직무안정성과 직무재창조 간의 관계: GNS의 조절효과 (Can Employees with Job Insecurity Engage in Job Crafting? Moderating Effect of GNS)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 자메이카와 한국의 두 문화권의 조직내 구성원들 사이에서 고용 불안정과 직무재창조 간의 관계GNS의 조절효과를 실증하는 것이었다. 조직의 성장에는 구성원들의 성장욕구(GNS)가 필요하지만 고용 불안과 직무재창조 간의 관계에서는 조절변수로 검토될 수 있다. 이 연구는 자메이카에서 일하는 조직 구성원들과 한국에서 한국기업에 근무하고 있는 98명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 실증분석 위해 탐색적 요인 분석(EFA)과 위계적회귀 분석을 사용했습니다. 통계 분석은 SPSS 24.0을 사용하여 수행되었습니다. 연구 결과에 따르면 고용불안이 직무재창조에 영향은 매우 큰 것으로 나타났으며 특히, 인식된 고용 불안과 직무재창조 사이의 관계는 문화에 따라 다르게 나타났다. 향후 좀 더 정교한 비교문화 관점의 연구를 전개하기 위해서는 국가문화 특성에 따른 개인의 추진력 또는 성장에 대한 욕구와 인지된 스트레스나 불확실성에 어떻게 대처하는지를 검토하여 좀 더 변수를 확대 혹은 통제하여 실증할 필요가 있다.

What explains the failure of Google in the Korean market? The Impact of Multicultural PR Strategy

  • The era of globalization provides us with both opportunities and threats. The success of a multinational corporation depends largely on its ability to adapt itself to new market environment. We believe that understanding and implementing multicultural PR strategy can be a key to the multinational corporations' success in foreign markets. We argue in this paper that even a global iconic company such as Google needs to focus on how to understand local consumers' needs and preferences before formulating and implementing PR strategy. Having a global hit product or service is not sufficient enough to be successful in some foreign markets. It is especially more evident in the industries where companies deal with individual consumers, and perceptions and sentiments play a large role in their purchase decisions. The objective of this research is to find out the relationship between multicultural PR strategy and business performance. Therefore, our main hypothesis is; better implementation of multicultural PR strategy by a multinational corporation will result in higher performance in the foreign markets. To prove the relationship between multicultural PR strategy and performance, we designed a framework that uses Rudan's (2004) five rules for multicultural PR strategy. It is a contribution to the business academics as there are very few studies that directly focus on and analyze the multicultural aspects of a multinational company's PR strategy. Through our research, we found strong evidence that there is a positive relationship between the level and effectiveness of a company's multicultural PR strategy and its performance in the foreign markets. This offers some meaningful implications to the managers of the multinational corporations and those who are considering going into a foreign market for the first time. We also suggested a way of measuring the implementation of multicultural PR strategy. By applying five rules for multicultural PR strategy to Google's PR activities, it allowed us to convert qualitative information into quantitative data. This kind of tool can be helpful for multinational corporations that want to evaluate their own PR activities.

기혼남성과 여성의 건강행태 및 건강 관련 삶의 질에 관한 연구 (Health Behavior and Health Related Quality of Life of married Males and Females)

  • Purpose: This study examines the health behavior and health-related quality of life (HRQOL) among married men and women, utilizing data from the Korean National Health and Nutritional Examination Survey, encompassing 4,217 subjects. Methods: A multiple regression model was employed to analyze the data. Results: Married men demonstrated a significantly good relationship between HRQOL and perceived health state (β=.32, p<.001), while married women showed a similar relationship with perceived health state (β=.38, p<.001). Additionally, married men demonstrated significantly neutral relationship between HRQOL and perceived health state (β=.30, p<.001), as did the married women (β=.38, p<.001). Both married men (β=-.11, p<.001) and married women (β=-.08, p<.001) were found to experience depression. oreover, the HRQOL in married men was positively associated with private health insurance (β=.08, p=.001), and the same trend was observed in married women (β=.10, p<.001). Married men with unmet medical needs showed a negative association with HRQOL (β=-.08, p<.001), and married women with unmet medical needs showed a similar negative association (β=-.12, p<.001). Furthermore, outpatient medical use(2 weeks) was negatively associated with HRQOL in both married men (β=-.07, p=.001) and married women (β=-.07, p<.001). Moreover, married women displayed a significant negative association between HRQOL and the prevalence of obesity(β=-.04, p=.048) and stress (β=-.05, p=.009) and a positive association with aerobic exercise (β=.04, p=.027). Conclusions: This study suggests that health behavior significantly influences the HRQOL among married men and women. The findings of this study can guide policymakers in developing strategies to improve health behavior and HRQOL within households.

대전.청주지역 의류유통산업 종사자들의 관련 교과목 필요도에 대한 인식 (Needs for the Educational Subjects of Practitioners in Apparel Distribution Industry in Taejon and Chongju)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate the needs for the educational subjects of practitioners in apparel distribution industry and to examine the relationship between the needs and their socio-demographic variables. And it was intended to be used as basic data to develop the curriculum for continuing education in university. The subjects were consisted of 473 practitioners in apparel distribution industries in Taejon and Chongju. A questionnaire was used and classified into seven areas--basic area textile science, design, clothing construction, fashion marketing theory, fashion marketing practice and business management. Descriptive analysis, t-test and ANOVA were used for statistical analyses. The results of this study were as follows: First, the educational needs of subjects by practitioners were in the following order: 1)fashion marketing practice, 2)design, 3)fashion marketing theory, 4)business management, 5)clothing construction, 6)textile science, 7)basic area. Second, the educational needs of subjects by practitioners were also related to their socio-demographic variables like educational background, work area, type of market, total work experience, years in present job, and the role. It was implied that subject areas like fashion marketing and design with theory and practice we of most importance for practitioners in apparel distribution industry. Therefore, a university curriculum of continuing education for them should take into account of those factors mentioned above.

실무교육에 대한 간호원의 학습요구 (Learning Needs of Registered Nurse for Insertive Education)

  • The advanced knowledge is increasing day by day due to the progress of medicine and tectonics, the increase of nursing research nowadays. In parallel with these, nursing profession has a need of the nursing care with improvement of new Knowledge, tectonics and nursing procedure through the insertive education. Therefore, this study was attempted to investigate that to grasp learning need of nurses about inservice educational play a pivotal role in the progress of inservice education. This study was made from 242 clinical nurse at 4 hospitals in Seoul and through question- are consisting of 1) ideological part 2) basic sciences 3) nursing part 4) administrative part 5) the others from 10 July '75 to 7 Oct. '75. The data were treated by percentage, Licker method, arid chi- square examination. Significant difference p is 0.05. The results of this studies are as follows : A. learning needs of nurses 1) Generally the learning needs of nurses is very high. 2) Of the learning need of inservice education for nurses, the highest learning need is as follow (Table 2 ) 1 st : Charting 2 nd : The ability of grasping patient's needs and problems. 3 rd ; The contents and the methods of the advanced nursing skill. 4 th ; The importance of team work 5 th ; The general knowledge of the various disease 6 th : The decision of a propriety nursing diagnosis under the general condition. 7 th ; The introduction of the new nursing theory. 8 th : The Nurses role and the responsibility in emergency and disaster. 9 th : The improvement of nursing skill for the perfect interpersonal relationship. l0th ; Cultural education: B . Verification of hypothesis 1. Hypothesis I , learning needs of nurses and educational level of nurse will be correlated, is rejected (Table 3 ) 2. Hypothesis II, learning need of nurses and duties of post will be correlated, is rejected (Table 4) 3. 농촌 노인의 생활영역별 교육프로그램 개발 연구 (The Study on Education Program for Rural Elderly)

  • The proportion of the elderly in rural area(21.7%) is four times more than that of the urban area (5.4%) in Korea. With this rapid aging of the population in rural Korea there has been growing concern about the quality of life of rural elderly. Compare to urban elderly, rural elderly experience many disadvantages, especially in terms of limited offering of social/educational programs. Their social/educational needs are rarely assessed and there are few programs geared to the needs of rural elderly. In this regard, this study aims (1) to identify education and activity program needs of the rural elderly related to three dimensions: Family life, Farming life, and Community activities and (2) to develop education and activity programs for the rural elderly based on the needs assessment. For this purpose, data are gathered from 413 rural elderly and 110 community welfare specialists, using a structured questionaire. The statistical methods used for data analysis are descriptive statistics, cross tables with SPSS wins 10.0 program. The major findings of this study are as follows: Majority(94.1%) of the rural elderly wants to participate in diverse social/educational programs. They want to have programs dealing with 'relationship enhancement with children', 'nutrition', 'health and care', 'farming skill', 'gardening', 'volunteering', etc. Based on these results, we develop eight types of education program and four types of activity program, according to the priority of their needs in each dimension. There are four sessions of Family life program, and four sessions of Community activities program. The effect of these programs will be evaluated by taking pretest and protest in local basis.

우리나라와 일본의 초등학교 수학과 교육과정 체제 비교 -요소, 영역, 목표, 시수를 중심으로- (A comparison between Korean and Japan elementary school mathematics curriculum format: centered on elements, areas, objectives, and lesson time numbers)

  • 본 논문에서는 우리나라의 2011 초등학교 수학과 교육과정과 일본의 2008 초등학교 수학과 교육과정의 체제를 요소, 영역, 목표, 시수를 중심으로 비교한다. 이러한 비교를 통해, 우리나라의 초등학교 수학과 교육과정의 개선을 위해 얻을 수 있는 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학교 수학교육의 실제와 부합하지 않는 학년군제의 설정을 재고할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 영역의 이름인 '수와 연산'을 '수와 계산'으로 환원할 필요가 있다. '연산'은 초등학교 수학과에서 전혀 사용하지 않는 용어이다. 셋째, 영역의 이름으로 '규칙성'을 사용하는 것을 재고할 필요가 있다. '규칙성' 영역의 대부분의 내용은 '수량관계'에 해당한다. 넷째, 영역 이름으로 '확률'을 사용하는 것을 재고할 필요가 있다. 어떤 사건이 일어날 '가능성'을 비율로 보면, 그것은 앞에서 설정한 '수량관계'에 포함시킬 수 있다. 다섯째, 수학과의 목표에 수학과의 성격을 포함시키는 것을 재고할 필요가 있다. 수학과의 목표가 수학과의 성격을 포괄한다고 보기 어렵다. 여섯째, 초등교육에서 수학의 위상에 대한 제고가 필요하다.

일 지역 경로대학 노인의 외로움과 영적 요구 (Loneliness and Spiritual Needs of the Senior School Elderly in a Certain Area)

  • 본 연구는 도시노인의 외로움 정도와 영적 요구를 파악하고 이들의 관련성을 규명함으로써 심리적인 건강과 영적 건강에 대한 이해를 증진시키고, 영적 돌봄의 필요성을 재확인하여 간호사의 역할 확대 및 노인전문간호사 역할 확립에 기여함은 물론 도시지역 경로대학의 건강 관련 교육프로그램 또는 영적 돌봄 프로그램 개발의 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 실시하였다. 연구대상은 서울시 K구에 거주하면서 S교회 경로대학에 다니고 있는 65세 이상의 노인으로서 의사소통이 가능하고 본 연구에 동참하기를 수락한 노인 159명으로 하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 외로움 정도는 평균 2.02점(4점 만점)이었으며, 영적 요구는 평균 4.51점(5점 만점)으로 조사되었고 사랑과 유대감 영역이 가장 높았다(4.66). 외로움과 영적 요구는 역 상관관계가 있어서(r=-.31, p<.001) 외로움이 클수록 영적 요구도는 낮았고 종교 예식에 참여하는 경우(p=0.032), 80세 이상 생활보조금을 받는 여성의 영적 요구가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 노인들의 외로움을 감소시키기 위한 영적 간호중재 전략이 필요하다.

라이프스타일 니즈와 미래 주택의 스마트 기능 개발동향 연구 (Lifestyle Needs and Trend of Smart-Home Technologies)

  • 스마트주택은 IT 기술에 대한 관심의 증가와 함께 가장 중요한 미래 주택의 대안으로 주목받고 있으며, 본 연구는 스마트주택 기술이 어떻게 거주자의 변화하는 니즈를 반영하고 있는지 기술개발 현황을 분석하고자 하였다. 연구방법으로는 첫째, 미래의 라이프스타일니즈를 파악하기 위한 내용분석을 실시하였고. 둘째, 전 세계의 대표적 미래 스마트 주택 사례를 선정하여 스마트 기술요소를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 자동화관련 기능이 가장 높은 35%의 비중을 차지하였고, 건강관련 기능이 19%, 그 뒤를 이어 여가 및 에너지 관련 기능이 15%였으며, 정보지원기능이 11%, 관계지원 기능은 6%에 머물렀다. 스마트 주택은 높은 기술비용을 고려할 때 거주자들의 실질적 니즈를 반영해야 하며, 본 연구는 스마트주택의 현황을 기술적 관점이 아닌 거주자의 니즈를 중심으로 분석하였다는 데 그 의의가 있다. 향후 거주자의 세분화된 니즈에 따라 특화된 의료주택, 에너지절감주택 등 다양한 형태의 스마트 주택개발 연구가 이어져야 것이다.

신규 보건진료전담공무원이 인식한 직무역량과 교육요구 (Job Competencies and Educational Needs Perceived by New Community Health Practitioners)

  • Purpose: This study was performed to identify job competencies and needs for job education perceived by new community health practitioners. Methods: This study used a qualitative research design. Eight new community health practitioners participated in this study. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed using content analysis. Results: Five job competencies were identified in this study, including primary care, public health management, interpersonal relationship, teaching and counseling, and leadership. The contents of job education that they needed were management of major symptoms and chronic diseases, understanding and prescription of medications, emergency responses and care, management of endemic diseases, planning and management of public health programs, writing official documentsand computer works, and leadership training. The learning methods they preferred were connecting theory and practice, situation- or case-based learning, skill- or practice-based learning, and increased opportunities of clinical practice. Conclusion: The findings of this study provided the direction of job education for new community health practitioners. Job education for new community health practitioners needs to consider the job competencies and educational needs identified in this study.
