This research anticipated on acknowledging the inpatients factors in choosing which hospital for the geriatric hospital and general hospital they would prefer to go to the analization of different factors in patients satisfaction, and the relation between satisfactory standards and the patients intentions on recommendation or re-visiting the hospital. The statistical data was based upon the 359 question and answer papers that were done by inpatients that were hospitalized in two geriatric hospitals and two general hospitals, and the methods used for analyzing were frequency, t-test, factor analysis, and hierarchical multiple regression. The results are as follows. 1. The factors on choosing hospitals between geriatric hospital and general hospitals were different. The priority for the geriatrics was kindness, and then considerate nursing, and the reliance of treatment. The patients of general hospitals looked first for reliance of treatment, reputation and history of the hospital, and the kindness of the staff. The kindness of the staff, good nursing, and easy procedures were the primary factors of choosing geriatric hospital. 2. The four primary factors in choosing which hospital patients would go to were the predominance of the facilities, kindness and convenience, the reliance and proximity of medical treatment, and recommendation. The patients in the geriatric hospital first looked for kindness and convenience, second the reliance and proximity of medical treatment, third predominance of facilities, and last recommendation. The general hospitals main priority was the reliance and proximity of medical care, second predominance of facilities, kindness and hospitality, and last recommendation. 3. The satisfaction rate was higher in the geriatric hospital compared to general hospitals, but the satisfactory of factors were very similar. Patients in the geriatric hospital were pleased with the hospital staffs kindness, quick nursing and the improvement of inconvenient matters, and clear diagnosis of the doctors. The general hospital patients were satisfied with the hospital staffs clear explanation and accurate diagnosis 4. The analysis in the satisfactory factors turned out to be the environment of the hospital, kindness of the staff, and convenience. Both the patients of the geriatric hospital and general hospitals were very pleased with the kindness of the hospital staff. Ranking second and third was convenience and service for the geriatric hospital, and environment of the hospital and convenience for the general hospital. 5. According to a rank of multiple recurrent analysis of the patients satisfaction and the intention of re-visiting in addition to intention of solicitation, in the case of a geriatric hospital, when the intention of re-visiting is the dependent variable, the first stage shows that the less insurance the patient has, the higher was the intention of re-visiting. In the second stage, the more satisfied the patient is of the staffs kindness, the higher was the intention of re-visiting. Further more, when the intention of solicitation is the dependent variable, the first stage shows that not all the independent variables were significant, but the second stage shows that the more satisfied the patient is of the staffs kindness and the hospital along with the medical treatment expenses, the higher was the intention of solicitation. 6. In the first stage of a rank of multiple recurrent analysis of the satisfaction of the general hospital and the intention of re-visiting, not all the variables were significant, but in the second stage, all the satisfaction by factors were significant. Moreover, when the intention of solicitation was the dependent variable, the first stage shows not all the variables were significant, but in the second stage, all the satisfaction by factors were significant. That is to say, in the case of a general hospital, the satisfaction of the hospital and the medical treatment expenses were high, and the more satisfied the patient is of the hospitals environment and the staffs kindness, the intention of re-visiting and the intention of solicitation was higher.

The letter of credit is quintessentially international. In the absence of international legal system, a private system based on banking practices has evolved, commanding the adherence of the international letter of credit community and providing the foundation of th reputation of this instrument. To maintain this international system, it is vital that international standard banking practice should not be subject to local interpretations that misconstrue or distort it. The UCP is a formulation of international standard banking practice. It is neither positive law nor a "contract term" in any traditional sense and its interpretation must be consonant with its character as a living repositary of international understanding in this field. As a result, the interpretation and application of specific articles of the UCP must be consistent with its evolving character and history and with the principles upon which sound letter of credit practice is predicated. This study, especially, focuses on article 13 and article 14 of the UCP500. Article 13(b) of UCP500 stipulates that banks will have a reasonable time, not to exceed seven days, to examine documents to determine whether they comply facially with the terms of the credit. The seven-day provision is not designed as a safe harbor, because the rule requires the issuer to act within a reasonable time. But, by virtue of the deletion of the preclusion rule in the document examination article in UCP500, however, seven days may evolve as something of a safe harbor, especially for banks that engage in strategic behavior. True, under UCP500 banks are supposed to examine documents within a reasonable time, but there are no consequences in UCP500 for a bank's violation of that duty. It is only in the next provision. Courts might read the preclusion more broadly than the literal reading mentioned here or might fashion a common-law preclusion rule that does not require a showing of detriment. Absent that kind of development, the change in the preclusion rule could have adverse effects on the beneficiary. The penalty, strict estoppel or strict preclusion, under UCP500 and 95UCC differs from the classic estoppel. The classic estoppel rule requires a beneficiary to show three elements. 1. conduct on the part of the issuer that leads the beneficiary to believe that nonconforming documents do conform; 2. reasonable reliance by the beneficiary; and 3. detriment from that reliance. But stict preclusion rule needs not detrimental reliance. This strict estoppel rule is quite strict, and some see it as a fitting pro-beneficiary rule to counterbalance the usually pro-issuer rule of strict compliance.

This study is designed to contribute to the nursing intervention of adolescent domestic violence victims by describing specifically what they go through and on this basis work out a grounded theory on the adolescent's experience in domestic violence. The data were analyzed in the framework of grounded theory as mapped out by Strauss & Corbin(1990). The major findings of this research are as follows : The core category was found to be the the adaptation of "Joyudeum" or “Straight jacketing”. The sub-categories identified in the process of grounded data analysis were 'menacing', 'being harassed', 'being pressed', 'being attacked', 'being strapped', 'being filled with anger'. 'getting angry', 'being oppressed', 'being strained', 'becoming hard', 'endurance', 'regulation', 'seriousness'. 'repitition'. 'being helpful', 'dependence', 'thinking oriented', 'blowing off', 'going astray', 'self-deprecating', 'shaking off', 'covering up', 'governing', 'being devoted', 'performing', 'being transformed'. 'bolting', 'being shaken', 'withdrawing', 'disliking', 'bitterness'. These categories were again grouped into 13 categories including 'threatening'. 'straight jacketing', 'tolerance', 'violence', 'supporter', 'supporting type', 'thinking oriented'. 'impulsive response', 'self-controlled', 'response', 'self-reliance', 'wandering', 'withdrawal' and pain'. Of these the five sub-categories 'being filled with anger'. 'getting angry', 'being oppressed', 'being strained', 'becoming hard' were grouped into a core category "straight jacketing". Those adolescents brought up in a violent family go through three stages of the adaptation of "straight Jacketing". that is, generation, response and adaptation. The following four theses were confirmed on the basis of repetitive relations : 1) If a subject's tolerance is strong, the episodes of the violence are frequent and serious, with the resulting straight jacketing being stronger but the subject's supporter is highly mature, the supporting type is concrete and the thinking oriented is wishful, the responses to the straight jacketing result in a self-control whose consequence is self-reliance with part of it resulted in withdrawal and pain. 2) If a subject's tolerance is weak, the episodes of the violence are frequent but not serious, with the resulting straight jacketing being weaker but the subject's supporter is immature, the supporting type is superficial and the thinking oriented is extemporary, the responses to the straight jacketing result in an impulsion whose consequence is wandering with part of it resulted in withdrawal and pain. 3) If a subject's tolerance is weak, the episodes of the violence are frequent and serious, the straight jacketing is strong, the subject's supporter is immature and the supporting type is superficial but the thinking oriented is wishful, the responses to the straight jacketing result in an impulsion whose consequence is withdrawal and pain with part of it resulted in wandering. 4) If a subject's tolerance is strong and the episodes of the violence are infrequent and not serious, the straight jacketing is weak, the subject's supporter is immature and the supporting type is superficial but the thinking oriented is wishful, the responses to the straight jacketing result in a self-control whose consequence is withdrawal and pain with part of it resulted in self-reliance.

The study examines whether there is support for undergraduate students of Department of NCOs leadership needs and self-perceived any casualty, the purpose being placed to identify the cause-and effect relationship between student's behavior and these self-appointed leadership needs parameters. To study this end, the men and women college students Military major in Busan district using the convenience of the student sample extraction to extract the 362 students. Setting the model to achieve the object of the study, and then through a structural equation model (SEM) were studies a causal relationship among variables. Result on the basis of the research study model verification method as described above what is derived from this study were as follows. First, self-leadership is confirmed in the career planning of clarity on the impact of career beliefs centered strategies(+) target-oriented strategy(+), and independent self-reliance, check-centered strategies(+), constructive thinking strategies(+), ERA=centric strategy(+), in the natural course flexibility, compensation strategies(+), constructive thinking strategies(+) improve professional skills appeared to affect the check-centered strategies(+), ERA-centered strategies(+). Second, self-leadership is general satisfaction at the impact of major satisfaction natural reward strategies(+), the curriculum meets the natural reward strategies(+) target-oriented strategy(+) recognition satisfy the natural reward strategies(+) target-oriented strategy(+) appeared to affect this. Third, career beliefs Major General satisfaction in the impact on satisfaction Career Planning Clarity(+), an independent self-reliance(+), career flexibility(+)improve professional skills(+), the curriculum satisfies independent self-reliance(+), career flexibility(+) improve professional skills(+), the self-satisfied recognized independent trust(+), career flexibility(+), career planning clarity(+) it appeared to influence this.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference in the effect of presence for the activation of virtual reality sports on participation satisfaction, to suggest continuous screen golf exercise participation, and to provide empirical and academic data for the development of the entire virtual reality sports market. To achieve this purpose, the survey period was from March 13 to May 13, 2020, with five researchers and assistants. The purpose of this study and the questionnaire were fully explained to consumers who experienced screen golf directly, and 247 questionnaires were used as the final valid sample by making a questionnaire with self-administration method. The data processing method was the statistical program Windows SPSS 18.0. First, factor analysis and reliability analysis, second, frequency analysis mean(M) and standard deviation(SD), third, Scheffe analysis among t-test and One-way ANOVA analysis, fourth, correlation analysis between variables and multiple regression analysis were conducted. The results of this study through these methods and procedures are as follows. First, there was a significant difference in participation satisfaction of presence in gender, and participation period of general characteristics. Second, there was a high difference in social presence, social self-reliance, and Ego, which are sub-factors of Presence, in social satisfaction, psychological satisfaction, and physical satisfaction. Third, the sub-factors of Presence, Social Presence, Social Self-Reliance, and Ego, were found to have a high effect on the sub-factors of Participation Satisfaction, Social Satisfaction, and Psychological Satisfaction.

Since my arrival on March 15, 1986 I can only give an overview of several topics which I think might stimulate ideas and questions from the members of this technical organization. These topics will include some thoughts about the Korean automotive industry, future needs regarding manpower and cooperation among manufacturers, the oil industry and the government. Korea is experiencing a tremendous growth not only in the export market but also in domestic sales of motor vehicles. This expansion will require trained manpower in many areas of expertise. This growth in technology and manpower will require a great degree of coordination and cooperation between companies and government to reduce duplication, minimize costs and reduce reliance on foreign technology.

This paper adopts an embeddedness perspective and discusses rationales for government intervention in relation to economic development. Looking at East Asian experiences with industrial and technology policy the paper examines the general requirements, specific areas of focus and appropriate techniques for industrial and technology policy. Eight generic policy requirements are identified, viz. government capacity; monitoring and adjustment; policy sequencing; incremental upgrading; progressive market reliance; performance-orientation; selectivity; and flexibility.

To solve those problem, this study develop a protected equipment for insulator which is suitable to 22.9[kV] distribution line towers and is purposed to investigation for a Proper adaption, Protection efficiency of insulator and effect of adaption.
