Purpose - This study aims to provide a brief understanding of usability and its extended models with TAM as well as identifying additional determinants that had been suggested in previous studies on mobile services. Research design, data, and methodology - Empirical data were collected by conducting a field survey of potential mobile application service users. The call for participation was also made in mobile related application issues, which were widely discussed. Result - The ease of use and usefulness had a significantly positive influence on attitude and intention. It also was revealed that added value services can offer practical value to customers. Thus, positive attitudes toward the adoption of services by customers are present when they perceive higher usefulness and ease of use of mobile application services. Conclusion - It was indicated that customers who are more inclined to try new products or who have a higher demand for new things tend to think about those functionalities and added value mobile application services from the perspective of usefulness and ease of use and operation.

The building HVAC systems have very different qualities of performance and durability with the superintendent's ability for management and maintenance. The poor management of these systems finally lead to the shortening of the life expectancy and result in the increase of operating costs and energy consumptions due to low efficiencies. This study presents an example of appropriate use of the LCC(Life Cycle Cost) analysis in a process of maintaining and repairing old HVAC equipments, by demonstrating the difference of optimal economic life, decrease of running cost, and energy consumption according to the management level of the HVAC equipments. But there are no reliable life expectancy and performance history data at present for optimal management of various building service equipments. Therefore, it is necessary to construct long-term database on operation results of them for more accurate and optimized LCC analysis.

Understanding of the adoption and use of mobile internet (MI) services may have a significant issue on business communication practices. But few empirical studies have made a distinction between users' pre-adoption beliefs and post-adoption beliefs on MI services. Most researches of MI services, moreover, do not consider the characteristics of MI services. This paper reports results of a research on the comparison of users' beliefs between adopting and using MI services. We consider two beliefs which are object-based beliefs and behavioral beliefs. Using constructs from the two beliefs, a model will test to observe the determinants of the MI services adoption and continued use intention based on the survey data. Understanding beliefs' distinction is important to manage MI services and increase the profit of MI services over time.

The Gyeonggi-do Agricultural Research and Extension Services has developed a web-site (www.epilove.com) in collaboration with EPINET to provide information on agricultural weather and rice disease and insect pest management in Gyeonggi-do. Weather information includes near real-time weather data monitored by automated weather stations (AWS) installed at rice paddy fields of 11 Agricultural Technology Centers (ATC) in Gyeonggi-do, and weekly weather forecast by Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA). Map images of hourly air temperature and rainfall are also generated at 309m x 309m resolution using hourly data obtained from AWS installed at 191 locations by KMA. Based on near real-time weather data from 11 ATC, hourly infection risks of rice blast, sheath blight, and bacterial grain rot for individual districts are estimated by disease forecasting models, BLAST, SHBLIGHT, and GRAINROT. Users can diagnose various diseases and insects of rice and find their information in detail by browsing thumbnail images of them. A database on agrochemicals is linked to the system for disease and insect diagnosis to help users search for appropriate agrochemicals to control diseases and insect pests.

This research proposes how to enhance low customer satisfaction with health screening services caused by procedural complexity and limits of health screening. The purpose of this study is to identify sub-components of the service quality provided by general health examination centers. This is a qualitative analysis of in-depth interviews of providers and consumers of medical services. The data were primarily analyzed by affinity diagram, and the data were sorted and analyzed according to the criteria suggested by Donabedian's four components. Four types of quality factors and the health screening service quality components of 39 subordinate items were assessed. Components related to the use of IT facilities comprise a significant amount of the physical factors, and there are high demands for IT facilities among customers.

본 연구는 대학구성원의 연구데이터 관리 및 공유에 대한 인식과 경험을 파악하고, 대학구성원을 위한 효과적인 연구데이터 관리 방안을 마련하기 위해서 고려해야 할 주요 사항들을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 문헌조사를 바탕으로 연구데이터 관리 및 공유의 주요 쟁점을 정리하였고, 이를 바탕으로 대학구성원을 대상으로 연구데이터 관리·공유에 대한 인식 및 경험을 묻는 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사로부터 얻어낸 결과를 종합하여 연구데이터에 대한 인식, 연구데이터 관리에 대한 인식 및 경험, 연구데이터 공유·공개에 대한 인식 및 경험 측면의 시사점을 정리하였다. 본 연구는 장기적으로 수행되어야 할 연구데이터 관리 정책 및 서비스 개발 연구의 초석을 다졌다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

It is essential for companies to manage massive data for dealing with large volume of transactions and customers' needs. To this end, the companies have operated data warehouse with many complex tools for data gathering and reporting to the end-users. However, the data from the heterogeneous tools at the various sources cannot be exchanged because of the different interfaces. Therefore, the data cannot be controlled with integrated manner, and furthermore the companies do not focus the quality of data resulting in the data quality problem. Thus, this study suggests how to manage massive data with a metadata. In particular, we investigate current status of metadata management, its appliance, and perspectives. The contribution of this research is to apply the metadata management system to the real world and to suggest its management procedure.

Purpose: This study is to propose the establishment and direction of a public health-medical cooperation system for rehabilitation medical services for people with physical and brain disabilities in Gangneung, Korea. Research design, data and methodology: The study focused on 30 individuals with these disabilities registered. Data was collected from December 20, 2021, to December 31, 2021, through structured surveys administered by researchers visiting disability-related facilities, utilizing convenience and random sampling methods. Descriptive statistics and cross-analysis were applied for analysis. Results: Specifically, among respondents with physical disabilities, a total of 20 needs were identified, with 'Visiting health services' (25.0%) and 'Oral health services' (20.0%) ranking highest. The survey results regarding visit-based rehabilitation services for disability support showed a high demand, emphasizing the necessity of service provision tailored to the needs of recipients, focusing on disability prevention, health management, and motor function recovery, rather than solely medical or therapeutic concepts. Conclusions: Gangwon National University Hospital, as the regional referral hospital in Gangwon, should collaborate with Gangwon Province Rehabilitation Hospital to provide prompt acute rehabilitation services. Moreover, cooperation and collaboration with Gangneung Asan Hospital, the tertiary hospital in the region, are essential to ensure continued acute and recovery phase rehabilitation therapy for a certain period in the Gangneung area.

Recently, big data services have been used in various fields. In this situation, this research studied the intention to provide personal information from users, which is necessary to provide useful big data services. A survey was conducted on college students and ordinary people who have understood big data services. And path analysis was performed through Amos' structural equation. As a result of the study, it was found that privacy risks, trust in service providers, individual innovativeness, service incentives, social influence, and service design are major variables influencing the intention to provide personal information. And it was found that trust in service providers plays a mediating role in influencing the intention to provide personal information. In addition, big data services were classified into types for information acquisition and types related to purchase. Accordingly, it was further analyzed whether major variables differ in the path affecting the intention to provide personal information, and new implications were found. Companies that actually develop and provide big data services should establish different strategies by reflecting research results depending on the type of big data service provided.

본 연구는 공공데이터 품질관리 모델, 빅데이터 품질관리 모델, 그리고 연구데이터 관리를 위한 데이터 생애주기 모델을 분석하여 각 품질관리 모델에서 공통적으로 나타나는 구성 요인을 분석하였다. 품질관리 모델은 품질관리를 수행하는 객체인 대상 데이터의 특성에 따라 생애주기에 맞추어 혹은 PDCA 모델을 바탕으로 구축되고 제안되는데 공통적으로 계획, 수집 및 구축, 운영 및 활용, 보존 및 폐기의 구성요소가 포함된다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구는 연구데이터를 대상으로 한 품질관리 프로세스 모델을 제안하였는데, 특히 연구데이터를 대상 데이터로 하여 서비스를 제공하는 연구데이터 서비스 플랫폼에서 데이터를 수집하여 서비스하는 일련의 과정에서 수행해야하는 품질관리에 대해 계획, 구축 및 운영, 활용단계로 나누어 논의하였다. 본 연구는 연구데이터 품질관리 수행 방안을 위한 지식 기반을 제공하는데 의의를 갖는다.
