근거리 무선 통신 기반 유비쿼터스 고객 관계 관리 시스템의 설계 및 분석 (Design and Analysis of Ubiquitous Customer Relationship Management System Based on Near Field Communication)

  • 본 연구는 오프라인 환경의 상점에서 활용할 수 있는 근거리 무선 통신 기반의 유비쿼터스 고객 관계 관리 시스템을 설계하고 분석한다. 기존에 오프라인 환경의 상점에서 활용했던 고객 관계 관리 시스템은 로열티 카드를 발급하거나, 구매 확인을 위해 도장을 찍어 주는 것, 또는 소프트웨어 프로그램을 활용해 고객들의 상점 방문 및 구매 이력을 관리하는 것이 대부분이었다. 그러나 이러한 고객 관계 관리 시스템은 상점 관리자가 풍부한 고객 데이터를 획득하기 어려울 뿐만 아니라, 데이터를 획득한다 하더라도 체계적으로 관리하기 어려웠던 것이 사실이다. 특히, 로열티 카드를 활용하는 경우에는 고객들이 그 카드를 소지하고 다니지 않거나, 분실하는 경우가 빈번하기 때문에 그 효율성 및 효과성에 대해 의문이 제기된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 오프라인 환경의 상점에 근거리 무선 통신 태그가 부착됨으로써, 상점 관리자들은 고객 데이터를 용이하게 수집 및 관리할 수 있고, 고객들은 상점의 정보를 이음매 없이 파악할 수 있는 유비쿼터스 고객 관계 관리 시스템을 제안한다. 이를 위해 먼저 고객 관계 관리에 대한 기존 연구들을 검토하여, 유비쿼터스 고객 관계 관리의 개념을 검토하고, 제안하고자 하는 근거리 무선 통신 기반의 유비쿼터스 고객 관계 관리 시스템이 고려해야 할 요소를 도출한다. 그리고 제안 시스템이 활용되는 상황의 시나리오를 제시하고, 제안 시스템을 활용하게 되는 참여자들의 가치 분석과 프로세스 분석을 수행한다. 또한 실제 비즈니스 환경에서 제안 시스템의 활용 가능성을 다양한 관점에서 검토한다.

The Information System Management and Its Infrastructure for Supply Chain Management as Antecedents of Financial Performance

  • A model is presented in this paper to provide understanding of the supply chain integration and supply chain information practices' impact on the manufacturing industries. The supply chain information practices play a crucial role in sharing information between the members of SC network. Thus, it is important to develop a comprehensive understanding of the differences and similarities among ISI and information management. It will allow firms to systematically evaluate and carefully choose the information strategy. The empirical findings of this research offer essential and interesting insights about what role SCI, supply chain information and Supply chain ISI play in determining Malaysia's financial performance. The theoretical gaps addressed in this study are of significant importance, since a little empirical evidence is available regarding system infrastructure and supply chain information management's effectiveness. This research provides further paths of exploring system infrastructure and information management, thereby defining the manufacturing industries' next step in SCM struggle i.e. modifying total integrated SC principle in other manufacturing firms. The Resource-based theory discovered organizational resources as an essential organizational success ingredient. Therefore, in order to recognize its potential value, internal resources, for instance, information system and management must be fully utilized.

대학 지식경영 성과측정시스템의 진단 사례연구 (Diagnosis of Performance Measurement System of Knowledge Management : A Case of University)

  • Recently, many of organizations build up their performance measurement system (PMS) to measure their knowledge management performance. However, the system that doesn't well reflect the organization's strategies as well as surroundings could obstruct their performance improvement, instead. Therefore, It is really important to establish the PMS to reflect organization's surroundings and strategies. The purpose of this study is to make a diagnosis of a performance measurement practice of a domestic university's knowledge management. To serve this research purpose, we examine the uptight performance index and PMS from existing references. And we diagnose the specific practices and maturity rates of measuring performances, and the recognition of the performance index at "D" university recently adopting balanced scorecard to performance evaluation through the survey on academic affairs committee members, performance evaluation committee members, and administration members. The method analyzing data from the survey is a gap analysis which includes alignment analysis, congruence analysis, consensus analysis, and confusion analysis. We make a diagnosis of performance measurement practices at "D" university, raise several points of this performance measurement system, and present the improvement plans from these problems.

MS-HEMs: An On-line Management System for High-Energy Molecules at ADD and BMDRC in Korea

  • A pioneering version of an on-line management system for high-energy molecules (MS-HEMs) was developed by the ADD and BMDRC in Korea. The current system can manage the physicochemical and explosive properties of virtual and existing HEMs. The on-line MS-HEMs consist of three main routines: management, calculation, and search. The management routine contains a user-friendly interface to store and manage molecular structures and other properties of the new HEMs. The calculation routine automatically calculates a number of compositional and topological molecular descriptors when a new HEM is stored in the MS-HEMs. Physical properties, such as the heat of formation and density, can also be calculated using group additivity methods. In addition, the calculation routine for the impact sensitivity can be used to obtain the safety nature of new HEMs. The impact sensitivity was estimated in a knowledge-based manner using in-house neural network code. The search routine enables general users to find an exact HEM and its properties by sketching a 2D chemical structure, or to retrieve HEMs and their properties by giving a range of properties. These on-line MS-HEMs are expected be powerful tool for deriving novel promising HEMs.

An Integration of TAM and D&M Model in the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor in Kuwait

  • This study based on TAM and D&M model to examine the Kuwaiti employee performance using the electronic document and records management system (EDRMS) in the Ministry of social affairs and labor. Additionally, this study has proposed the moderating effect of work cooperation on employee performance Data of 345 employees were collected from Ministry of social affairs and labor in Kuwait. Smart PLS 3.0 was used to analyze the data. Results indicated that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a positive influence on employee performance. However, findings do not support the relationship between system usage and user satisfaction. Additionally, the results show that there is a significant positive moderating effect of work cooperation. This research provides strong evidence for defining the key factors affecting system usage but also in view of its limits. It should be evaluated. Not all the factors affecting the intentions of end-users to use EDRMS have been fully covered. There are major variables, for example, facilitating state and perceived compatibility are important factors that can be covered in future research. This research is an addition to the current literature and the first attempt in this area to the best of authors' knowledge.

  • 이 연구는 국가기술자격제도 관리 운영체제에 대한 국가와 민간의 적절한 역할분담 체계가 무엇인지를 알아보고 이를 구축하기 위한 방안을 마련하고자 하는 데 목적이 있다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 국가기술자격제도 관리의 국가와 민간의 역할분담에 대한 방향을 탐색하였다. 또한 국가기술자격제도의 관리 운영 현황을 분석하여 국가중심의 자격제도 운영의 한계를 살펴보았으며, 자격제도 관리 운영에 대한 국가 및 민간의 역할 분담 방안을 제시하였다. 연구방법으로 관련자료의 수집 및 분석, 기업체(사내자격관리자), 업종별 협회(사업주 단체)를 대상으로 한 설문조사, 국가와 민간의 역할 분담 방향을 설정하기 위한 전문가 협의회 개최, 기업체 및 업종별 협회에 대한 의견수렴을 위한 면담조사 등이 실시되었으며, 자격제도 전문가를 중심으로 연구 협력진 구성하여 운영하였다.

최적화 모델을 이용한 경제적인 총량관리 할당기법 연구 (The Allocation Methods for Economical Efficiency Using an Optimized Model)

  • In Korea, Total Maximum Daily Loads(TMDLs) has been enforced to restore and manage water quality in the watersheds. However, some assesment of implementation plan of TMDLs showed that the achievement of the target water quality is not related to the proper allocation loads because difference of flow duration interval. In the United States, the discharge loads are determined by water quality modeling considering standard flow conditions according to purpose. Therefore, this study tried to develop the allocation method considering economical efficiency using water quality model. For this purpose, several allocation methods being used in the management of TMDLs is investigated and develope an allocation criteria considering regional equality and uniformity. Since WARMF(Watershed Analysis Risk Management Framework) model can simulate the time varying behavior of a system and the various water quality variables, it was selected for a decision support system in this study. This model showed fairly good performance by adequately simulating observed discharge and water quality in Miho watershed. Furthermore, the scenario simulation results showed that the effect of annual average water quality improvement to remove 1kg BOD is more than 25 times, even if point pollutants treatment facility is six times more expensive to operate than non-point pollutants treatment facility.

국립대학병원의 책임경영제도 도입을 위한 회계제도의 개발 (Accounting system of National University Hospital contributing to responsibility management system)

  • Although the accounting system is a very useful information system for manager, that of the National University Hospitals is not settled until now. Specially, when it will adapt the responsibility management system itself, it will more important tools for them. The purpose of this research is to make the standard accounting system for National University Hospital. It was surveyed the 7 National University Hospital's accounting system, and compared to that of Private University Hospital. The results are fellows; First, it must be match financial report with budgeting system. By comparing to each other, it can make to evaluate the performance of hospital. Second, it must make same format and contents in financial report among 7 hospitals. Specially, the cost information is needed to be made more details. This research suggest the new direction to make the basic information form. It was confirmed with financial manager in private university hospital. We hope it will contribute to make the new accounting system for National University Hospital.

  • A research shows that a new category of software, Collaborative Product Commerce (CPC), is now emerging, allowing discrete manufacturers to once again distinguish themselves on their products and innovations. CPC permits discrete manufacturers to significantly improve the core processes around the management functions associated with the complete product life cycle that are the basis of their existence. As a way to develop computing tools of CPC to support a design process of product, a web-based design supporting system was constructed in the paper. The system consists of C-Product system and Net Meeting Communication system to improve communications between designers and persons for verification of design. The product data files of C-Product system were designed by Pro/Engineer and converted to 3D Viewer format for being used in the web browser. Also, Net Meeting Communication system and Database were developed using ASP and Microsoft SQL 2000 Server to share diverse files that can be utilized to design on the web in real time.

  • Performance appraisal system is to evaluate employee' work performance, work ability and work attitude. It becomes a important foundation of personnel management. This system's goal is to accomplish employee ability development. The purpose of this study is to make some contributions in order to efficient performance appraisal system of hotels by analyzing the problems of current performance appraisal system. The suggestions for efficient performance appraisal system are as follows: 1. Performance appraisal by job analysis. 2. Though evaluators' training for objective assessment. 3. The assistance system of appraisal results for employees. 4. Magnifying use of appraisal results. 5. Object management strategy by using self-rating.
