In Korea, condominium apartment was supplied 50 years ago. However, the problems related to contract and selling in lots still happens. Most of these problems is due to be made a contract and selling in lots before completion of condominium. For solving these problems, it is necessary for throughgoing selling in lots and administrative guidance in time for development. Because of the problem after the selling in lots become involved not only selling in lots of developer and the contract with purchaser, but also condominium management and repair of defect processing system. As a result of consideration to development control and administrative guidance in Hawaii State, it may be had some effects like an appropriate management system, consumer protection and consumer education.

A 70-year-old male visited urgent care due to coughing for 1 month and left chest pain. He had no history of trauma. The initial chest computed tomography (CT) showed the 7th left intercostal lung herniation. A follow-up CT showed an intercostal lung herniation combined with a bowl herniation, which had developed due to a Morgagni's hernia. An emergency operation was performed due to the incarceration of the bowl and lung. The primary repair of the diaphragm was performed and the direct approximation of the 7th intercostal space was determined. We concluded that the defect of the diaphragm and the intercostal muscle was a congenital lesion, and the recurrent coughing was the aggravating factor of herniation.

This dissertation finds out trouble types and occurrence regions using the faulty statistics of nondestructive test items in rolling stock parts of the Seoul Metro and using mechanical test about defective and broken parts with broken surface observation, cutting examination about trouble region, hardness experiment and tensile test. Also this dissertation finds out cause of trouble and damage through observation of microscopic formation using metallurgical microscope and scanning electron microscope, residual stress measurement about welding parts and damage diagnosis about defective and broken parts. Moreover it will present the improved plan of nondestructive method about trouble and the removal method of defect and repair welding and find solutions of reliability in parts and preventive maintenance.

The purpose of the study is to derive maintenance items in dwelling unit of apartment after the liability period for defect security. In according with the Apartment Housing Management, the managers of apartment maintain facilities in public and develop a long-term repair plan. However, Apartment unit housing is a private area and is managed facilities individually by residents or owners. As the facility ages, it is necessary to derive items in dwelling unit of apartment that need to maintain performance. Therefore, this paper analyzed the history of repairing facilities through complaints about rental housing units.

A 2-year-old spayed female British Shorthair cat presented with an increased frequency and duration of cough since infant period. Based on radiographic, ultrasonographic, and computed tomography findings, peritoneopericardial diaphragmatic hernia was considered so that repair surgery was planned. During celiotomy, lax diaphragm was identified instead of defect. Transabdominal diaphragmatic plication was performed to resolve lax diaphragm and to prevent recurrence by overlapping relatively normal part of diaphragm. Diagnosed with diaphragmatic eventration postoperatively, the cat showed improvement in clinical signs and imaging results. Transabdominal diaphragmatic plication is a suitable treatment; the patient maintained normally during a 14-month follow-up period.

세종병원 흉부외과에서는 폐동맥 페색증, 좌측폐동맥 무형성증, 심실중격결손증, 다발성 MAPCA등을 동반한 상행 대동맥으로부터 이상기시한 우폐동맥 11례를 경험하였다. 10개월 때 1단계 수술로써 좌측 unifocalization과 함께 좌폐동맥을 만들고 우폐동맥 벤딩을 하였고, 1개월후 우측 MAPCA의 coil 색전술 단계를 거쳐, 1년후 완전 교정술을 시행하였다. 술후 경과는 양호하였고 수술 1년후 조영술과 혈역학적 검사상 만족스런 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

We present a case of calcific tendinitis in the shoulder, where calcifications were observed within both the tendon and the adjacent bone. At the time of acute onset, radiographs (including a plain radiograph) and magnetic resonance imaging revealed calcific tendinitis with intraosseous migration. The patient's symptoms did not improve after 5 months of conservative treatment. The patient underwent arthroscopic debridement of the calcific deposits, and the defect was repaired using the double-row repair technique. The patient's symptoms improved 3 months after arthroscopic treatment. We share our unusual experience with arthroscopic debridement in the treatment of chronic calcific tendinitis with intraosseous migration.

Since the first deliberate repair of hiatal hernia by Wm. J. Mayo in 1911, counterless procedure have been performed to correct herniation of the stomach into the posterior mediastinum. Recently,we experienced 51 years old female patient with large paraesophageal hernia and complete intrathoracic stomach which combined with multiple gastric erosion with chronic blood loss. So gastric ulcer within a diaphragmatic hernia is a distinct physiophathologic and clinical entity that our patient suffered from severe anemia due to chronic blood loss. The hernia was repaired transabdominally including reduction of stomach, excision of sac, closure of defect, anterior gastropexy, and gastr6stomy. Because of absent gastroesophageal refiux, no another antireflux procedure was required and erosion was managed by H2 receptor blocker.

It is known that steroids increase the risk for tendon ruptures. Despite this local steroids are still used in the treatment of achilles tendinitis. 46-year-old women had occurred achilles tendon rupture after repeated local steroid injection. Intraoperatively, necrotic change were seen at both side of ruptured end. Like this, tendon rupture after repeated steroid injection often result in a large defect, which needed surgical repair. After debridement of ruptured end, tenorrhaphy with single Krackow method and plantaris tendon augmentation was done. The patient showed favorable result with return to range in a degree of activity levels.

Esophageal atresia and Tracheoesophageal fistula may occur as separate entities but usually occur in combination. First described by Durston in 1970, esophageal atresia was not successfully treated until 1939 when the first two survivors of staged correction were described by Ladd and Leven. In 1941, Haight and Towsley performed the first successful primary repair. Authors report four cases of esophageal atresia of which two cases were treated surgically in success with Haight`s method. The type of four cases were all the same as upper blind pouch and lower tracheoesphageal fistula. Two of them were associated with verterbral defect, imperforate anus and/or rib fusion. Two cases died within seven days due to parent`s refusal for operative therapy, others were treated surgically with Haight`s method. Operative patients tolerated all the operative procedure and recovered uneventfully, permitted feeding on 7th postoperative day. On follow up study, one patient revealed intermittent regurgitation and corrected with bougienation another with good health without complication.
