교량 점검신뢰도 분석법 개발과 향상방안 (Development of Bridge Inspection Reliability and Improvement Strategy)

  • 교량의 안전은 점검에 의해 보장된다. 그리고 교량의 유지관리는 점검결과를 토대로 시작된다. 따라서 점검결과는 '교량의 안전'과 '효율적인 유지관리'를 위한 가장 중요한 정보이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 교량의 점검신뢰도를 평가하고 이를 제고 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 교량의 점검신뢰도를 평가 할 수 있는 세 가지 점검신뢰도를 제시하였다: 명목점검신뢰도, 실질점검신뢰도, DS명목점검신뢰도. 교량의 점검신뢰도 분석 방법은 정밀안전진단결과를 참값으로 간주하고 당해년도 정밀(정기)점검과 차년도 정밀안전 진단결과를 비교하였다. 인적오류를 고려한 DS명목신뢰도를 기준으로 현재 고속도로교량의 점검신뢰도 85%로 양호한 편으로 평가 된다. 이는 현재 고속도로 교량의 평균공용연수가 13년으로 대부분의 교량이 'A'와 'B'등급에 집중적으로 분포되어 상태변화가 크지 않기 때문인 것으로 판단된다. 점검신뢰도를 제고하기 위해서는 점검자의 역량을 강화하고 전문점검인력 육성이 필요하며 점검결과에 대해 QC(Quality Control, 품질관리)를 실시하여 점검결과의 신뢰도 향상이 필요하다.

  • VE, rather than just cost reduction tool, have established as a value enhancement tool of the construction industry. Value improvement types of VE proposal can show the effect of VE activities, also acts as an important element in which the owner adopts a proposal and confirms the results of the VE activities. However, problems in the process of quantification for VE proposal and ambiguous standards in classification of value improvement types is need to be supplemented. Accordingly, This study suggests the plan for establishing of numerical range criteria for classification of value improvement types of VE proposal. Implementing this plan will be able to improve the reliability and availability for VE activities.

의료의 질 개선 전문가 양성을 위한 체계 개발 연구 (Research of the Development of Training Program for Quality Improvement Experts)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to develop the qualification system for training of Quality improvement professionals who work for improving patients' safety and healthcare quality. Methods : Based on the various laws and regulations, and the operational status of other professionals' qualification systems, a basic plan of professional qualification system of QI was drawn. And through meetings with QI experts, the final scheme of the concrete qualification system was developed. Results : For management of professionals's certification or qualification, fairness and reliability are important. To do this, setting the official standard, providing a standardized training program and having appropriate qualification test are required. In order to operate the qualification system strategically, 1) the introduction step, 2) dissemination and expansion step, and 3) fusing step should be considered. As a governing body for QI specialists' qualification, 'QI professionals' qualification Center (tentative)' must have the committee to assure fairness, professionalism, and reliability. In addition, 'QI Experts Certification Department (tentative)" to develop standards for the qualification tests and conduct the tests program,' QI experts Education Department (tentative name)" must be able to operate and maintain the QI training for professional qualifications. QI professional qualification exam must be taken by everyone regardless of age, gender, race, occupation, education, and work experience. The examination should include management, leadership, strategic planning and design, quality management, health care information, patient safety culture. Practical training courses can have three step programs; beginning, intermediate and special level. Conclusion : The QI qualification system need strategic approaches for the experts working for healthcare quality improvement and patient safety. It should include the program of standardized contents and test, and operating protocol of the qualificaton system.

Kano 모델 및 잠재적 고객만족 개선 지수를 이용한 화장품 매장 서비스 품질 개선 우선순위 (Quality Improvement Priorities for Cosmetic Store Service Using Kano Model and Potential Customer Satisfaction Improvement Index)

  • 본 연구는 Kano 모델의 이원적 품질분류와 잠재적 고객만족 개선 지수(PCSI Index)를 기반으로 드럭스토어와 백화점 내 화장품 매장의 서비스 품질을 비교, 분석하여 서비스 품질 개선 우선순위 요소들을 파악하고, 제시함으로써 화장품 매장의 서비스 품질 개선을 위한 기초자료 제공을 목적으로 하였다. Kano 모델 분석의 평가이원 표에 대입하여 품질 특성을 분류하고, 고객만족 계수(CSC)와 PCSI 지수를 이용해 화장품 서비스 품질 요소들의 개선 우선순위를 진행하였다. 그 결과, Kano 모델을 활용한 분석에서 드럭스토어와 백화점 화장품 매장 서비스 품질 요소에 대한 대부분의 항목이 매력적 품질 요소로 평가되었다. PCSI 지수 비교 결과, 드럭스토어 화장품 매장의 경우 '신뢰성', '반응성', '공감성' 항목이, 백화점 내 화장품 매장의 경우 '공감성', '신뢰성' 항목의 품질 요소들이 개선 우선순위가 높은 것으로 나타나, 해당 요소가 개선될 경우 고객 만족도가 향상될 잠재력이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 드럭스토어와 백화점 화장품 매장의 서비스 품질 분류 및 고객 만족도 향상을 위한 개선 우선순위가 파악됨으로써 실무적인 시사점이 제공되어, 향후 고객 만족도 향상을 위한 지침 수립에 기여할 것으로 사료된다.

환경조경 이동통신용 웹의 서비스 품질 연구 - 전문포털사이트 라펜트를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Quality of Mobile Web Service for Environment Landscape Architecture - Focus on Korean Professional Portal Site, Lafent -)

  • In the field of environmental landscape architecture, the internet medium is used as an effective communication tool not only in the private level but also in the policy level. Recently, the active utilization of mobile web service is emphasized as the time changes, but there is not much improvement or advance in services due to lack of relevant studies. Therefore, this study is intended to provide basic data needed for improvement and advance by researching the quality of mobile web service among multichannel services provided in environmental landscape architecture related internet media. The model for measuring service quality is SERVQUAL, which was verified in the study of Choi(2015), Choi and Koo(2016), and the final valid samples are total 230. First, the subjects were analyzed as the representative media that are possible to acquire comprehensive knowledge related to environmental landscape architecture. Second, the highest importance level in each subsection was 'protection and security maintenance of customer information' followed by 'Reliability about accurate information supply'. Regarding performance level, 'Reliability about accurate information supply' and 'professional knowledge to communicate with users' are highly evaluated. Third, regarding Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA), the first priority management should is 'Tangibles', and the next are 'Responsibility' and 'Empathy'. The ones for maintenance of the status quo are 'Reliability' and 'Assurance', and there is none for effort reduction. Meanwhile, regarding the importance of each factor and difference in the quality of PC web service and mobile web service studied before, the biggest difference is in 'Tangibles', followed by 'Assurance', 'Empathy', 'Responsibility' and 'Reliability'. It is suggested that the revitalization of Landscape information science(LB1106) presented in the National Science&Technology Standard Classification System is needed. In the future, it is necessary to research the change trend on users' response through continuous evaluation of improved mobile web service.

프로그램 학습성과 평가에 대한 수요지향 평가자 간 신뢰도 분석 및 개선 방안 (Reliability Analysis and Improvement Plan for Evaluation of Program Outcomes among Demand-driven Raters)

  • 공학교육인증제를 운용하는 공학교육 프로그램에서 프로그램 학습성과는 학생이 졸업하는 시점까지 갖추어야 할 지식, 기술 그리고 태도를 말한다. 일반적으로, 프로그램 학습성과 성취도를 측정하는 평가도구로 캡스톤디자인을 사용한다. 본 논문에서는 프로그램 학습성과 평가에 참여한 수요지향 평가자들의 평가 결과의 신뢰도를 측정하기 위해 급내 상관계수(ICC)를 계산한다. 즉, 같은 평가도구를 이용하여, 여러 명의 평가자가 학습성과를 평가하게 하고, 그 결과를 이용하여 평가자의 ICC를 구한다. ICC는 단체로 수집되거나 단체로 분류된 데이터에 대한 신뢰도의 등급을 측정하는 데 이용된다. ICC가 1에 가까우면 평가자 간 신뢰도가 높다고 판단할 수 있다. 이러한 방법을 지난 2년간의 4년제 대학 컴퓨터공학과 PO 평가 결과에 적용하여 평가도구의 신뢰성을 측정하고 분석하였다. 그리고 이 결과를 이용하여 평가자 간 ICC 측정값을 이용하면, 객관성이 부족한 평가도구를 찾아 보완할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로, PO 평가체계에 대한 개선방안과 PO 수행 지침을 도출한다.

군 격오지 원격의료서비스 질이 고객충성도에 미치는 영향: 이용만족도의 매개효과 (Effect of Quality of Telemedicine Services in Remote Areas of the Military on Customer Loyalty: Mediation Effect of User Satisfaction)

  • Objective: Telemedicine service is gaining importance in remote military areas. This study aimed to explore the mediating effect of user satisfaction on the association between military telemedicine service's quality and customer loyalty. Methods: The research data comprised the results of a satisfaction survey on 1,116 military telemedicine satisfaction surveys conducted from November 1 to November 31, 2021. T-tests and ANOVA were analyzed to confirm the difference in satisfaction and loyalty according to the general characteristics of the study subjects. User satisfaction, customer loyalty, and mediating effects were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Results: Among the study subjects, 458 were affiliated with the Army, 68 with the Navy, and 36 with the Air Force. Among the quality of telemedicine service, tangibility, reliability, and empathy affected user satisfaction while reliability and empathy affected customer loyalty. Since the standardized coefficient beta of empathy was 0.150 (P=0.018), it was confirmed that it significantly affected customer loyalty by mediating user satisfaction. Conclusion: The telemedicine service's quality affects users' satisfaction and customer loyalty. Moreover, there was the mediating effect of user satisfaction on the association between telemedicine service and customer loyalty. Therefore, the reliability and reliability of the current telemedicine service can be improved through the replacement of outdated equipment and performance improvement, expansion of medicines in telemedicine units, and improvement of medical services through periodic CS education to increase the customers' satisfaction and loyalty.

Evaluation and Design Tools for the Reliability of Wind Power Converter System

  • As a key part in the wind turbine system, the power electronic converter is proven to have high failure rates. At the same time, the failure of the wind power converter is becoming more unacceptable because of the quick growth in capacity, remote locations to reach, and strong impact to the power grid. As a result, the correct assessment of reliable performance for power electronics is a crucial and emerging need; the assessment is essential for design improvement, as well as for the extension of converter lifetime and reduction of energy cost. Unfortunately, there still exists a lack of suitable physic-of-failure based evaluation tools for a reliability assessment in power electronics. In this paper, an advanced tool structure which can acquire various reliability metrics of wind power converter is proposed. The tool is based on failure mechanisms in critical components of the system and mission profiles in wind turbines. Potential methodologies, challenges, and technology trends involved in this tool structure are also discussed. Finally, a simplified version of the tool is demonstrated on a wind power converter based on Double Fed Induction Generator system. With the proposed tool structure, more detailed information of reliability performances in a wind power converter can be obtained before the converter can actually fail in the field and many potential research topics can also be initiated.

원자력발전소 비상전력계통 강화 방안에 따른 리스크 영향 평가 (A Risk Impact Assessment According to the Reliability Improvement of the Emergency Power Supply System of a Nuclear Power Plant)

  • According to the results of Probabilistic Safety Assessment(PSA) for a Nuclear Power Plant(NPP), an Emergency Power Supply(EPS) system has been considered as one of the most important safety system. Especially, the interests in the reliability of the EPS system have been increased after the severe accidents of Fukushima Daiichi. Firstly, we performed the risk assessment and the importance analysis of the EPS system based on the PSA models of the reference plant, which is the Korean standard NPP type. Considering a portable Diesel Generator(DG) system as the reliability reinforcement of the EPS system, we modified the PSA models and performed the risk impact assessment and the importance analysis. Although the reliability of the potable DG could be about 20% of the reliability of the alternative AC DG, we identified that Core Damage Frequency(CDF) was decreased by at least 4.6%. In addition, the risk impacts due to the unavailability of the EPS system on CDF were decreased.

플립 칩 BGA에서 2차 레벨 솔더접합부의 신뢰성 향상 (The Improvement of 2nd Level Solder Joint Reliability fur Flip Chip Ball Grid Array)

  • FC-BGA has advantages over other interconnection methods including high I/O counts, better electrical performance, high throughput, and low profile. But, FC-BGA has a lot of reliability issues. The 2nd level solder joint reliability of the FC-BGA with large chip on laminate substrate was studied in this paper. The purpose of this study is to discuss solder joint failures of 2nd level thermal cycling test. This work has been done to understand the influence of the structure of package, the properties of underfill, the properties and thickness of bismaleimide tiazine substrate and the temperature range of thermal cycling on 2nd level solder joint reliability. The increase of bismaleimide tiazine substrate thickness applied to low modulus underfill was improve of solder joint reliability. The resistance of solder ball fatigue was increased solder ball size in the solder joints of FC-BGA.
