In this study, the virucidal efficacy of a fumigant containing 20% ortho-phenylphenol against classical swine fever virus (CSFV) and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) was examined. After each carrier deposited with CSFV and PRRSV suspensions was exposed to the fumigant in a $25-m^3$ test room for 15 h, all carriers were neutralized and diluted, and each diluted suspension was inoculated into each proper cell line. After incubation, CSFV and PRRSV viability in each cell line was examined and 50% tissue culture infectious dose $(TCID_{50})/mL$ was calculated. In the results, the concentration of viable virus in all of pathogen control-carriers was more than $2{\times}10^5TCID_{50}/mL$, and there were no cytotoxicity in all of toxicity control-carriers. In addition, the fumigant inactivated ${\geq}4.8{\log}_{10}(TCID_{50}/mL)$ of both CSFV and PRRSV. These findings will be useful for preventing the spread of CSFV and PRRSV infection.

This study was investigated the synergistic effects from the combination of cefalexin and gentamicin (CCG) against Staphylococcus spp. isolated from bovine milk. Minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) and fractional inhibitory concentration (FIC) index were determined for 16 bacteria from 13 bovine farms in Gyeongsangnam province by the National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards broth microdilution procedure. Antimicrobial agents tested included cefalexin, gentamicin and CCG. Against Staphylococcus spp. tested, the MIC ranges of cefalexin, gentamicin and CCG were 0.25~1.0, 0.5~0.125 and $0.06{\sim}0.125{\mu}g/mL$, respectively. In addition, the FIC index ranges of CCG against most of the isolates was 0.28~0.43 and the FIC index of CCG against 2 strains of Staphylococcus haemolyticus (S. haemolyticus) was 0.59. In conclusion, CCG has a high antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus isolates, then the combination may be applied for the treatment of bovine mastitis caused by Staphylococcus spp.

Generally data loading is a laborous job to develop models. Meteorological data is basic input data for hydrological models, it is provided through websites of Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA). The website of KMA provides daily meteorological observation data with tabular format classified by years, items, stations. It is cumbersome to manipulate tabular format for model inputs such as time series and multi-item or multi-station data. The provider oriented services which broadcast restricted formed information have caused inconvenient processes. Tim O'Reilly introduces "Web 2.0" which focuses on providing a service based on data. The top ranked IT companies such as google, yahoo, daum, and naver provide customer oriented services with Open API (Application Programming Interface). A RESTful web service, typical implementation for Open API, consists URI request and HTTP response which are simple and light weight protocol than SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol). The aim of this study is to develop a web-based service that helps loading data for human use instead of machine use. In this study, the developed RESTful web service provides Open API for manipulating meteorological data. The proposed Open API can easily access from spreadsheet programs, web browsers, and various programming environments.

In the latest date, vehicles are offered to the drivers, not only the skill for shifting but the pleasure for driving vehicles that are existing today can be a social problem because the amount of vehicles that are increasing give difficulty for the traffic facilities and parking expansion. these day 80% of four wheeled vehicle carriers single or double person the reducing car scale is an important thing about the financial good use resources of energy and the storage of environment. A solution for these problem is a new general idea vehicle development for one or two person to ride. For the sake of these reasons, first, the information is collected and analyzed about existing foreign countries production. Car external design is intended by mathematical modeling, simulation and model testing about frame system of new concept specially we would like to show three wheeled vehicle that has active tilt control(ATC) system. This car tilts actively by the center rotation wheel and frame when the vehicle turns.

WIM(Weigh-In-Motion) is the system measuring the weight of the vehicle with a high-speed. In the existing WIM system, vehicle weight is measured based on the constant speed and the error ratio has 10%. However, because of measuring the driving pattern, that is abnormal driving pattern which is like the acceleration and down-shift of the drivers, it has the error ratio which is bigger than the real. In order to it reduces the error ratio of WIM system, the improved WIM system needs to find the abnormal driving pattern. In order to reducing the error ratio of these WIM systems, the improved WIM system can find abnormal driving patterns. In this paper, the improved WIM system which analyzes the abnormality driving pattern influencing on the error ratio of WIM system of an existing and minimizes the error span is designed. The improved WIM system has the multi step loop structure of adding the loop sensor to an existing system. In addition, the measure function defined as an intrinsic is improved and the weight measured by the abnormal driving pattern is amended. The analysis of experiment result improved WIM system can know the fact that the error span reduces by 8% less than in the existing the maximum average sampling error 22.98%.

This study examined what entrepreneurial elements of social enterprises contribute to the virtuous cycle to lay a foundation of the coevolution with communities through growth and wealth distribution. To this end, the study was started by adding the pursuit of social goals to the components of entrepreneurship, namely an innovative mind, progressive spirit, and risk sensitivity, and the effects of each of these factors on their economic performance and the social performance were examined. Within this framework, the relationships between social enterprises' performance in economic and social dimensions as dependent variables, and the entrepreneurial elements as independent variables were examined by correlation tests and regression analysis for two hypotheses and their 8 subsequent hypotheses. The results showed that the entrepreneurs' progressive spirit had a statistically meaning effect on the economic performance, and an innovative mind and risk sensitivity are influential variables for social performance.

A tensor is a multi-dimensional array that represents many data such as (user, user, time) in the social network system. A tensor generator is an important tool for multi-dimensional data mining research with various applications including simulation, multi-dimensional data modeling/understanding, and sampling/extrapolation. However, existing tensor generators cannot generate sparse tensors like real-world tensors that obey power law. In addition, they have limitations such as tensor sizes that can be processed and additional time required to upload generated tensor to distributed systems for further analysis. In this study, we propose TeT, a distributed tera-scale tensor generator to solve these problems. TeT generates sparse random tensor as well as sparse R-MAT and Kronecker tensor without any limitation on tensor sizes. In addition, a TeT-generated tensor is immediately ready for further tensor analysis on the same distributed system. The careful design of TeT facilitates nearly linear scalability on the number of machines.

Vibrio spp. and Streptococcus spp. have caused a considerable disease of farmed fish and economic loss in fish farming and seafood industry. In this study, the efficacy of an aquatic disinfectant tablet composed to calcium hypochlorite was evaluated against V. anguillarum and S. iniae. A bactericidal efficacy test by broth dilution method was used to determine the lowest effective dilution of the disinfectant following exposure to test bacteria for 30 min at $4^{\circ}C$. An aquatic disinfectant tablet and test bacteria were diluted with distilled water (DW), hard water (HW) or organic matter suspension (OM) according to treatment condition. V. anguillarum on the DW, HW and OM condition was completely inactivated with 16,000 15,000 and 13,000 fold dilutions of the disinfectant, respectively. On the DW, HW and OM condition, S. iniae was absolutely inactivated with 17,000 16,000 and 14,000 fold dilutions of the disinfectant, respectively. As an aquatic disinfectant tablet possesses bactericidal efficacy against fish pathogenic bacteria such as V. anguillarum and S. iniae this disinfectant solution can be used to control the spread of fish infective bacterial diseases.

Recently, non-standard techniques of web like Active-X caused not only user inconvenience but also barriers to the business of Internet. The government recognized that the serious environmental situation of using Internet is needed to be improved. Especially, HTML5 convergence technology is meant to be a specific platform over the devices, users, and systems. It also means web standards to support more creative business service model and emerging market. In this paper, we performed a survey on Web standards compliance and web development professional level of domestic web developers. In addition, we present the basic direction of government policy of software and software-positive human resources policy, that is based on the analysis of the survey results. Our study will be able to contribute to construct policies to support digital convergence industry and to strengthen technical assistance and expertise to build training programs for the spread of global Web standards (HTML5).

The line-telemetry data processing system is necessary for monitoring the status of each onboard systems of KSLV-I upper stage during the ground tests and launch preparation. The mission of line-telemetry system is to provide reference telemetry data and to monitor the status of upper stage. The line-telemetry data processing system consists of a PCM acquisition/processing server, a system management server, and 9 monitoring consoles. In this paper, we will describe the overview of onboard remote measurement system, the design of the line-telemetry data processing system, anomaly setup information for indicating alarm signal in case of abnormal occurrence, and the result of the ground test and flight test.
