Recently, universities have difficulties in operating the normal curriculum because fresher's basic academic ability is declined. It causes campus misfits so managing students is also not an easy matter. The education system that focuses only on college entrance exams is one of the reasons why this phenomenon occurred. Activity with self-directed Learning Community to know learning level themselves and execute systematic studying habit is essential for improving this problem. This activity can help students understanding and having interest in class and be motivated to study. But it had burdened tutors with submitting activity report in written form. In this paper, we suggest the Mobile Based Activity Report Submission System which can be the solution of the problem that the Self-directed Learning Community System has. This system reduces the emotional burden to write the reports and manages them efficiently.

The diffuse form of supravalvar aortic stenosis represents a surgical challenge when the ascending aorta, aortic arch, proximal descending thoracic aorta and arch arteries are involved. It can be treated by a variety of surgical approaches. We report a case of severe diffuse supravalvar aortic stenosis combined with an aortic valve anomaly and occlusion of the right coronary artery ostium in a 14-year-old boy with Williams syndrome. We enlarged the aortic root(Nick's procedure), ascending aorta, aortic arch, proximal descending thoracic aorta, and innominate artery with patches and replaced aortic valve with 19 mm St. Jude valve. Deep hypothermic circulatory arrest and retrograde cerebral perfusion were used during repair of the arch and arch artery.

Disseminated cysticercosis is a rare form of cysticercosis in which the cysticerci spread out through the whole body. We report the first case of a 39-year-old Mongolian with disseminated cysticercosis. He visited our hospital with generalized tonic-clonic seizure. After extensive investigation from brain computed tomography (CT), spine magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), whole body MRI and pathologic biopsy, he was diagnosed as having cysticercosis involving the brain, subcutaneous tissue, and skeletal muscles through the whole body. We treated him with the albendazole in which case the followed MRI showed that numbers of cystic lesions were copiously decreased. We report an unsual case of disseminated cysticercosis treated with medical therapy.

The first patient of this case was 13 year and 8 month old girl who had the Angle's class I malocclusion with uneruption of upper left central incisor and left canine. The second patient was 12 year old boy who had the Angle's class I malocclusion with uneruption of right central incisor. After surgical exposure of impacted teeth of those patients and bonding of attachment on exposed crown, those teeth were orthodontically pulled with removable appliances. The results were obtained as follow. 1. The functionally proper occlusion was established by guidance of the impacted teeth into the normal position in the arch. 2. Establishment of esthetic and balanced arch form was achieved. 3. The possibility of restorative prosthetic treatment induced by extraction of impacted teeth was eliminated. 4. The psychologic relief of pubertal patient who was very sensitive to facial esthetics was gained.

BACKGROUND. In order to restore severely attrited teeth properly, surgical intervention in the form of a crown-lengthening procedure may be required. And also, proper diagnosis and treatment sequencing is critical to obtain a successful results. Adequate diagnostic wax-up ensures good esthetics and healthy periodontal tissue. CASE DESCRIPTION. This clinical case report describes a diagnostically based protocol for restoration on mandibular anterior teeth with crown lengthening procedure and the treatment of partially edentulous mandible combined with an edentulous maxilla. In addition, the effort to prevent the combination syndrome was described. CLINICAL IMPLICATION. An interdisciplinary diagnosis and examination through visualization of the desired results ensure conservative and more predictable outcome.

In the case of the trauma on the maxillofacial region occurred, we think that one of the most important thing is recovery of the function as well as reconstruction of the anatomical form. Especially, it has been that the structure of the surrounded temporomandibular joint has a great possibility to cause mouth opening limitation when a bit of displacement is caused. Therefore, in the case of the trauma on mid-face we think that we treat it after complete evaluate condition of soft and hard tissue surrounding the articular disc as well as fracture site. We report results of our study, since we obtained good results from our study concerning the refixation of the zygomatic arch, high condylectomy, coronoidectomy and myotomy for the patient being suffered from the arthrosis of the temporomandibular joint caused by insufficient fracture treatment of zygomatic arch and coronoid process.

This study was to develop a fashion internship pragmatic program for college students. Preceded researches were reviewed and some case studies were used for this study. The results of this study were as follows : Pragmatistic program has 6 steps such as preperation, introduction, selection, operation, reputation, management. pre-internship schedule, resume and self-introduction form, preparing for the interview and details, how to write a follow up letter after the interview, advise during the intern period, 7 contents that you should include in the final report, Presentation Strategy, SWOT analysis table were included in this study. So this study would be helpful for the college students who are searching for internships and jobs.

Saccharomyces cervisiae has a highly ordered ring of filaments that lies just inside the cytoplasmic membrane in the region of the mother-bud neck. Mutants defective in any one of the our cell division cycle genes (CDC3, CDC10, CDC11, CDC12) fail to form these filaments and exhibit a pleiotropic phenotype that includes failure to complete cytokinesis and abnormal bud growth. However, the role of the filament is not clear. In order to find out the role of filament, the similar gene in S pombe (called cdc103$\^$+) to the CDC3 was cloned and sequenced. Here I report the sequence analysis of the cdc103$\^$+/ ) to the CDC3 was cloned and sequenced. Here I report the sequence analysis of the cdc103$\^$+/. Comparison of the predicted amino acid sequences of cdc103$\^$+/ and CDC3 revealed that they share significant similarity (43% identity and 56% identity or similarity) to each other.

Osteogenic sarcoma is the most common primary malignant tumor of bone in which tumor cells form neoplastic osteoid or bone or both. Classic osteogenic sarcoma usually involves the metaphysis of the more rapidly growing long bones (distal femur, proximal tibia). Osteogenic sarcoma of the foot is rarely noted and only a few well documented cases have been reported. Osteogenic sarcoma of foot can clinically, radiographically, and histologically mimic several benign lesions and tumor-like lesions, so it sometimes leads to late diagnosis and delayed treatment. We experienced a case of primary osteogenic sarcoma on left calcaneus in 66-years-old female and report it with a review of references.

Background and Objective: Erythema multiforme(EM) is related disorders of skin and mucous membranes which is typically associated with antecedent medications or infections. etc. EM is an erythematous maculopapular cutaneous eruption of variable form. However, the pathophysiology of the EM remains obscure. Treatment at present is symptomatic and supportive. There is no report on EM treated with oriental medical treatment. Methods: We conducted one patient with EM seen at Won-Kwang University Kwang-Ju Oriental Medical Hospital in 2004. We treated EM in a twenty-two years old man by a herbal medicine(Joa-Chang-Bang), a herbal medicine for external use, acupunture, moxa, COTDE-made cosmetics, and P-Tx(carbon). Conclusions. We had a significant results. So we report this case to estimate the efficiency of oriental medical treatment and management on EM.
