본 연구는 중소기업 대표자역량이 매출채권관리와 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 설문자료를 사용하여 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구모형은 탐색적 요인분석 및 신뢰성분석, 확인적 요인분석, 모형 적합도 검증을 통해 확정하고, 구조방정식모형으로 연구가설을 검증하였다. 검증결과 관리자역량은 매출채권관리에 정(+)의 영향을, 기업가역량은 신용통제관리에 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤다. 매출채권관리는 경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 매개효과 가설검증에서 신용판매관리는 기업가역량과 경영성과 간의 영향에 정(+)의 영향을, 신용통제관리는 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤다. 연구는 중소기업의 매출채권관리에서 대표자역량이 중요한 요인이며, 경영성과 제고를 위해 대표의 재무, 경영자원 활용, 매출채권 지식 등 관리역량 함양이 필요함을 시사한다. 또한, 안정적 매출채권 관리를 위해 보험가입, 거래처 신용평가 등 객관적 정보에 기반한 매출채권관리가 필요함을 시사한다. 향후 컨설팅, 정부지원 등 외부요인과 매출채권 관리와의 영향 연구가 요구된다.

Recently, competition in the interior remodeling business is fierce. However, the interior remodeling business is basically B2B, and in this business, sales are basically dictated by the capabilities of salespeople. Therefore, in this study, we intend to develop a model for the core competency of salespeople in the interior remodeling business. To this end, based on the research on the existing competency and competency modeling, the competency model of the salesperson was derived using Dubois' overlay method. A total of 12 core competencies could be defined through the first and second modeling. The subject of this study was focused on LG Hausys, the most representative interior remodeling company in Korea. Based on the core competencies developed in this way, overall sales competencies can be raised through the development of a training course to enhance the sales competencies of salespeople, and a more efficient and objective HR.

The computer system validation consulting industry is growing as domestic GMP companies' overseas exports or advancements increase, and computer system validation has been mandatory in Korea since the 2010s, but domestic CSV consulting companies are small in size and have a short history, revealing many shortcomings in terms of service quality and customer satisfaction when conducting consulting. Research related to consulting has been mainly focused on management consulting and IT consulting, and research related to computer system validation is very insufficient. This study confirmed the effect of consultant competency and service quality on consulting performance, customer satisfaction, and intention to renew contract when performing computer system validation through empirical research on food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and medical device companies, which are representative companies in the GMP industry. As a result, it was confirmed that consultant competency and service quality had a significant effect on consulting performance, customer satisfaction, and intention to renew contract. In addition, it was confirmed that the reputation and expertise of consulting companies had a moderating effect on the relationship between consultant competency and consulting performance.

The purpose of this study is to define areas and standards of kindergarten teacher's competency through survey research and interview with early childhood education community - kindergarten teachers, vice principals, principals, administrators, parents, and professors in early childhood education. Raw data from 62 interviewees were grouped into 25 codes including 'professional knowledge about young children's developmental characteristics, and labeled for representative themes. Based on the result of interview analysis, two areas of 'knowledge and skill' area (15 standards) and 'attitude and grounding' area (20 standards) were classified, survey researched for appropriateness and relative importance of each standard. 704 members of early childhood education community were collected through stratified sampling. The research findings indicate that 'observation and evaluation ability for young children' and 'affection for young children' showed high appropriateness in 'knowledge and skill area' and 'attitude and grounding area', respectively. In the relative importance analysis, 'understanding of young children's development', 'understanding of curriculum for young children', and 'understanding of young children's behavioral problem and counseling' for knowledge and skill area, and 'respect for young children', 'affection for young children', responsibility', 'positive attitude' for attitude and grounding area showed high relative importance in order.

This paper investigated how three representative domestic and international engineering education journals explored societal supports contributing to retention and persistence in engineering, especially among women. An integrative literature review of engineering education journals was carried out to identify the flow of research and practice of engineering education for females. The findings indicate that retention and persistence of women in engineering is closely relevant to issues of diversity management, collaboration competency, and self-leadership.

Due to the fast development of information and communication technology, many people are enjoying benefits. However, there are those who do not enjoy the benefits of such information technology due to physical disabilities or economic reasons. This class is classified as an information-vulnerable class with so-called digital divide, and the disabled can be said to be a representative information-vulnerable class. The purpose of the paper is to identify the various causes of digital divide and propose improvement measures for the disabled in Korea. For this purpose, the digital divide data by the national institution over the past four years were analyzed. Through various statistical analysis, it was found that the main cause of the digital divide was insufficient information competency among the three factors diagnosing the digital divide namely, information access, information competency, and information utilization. It was also found that the information utilization activities of the disabled were not productive and consumption-oriented

여성의 사회진출이 급격히 증가함에 따라 오랫동안 남성의 영역으로 인식되어 왔던 기업경영에도 여성의 진출이 늘어나고 있다. 이에 여성 기업가가 직면하고 있는 사회 구조적 특징과 한계, 기회 등을 고려하여 여성 기업가의 역량이 무엇인지를 명확하게 규명하고 이를 바탕으로 현재 기업을 경영하고 있는 여성 기업가나 향후 여성 기업가를 꿈꾸는 예비 여성 기업가를 체계적으로 양성하는 방안을 마련할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 여성 기업가 역량모델을 개발하여 여성 기업가 양성을 위한 토대를 마련하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위하여 우수 여성 기업가 7명을 대상으로 두 차례의 포커스그룹 인터뷰(FGI)를 하였으며, 세 차례의 전문가 검토를 하였다. 이를 바탕으로 여성 기업가 역량모델을 잠정적으로 도출했고, 여성 기업가 442명을 대상으로 실시한 설문조사를 통해 역량모델의 타당성을 검토한 후 여성 기업가 역량모델을 최종적으로 확정했다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업가정신, 감성, 경영관리, 관계관리, 전략경영 그리고 멀티태스킹의 6개 역량군과 25개 역량, 그리고 각 역량을 설명하는 75개의 행동지표로 구성된 여성 기업가 역량모델이 개발되었다. 둘째, 감성과 멀티태스킹은 여성 기업가의 특징이 잘 반영된 역량군으로 드러났다. 특히, 감성 역량군에 속하는 '사회적센스'(상대방에 관한 배려와 미세한 뉘앙스를 잘 감지하여 대처하는 능력), 멀티태스킹 역량군에 속하는 '다중업무'(여러 가지 일을 수행 할 수 있는 능력)와 '일가정조절능력'(일과 가정이라는 두 가지 업무에 관한 균형을 유지할 수 있는 능력)은 여성 기업가만의 대표적인 역량이라 할 수 있다. 셋째, 개발된 여성 기업가 역량모델은 기업가 교육을 통해 기존의 여성 기업가 뿐만 아니라 예비 여성 기업가의 기업가 역량을 기반으로 여성 기업가에게 적절한 교육프로그램을 제공한다면 여성 기업가의 경쟁력 강화의 핵심이 되는 기업가 역량을 효과적으로 증진할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 여성 기업가 역량 모델은 향후 역량 진단, 교육요구분석 등의 연구를 위한 기초를 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 전통시장 상인의 심리적 특성 및 역량요인이 사업성과에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 관련 요인을 규명하고 동시에 정부지원정책의 조절효과를 검증함으로서 전통시장 활성화를 위한 독립변수와 종속변수, 조절변수간의 인과관계를 검증하는데 연구의 초점을 두었다. 본 연구는 전통시장 특성화시장 사업의 경험을 갖고 있거나 현재 중기부 특성화시장 사업을 진행 중인 수도권의 대표적인 전통시장 상인들을 대상으로 조사하였다. 수집된 데이터를 바탕으로 경험적 연구를 수행하였다. 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상인의 심리적 특성 요인으로는 자부심, 상인역량으로는 고객관리 역량, 정보화 역량이 사업성과중 재무적 성과에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정부지원정책의 조절효과를 검증한 결과 상품 역량이 사업성과중 재무적성과에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며. 자부심과 상품역량이 사업성과중 사업지속의지에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 실질적인 성과는 전통시장 상인들의 심리적 특성 및 역량요인을 독립변수로 하여 정부지원정책을 조절변수로 사업성과를 측정하여 정부지원정책의 효용성을 검토한 논문이다. 이를 위해 상인의 심리적 특성요인과 상인역량요인이 사업성과에 미치는 영향 여부를 확인하고 정부지원의 조절효과를 분석하여 의미 있는 연구결과를 도출해냈다는 점이 긍정적으로 평가될 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 지역아동센터 종사자의 아동 대상 실천역량 향상 프로그램을 실행하고 그 영향을 평가하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 프로그램은 지역아동센터 종사자 10명을 대상으로 매 120분간 주1회로 5주간 실행되었다. 양적 평가를 위하여 유사실험설계의 비동일 비교집단 설계가 사용되었으며, 질적 평가를 위하여 프로그램관련 기록물 등을 통해 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 그 결과, 양적 평가에서는 본 프로그램에 참여한 지역아동센터 종사자의 사회복지실천기술 숙련도와 클라이언트관계변화 임파워먼트가 유의미하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 질적 평가에서는 종사자의 실천역량 향상, 아동의 변화에 대한 인식, 프로그램의 강점 및 보완점 인식이라는 주관적 경험이 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 아동을 대상으로 하는 대표적인 서비스전달체계인 지역아동센터의 종사자 실천역량을 향상시킴으로써, 지역아동센터 종사자의 실천에 있어 전문성과 효과성을 제고하고 궁극적으로 아동의 건강한 발달 및 정신건강 증진에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

국내 지역대표도서관은 "도서관법"에 따른 개별 공공도서관인 동시에 광역시 도를 대표하는 도서관이다. 그러나 현 단계 대다수 지역대표도서관의 위상과 역할은 대규모 공공도서관에 불과할 정도로 취약하다. 이러한 현실에 주목하여 본 연구는 지역대표도서관의 주요 약점과 한계를 분석한 다음, 그 명칭을 광역대표도서관으로 개칭해야 한다는 전제하에 "도서관법"의 개정 보완, 수행업무의 재구성과 충실화 핵심역량과 직결되는 인력 및 운영조직 확대 등의 측면에서 위상정립 및 운영의 정상화 방안을 제시하였다.
