Technological advances in media have expanded users' consciousness. At the same time, users have changed from passive into active voice by interacting media. The emergence of mobile made different structures and contents compared to the past. Especially, Korean culture of mobile converted original media channels to contents in a category. Plus, the usage structure of internet of this time converges in massive portal sites. It is because that the structure has aspect of emitting through remediation in the sites. Also, Korean massive portal sites have provided specific service named 'real-time issues'. This is not only the unique way of offering information that exists in Korea but also high usability of getting issues. We therefore considered the meaning of durability of real-time issues in the view of journalism, compared original media channels. Then, this paper identified the user attributes for acquisition of information following ways using informal and formal data from Korean massive portal sites named 'Daum' and 'Naver'.

Training Curriculum Integrated Information Network is allowed to searching the all curriculums and courses related with training but also is a one stop handling integrated learning system to cover a course registration, learning and analysis of learning performance. Through developing and managing the Training Curriculum Integrated Information Network, it is available to get the various curriculum thus it is for trainers able to enforce the self oriented course choice and then high quality of training could be proposed by the diverse training curriculums and competitions. To manage Training Curriculum Integrated Information Network more effectively, active public relations marketing activities, high reliable correct information service and rich contents are required. It is essential to manage the learner and learning contents supplier, stable financial resources, personal security issue and protecting a copyright of training curriculum to be a successful network system.

e-AIRS, an abbreviation of 'e-Science Aerospace Integrated Research System,' is a virtual organization supporting CFD(computational fluid dynamics) simulations, remote experimental service, and collaborative and integrative study between computation and experiment. e-AIRS works on the e-Science environment and research process is accomplished through the web portal. By the system development since 2005, a stable education system with the full support on fluid dynamics is successfully established and utilized to various fluid dynamic lectures in universities. By using e-AIRS system during a lecture, students can conduct the full CFD simulation process on the web and inspect the wind tunnel experiment via Access Grid. This kind of interactive lecture makes students to have a deeper understanding on the physics of fluid, as well as the characteristics of numerical techniques. The current paper will describe system components of e-AIRS and its utilization on education.

Online exchange is a cost-effective approach to trade goods and information among multiple sellers and buyers. Shipping industry includes lots of global entities such as shippers, liners, ship owners and shipping agents. Marine insurance companies and ship repairers and many other groups are also supporting the industry. However, international shipping exchanges are located on few cities in the world. Its our motivation that a shipping market can be online so that market participants do the dealing while sitting where they are with more efficient manner, preferable price and larger pool of candidates of trading partners. This paper presents Korean governmental project of building a cyber shipping exchange. The exchange covers ship sale and purchase, charter, insurance, freight futures, repairs, supplying of ships oil and database service. The workflows of each business were analyzed and designed to fit for online environment. The project includes design of trading mechanism, online documents, data flow, data storage and security. Online match making and trading mechanisms such as auction, reverse auction, bid are used. The whole trading process involves multiple organizations and business processes. So, this Paper focuses on how each organization would play their roles so that users can complete transactions with integrated and transparent view. The online exchange selves also as maritime portal site that links to other sites for cooperation vertically or horizontally, and serves database and information in global perspective. The purpose of this study was to examine the facilities, the current status, and the problems of Korean Exhibition Industry and to provide its future direction based on analysis of the characteristics and the recent trend of German Exhibition Industry. Data were obtained from previous research papers, periodicals, magazines, and newspapers. Also, statistical data provided by AUMA(Ausstellungs- und Messe- Ausschuss der Deutschen Wirtschaft e.V.), Association of Korean Exhibition Industries, and Global Exhibition Portal were used. In the result part of this study, various issues such as similarities and differences between Korean and German Exhibition Industry and problems of Korean Exhibition Industry were discussed. The strategies to improve the competitiveness of Korean Exhibition Industry were suggested. They are as follows ; development of global and specialized exhibitions, training of professional human resources for exhibition, formulating of aggressive and powerful oversee marketing, formation of oversee network, improving of laws, regulation and system in such a way to meet the realistic needs of exhibition, building of infrastructure such as roads, traffic networks and accomodations, raise of the Korea image and strengthen of quality of exhibition service.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate commonly-used-pattern-identifications and to understand herbal medicine treatment for psoriasis based on recent clinical studies. Methods Keyword 'psoriasis' was used to search articles in National Digital Science Library (NDSL), Korean Traditional Knowledge Portal (KTKP), Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System (OASIS) and Research Information Sharing Service (RISS). 19 relevant articles were reported between 2006 - 2016, and were obtained and reviewed. Results Among the 19 articles, the most commonly-used-pattern-identifications were 'blood heat pattern'. 'Gunsun-bang', 'Bangpungtongsungsan-gami'. Also, based on the search results, 'Yangdokbaekho-tang' were more frequently prescribed than other herbal medicines, and ingredients such as, Glycyrrhizae Radix (甘草), Saposhnikoviae Radix (防風) and Rehmanniae Radix (生地黃) were used repeatedly in those prescriptions. Conclusions This study showed what pattern identifications there are, and what herbal medicines are often used in clinical treatments. Developing new form of herbal medicines are also going to be possible with further research.

Objectives: Metabolic Syndrome (MetS) is strongly related with central obesity, hypertriglyceridemia, low high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C), hyperglycemia, and hypertension. This study reviewed the potential of Chenpi in treatment of MetS through amelioration of co-related diseases, such as diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia, obesity, hepatic steatosis, and inflammation. Methods: Six electronic databases (Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System (OASIS), Korean Traditional Knowledge Portal, Korea Institute of Oriental Medicine (KIOM), Research Information Sharing Service (RISS), PubMed, and Embase) were used to search for in vitro, in vivo, and clinical research that discusses the potential effects of Chenpi (Citrus unshiu Markovich, Citrus reticulata Blanco) on diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia, obesity, hepatic steatosis, and inflammation. Results: This review suggests the potential of Chenpi as a candidate for the treatment of metabolic syndrome through improvement of co-related diabetes, hyperlipidemia, obesity, hepatic steatosis, and inflammation. However, comparison of the results of each study was limited by a lack of quantification of the experimental materials.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of strengthening program for improving the muscle strength and body function in rehabilitation of patients with stroke Methods : We found the 15 precedent studies at online portal site of "Korea education and Research information service" and found 5 precedent studies at "Pubmed". We analyzed and describe the total 19 studies involving national and international research. Results : The strengthening exercise was adapted to lower extremities and trunk muscle of participants and the isokinetic (concentric and eccentric) exercise was most of exercise type and then manual isometric exercise, functional activities, progressive task oriented resistance exercise, PNF pattern exercise was following. The studies reported that the strengthening program increased target muscle strength and improved balance capacity and walking function for the participants positively. Conclusion : Conclusionally the several strengthening program can be the intervention to increase the muscle strength without increasing spasticity for patients with stroke. We think that the strengthening of lower extremities an improve balance capacity and walking ability and it can use the intervention to change the quality of life in patients with stroke. More than 3weeks strength program might be effectiveness, in case of acute patients with stroke, the improving of muscle strength is available but need to study for improving balance and walking capacity more in the future.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to review clinical studies of herb medicine and acupuncture treatment on obesity in menopausal women. Methods: Key words "Obesity", "Menopause", "Herb medicine", "Acupuncture", "Moxibustion", "Catgut embedding" were searched on 9 database systems (PubMed Central, Cochrane Controlled Register of Trials, Embase, China Academic Journals, Korean Traditional Knowledge Portal, Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System, Korean Studies Information Service System, National Digital Science Library, DBpia) on April 30th 2019. Results: 1 case report and 17 clinical trials were collected in accordance with the selection and exclusion criteria. Among the 17 trials, 6 were randomized controlled trials, 1 was controlled clinical trial, and 10 were single-arm trials. The types of intervention were herb medicine, electroacupuncture, acupuncture, auricular acupuncture, warm needle acupuncture, moxibustion, laser acupuncture, and catgut embedding. The study design, study results and method of intervention were analyzed. Conclusions: 1 case report described the effectiveness of pharmacopuncture, 4 trials described the effectiveness of herbal medicine, 2 of electroacupuncture, 1 of laser acupuncture, and 2 of catgut embedding. Among the 17 trials, 2 studies showed that herbal medicine treatment was more effective than no treatment or selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, and 1 study showed that electroacupuncture was more effective than hormone therapy. All of 18 selected studies reported the effectiveness of weight reduction and abdominal obesity reduction after the traditional Korean medicine treatment for obesity in menopausal women.

With the growing importance of ESG as a must-have business strategy, this study attempted to analyze the current state of ESG practices in the Korean fashion businesses. The ESG cases of fashion business were collected from news articles searched on the largest Korean internet portal by November 2021 from October 2020 when the number of articles began to increase meaningfully. Three hundred ninety one ESG cases of 112 fashion manufacturing brands and 332 ESG cases of 49 retail brands were analyzed. Casual and outdoor/sportswear brands among fashion manufacturers were most active in ESG practices, and various online and offline retailers were practicing ESG. Approximately one-third of the fashion brands were positioned as eco-friendly concept. While environmental practices were the most practiced ESG, governance was the least practiced. Among environmental practices, fashion manufacturing businesses were most active in eco-friendly product development, while retail businesses were in eco-friendly campaign-event-service and eco-friendly packaging. The most active social practice was the contribution to communities, followed by retail businesses' sharing growth with partner businesses. Governance practices were focused on the structure and operation of the board. Various ESG collaborations with various partners were also observed. The research result is meaningful verifying and diagnosing the ESG practices of the Korean fashion businesses.
