Documentation of patient care has much emphasis during the past few years. As reviewing the orthopedic, neurosurgery, rehabilitation medicine of progress note, SOAP note, modified SOAP note and have been integrated a model of Korean clinical progress note of physical therapy. Academically, educationally and clinically development of physical therapy depend upon writing clinical progress note. Based on the research results, the following considerations and guideline are presented. 1. Include writing a clinical progress note of physical therapy in the school curriculums. 2. Physical therapist write the clinical progress note their procedure to the patients. 3. Korean Physical Therapy Association can provide a model of clinical progress note of physical therapy.

본 논문에서는 PC기반의 원격공동 연구 플랫폼에서 제공될 동기모드의 공동작업 서비스 중의 하나인 화상회의 시스템에 사용될 Lab Note의 URL동기화에 대해서 논의한다. 오디오, 비디오, 화이트보드의 객체를 포함하고 있는 화상회이 시스템에 인터넷 환경에서 HTML형식의 문서를 공유할 수 있도록 하기위해 Lab Note 를 설계하였다. 세션이 진행 중일 경우, 모든 사용자는 Lab Note를 통해 HTML문서를 공유하게 되고 이를 위해서는 세션에 참여하고 있는 모든 사용자 간의 URL동기화 작업이 필요하다.

이 연구는 감사노트 작성이 대학생의 감사성향과 행복감에 긍정적인 효과가 있는지를 규명하고 감사노트 작성 경험에 대한 의미를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구를 위해 G시에 소재한 K대학교 재학생 131명(감사노트를 작성한 실험집단 68명, 감사노트를 작성하지 않은 비교집단 63명)을 대상으로 감사성향 및 행복감에 대한 사전·사후검사를 실시하였다. 또한 질적 연구를 위해 마음수업 수강자의 감사노트, 감사노트 소감문, 심층설문, 연구자의 관찰일지 등을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 연구결과 감사성향 및 행복감은 감사노트 작성 여부에 따라 집단간에 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 즉 감사노트 작성을 경험한 실험집단이 비교집단보다 감사성향 및 행복감이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 감사노트 작성의 경험의 의미로는 긍정적인 생각, 감사하는 습관, 성찰의 시간, 행복발견 등으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 대학생의 감사성향 및 행복감에 영향을 미치는 제 변인에 대한 시사점을 제공하며 대학생의 감사노트 작성 프로그램 확대 필요성을 보여주는 것이라 하겠다.

The objective of this research is to analyze the product innovation aspect in two comparable smartphones and partly illustrate perception and preference of Vietnamese consumers of two smartphone lines of Apple - iPhone 6 Plus and Samsung - Samsung Galaxy Note 4. The research tries to clarify which innovative features in two smartphones are more preferable to a group of consumer in Vietnam. The reason why the research studies iPhone 6 Plus and Samsung Galaxy Note 4 when iPhone 7 and Samsung Galaxy Note 7 have just released is that passing more than one year is enough time for consumers to totally experience both 2 smartphone lines to give the most precise and truthful evaluation for their preferences. Moreover, iPhone 6 Plus launch signed one of the most historical memorable landmark in the development process of iPhone products when it introduced larger-screen iPhone model for the first time. It is such an important change of iPhone which could open a new continuing successful era for Apple and iPhone. The first phase of this study involves analyzing strengths and weaknesses existed considering the opportunities and threats from the competitive market, then a competitive advantage analysis is implemented for each product. The second phase conducts a survey with Vietnamese participants from different backgrounds, by which a Mann-Whitney U test will be executed to check the significant difference in opinions in different respondent groups by age and by gender to several features of two smartphones. By conducting the survey, some interesting facts revealed with the winner seemingly falling into iPhone 6 Plus. However, it still reveals some significant difference among respondent groups by age and by gender to both iPhone 6 Plus and Samsung Galaxy Note 4 in several comparing features.

This research note probes the largely ignored sphere of smart tourism curriculum as destinations and institutions seek to develop graduates ready to embrace the demands and challenges of future work environments where technology has a ubiquitous presence. This knowledge gap is somewhat surprising, even as destinations progress towards smart tourism futures, without necessarily clarifying what human resources need to possess in the coming decades. Drawing from available smart tourism curriculum across the globe, and emergent trends associated with Generation Alpha and Beta, this research note paints a timely picture of how smart tourism curriculum should be designed and developed to meet the needs of industry and consumer demands and expectations.

This note discusses the inter-loss time ofan M/G/1/1 queuing system. The inter-loss time is defined as the time duration between two consecutive losses of arriving customers. In this study, we present the explicit Laplace transform of the inter-loss time distribution of an M/G/1/1 queuing system.

While we study the book "Somun(素問)", we have to take Wangbing(王冰) Note as reference, which has to be understood by later generation on reading the book Sin-gyojeong(新校正) of Imeok(林億) from Song dynasty. At the final period of Edo in Japan, the famous Han medical expert, Yamada(山田) Gyoukou(業廣) sought a complete new way to compile a book named "Somunchajujipso(素問次注集疏)", a notes and commentaries work combined the original text of "Somun(素問)", Wangbing(王冰) Note and Sin-gyojeong(新校正) by taking the reference of generations medical books and notes both China and Japan. There have been many books to give notes on "Somun(素問)" in many generations, but less of them giving notes to the original text, but to Wangbing Note a little bit at most. In "Somunchajujipso", textual research and notes are given as a special example to the forward, original text and explanation part of "Somun", Song dynasty edition. Especially the detail explanation to the forward part of Imeok(林億), no one has done better than Gyoukou(業廣) until now. It sufficiently shows Gyoukou's(業廣) enriched knowledge accumulated by years hard research in Confucian classics, history and medical books, which enable it a worthy reference statement. The issued of the book "Somunchajujipso(素問次注集疏)" expands a new area for the research of "Somun" and present new research improvement of "Somun" in Japan.
