정보기술투자와 정보기술 효과성 간의 관련성에 대한 경쟁전략의 조절효과 (An Empirical Study on the Moderating Effect of Competitive Strategy on the Relationship between Information Technology Investment and Information Technology Effectiveness)

  • During the past decade a great deal of attention has focused on the impact of IT investment. However, many related studies have frequently generated controversial or inconsistent results. These results imply that the relationship between IT investment and performance is complex and multifaceted. And empirical studies with new analytical techniques are badly needed to examine the way IT investment interacts with various organizational and environmental elements to influence corporate performance. Accordingly a study of IT investment needs to make a contingency approach to determining the level of IT investment based on the competitive strategy in a macro perspective. The basic purpose of this research is to analyse the relationship between IT investment and IT effectiveness and to identify the moderating effect of competitive strategy in the relationship. The results showed that there is no relationship between IT investment and IT effectiveness, and the competitive strategy can be considered as a significant moderating variable between IT investment and IT effectiveness.

Empathy In Informal Caregiving: Extension of A Concept from Professional Practice

  • The concept of empathy was examined In the professional caregiving relationship and its application was extended to the context of informal caregiving. Using the Lazarus and Folkman model, the influence of empathy on the caregiver's experience in the caregiving relationship was illustrated. The effects of the caregiver's empathy on his/her own caregiving outcomes were investigated by examining the relationship between empathy and burnout experience and life satisfaction. Empathy increased emotional exhaustion while increased personal accomplishment and personalization, indicating conflicting relationship between empathy and burnout. This conflict relationship between empathy and burnout can be explained by suggesting the distinct roles of two dimensions of empathy emotional and cognitive. The needs for more research to support the critical roles of empathy in informal caregiving context and to examine the definite roles of two dimensions of empathy were suggested.

The Interrelationship between Service Quality, Electronic Banking and Customer Satisfaction in the Commercial Banks in Uganda

  • The main objective of this study is to find the Interrelationship between Service Quality, Electronic Banking and Customer Satisfaction in Commercial Banks in Uganda. A review of literature was conducted to find out the relationship among Service Quality, Electronic Banking and Customer Satisfaction. The literature review confirms this relationship. A survey was conducted to collect data. The sample size of 210 commercial banking customers was drawn from different banks in Uganda. The result shows, the Electronic banking adoption was found to have a positive relationship with Service Quality, Service Quality was found to have a positive relationship with Customer satisfaction; and Electronic banking adoption had a positive relationship with Customer satisfaction. In light of the findings various recommendations were put across on how retail banks can better satisfy their customers through the use of electronic banking channels. Electronic banking adoption will then foster Service Quality where a customer's service expectations are exceeded by the actual service She/he obtains. This will then bring about Customer satisfaction where the customers find that their needs are met by the service.

  • Purpose - To meet the needs of various customers in an uncertain market environment, many companies use product modularization strategies. Modularization of a product means that one product consists of several components and that the type of product can be changed according to the combination of components. The greatest feature of modularity is that changes in one component do not significantly affect the physical changes in the other component to which they are connected. Modularization of products is recognized as a very important strategy to reflect increasingly complicated customer requirements to products and respond to the needs of various markets. Many studies have been made in connection with the concept of mass customer satisfaction. There are many prior studies that modularization of such products positively affects the operational performance (manufacturing cost, fast delivery, etc.) and innovation of the product. However, excessive modularization has been found to have a negative effect on this performance. However, there are very few studies on the nonlinear relationship between product modularization and customer satisfaction. Supplementing these academically insufficient parts is very necessary when considering the current market environment. Research design, data, and methodology - In order to make up for the shortcomings of academic research in Korea, this study collects data through questionnaires in electronic, auto, and defense industry. This is because these industries are using modularity of products. based on lots of previous studies and information overload theory, we made two hypothesis and verify with empirical analysis. All 108 data were used. We used the R program and SPSS program for statistical verification. Results - As a result of the study, modularization of products showed positive relationship with customer satisfaction to a certain level. However, it has been found that when the modularization is over and beyond a certain level, there is a negative relationship with customer satisfaction. Conclusions - Excessive modularization of products can have a negative impact on customer satisfaction. This result can be understood as a result of human limited rationality due to information overload. Therefore, it is important for companies to apply appropriate modularity to product design.

관계발전에 따른 서비스 고객참여의 변화 - 잠재성장모형의 적용 - (The Change of Customer Participation in Service by the Development of Relationship : Application of Latent Growth Modeling)

  • 본 연구는 고객-종업원 간 관계의 발전에 따라 서비스 산업에서 필수적으로 요구되는 고객참여(CP)의 변화를 종단자료에 의해 잠재성장모형으로 분석하여 고객참여의 변화를 확인하고자 하였다. CP가 관계속에서 이해될 필요가 있다는 사실에 기초하여 본 연구에서는 관계의 발전에 따른 CP의 변화를 확인하고자 하였다. 관계의 역동성을 고려하여 CP가 관계속에서 변화하는 궤적을 종단자료를 통해 밝힘으로써 기존의 횡단적 연구의 한계를 극복하고자 하였다. 또한 관계속에서 어떤 변수들이 고객참여의 변화를 촉진할 수 있는 지에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구의 결과, 잠재성장모형을 통해 분석한 CP는 관계의 발전에 따라 유의하게 변화하는 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 CP가 관계속에서 이해될 필요가 있다는 사실을 확인한 것이라고 말할 수 있다. 또한, 관계지향성과 의존성은 CP의 초기값에는 긍정적으로 유의하게 영향을 미치지만, CP의 변화를 촉진하는 것으로는 규명되지 못하였다. 결론적으로, 관계의 역동성을 고려한다면, CP 역시 역동적이라는 사실을 인지해야 한다. 본 연구는 횡단적이고 조각적인 CP에 대한 이해에서 벗어나 CP가 역동성을 지니고 있음을 이해하고 이를 통해 서비스기업의 고객관리 프로그램이 운영될 필요가 있음을 지적하고자 하였다. 관계의 변화와 발전에 따라 CP를 유도하는 전략이 달라져야 하며, 이를 통해 관계발전단계별 적절한 CP의 수준이 달성될 수 있는 서비스접점의 성공을 이끌어낼 수 있게 되는 것이다.

일부 지역 보육교사의 구강건강관련 실천도 및 구강보건교육 인식도·필요도 조사 (Oral Health Practices of Some Local Child Care Teachers Oral Health Education Awareness and Need Survey)

  • Purpose. Infant oral health care forms the basis of lifelong health, and the role of child care teachers in contributing to the quality level in the formation of correct habits at this time throughout the infant's health care and education is very important. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the perceived oral health status of nursery teachers and the necessity of oral health education, and to emphasize that the oral health of teachers is closely related to the oral health of infants and young children. Methods. This study was conducted from May to June 2018 by surveying private nursery teachers in some parts of Gyeongsangbuk-do province by using the self-entry method. The research tools consisted of the general characteristics of subjects, subjective oral health status, oral health practice, oral health education awareness, and oral health education needs. We used shceffe as a post hoc test to compare the differences between groups after frequency analysis, independent t-test, and one-way ANOVA analysis. The linear regression analysis was conducted to determine the relationship between perceived oral health status, oral health practice and awareness, and oral health education needs. The statistical level was .05. Results. According to the results of this study, the oral health related practice according to the demographic characteristics is at the final education level, and the oral health related awareness is age, marital status and oral health education needs. The results showed statistically significant differences in final educational attainment and cohabitation. Regarding the relationship between perceived oral health status, oral health related practice and awareness, and oral health education needs There were significant differences in oral health practice(β =.329) and oral health education needs (β =.158). Conclusion. Based on the above results, the child care facility can emphasize the importance of the role of the child care teacher in the oral health care of infants, and the basic data for the establishment of the child care management program in the future by reflecting the role of the teacher in the development of the child care management program of the child care facility. 혁신지향 조직문화와 혁신행동의 관계에서 코칭리더십과 기본심리욕구의 순차적 매개효과 (Sequential Mediating Effects of Coaching Leadership and Basic Psychological Needs in the Relationship between Innovation-oriented Organizational Culture and Innovative Behavior)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 혁신지향 조직문화가 조직구성원의 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 그 관계에서 상사의 코칭리더십과 조직원의 기본심리욕구의 순차적 매개효과를 확인하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 6개월 이상 동일한 상사와 근무하고 있는 직장인을 대상으로 온라인 조사를 실시하여 377명분의 자료를 수집하였다. 수집한 자료는 Hayes의 SPSS PROCESS Macro를 활용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조직문화와 혁신행동 간 관계가 정적으로 유의함이 확인되었다. 둘째, 조직문화와 혁신행동의 관계에서 코칭리더십과 기본심리욕구의 순차적으로 매개함을 확인하였다. 즉, 혁신지향 조직문화가 혁신행동에 바로 영향을 미친다기보다는, 상사의 코칭리더십 발휘로 이어지고, 코칭리더십이 구성원의 기본심리욕구의 충족에 영향을 미침으로써 더 많은 혁신행동을 촉진한다는 것이다. 이는 조직문화와 상사의 리더십인 환경적 변인이 어떻게 개인의 동기적 변인인 욕구에 영향을 미쳐 개인의 행동적 변인에 어떻게 영향을 주는지에 대한 기초 연구로서 의미가 있다. 이외에 연구 결과를 토대로 학문적 시사점 및 실무적 시사점을 논하였고, 본 연구의 한계 및 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 논하였다.

내부고객의 ESG중요도 인식이 조직의 ESG경영 필요성과 ESG성과 인식에 미치는 영향 -공공기관(직업능력개발 조직)을 중심으로 - (The Impact of Internal Customer Awareness of ESG Importance on the Organization's ESG Management Needs and ESG Performance Awareness -Focusing on Vocational Training Institutions-)

  • 본 연구는 소비자(외부고객) 관점에서 ESG 경영과 ESG 성과를 살펴 왔던 기존 연구들과 달리 조직 구성원인 내부고객의 관점에서 ESG에 대한 태도와 ESG 성과인식 간의 관계를 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 ESG영역별 중요도에 대한 내부 구성원의 인식이 조직의 ESG 경영 필요성과 성과 인식에 미치는 영향관계를 세 가지 연구질문으로 정리하고 구조방정식 모델을 이용해 영향관계를 살펴보았다. 연구결과 내부고객은 E(환경)영역, G(지배구조)영역을 중요하게 인식하면 조직의 ESG 경영 필요성을 높게 인식하였지만 S(사회) 영역에서는 ESG 경영 필요성과의 유의적 관계를 나타내지 않았다(연구질문 1). 또한 ESG 영역별 중요도 인식과 조직의 ESG 경영 필요성간 관계는 내부고객의 ESG에 대한 관심이나 지식정도, 연령 등에 따라 차이가 거의 없는 것으로 나타났다(연구질문 2). 끝으로 조직의 ESG 경영 필요성을 높게 인식하는 내부고객은 조직의 ESG 성과 수준에 대해서도 긍정적으로 인식하는 것으로 나타났다(연구질문 3).

입원한 정신질환자 가족의 가정간호 요구도와 가족부담감 (The Relationship Between Home Care Needs of Families of In-Patients and Family Burden)

  • This study was designed to investigate the family burden, family home care needs and to identify the relationship between family burden and home care needs for families of psychiatric in-patients. The subjects for this study were 104 family members of psychiatric in-patients at two private hospitals and one municipal hospital. The data were collected during the period from February 1. 1993 to March 30. 1993. The questionnaire developed by Montgomery to measure the family burden was used as modified by the research team for this study. The questionnaire was developed by Garrad to measure the home care need was also used as modifed by the research team. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOV A and Pearson Correlation Coeffcient. with the SPSS program. The Result of this study can be summarized as follows ; 1. For perceived family burden, the meanscore as measured by the guestionnaire was 70.6 of a possible to total of 110. 2. For home care need. the meanscore as measured by the questionnaire was 44.8 fo a possible total of 66. 3. The results showed a higher score for cases from the municipal hospital for family burden and a higher score for cases at the private hospitals for home care need. 4. Ther was a statistically significantly higher score on family burden for female family member (T =-2.77. P<.05) and for bereaved family members. (F=2.862. p<.05) 5. There was a statistically significantly higher score (F= 10.3535, P<.001) for family burden when the hospitalization period was between 7~ 12 months and a statistically significantly higher score (F =7.679.P<.001) for home care need when the hospitalization period was over 37 months. 6. Ther was a significant correlation between family burden and home care need. (r=.4002, P<.05) The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is that addressing home care needs would contribute to reduce family burden.

말기 환자 가족 영적요구 측정도구의 신뢰도 및 타당도 검증 (Reliability and Validity of an Instrument Assessing Spiritual Needs of Families of Terminal Cancer Patients)

  • 목적: 말기암환자 가족의 영적요구도를 측정하기 위한 도구의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하기 위한 연구이다. 방법: 본 연구는 1) 예비문항의 작성 2) 내용타당도 검증 3) 신뢰도와 타당도 검증 4) 최종문항 선정 과정에 따른 방법론적 연구이다. 결과: 요인분석을 통해 '신과의 관계/죽음 수용', '관계성 회복/희망과 평화', '삶의 의미와 목적'의 3가지 요인이 추출되었다. 이 요인들은 총 변량의 61.088%를 설명하였으며, Cronbach's alpha 값은 0.944, Guttman 반분 신뢰도 계수는 0.826으로 나타났다. 결론: 본 도구는 신뢰도와 타당도를 지닌 도구임이 확인되었다. 이에 호스피스 완화의료 분야에서 말기암환자 가족의 영적요구도를 사정할 때 활용도가 높은 도구라고 본다.
