This study establishes key factors on ISM (Internet Shopping Mall) performance in Korea. The four factors are derived from the relevant literature and clarified the concept of ISM characteristics, customer characteristics, ISM evaluation level. and perceived risks by distinguishing between its components and determinants. ISM performance indicators were derived from the previous studios classifying by ISM attitude and ISM usage. We examine on the impact of ISM characteristics and customer characteristics on the ISM evaluation level, then its level and perceived risks on the ISM performance. Hypotheses on four factors of ISM performance were tested for 172 respondents. Results indicate that four factors may partially serve as key predictors on ISM performance. ISM characteristics and customer characteristics was found to be positively influenced on ISM evaluation level, and its level also positively affected on ISM performance while perceived risks negatively affected on ISM performance.

Purpose: This study was aimed to develop a tool for evaluating nurses' performance by using Balanced Score Card (BSC) in hospital units. Methods: Preliminary survey was done in 10 hospitals to investigate evaluation criteria for nurses' performance. For the main study, each of 14 nursing managers evaluated 2 nursing units (total of 28 nursing units) to verify the sensitivity of the tool criteria. The evaluation result drawn from the preliminary BSC tool was analyzed to verify the sensitivity and validity of the tool. Results: As a result, nurses' performance evaluation tool consisted of 4 categories, 8 objectives, and 14 criteria was developed. Conclusion: The BSC tool for nurses' performance evaluation provides meaningful data in evaluating nursing performance in hospital units.

최근 수년간 급증하고 있는 자연재해로 인해 사회적 관심과 함께 연구개발 투자도 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 하지만, 현재 자연재난분야 연구개발 사업의 성과관리는 기술개발활동 건수, 특허 건수, 논문 건수 등 정량화하기 용이한 지표위주로 구성되어 있으며, 단순히 지표들을 집계하는 차원에 머물고 있어, 해당 분야의 연구개발 특성과 효과를 적절하게 반영하지 못하고 있으며, 연구개발사업의 성과관리 차원에서도 한계를 가지고 있다. 본 연구는 자연재난분야 연구개발 사업에 있어 보다 효율적인 연구개발 사업관리와 연구개발의 당위성 확보를 위한 성과지표 및 성과평가체계를 개발하는 데에 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 개발한 기존 연구개발 사업 성과지표를 고찰하고 자연재난분야 연구개발 사업이 갖는 고유의 사회 경제적 파급효과의 특성을 고려하여 성과측정지표를 도출하였으며, 이러한 성과지표를 활용하여 사업유형별 특성을 고려한 성과평가체계를 개발하였다. 개발된 성과평가체계의 활용을 통해서 자연재난분야 연구개발 사업에 있어 획일적인 성과평가체계를 개선하고, 사업 특성에 적합한 측정지표항목을 선별적으로 선택하여 평가가 가능한 유연하고, 신뢰성 있는 성과관리가 이루어질 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 불확실한 시장환경에서 기업의 과업 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 찾기 위해 상사 리더십과 동료의 정서적 지원이 성과평가 공정성과 자기효능감을 통하여 과업 성과에 미치는 영향 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 기업 직원들을 대상으로 500부의 설문 자료를 수집하였고, Smart PLS 3.0을 사용하여 연구 가설을 검증하였다. 연구 결과 상사 리더십과 동료의 정서적 지원이 직원들의 성과평가 공정성에 개별적으로 정(+)의 영향을 나타내었고, 성과평가 공정성은 자기효능감에 정(+)의 영향을 나타내었다. 본 연구를 통하여 직원들이 받아들이는 성과평가 공정성과 자기효능감이 업무성과에 영향을 미친다는 것을 밝혀내서 후속 연구가들에게 이론적 토대를 제공해 주었고, 기업에서는 업무성과를 높이기 위해서는 인사제도인 성과평가 공정성을 관리하여 직원들의 도전 의식을 고취 시켜야 한다는 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다. 향후 연구에서는 본연구 결과를 바탕으로 과업 성과를 위해 조직이 갖추어야 할 요인에 대한 다양한 연구가 필요하다.

In this paper, in order to prevent electric shock of high voltage system of HFCV after crash test, insulation performance measurement methods were studied. Under conditions of in-use, insulation performance tests can be divided into measurement method using the vehicle's own RESS as DC voltage source and measurement method using DC voltage from off-vehicle sources. However, these tests can not be applied after a post-crash because parts of high voltage system cover should be removed, and insulation performance can be influenced during these tests. Therefore, we proposed post-crash insulation performance test methods for preventing electric shock through problem analysis of previous post-crash insulation performance tests. Also, test equipment which can measure voltage absence and total energy was developed. We verified performance of the equipment through experiments with vehicle test.

재난 안전사고에 따른 피해액 증가 및 재난 안전 관련 산업의 성장은 소방방재 R&D 사업에 대한 과학적 성과평가의 필요성을 높여 주고 있다. 2004~2011년 동안의 소방방재 R&D 성과분석 결과에 따르면 성과유형에 있어서 학술적 성과와 공공적 성과가 다수를 이룬다. 그리고 연구수행주체와 연구개발단계별로 성과유형의 특성이 있음을 확인하였다. 이와 같은 결과는 연구수행주체별 성과물의 특성과 연구개발단계별 성과물의 특성을 감안하여 연구과제 선정평가 시 적절한 연구수행 주체와 과학기술분야의 선정과 수행 주체별 성과목표 설정의 적절성을 판단하는데 활용할 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 아울러 성과관리를 위한 기초적인 자료로 활용될 것으로 보인다. 향후 이와 같은 소방 방재 특성을 개선하기 위한 방안을 마련하기 위한 연구를 전문적으로 수행할 필요가 있는 것으로 보인다.

차세대 지능형 교통시스템은 육상교통 환경에서 차로구분 수준의 위치결정을 요구하며, 이는 위성항법시스템을 활용하는 것이 가장 효과적이다. 위성항법 기반 정밀위치결정 시스템에서 차로구분 성능의 동적환경 평가가 동반되어야 하며, 이를 위한 평가 시스템 구성이 선행되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 위성항법시스템 기반 차로구분 정밀위치 결정 사용자 시스템의 평가를 위한 성능지표 선정, 평가 장비 구성, 기준장비 신뢰성 확보 방안, 평가 구간, 평가 시나리오/조건 선정 등 시험 평가 방안에 대해 설명하였다. 그리고 설명한 성능 평가 시스템을 실제 시스템에 적용한 사례를 다루었으며 평가 시스템적용을 위해 개발한 성능 평가 툴에 대해 설명하였다. 실제 시험 평가 구간 주행을 수행하여 수집한 데이터를 바탕으로 수치적 성능 평가를 하였으며, 실제 주행 궤적과 주행영상 비교를 통해 실제 차로 구분 성능 평가를 수행하여 차로구분 정밀위치결정 사용자 시스템의 평가 결과를 도출하고 분석하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 근린공원 서비스의 질적 수준을 평가하기 위한 공원성능평가도구(Park Performance Assessment Tool, PPAT)를 개발하는 것이다. 공원성능평가도구(PPAT) 개발 과정은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국내·외 공원성능평가도구(PPAT) 관련 사례 분석을 통해 평가항목 풀을 구성하였다. 둘째, 전문가 자문회의 및 시범 평가를 통해 국내 공원 여건에 적합한 평가항목으로 정제하였다. 셋째, 시범 평가를 통한 공원성능평가도구(PPAT)의 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 넷째, 전문가 설문조사와 AHP 분석을 통해 평가항목별 가중치를 도출하였다. 다섯째, 공원성능평가도구(PPAT) 평가표와 평가 가이드라인을 작성하였다. 공원성능평가도구(PPAT)를 인천광역시 부평구의 22개 근린공원에 적용하여 물리적 공간 환경의 품질을 평가하였다. 평가 결과, 공원 서비스 개선이 필요한 열악한 질의 근린공원이 다수 발견되었다. 공원성능평가도구(PPAT)는 공원녹지기본계획 수립, 공원 정비사업 우선순위와 사업추진방식 선정, 우수 공원 인증 등에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Recently, natural disasters due to abnormal climates are frequently outbreaking, and there is rapid increase of damage to aged agricultural infrastructure. As agricultural infrastructure facilities are in contact with water throughout the year and the number of them is significant, it is important to build a maintenance management system. Especially, the current maintenance management system of pumping and drainage stations among the agricultural facilities has the limit of lack of objectivity and management personnel. The purpose of this study is to develop a performance evaluation model using the factors related to performance degradation of pumping and drainage facilities and to predict the performance of the facilities in response to climate change. In this study, we focused on the pumping and drainage stations belonging to each climatic zone separated by the Korea geographical climatic classification system. The performance evaluation model was developed using three different statistical models of POLS, RE, and LASSO. As the result of analysis of statistical models, LASSO was selected for the performance evaluation model as it solved the multicollinearity problem between variables, and showed the smallest MSE. To predict the performance degradation due to climate change, the climate change response variables were classified into three categories: climate exposure, sensitivity, and adaptive capacity. The performance degradation prediction was performed at each facility using the developed performance evaluation model and the climate change response variables.

There have been many streaming servers that provide a large number of contents for a user's preference. General purpose streaming sewer makes use of a RTSP protocol for streaming controls such as message passing with client players. To date, there has been minimal research regarding streaming server's performance test tools. For measuring streaming server's performance, performance evaluation technique is needed and also achieved by RTSP based controls, a server's performance result and its miscellaneous test tools such the PseudoPlayer for pumping data to a specified port and the PseudoMonitor for gathering information. In this paper, We implement a test toolkit for evaluating a streaming server's performance and show the case of its application
