고, 미들 티어는 스프링 프레임워크와 마이바티스로 구성하며, 데이터베이스 티어는 오라클을 이용하여 엔터프라이즈 서비스의 모바일 웹앱 오피스에 적용 가능하도록 하였다. 본 연구에서는 N-티어에서 앱의 지원 없이 배포 및 형상 관리에 신경 쓰지 않아도 되는 장점을 가진 모바일 프레임워크 환경에서 스마트폰 기반의 모바일 웹앱 티켓 예매 시스템을 분석 및 설계한 후 구현하고자 한다.

As of 2016, Incheon Metropolitan City's cremation ratio was 91.2%, which is the second highest among all metropolitan municipalities nationwide (Busan Metropolitan City: 92.0%). In addition, the number of cremation at the outside of the jurisdiction has been steadily increasing since 2014. It is analyzed that the number of cremation at the inside of the jurisdiction is 16,004, which is 67.3% of total number of cremation, and the number of cremation at the outside of the jurisdiction is 7,779, which is 32.7%. We would like to suggest the following policy suggestions to solve the problems caused by the increase in cremation demand. First, the number of operations of cremation in public facilities located in Gyeonggi-do adjacent to Incheon Metropolitan City is needed to be increased. Second, the extension of the time limit for the use of cremation facilities of the dead people at the outside of the jurisdiction is needed. Third, the charge for cremation at the outside of the jurisdiction has to be increased. Fourth, improvement measures such as relaxation of residency requirements for deaths at the inside of the jurisdiction, who used the public facilities in Incheon Metropolitan City, should be undertaken.

본 논문은 모바일 웹앱 환경에서의 N-스크린 활용에 관한 연구를 통하여 향후 모바일 웹앱 환경에서 제이쿼리 모바일 기반의 시스템 설계 및 구현을 제안하는데 있다. 현재 클라우드 컴퓨팅 시대에서 대표적인 서비스 형태가 N-스크린이다. N-스크린 시대를 가속화 시키는 요인은 사용자들이 모든 디바이스들에 대하여 만능의 기능을 요구하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 상황은 동일한 사용자 경험을 원하는 이용자들의 욕구에 반하는 것이며 N-스크린 시대는 이러한 이질적인 서비스를 용납하지 않는다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 제이쿼리 모바일 환경에서 N-스크린 기반의 영화예매 시스템을 구현하여 파일럿 시스템 분석 및 설계의 구조와 프레임워크를 제시하고자 한다.

The Influences of the Ecotourism Motive, on the Attitude, Resource Interpretation and Satisfaction of Tourist Ecotourism has been recently introduced to maintain the relation of mutual dependence between the tourism and the natural environment. However it is adversely used and creates the destruction of ecosystem. It is Important that the ecotourism is a tourism which tourists can experience and enjoy themselves on site rather than a tourism which they only see and hear, understand. It is assumed that a method should be found to maximize toursist' satisfaction and that the presentation of interpretation of the tourism resource may satisfy the tourist's satisfaction. The results offer the suggestion points as follows. 1. By providing the interpretation of tourism resource as well as the recreational object, the ecotourism can be activated with a sound recognition of nature and the reservation of environment, and furthermore, the development policy may be based on not only the area of ecotourism but also all of the tour area. 2. By providing the interpretation service of tourism resource for tourists, the satisfaction can be maximized by the high cognition of tourist. 3. By providing the information about the tourism destination and resource, it will contribute to the side of education, it will contribute the preservation of resource and the reservation of environment.
