학생수 변화와 학교 위치를 중심으로 본 구시가지역 초등학교 재배치 계획 모형 도출과 사례 적용에 관한 연구 - 부산시 D 구시가지역 사례 적용 - (A Study on the Planning Model of Elementary School Relocation and the Application of Case Studies in Old City Area focused on the Change of the Number of Students and the Location of Schools - Application of D Old City Area Cases in Busan -)

  • 본 연구는 학생수가 급격히 감소하고 있는 구시가지역의 중장기 학생수 증감 추이, 통학구역 내 학교위치, 통학거리 등을 조사·분석하여 학교 재배치에 도움이 되는 실질적 방안을 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 선행연구 조사, 사례지역 분석 등을 실시하여 구시가 지역 학교 재배치 모형을 도출하였다. 구시가지역 학교 재배치 모형 도출은 먼저 대상지역과 학교별 학생수의 중장기적 변화추이를 분석하고, 학교별 학생들의 통학거리를 실측하여 통학구역 내의 학교 위치를 본 연구에서 제시한 지역 맞춤형 학교 배치 격자도 모형을 통해 학교를 배치한다. 그리고 학교 재배치 계획은 인근의 도시정비사업과 연계 등을 통해 학교용지를 확보하고 지역 소생활권 계획과 연계한 중장기적 학교 재배치 계획을 수립하여 시행할 필요가 있다.

교과교실형 운영을 위한 중등학교 교사공간 재배치 요인 분석 (An Analysis about Factors on the Facilities Relocation Based on Variation Type in Middle and High Schools)

  • This study was carried out to obtain basic data for architectural plans about factors on the facilities relocation needed in management of variation type. For this, floor plans of thirteen middle schools located in Korea and Japan were compared. The results showed a successful conversion to block system according to each subject after remodeling in the schools of our country, however, a monotonous spacial composition excluded other spaces such as media space, teachers' station and preparation room was also shown. These mentioned spaces were important factors in the investigated schools of Japan. By the results of the spacial composition about each space required to the management of variation type, a space share of supplemental areas for learning activities and movement, had shown comparatively low share before remodeling, was improved to 6% and 11.6%, respectively. However, the spacial share of two areas were 16.8% and 12.9%, respectively, in the schools of Japan and it meant the distribution of area was more even than the cases of our country.

  • This study was carried out to obtain basic data for architectural plans on the facilities relocation needed in operating the departmentalized classroom system at the latest built middle schools. For this, floor plans of ten middle schools built in Gwangju after 2009 were analyzed about space configuration and area holding state. The process of this study is as follows: (1) To investigate proper area holding state for operating variation type, this study analyzed area of departmentalized classrooms, homebases and teachers' offices. (2) To investigate space configuration for operating variation type, this study analyzed composition of departmentalized classrooms, learning-support facilities and homebases. (3) On the base of those analyses, this study proposed some directions for architectural plans on the facilities relocation.

  • This study is performed to understand a trend of preference about classroom for special purposes related with elementary school relocation. It is anayzed based on the questionnaire of teachers at work in the two schools having similar educational environment. The results showed that it is desirable to locate rooms for science or practice in low story and music room in the lowermost or uppermost story. Rooms for art, linguistic education and computer had not limited any place. It is shown that the scale of each preparation room is significantly different with each grade and more large scale is needed in higher grade. These results reflect that the present arrangement of classrooms for special purposes is not adequate and require more reasonable arrangement with the grade in the architectural plans for relocation-needed elementary schools.

일차의료기관의 이동 현황과 이에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구 (Current Status and Reasons for the Location Change of Primary Medical Institutions in Korea)

  • Objectives : To understand the current status of the opening, closing and relocation of primary medical institutes in Korea and identify the underlying decision factors. Methods : Sources of analyzed data included the medical institutional master file at the National Health Insurance Corporation(1998, 2000) and Regional Statistic Annual Bulletins. To investigate changes including the opening, closing and relocation, a total of primary medicalinstitutions(16,757 in 1998, 19,267 in 2000) were analysed. Results : Between 1998 and 2000, there was a 15.0%(2,510) increase in the number of primary medical institutions and the rate of increase in the rural area was higher than the urban area, and higher for specialty clinics than primary practice. However, these findings did not suggestany improvement in the maldistribution of primary medical institutions. During the time period studied, newly opened and closed primary medical institutions numbered 4,085 and 1,573, respectively. Additionally, institutions thatrelocated numbered 2,729, or 16.3% of all primary medical institutions in operation in 1998. These openings and closings were more frequent among young doctors. As a result of our analysis on the underlying regional factors forrelocation, the factors that were statistically significant were local per capita tax burden and the number of schools per ten thousand persons. !n, the case of institutional factors, movements were significantly associated with gender and the location of primary medical institutions. Conclusions : In order to establish effective long-term intervention for primary medical institutions, further study and monitoring of primary medical institutions and the identification of factors influencing opening location and relocation is necessary.

  • 학생수 감소에 따라 경기도교육청 관내 많은 학교들이 폐교되었다. 경기도는 지역 재개발, 기업체 이전, 학군의 변화 등으로 학생수 이동이 많고 폐교된 학교도 재활용할 가치가 높다. 그동안 학생수 기준으로 학교를 폐교하고, 교육부의 지침과 폐교 재산 활용 기준에 의거 폐교학교를 관리하여 왔으나 경기도는 지역의 변화가 크기 때문에 지역적 특성을 고려한 활용방안을 모색할 필요가 크다. 이런 필요성에 기초하여 지역의 인구, 지역 산업, 주변 지역의 여건 등을 고려한 지역분석을 실시하여 폐교 활용방안을 모색하였다. 지역분석을 통한 폐교 활용 방안을 체험형, 직업교육형, 생활체육형, 지원시설형으로 제시하였다. 지역의 여건에 부합되는 폐교 활용 방안이라 할 수 있다.

한국 도시동네의 형태변화 모델 - 동네의 성장과 교육시설과의 관계를 중심으로 - (A Development Model of Korean Urban Neighborhood: - focusing on the Neighborhood Growth and the Educational Facility -)

  • This study aims to propose a hypothetical urban neighborhood, HanGyo-dong, which is a model for understanding the relationship between the neighborhood change and educational facilities. Three issue layers of the model derived from preceding case studies are: establishment, relocation and redevelopment of educational facilities; formation and redevelopment of adjacent residential areas; and growth of neighborhood commercial cores. The neighborhood changes observed through HanGyo-dong include (1) the formation of educational base and commercial activities along the stream, (2) the growth of student and intellectual community and the installment of public transportation nodes, and (3) the relocation of schools and hospitals followed by a series of redevelopments of single family house into multi-family housing of low-rise residence and high rise apartment complex. The findings call for the collaborative practice of educational administration and neighborhood planning regarding how educational facilities, which were the tool for urban expansion policy, will contribute to the development of the neighborhood's identity as a localized hub.

학교 이전적지의 적정활용 방안에 관한 연구 - 서울시 은평구 'A' 초등학교를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Appropriate Utilization of Relocated School Sites - Focused on the 'A' Elementary School in Eun-Pyoung Gu, Seoul -)

  • ent years, the change of urban function and the decrease in birth rate have given rise to merge, abolition and relocation of the existing schools. This study explores the possibilities for various land utilizations of relocated school sites, using the trial case of 'A' elementary school in Eun-pyeong gu, Seoul. 'A' elementary school has happened transfer plan due to the urban development project of the redevelopment area, Eun-pyeong gu in Seoul. Firstly, it studies the land use categories and the development methodologies of 7 relocated school sites happened in Seoul. In addition, it analyzes the land utilization after relocation, development principals, area, building usage and changes in land use regulation. Finally, it proposes the commercial exploitation of school site targeting 'A' elementary school site. Throughout the profit analysis, this study concludes that it is available to exploit the relocated school sites by the variety of development methodologies, especially in a metropolis like Seoul.

도시공공서비스 측면에서의 대구시 고등학교 분포특성 (The Distributional Characteristics of High Schools in Daegu Viewing from Public Service Facilities)

  • 본 연구는 대구광역시의 고등학교 분포 특성을 구(區)별로 고찰하여 공간 불균등 실태를 분석하고 그에 따른 문제점 및 장래의 교육시설 입지와 관련한 정책적 대안을 제시하고자 하였다. 교육시설의 지역간 질적인 차이는 고려하지 않았고 다만 양적 측면의 분석이다. 2000년 말 현재 대구시에는 76개의 고등학교가 운영중인데 설립 주체에 따라서는 국 공립 고등학교보다 사립 고등학교가, 운영 유형에 따라서는 실업계보다 일반계 고등학교가 수적으로 우세하다. 전체적으로 대구시의 학교시설 분포는 인구분포(재분포)와 밀접히 연관되어 있는데, 고등학교 교육시설의 수요와 중급간에 구별로 심한 불균형을 나타내고 있다. 학교시설의 지역불균등은 인구이동과 더불어 학교의 이전과 신설에 의해 그 정도가 심화되어 진다. 학교 미전의 경우 구간(區間) 이전은 도시 기능과 인구재분포가 주원인이며, 구내(區內)이동은 토지이용에 대한 민간부문의 개발압력이 학교의 이전을 촉진시키고 있다. 학교의 신설은 최근으로 올수록 민간부문(사립학교)보다 공공부문(국 공립학교)에 의해 공급되어지는 경향이 있는데, 학교의 이전 혹은 신설 대상지의 선정과 과정에서 특정지역을 선호하거나 기피하게 되고 결국은 이것이 교육기회의 공간불균등을 초래하게 된다. 결론적으로 교육시설은 공공서비스 중에서도 주민복지의 증진이라는 최종목표는 물론이고 이용자의 편리성을 고려한 사회적 형평성이 중요한 실천목표가 되어야 한다. 이런 점에서 볼 때 학교 시설의 신설과 재분포는 더욱 활성화되어야 하며 특히 민간부문보다는 공공부문의 역할이 중요하다.

도시내 미활용 학교부지의 효율적 활용에 관한 연구 - 인천광역시 초등학교를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Effective Use of Disused School Sites in Urban Area - Focused on An Elementary School Site in Incheon Metropolitan City -)

  • In recent years, the change of urban function and the decrease in birth rate have given rise to merge, abolition and relocation of the existing schools. This study explores the possibilities for various land utilizations of disused school sites, using the trial case of 'M' elementary school at Bu-pyung Gu in Incheon Metropolitan City. 'M' elementary school has recently happened to need no more land to build another school because of decreasing the number of students. Firstly, it studies the land reuse theories in city, the development methodologies of disused sites and the legalistic and political authority and limits. It analyzes the urban spacial values and roles, such as the educational roles, spacial functions and development values of the land. In addition, this study make a questionnaire of local residents to converge the public opinions on the utilization of disused school site. Finally, it proposes the principal direction for the effective appropriation and an alternative for exploitation of school site targeting disused school site of 'M' elementary school.
