도시철도 운전형태별 시스템 구비요건 분석 연구 (Analysis of the system requirements by EMU operating types)

  • When the electric motor car was first introduced, an engineer, responsible for the work related to operation and a conductor for the announcement and management of entrances and the other services like as monitoring the passengers in the platforms used to take together the train for passengers' safe. As new technologies developed and the urban transit system had the automatic driving facilities, automatic door switch and broadcasting systems, to solve the financial problems, most subway systems introduced the one-man operation system. To curtail the operating expense through automatic control and operation for the economical efficiency, the crewless driving system was introduced abroad around 1970 on the light weight train and Japan started the crewless driving system in 2005, Germany started it in June 2008. We examine system requirements of the system and methods to construct safe systems that would be introduced, suitable for one-man operation system or crewless driving system through the surveys and analysis of driving state and the systems.

안전중시 무기체계 개발에서 상호운용성 확보에 관한 연구 (On Assuring the Interoperability in Development of Safety-Critical Weapon Systems)

  • Due to the evolution of war fields to the net-centric one, weapon systems have become very complex in terms of both mission capability and implementation scales. In particular, the net-centric war field is characterized by a set of interconnected and independently operable weapon systems. As such, the individual weapon systems are required to meet the interoperability and thus, assuring it has been becoming more crucial even in the early stage of development. Furthermore, the ever-growing complexity of the weapon systems has attracted a great deal of attention on the safety issues in the operation and development of weapon systems. The objective of the study is on how to assure the interoperability for safety-critical weapon systems while maintaining system complexity. To do so, the approach taken in the paper is to consider the interoperability from the early stage of the development. Specifically, the required functions to satisfy the interoperability are developed first. The functions are then analyzed in order to link the safety requirements to the reliability evaluation, which results in the study of quantifying the effects of the safety requirements on the system as a whole. As a result, we have developed a methodology and procedure on how to assure interoperability while applying the safety requirements in the weapon systems development.

  • 정보시스템 감리에서 발생하는 감리인의 주관적인 판단은 감리 의견에 대한 신뢰성을 저하시키는 요인이 되고 있다. 본 논문은 정보시스템 감리에서 요구사항의 중요성과 감리 평가에 대한 객관성의 향상을 위하여 요구사항 우선순위를 통한 감리 정량화 모델을 제시하였다. 요구사항의 가치는 동일한 레벨에 있지 않다는 전제하에 고객 요구사항 기준으로 평가하였다. 또한 요구사항 우선순위 기준에 대한 세부적인 평가 지표를 발주자 측면 요소인 서비스 중요도와 기능 만족도, 사업자 측면 요소인 비용과 일정으로 세분화하여 객관적인 감리 수행 결과의 정량화를 가능하게 하여 감리의 객관성을 향상시키도록 하였다.

ISO 30301:2019 표준 개정의 주요 특징과 시사점에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Major Characteristics and Implications of the Revisions in ISO 30301:2019 Standard)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 ISO 30301:2019 표준에 대한 세부적인 분석을 통해 전체적인 이해를 돕고, 해당 표준이 시사하는 바를 논의하는데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 먼저 ISO 30301 표준의 개정 배경을 살펴보았으며, 구체적으로는 기록경영시스템 시리즈 표준의 제정 및 개정 과정을 시기별로 정리하였다. 또한 개정판에 적용된 경영시스템 표준의 기본구조(HLS, High Level Structure), ISO 15489:2016 표준의 주요 개정사항과 함께 기록관리를 위해 새롭게 등장한 개념인 '기록 요구사항(Records requirements)'을 살펴보았다. 이어 ISO 30301:2019 표준의 개정사항을 경영시스템 표준의 기본구조와 ISO 30301:2011 표준과 함께 비교하였다. 또한 ISO 30301 개정판에 신규, 강화, 변경된 요구사항을 분석하여 본 표준 개정판의 주요 특징을 파악하였다. 이러한 분석을 바탕으로 본 표준의 개정이 기록관리학계와 실무분야에 시사하는 바를 기록 프로세스의 확대 및 체계적인 기록경영 실현, 기록경영시스템에 대한 리더십 강화 및 효율적인 운영, 본격적인 다른 경영시스템 표준과의 통합 및 활용, 업무 프로세스 단위의 유연한 기록관리 거버넌스 실현의 4가지로 나누어 제시하였다.

QFD를 이용한 대학생들의 전공과목 선택에 관한 분석 (II) (Analysis on the Choice of Subjects of University Students Using QFD(II))

  • QFD (Quality Function Deployment) was defined by the American Supplier Institute in 1987 as a system for translating consumer requirements into appropriate company requirements at every stage, from research, through product design and development, to manufacture, distribution, installation, and marketing, sales and services. Although QFD has complex and tedious procedure to complete, it has now been in use in the world for at least 15 years because QFD enables us to catch a lot of fruitful information on the given system. The objective of this paper is to provide and analyze the trend on the choice of subject courses of university students using QFD. The data are collected by questionnaires. The samples for this study are randomly chosen from the universities in Seoul, Kangnung, and Samchok during 3 months (2000. 3∼2000.5). The results of this study will play an important role not only for service of students but also for opening of courses.

  • The Battlefield Management System(BMS) of Ground Fighting Vehicles has employed its own message format but there have been requirements of using the standard message format, KVMF. To meet these requirements, we analyzed BMS and KVMF and incorporated KVMF into BMS. In this paper, we would like to introduce our implementation of KVMF in BMS.

  • The necessity of installing well adaptable Information Systems are required day by day in all the fields of business management. This paper provides an Information System development for enhancing competitive power of the small and medium-sized firms in Korea. Recent growing Information Technology leads to constructing invisibly some new adaptable Information Systems in accordance with the business size, level, capacity and requirements. Even though some advanced companies and big enterprises are already operating their own appropriate Information Systems so as to get their remarkable productivity at a moment. The rest of those small firms are still trying to find out some proper systems fitting their own business in very poor situations. The basic requirements of the points of views by mail questionaired and interviewed from 1292 small and medium-sized manufacturing firms reflected on this Information System development. As a result, the study introduces some economically efficient, convinient, flexible and useful applied Information Systems with simple methods.

  • One of the most important challenges facing companies in the age of internet business is the proper alignment customers needs with internet business system that allaws them to react rapidly and continuously. This paper proposes a methodo1ogy to align analyzing customer's requirements with implementing Internet business system The methodology consists of five Phases. It covers from customer analysis to Internet business system implementation, and each of the five phases has its own activities and outputs. A real- world case is proposed to illustrate the application of the methodology.

  • The use of flight training simulators has been increased remarkably during the past 20 years stimulated by the benefit that simulators can contribute to safety and training efficiency. Simulators have incorporated higher and higher levels of reality to provide more realistic training. Now, however, users are beginning to question how such reality is enough. Especially, it has raised question about the need for a notion system in the aircraft simulator. To help answer this question, this report describes notion cue requirements and types of motion system, and finally presents the assessment of the effectiveness of three different notion system alternatives.
